The room was very comfortable, clean and spacious. The staff on duty were wonderful. Came in on same day reservation and got way more then expected. Very nice place.

Front desk was very helpfulnin finding local restaurant suggestions. Room was clean. Breakfast had a nice variety.

Awesome! Oddly enough, I was on my way to another hotel in the area and called to see if they had vacancy. I called the Comfort Inn on accident and Jessica answered. She politely cleared up that I had called the wrong place, but added that they are the newest hotel in town, have fresh eggs for breakfast, an indoor pool and hot tub. This covered everything I was looking for and we made our way over to the Comfort Inn. Everything was top notch just as Jessica described, and if it weren't for her interaction, we would have ended up elsewhere. Need a place to stay in this area? Call Jessica. She'll set you up!

This hotel was the best I've ever stayed at. We were able to check in 7 hours early without an extra charge. The bed and pillows were the absolute best, so comfortable. Showers were clean and the water pressure was wonderful. There are restaurants in walking distance and convenience stores and a Wal-Mart just down the road. All the workers were friendly and cared that we were happy. I will always try and stay in this hotel.

Excellent hotel, Super CLEAN. Very welcoming staff that go above and beyond to accommodate my family, the fresh cracked eggs for breakfast were defiantly a treat. Speaking of treats when we arrived they have fresh baked cookies and popcorn the kids just love the hot tub and pool. Highly recommend this hotel ;)

The most kind and courteous staff I have ever experienced. I had a reservation discrepancy and it was handled very professionally by Ms. Holly. Very clean and comfortable rooms. I highly recommend staying at this property.

The hotel staff was friendly and the hotel was very clean and modern. Our king suite was huge with two rooms, a kitchenette, a pull out sofa, two TV's, individual heating/cooling units, and a dining table. It was very quiet there as well.

Very comfortable bedding, nice modern rooms, strong shower pressure, plenty of breakfast choices. Stayed several nights and each occupant of the room next to us, no matter how loud or quiet they were, we could hear them like they were in the same room with us. Very disturbing for me that's why I am giving 4 Stars instead of 5.

Amazing customer service! Holly went above and beyond for us and even in person made us feel welcomed while in town visiting my brother. She accommodated us with the larger group I had with me and also got me a cheaper rate for a better room!. Unrelated to Comfort inn… BEWARE MARION'S FISH WATER! I advise to bring your own bottles.

Stayed here for two nights and was very satisfied with the room and staff. Bed was comfortable and room and hotel were very clean. Breakfast was good with plenty of choices. Would stay here again.

Great rooms, very clean. The look of the property is new. The downfall is the banquet hall immediately behind the hotel that is not controlled by the hotel therefore the music was enough to make us move. Luckily the front desk was accommodating and switched rooms for us. Always request the south or front rooms. The breakfast is good with bacon and or sausage and eggs along with the normal breakfast fare.

I stayed here just one night but ALL of the staff I encountered were quite courteous. The room was clean and I was delighted by the extras offered here such as the hot breakfast and laundry service. It was a very comfortable stay and I will be back should I need a hotel in the area in the future.

Our room was spectacular, and the staff was absolutely wonderful. I highly recommend this hotel if you're staying in the Marion area. It's beyond clean and comfortable, also breakfast was really good.

There are tons of hotels in the area, but I'm glad we selected this one. The hotel was well updated, staff was friendly and helpful, and the hotel was clean and quiet. Overall, a great stay!

We stayed in a king bed room, which was very nice. The bed was very comfortable. The whole hotel was very clean and updated.

Rooms were clean, great breakfast. But overall, I was disapointed. The hot tub had a gross foam bubbling on top. There was hair floating in the pool. The common areas were not air conditioned. So, the stairwells and elevator were sweltering. Plus, our room smelled funny. Every worker was super friendly though. That was nice. I would recommend the hotel for the price and location near fun places, but stay out of the pool room. Ick.

The staff here are very professional and they really care about the customer. My family and I just left a 4 star hotel in Chicago last night and the service at this two star hotel was better. We had an issue with our room when we arrived at this Comfort Inn and they resolved the issue immediately and to our satisfaction. We left a happy customers. Leslie was the person on duty when we arrived and she delivered some of the best customer service we've seen in years. The hotel is clean and well maintained. If you decide to stay for a night I can tell you that you will not be disappointed! Best value for the money.

Best value for the money. Very clean, very accommodating. Nicely updated. Thick walls, solid doors, quality beds, good linens and towels. Rock solid all around. Will definitely stay again when passing through. Pool is small and a tad heavily chlorinated, but that's only a tiny negative.

Non smoking building, mainly for retirees. Average amenities. Excellent location. Overpriced as per standard for this town. Marion taxes are pathetically high and the police are overzealous!

Wifi is useless. If you have a good data plan, tether your other devices to your phone instead.

The room was very nice, the staff was wonderful, and the continental breakfast was great. My only negative comment is that the pool water was uncomfortably chilly.

Everything about this hotel was great. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The poor breakfast attendant was did her best to keep up with the graduation crowd and still had a good attitude. Finally the lemon water in the lobby was delightful.

The front desk lady was really nice and they had a pool and hot tub! My bed was really comfy and the room and bathroom were all clean.

Marion Il on room was clean the maid was very friendly. Was little unimpressed with check-in as I asked about booking a block of rooms for future wedding and only answer I received was yes they do that.

Stayed here last minute with family. We had a death in the family and had to travel to Arkansas from Michigan last minute. Staff was super friendly and because of the last minute reservations and a brief computer mishap, gave us two very clean and comfortable rooms at a very affordable price. Truly couldn't be happier with our experience, and highly suggest this hotel to anyone looking for an affordable and comfortable place to stay a night or two.

Checked in late at night and checked out early the next morning. Very friendly staff — we checked out almost an hour before breakfast began, but everything was already set up for breakfast and we were able to grab some food and coffee before we left. Greatly appreciated!

Front Desk Clerk who checked us in at 2-3am was very friendly and welcoming. But we sat down for breakfast for about an hr and the breakfast attendant did not smile nor greet any guest. She did not even say good morning. It was like we were in her way ; (
