Excellent luxury rooms, very clean and an excellent bar, location very close to the airport, tomorrow we will return again.

Braulia the front desk man is the man. He will totally take care of you. He deserves a big raise.

Started overnight for an annual meeting. The suite was spacious and the bed comfortable. Slept well and felt energized to speak to the group the next day. The food for the event was tasty.

Lovely hotel with great service and well-designed rooms. My only complaint was I found the AC to be somewhat lacking, but it didn't effect my experience overall much. I would most certainly love the opportunity to stay here again should I ever be in the Chicago area. The restaurant in the hotel is actually quite good and their morning breakfast buffet is awesome.

Really enjoyed this hotel. Offered free parking, was convenient and the rooms were very spacious. Also a very good value compared to the other hotels in the area. Best $ fora quality I would say. The breakfast in the concierge lounge is adequate but nothing spectacular. Great fitness center.

We participated in their park-sleep-fly program where staying overnight gets you 10 days of free parking and a shuttle back and forth to the airport. We highly recommend this hotel. Friendly staff. Shuttle was fast and convenient. The suites were clean and comfortable and convenient for traveling with two small children. Only complaint was that we were supposed to have a crib in the room upon arrival and when we showed up at 10 pm it wasn't there. It took about 20 minutes to get it up to us, which was difficult because our son was really ready for bed. Despite that, we'll definitely stay here again.

Very helpful staff. We got locked out of our room and they were able to help instantly. The only thing I wish they had was a shuttle from the hotel to the entertainment district. But over all it was a great experience.

A very nice hotel. We used this for a Park, Sleep, and Fly. The room is a two room suite so if you have kids with you, you can let them have their own place to sleep. The restaurant was quite nice. As for parking, a garage is provided for the long term parking for airport trips. I would recommend Sheraton Suites Chicago-O'Hare.

Very well maintained and great services. Well worth the stay if your coming off from the airport or just taking a mini vacation. No pool in the building though but still a great and beautiful area to stay. Rooms were room separated in case of late nights or to continue to party while others sleep. Very nice stay.

This place is an amazing hotel. Great for park and fly out of O'Hare. The bartender at night is amazing and great company and guide to the city I would pay extra to stay here anytime was in town. Don't go elsewhere if there is capacity here.

The friendly staff made it extremely easy to book a room for a family member as a surprise during their forced overnight at O'Hare — professional staff, courteous and personable, which is rarer and rarer these days. Quality of room for her was exceptional. An excellent location for business and casual travelers, especially last-minute reservations.

The hotel was great! Beautiful room and friendly workers. Our only complaint was the party going on 3 doors down in the hallway. I have 2 young children that found it extremely difficult to sleep. But when we called for security they were there and had it wrapped up in about 20 minutes.

This hotel is a great place to stay! The rooms are huge, and the gym is great for a hotel — it's actually quite large, and has a lot of good machines. Also, the hotel lobby bar is well priced and has a happy hour, so you can dine in and not always have to go out for food. The commute is quite far to the city but other than that, a really great stay!

Very nice hotel. Wifi has improved greatly since my last stay, still charging for it seems weird in this day and age. Rooms are great, pillows could use some work, no really good firm options. Hotel restaurant has happy hour, food is ok.

We did the Park Sleep Fly package through them and it was great! Our room was very comfortable and our car was safely parked in a secured garage the entire length of our trip. The shuttle service was quick and convenient and our drivers were very helpful. I would definitely do this again and stay with Sheraton again.

Fantastic property for the business traveler and they treat SPG members very well. I'm a platinum traveler and have been lucky enough to be offered their Presidential Suite several times. Their SPG lounge is one of the best in the area and is always well stocked, including a full breakfast for members and alternative night snacks.

If you need to stay close to the airport, this should be your place to stay. Location is the only reason for 4 stars and not 5.

Very clean hotel. We did the stay park and fly package, and the staff was extremely helpful with the parking and shuttle to the airport. We will definitely be using the hotel again for our future flights.

Great place! Nice rooms with a private bedrrom and a little living room! Great price too! (I found it on Groupon) You have to park a block away if you do not pay for parking. But, it is a private lot and a nice safe environment with a few places to eat across the street.

Good place to stay before you fly out. Shuttle in the morning to airport got us there on time. Update: back to hotel transfer after our trip was VERY lacking! We waited for nearly 2hrs! As I saw multiple OTHER hotel shuttle vans and buses MULTIPLE times, we waited and waited… and yes, we called… 3 TIMES! They need to get that figured out!

We did parksleepfly at this hotel and the experience was awesome. Clean room, very large. Not sure why we got upgraded to club level but really the service was very excellent all around. Some of the reviews mention dated decor and it is clear that this is a slightly older building, but overall, things seemed very well maintained and clearly re-done recently. We will definitely use this again — a bargain for a nice hotel with the parksleepfly O'Hare option. Again, very great service overall.

Nightmare all around, please read entire post. 1. Room — Gold rewards member, got room right across from elevator. Asked to switch, next room had bad stuff in toilet and snow, yes snow in the room by the window. Asked to switch, got "upgrade". Upgraded room was same size higher floor access to 'club', which was a nice enmenity. Had kids so checked guest bed pull out and it was dirty with a little food or something. Removed sheet and I slept there, instead of kids just to be safe. BTW freezing with heat on 80. 2. Food. My son got chicken nuggets and they were RAW. Comped the meal, but really scary waiting and hoping he doesn't get sick. 3. Dirty… There was a crack in the wall in shower and black mold along the ceiling. Room smelled horrible. Left for day, came back room smelled worse after cleaning. If you have a choice, don't do it… Thanks.

Great standby right next to Ohare Airport. They will pick you up in the shuttle anytime of the day or night. Good food and suite style rooms.

Had a flight cancel on me, so I ended staying the night at the Sheraton. Overall rooms and common areas are very clean. Rooms are very spacious, with most of them being suites. I did not get to try the food in the lobby, but they do have a bar an TV there should you just want to get drinks. The hotel was about 15 minutes from the airport and offer shuttle service quite frequently. Not much more you can ask for in an airport hotel!

The location in relative to the aurport is great! The rooms are big and the staff are super nice! Also having the late night bar in the lobby is a key piece!

The room service workers were extremely rude to me. I called the room service to place an order, but the person who answered almost yelled what I needed to do and aggressively hanged up without letting me even say "Ok, thank you. " The next morning, another man came up to my room and deliver the food, but he was also extremely rude/aggressive and made me very uncomfortable. Overall, services this hotel provides are not great at all considering its price range. (You're also paying ridiculous amount of money just to use Wi-Fi at your room…) The only thing I liked was its location. That's about it.

Bed and pillows were VERY comfortable and the customer service was ON POINT. The curtains made the room very dark making it easy to sleep in. The room was a lot bigger than I expected, too. We stayed there for a concert at the all state arena nearby and were able to walk to and from the hotel. I don't normally leave reviews but I thought this place deserved one. If you are looking for a place to stay for an event at the arena, I highly recommend this one. There is a hotel right next to the arena but just in the few minutes we were walking to the arena I saw several planes fly directly over it and I don't know how well I would sleep through that.

Hotel is convenient to airport and the airport shuttle is very efficient, not to mention no cost. It's a little dated but rooms are very big. Bed was too firm and the pillows too soft for me but if that's your thing stay here for sure. It was overall a good stay with friendly staff and I'd recommend if you're looking for a hotel convenient to O'Hare.

Too short time alas to better enjoy the hotel…

Got a voucher from United airlines due to a missed connection. Shuttle runs every 20mins after midnight. Shuttle takes ~10 minutes depending on how many other guests they need to pick up. Check in with the United voucher was easy. The voucher was for ~$110 The building is quite dated and a few of the atrium lights were out. The rooms were very spacious and clean. However, it's 2017… and Wi-Fi isn't free at the hotel. If I were paying ~110 for the room I would expect free Wi-Fi, and a bit comfier.

Decent hotel. Rooms were decent — had a suite that was large, but somewhat outdated. VERY GOOD food and courteous staff.

I had to change rooms because there was hair in the bathrooms, spilled coffee (hopefully) on the toilet, a hole in the wall and something on the wall. Staff was very professional and allowed a room chnage but the 2nd room still had not been cleaned… there was a film of dust on the bathrom counter and no where to plug in a laptop at the desk. I only stayed here for a seminar, but I would never stay here again. For $130/nt, I expect a clean room. Everything loks nice on the surface, but that is all it is… Inhave given them 8 nights this year, so I feel like they have had enough chances.

Very nice hotel close to the Airport. Excellent service and high quality of the rooms. The shower was a bit dated and there wasn't a big flow of water. Overall good experience for a short and even mid term stay.

The staff was really helpful checking in. The rooms were big and very comfortable. I only gave it 4 stars because you could hear the people next door partying and the room service food was adequate.

Now I usually don't give 2 star ratings but this hotel really killed my stay here in Chicago. Having to wait for my shuttle for about 30-40 mins for about 3 times using their service is totally unacceptable. I can understand if it happened once but 3 times. Killed my mood. Secondly, their customer service awful when I first checked in. I asked if I could swap or upgrade for another room and the gentlemen was going to see before his co-worked decided to give him the eye for doing so which was odd. In the end, he couldn't change our room — which is fine — — but it was certainly uncomfortable as well weird for him to suddenly say no after looking for a second at his screen. Our room was fine, there was a distinct smell, once you sit there for a while you get used to it but definitely not a great smell. The room could use some renovations, you can see cracks and plaster on the bathroom wall. Not very attractive but it wasn't terrible. However, the bed was awful. I don't know what mattress they are using but they really need to change it or at least get a pad for it. Sleep was bare for us. The only thing that saved this hotel was how close it was to the airport and cta, and the housekeeping! The housekeeper who cleaned our room was very attentive to cleaning and offered anything that we need while we were there. I wish I had gotten her name to give her a compliment but I hope this message will help for all the housekeepers to be recognized! They were wonderful!

Nice rooms and nice lobby atmosphere. Food at the restaurant is good. Best lettuce wraps I've had in a while. Also a restaurant option right across the street.

I stay here for company business and the hotel is lovely. Gym is above average, rooms are quiet and spacious and hotel staff are friendly. Hotel shuttle runs every 20 minutes.

Went for a company event that was located in a first floor conference room. Atmosphere was nice, but an electrical issue caused the lights to flicker when they were dimmed. Attentive wait staff and good food, but dishes could have been cleaner. Found a couple of glasses with food particles stuck in them. Impressive dining/lounge area in the center of the building. Did not stay in a room, so I can't comment on that.

We've stayed a few times now when the bullriding was in town. I've always got a deal on the room rates. Rooms very roomy staff beyond accommodating, food was great.

My husband and I booked the Sheraton last minute due to some things out of our control. We checked in Saturday afternoon and left Sunday morning, so we only stayed for one night.
We rented a suite. Now the room was ok but for the price I expected better. Honestly it was clean and ready on time. My biggest problem was the quality. There were huge cracks in the shower that had been sloppily fixed, wallpaper was peeling in places on the walls, corners were rusted and the toilet… has calcium build up. Clearly this room needed some cosmetic upgrades which would not have been a big deal for me if the room wasn't so expensive. Let's get to what have this review such a high rating. The employees and food.
Every employee we encountered was fantastic. They were friendly and very helpful. I mean these employees seemed genuinely happy to be working there. We had the most wonderful experience at their hotel restaurant. Our waiter/bartender was friendly and so professional. We ordered to eat from their menu and yes it was pricey but it was some of the best food I've eaten and the portions were generous.
In the end we would return but probably when we could get a deal on the room.

Beds were comfy and the room was great! Some of our outlets were loose and we couldn't charge our phones by the bed. Also, late at night the AC sounded like a large tornado outside of our door. But I enjoyed my stay!

Drinks were reasonably priced. Good place for a drink. Food was mediocre. I got a chicken sandwich. Dry and small.

Check in was fast. The rooms are clean and very nice. Comfortable bed and pillows. Fast Internet and very close to airport. Had a great stay.

The hotel was very clean. The concierge called up to our room and asked if we had everything we needed. The bartender was amazing and kept our drinks coming. We had a wonderful stay.

Very good for a quick overnight stay, front desk even validated my parking for free. One of the entrance doors was not working so I had to walk a long distance.

Poor customer service and I am disappointed with the accommodations and experienced the same rudeness as Ms. Stair's review below. I would not recommend this hotel in the future.

First off, when I checked in, I asked the lady where do I park, she said to me it's 15 a day or you can do a two minute walk for free parking. (The Web site stated free parking) I told her that, she came back and started it does not say where the free parking is. (Keep in mind is 25° outside and I have an infant child) I felt very dissatisfied with her statement. And I ended up paying 15 a day for parking. She then asked for my card, didn't tell me how much the hold was, proceeded to give me the key card. Didn't offer to ask if I needed help with anything. (Like my bags) I get in the room, it is very nice, fridge was unplugged. I requested a crib for my son when I reserved the room, it wasn't in the room, and I asked the front desk of it was in there, she said it should be. I called and asked for one in the room, it took 30 minutes for the crib to get to the room, with no blanket. Then, come to find out the price charged on my card was over 125 than started over the phone. I have to pay for Wi-Fi. When it had stated free Wi-Fi on the web. When I went to check out I notice there is breakfast (it also states on the Web FREE BREAKFAST) I went down. And when I was about to put my stuff down a guy tells me it's 18 19 dollars per person. I was distraught by this. Especially since all this food was out it was 9am and I believe it stayed out since 7 am. So I told the person it said free breakfast online, he said sorry but no. And I said really?

Clean location with nice rooms. The bar is open late and will serve food as well. Nice for when your plane comes in late and ORD has already shut down… Also very close to the airport, about 5 minutes from the car rental.

We got a nice room with lounge access for a night. The room was great, the lounge had great breakfast and free snacks. It was good.

After finding ourselves stuck in Chicago due to a cancelled fight, we booked a room at the Sheraton Chicago O'Hare. We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived by the pleasant staff, the all suites set up and the dining/bar area. We enjoyed a couple of martini's to relax and had a restful night sleep on very comfortable beds and a quiet atmosphere. We would stay again if we were in the area.
