My flight was cancelled. I found this hotel with the best rate on booking. Com very kind staff. Upon arrival they made my stress at ease and quickly checked me in. I ordered food in and got some rest. In the morning they had a complimentary airport shuttle that was prompt. I panicked when my flight was canceled but this hotel was a nice no frills place to rest my head. The room was clean and equipped with toiletries. Breakfast was hot and coffee was fresh. If I ever end up stuck near O’Hare I’ll come back here. Thanks to the staff for being so kind.

Check in was a very easy and smooth great service At the desk in a very comfortable Room.

Well the front desk staff is not what I would call friendly they were efficient and helpful, my room was very very large with a king size bed very comfortable and the breakfast in the morning was wonderful. I appreciated the free shuttle from the hotel and back to the airport. The shuttle driver was very nice both times handled our bags for us.

Lovely hotel nice room big spacious tea making facilities and breakfast which is great airport shuttle I would recommend this hotel brilliant easy check in service and quick friendly staff.

Staff gave my room key to my ex around 530am without so much as a phone call to confirm if he was suppose to be there. He knew my location but did not even have the room number. I could have been killed, robbed or anything.
Be aware, there is no safety at this hotel. The assistant manager told me to get a lawyer and have a nice day when he called to follow up. L on my complaint.
And my room was not even in my name…

Great experience and attention.

This hotel has great staff and is very clean, modern, and were very accommodating when I needed to check in at 9 a. M.! An early flight landed us in Chicago just before breakfast ended but the staff filled empty items and kept food hot for us. There is a 24 hour shuttle service from the airport every 30 minutes.

Never stay at this so called hotel! We had a ripped shower curtain that wouldn't cover the shower, mold on shower ceiling, empty vending machines, (and the front desk does not supply any diet soda, so all you diabetics are drinking water! ), no shampoo!
… and in the morning we had black stuff in our ice from the ice maker.

Anna at the desk was fantastic. Great personality, very professional, and knows how to handle the business. Room was 99% some items were a bit dated, beds were very comfortable. If I'm ever in the windy city again, definitely staying here again.

The Best Western at O'Hare was busy as can be expected. I was disappointed in the time it took to be picked up by their shuttle at the airport. The room cost more there then other Best Westerns and we had black mold in our bathroom. I am usually very pleased with Best Western and will try again next year. We have used them exclusively in our summer travels for almost ten years. I like Best Westerns. This year was an anomaly.

The front desk agent was friendly enough, but after waiting 30 minutes, I had not received my room keys because the machine was broken. Apparently this is a known problem, but the owner/manager refuses to replace the machine. Also, during the tedious check in process, we were rudely asked to move our vehicle and even cursed at by another waiting guest and hotel employee. The parking lot was difficult to maneuver because the two airport shuttles were blocking the path unnecessarily. Then, we were escorted to our room by the front desk agent because still no keys and the elevator was out of service. Do not stay here!

Location were good close to the airport. Free 24 hours shutter bus with two sessions per hour. Would be nice if more frequent services are offer during peak by asking guests' landing time in advance. Personal thumbs up for sending us to the airport at 330am. Room were spacious and reasonable. However, the toilet seat is a little small. 24 hours free coffee and tea at reception which is good.

For people traveling from outside the country this is a fantastic place to stay. Pros: Shuttle to and from O Hare Airport international every 15 minutes before the hour and 45 minutes after the hour. The blue line train will take you directly to down town Chicago making this a great hotel to sight see from. Rooms are spacious with microwave and fridge. Room service and cleaning services are available. Staff are helpful and friendly.

I would have given a higher rating except for the fact I had to fight over the very few parking spaces they have available. Not because of the size of their parking lot but because they sell off most of their parking spaces to a "park and fly" program, which means they aren't staying at the hotel and their car in parked in a spot for long periods without moving. The best western does this to make extra money on the side. This was aggravating because I was an actual hotel guedt. I should have had guaranteed parking since I was staying there. Other than that the rooms were clean and it was an okay hotel.

Very decent hotel for the money. Room is new and clean, everything works, staff is very helpful. There is a microwave and fridge in the room. Mattresses are not super comfortable but not bad either. They have a good number of parking spots but those get occupied pretty fast. There is a free parking nearby.

Very clean rooms, comfortable bed and very nice staff. Would definitely stay here again. We booked a room but accidentely booked it for the wrong day. Instead of being turned away to find another hotel, the staff was so nice about it and they still got us a room. Very happy with my stay!

Don't hesitate to stay here. Ignore all the picky comments people are just being petty. This place was excellent. Our rooms were cleaned daily and the showers had PLENTY hot water. We got extra of whatever we needed from the front desk even makeup removal towelettes! I think that's going above and beyond LOL! The breakfast is excellent and they keep refilling so there's no such thing as "running out" like you see in other hotels. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I had to study while there and the desk attendant opened up a conference room for me so that I could have peace. If I could give 6 stars I would! Again I'll state how exceptionally clean our room was, and the beds were so comfortable. We stayed from 03/23-03/36/2018.

Stayed here for one night while on my way to the Caribbean (March, 2018). I accidentally left a bag with a Nintendo Switch in it at the front counter (reception desk) ; I didn't realize until the next day. The bag was never found/turned in, and conveniently, the security cameras surveying the front lobby had supposedly been down for several weeks. I guess I shouldn't be too surprised, but was just disappointed nonetheless — I expect more from Best Western (I always stay at their hotels). Other than the above, I was happy with my stay. The room was clean and the staff friendly/polite. I Would have given four stars.

Overall, it was one of the best hotel stays I've experienced in years! The hotel is located directly across the street from O'Hare International Airport. That worried me because I thought the noise from all the airplanes would be a bother. I was pleasantly surprised. I barely heard the planes. Service was excellent. The front desk attendant was pleasant and knowledgeable. The room was sufficient size; although the bathroom was smaller. But it was clean and organized. They also provided a decent breakfast. I would definitely stay there again.

Stayed here a couple times before my flight. Enterprise is nearby if needed. There is a McDonald's nearby for food. Other places are a little further out. The hotel went through renovations from the last time I stayed here. It looks nice and well updated. The staff is nice. They have a pantry for purchase, a business center, free breakfast, a gym, and laundry. The bed was comfortable the room was clean. My only complaint is that the rooms are on the small side. Overall I will continue to stay here when catching any flights out of Chicago. I attached pics separately due to my phone not working right.

I really enjoyed my stay here at this Hotel. It was clean, comfortable, quiet and meticulously well kept. The Staff was helpful and courteous to me including the Airport Shuttle driver. I will come back again soon and definitely stay here. I liked the breakfast they served, the workout area, and how quiet everything was so I could relax and rest comfortably. The Manager was very nice and helpful especially, Thank You very much! I would recommend this Hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Chicago and in a decent location. Gentleman at the front desk was absolutely accommodating and expedient. Room looks like it was newly built; impeccably clean. Breakfast was even better than I expected. This hotel will be my go-to in the Chicago area.

Comfortable place to stay especially if you are traveling to the airport early in the morning. A shuttle service is offered that takes you to and from O'Hare. The room was beautiful. Excellent shower and really comfortable bed. All of the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Due to weather that delayed my flight, I ended up missing my connection flight and was stuck in Chicago overnight. I did a search on local hotels close by and selected this one because of it having a free shuttle back and forth to the airport and the cost wasn't outrageous. The room and overall hotel experience was great for what I paid and I would definitely stay here again.

Good hotel I had the bad luck of not being very well treated in the counters.

I did not stay at the hotel. I used the facility for long-term parking. The parking rates five stars. It was very reasonable. But since I did not stay at the hotel, I cannot vouch for the amenities.

I would not stay at this hotel again. Very disappointing! The most important issues to mention are the elevator certificate from 2011, I stayed there in December 2017. The certificate posted in the elevator says that it needs to have a safety check twice a year and the last safety check was done in 2011. Once I reached my room I found lumpy pillows, very soft and well used, overused mattress. What I can only describe as spitballs, wadded up paper that look like it had been chewed on scattered around the floor especially around the edges of the bed. Clearly it had not been vacuumed or cleaned adequately. There has been some Effort to update the cosmetic appearance of the hotel. But the basic lack of care and issues described make it unsuitable. In addition I checked in about 1 o'clock in the morning and a woman whom I can only guess must've been a prostitute was roaming the halls talking on her cell phone and knocking on doors at 1 o'clock in the morning. Very strange behavior indeed. The desk clerk saw her walk in and didn't say a word to her.

We arrived At the hotel only to stay until our early flight the next morning. The staff was very nice! The remodel looked great and the room itself looked nice, but smelled like smoke even though it is a non smoking hotel. The shower head only stayed in one position and needed to be tightened. It also made a very loud squealing noise while using the shower. That wasn’t the end of the world and we were only there to get some sleep before the flight and just before bed I saw a mouse run through the room. I did not want to switch rooms since we needed to get to sleep, so we went to bed. I wanted to let the front desk know of the issues as we were leaving in the morning but no one came to the desk while I waited. I could hear someone but they never came. Overall, I would’ve been fine with everything if we hadn’t seen the mouse.

We booked a garenteed rate for a king bed. Upon our arrival the gentleman at the front desk informed us that the kind beds were over sold and it was a first come first serve basis for a king bed room. We booked this hotel 6 months ago. Upon entering our one double bed room, it had a terrible smell and the carpets were stained everywhere. My husband is 6’3 250 so fitting in this bed was going to be awful, but we’re tols it was all that was available. When going to brush my teeth the bathroom had a significant leak, like water raining from the ceiling. We packed our thinks up at now 1 am and went to the front desk. We were given a less dirty room with 2 double beds. The morning real fast was empty at 7 am and we decided not to even bother. A terrible experience after traveling all day. Most upset I didn’t get what I paid for.

Came with family. This hotel is spotless; my Mom is picky about hotels because she's critical of the way things are cleaned but she thought this was top-notch. In addition to cleanliness, the staff were amazing. They're attentive and cheerful. I can't tell you how pleasant they were to talk to and how much they actually valued my comfort and well-being. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

Very nice stay. Had all the amenities you would expect in room. Check in ladies were very nice and helpful. Parking lot is a bit small but they have a parking garage next store that is free to guests. Excellent spot if going to Allstate arena. Bar and grill very close.

This is my second home! It is extremely convenient to the airport. The staff is amazing! They make you feel right at home and are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They welcome me with a smile each time I come and I feel like a priority.

The hotel is conveniently located to the airport and local attractions. The rooms were clean and quiet. The bathroom is very poorly designed with no place to hang hand towels and only hooks on the back of the door for bath towels. The tub was very slippery on first use. In spite of the size of the hotel, our request (made at reservation time weeks ago) for two rooms with a connecting door was not met. Parking is an issue as the hotel lot is shared with the restaurant next door. Finding a spot if one returns late at night can be a challenge. The breakfast was okay but the second morning we opted to go to a decent restaurant.

Parking was horrible! No spots at 11pm! Bathroom door squeaked so loud it woke my hard-of-hearing mother up in the middle of the night! Then the TV and desk lamp wouldn't turn on. Maybe if they had a sign over the light switch by the door telling us "this turns on TV and lamp" we would have done so! Won't stay here again.

A little bit older hotel, but completely updated. Really nice rooms, comfy beds, mini fridge in most/all rooms. Even the fitness center is remodeled. Staff is great! Plus free breakfast… definitely recommended for a nice airport hotel. Not to mention, a great sports bar/restaurant next door called Shoeless Joe's, named after "Shoeless Joe Jackson" Great beer selection, amazing menu, and tons of tv's.

I was looking for a room near the airport. Many hotels were sold out because they were near a conference center, but the BW had a place for me. Great desk staff, clean rooms, a bed more comfortable than my bed at home! I had a great stay. There was a restaurant attached, shoeless Joe's, they had very good pizza, and a nice tap selection. Breakfast was also above average for hotel breakfast (I say this as a person who stays in hotels 200+ days a year), I will definitely stay again next time I'm connecting through O'Hare.

We were in town for DePaul's graduation. We had three rooms. Our experience here was great! Clean hotel, great customer service, easy assessing freeway, Allstate Arena and many shopping and food choices. Only negative was… hotel parking lot very small not enough spots for all the guests at full capacity. No 5 stars as parking is key at any establishment.

Paid to park here to leave from O'Hare. During check in for parking the front office worker was less than pleasant. When we arrived back from Ohare the shuttle bus never came for us. We waited for 30 minutes before calling the hotel and after we called the hotel the receptionist let us know he should have picked us up at :45 after. Driver did not show until 3:05. The driver had no apologies for being late/forgetting to pick up from airport. Did not speak a word to us the entire trip back to the hotel. Less than pleased with the service. Would not recommend to park here when flying out of O'Hare.

I was there to meet a client and deliver a package and did not actually stay in the hotel myself, not did I visit the restaurant. However, I had an excellent time all the same. The lobby was clean and brightly lit with pleasant decor. The concierge was very helpful in contacting the client as I didn't have a phone number but the package required a signature. He was also very friendly and a joy to chat with while waiting. He conducted himself in a very professional manner and I got the impression that he typically does a very good job at his job. My only complaint is the parking situation. There were no spots open near the hotel at all. Now, this was in a Friday evening so it might have been peak hours, but regardless, I had to park outside the restaurant about as far from the front door as possible. All in all though, my experience was a pleasant one and I would consider delivering packages to guests here again in the future.

Nice clean room, not elegant but comfortable. Reasonable price helpful staff. Free breakfast is good. If you need a place before or after a flight I recommend it.

Pros: -Free Breakfast -Free Parking (If you're lucky and theres a spot in the lot) -Fridge with good enough space -Microwave Cons: -Breakfast is sub-par. Food is extremely low — quality. But hey, it's free. -Bathroom is very small (for the normal room I received). -Room was pretty small for the money as well. -Bed has strange stains underneath the sheets. Looked brownish. Not even going to investigate that one. -Elevator was ancient, and its last inspection from the certificate I could see inside it was from 2010. Thought they had to be done annually? Perhaps I misread. All in all there are significantly better hotels in the area for the same price, if not worth the extra $100 for outstanding quality they can give.

Worst hotel experience I've ever had. We arrived around noon to drop off our bags and then left to visit downtown. When we got back to the hotel around 10:30 pm, they said they had given away our rooms even though I had already paid for the room weeks ago. They then said that they were shuttling all the guests they screwed over to a different hotel and that the shuttle would be there to pick us up in 50 MINUTES (keep in mind it's after 10 pm at this point). We fought them over it for about fifteen min until they finally conceded to pay for a room in the hotel next door. Thank goodness for that, because the Best Western was worn down and dirty in the lobby. Who knows what the rooms looked like because they GAVE OURS AWAY. Do yourself a favor and pay a bit more for one of the other many hotels in the area so you can avoid a terrible experience like we had.

It is an OK place for its' price. Here what I didn't like: I came in early. Asked if I they have a room, they said no. In few hours, another person walks in and guess what. They have a room available. I have been siting in front of the them for 2 hours waiting. They could have told me I could check in. I have had 15 hours long flight and be more than happy to nap. Next day, I was waiting for a shuttle because I was told it would be there in 30 min. And guess what, I almost missed it because concierge did not tell me it arrived earlier. Only because I decided to turn around to stretch legs I saw it. Super forgetful and completely irresponsible personal!

After seeing the construction in the first floor, I was pleasantly surprised by the rooms conditions on the floor we stayed. The free continental breakfast consisted of scrambled eggs, bacon, French toast sticks, danishes, bread to toast, cereal and a selection of juices, much more than I thought since it was free! The free shuttle to the airport was also a great experience and got us there in no time at all. My only complaints involve the toilet in our room having some issues, the lack of HD television in 2016 and the vending machine in our floor being unplugged/broken/something but not working. For an overnight stay, it's hard to beat the price.

Where do I start? Was not told that half the building was under construction when booking my room. My room worked one time and every time after I tried to use it I had to walk up to the front desk to get a new one. The security there is not the best, when you enter it says to use your room key at certain doors, but you don't have to they just open. There is not enough parking for the customers when the employees park in the customer stalls. The staff was not the best. Oh and when I was there the housekeeping never came and took the trash or dirty towels.

The hotel is currently undergoing some major renovations, but the room that I stayed in was newly renovated and immaculate. There wasn't a breakfast or a lounge or anything, but the staff was very friendly about accommodating people because of that. The free shuttle is nice, although not as frequent as other hotels. It's undoubtedly one of the best values for an airport hotel near O'Hare, and where the renovations are at this point moots a lot of the concerns other people have had — the furniture is new and nice, the beds are comfortable, the sheets were clean and soft. If I have an overnight stay at O'Hare again this is where I'll be staying.

Waited at the airport for the shuttle, had to call a couple times to make sure it would be on its way. Saw other hotel shuttles three to four times (Holiday Inn next door was at O'Hare four times and gone before our shuttle finally showed up). Place is ripped apart, looks like a remodel gone bad, possibly gone broke. Flyers stuck on the cars in the parking lot telling customers to leave, that they are in an extended over a year labor fight. Supervisor was helping fix a computer problem desk, covered in paint drips. Looks like the staff that is left is trying to finish the poor remodel attempt. Their restaurant is closed down, breakfast was frozen omelettes, and frozen French toast fingers. Kids were apparently locked out of their rooms and stomping around, running up and down the halls, pounding on doors, with staff present. They did nothing to curb the noise, only jumped out of their way as they charged down the hall. Walls and floors are thin, could hear everything. I just spent less for three days for a much nicer hotel then I paid for one night at this mess. Pretty sure if the fire dept inspected it, they'd lock the doors. Very poor choice on our part, and a waste of money.

Art from Best Western is the Best! He worked so hard to make sure we made our flight out for our Valentines Weekend to NYC. He worked quickly and efficiently to get us to the Airport on time, all while having a smile on. Excellent Customer Service! Nice, Clean Hotel. Parking price is perfect for out of town travels. Will definitely use BW-O'hare for all my travels out of IL.

Excellent hotel… Very clean… Very fast & friendly service.

Where do I start? Was not told that half the building was under construction when booking my room. If you don't book a room during constructions be prepared for the plethora of noise pollution from the intersection of two 10 lane highways. My bathroom door doesn't shut and the power went out during my stay with no inclimate weather at the time. The staff is nice and the breakfast is free so I guess that is something to look forward too.

I stayed at this hotel for full three weeks in June. I got a great price through Priceline so I didn't know which hotel accepted my bid. Once I checked out the review page I got somewhat freaked out by those negative reviews. I don't know with whom they dealt with or where they stayed but my experience was quite different. The staff was extra helpful and polite, not rude as someone said. The hotel is obviously old but the rooms were well maintained. I don't know what level of cleanliness other people expect but it certainly met my expectations. Someone said that filter in the air conditioner was never changed. I pulled out the filter and it was brand new just like the whole airconditioner. I have pictures. Unfortunately I don't see a way to post them. The shuttle runs every 30 minutes to the airport. That was frequent enough for me. From there one can take the train (blue line) to downtown. I left the car on the parking and took the train. If I owned this place I would run it the same way. Why invest in renovation of the facade when the hotel is doing so well? At times the parking was literally full. While I was waiting for the shuttle at the airport I saw shuttles from other hotels coming in empty and leaving empty (especially the pricey ones) while Best Western shuttle was full. The restaurant next to the hotel serves breakfast. It is not "non-existent" as someone said but regular breakfast. I am not affiliated with this hotel.
