Wonderful place. Very clean, had a flight cancellation. They were very accommodating and friendly. The free shuttle to the airport was a plus also… would definitely go back to this hotel.

The shuttle to the airport was nice and the front desk was always very helpful. Clean and quiet, with a nice restaurant attached and a full time fitness center. Would definitely stay again for the price!

I love this room. The way it is split is beautiful. Not thrilled about having to pay for parking but it is what it is. Definitely would come back again.

Our group made reservations for park and stay through their reservation number and when we arrived the front desk turned us away saying they had no parking spots reserved for us and we shouldn't of received the rate given to us to be allowed to do so. They didn't try to work with us or help us out and we had to scramble to make an alternate arrangement.

Customer service and inconsistent information provided to make. Reservation. I have just spent over 2 hours of my time trying to make a reservation at this hotel. I was first quoted a price which would include breakfast, then I was told to give my credit card number to hold the room and call in the evening to pre-pay for the room. I was also told that they were putting anote regarding early check in since we are arriving to Chicago at 11AM. When I called in the evening the hotel, I was told that my room was $50 dollars/day more expensive than the original price quoted and there were no notes regarding early check in. Furious I called Holiday Inn's reservation number who quoted me yet a different price (also higher than the originally quoted price) but this tie with no breakfast included and no early check in. This process took about 1.5 hours. Then the person on the phone said that he would transfer me to head offices who would be able to solve the issue. So, after 20 minutes of hold on an awful music, I get transferred to someone, probably in India, whose voice I could barely hear making the accent quite impossible to understand. He said he would call the hotel to get me the original price quoted. After another 20 minutes wait, he comes back to the line saying that he is sorry but can't do anything because the hotel manager was not in?!?!?!?!?!?! Then he goes on saying that I have to pay the highest rate of all and call back the hotel tomorrow.

Well it’s quite expensive, will report later!

I stay here every time I have a early flight out of O’Hare and have never been charged extra for parking. Tonight when I checked in, they informed me that I would be charged an extra $156.00 on top of the room rate to park my car (park it MYSELF, not valet) in a parking garage across the street. Will not be staying here again will not be eating at the restaurant like we usually do.

This hotel was so clean, updated, and very friendly/helpful! It is one of the nicest hotels we’ve ever stayed in! We are doing the park and fly so hopefully our car has a good experience while we’re gone too!

Shout out to the lady who checked us in on wednesday april 24 2019 3pm. You cant ask for more when the guest service personel greets ya with a warm welcome and keeps a smile on her face. Thank you and I highly recommend it here.

We love this place! Our travel agent accidentally and incorrectly booked our room for the night after we left the country. When we arrived we found out we have no reservation and the hotel had no vacancies. What a terrible way to start an international trip. The staff was wonderful and somehow found a way to accommodate us. This could have been a disaster as all hotels in the area were booked.

Very nice. Only stayed one night to be near the airport for an early flight. The shuttle ran every half hour before 6:00 am. I considered the parking to be expensive, so I long term parked a few blocks north.

Great hotel near Chicago O'Hare Airport. It is a great value for the location. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms quite spacious. There is a restaurant in the lobby and several places will deliver via various apps such as uber eats. The bathrooms were clean and the staff is very friendly. Definitely recommend.

Did not stay here, but after I wandered in off the street looking for a room after a late night cancelled flight, the desk staff were incredibly polite and apologetic, let me sit and charge my phone, rang around, found me a room and called me a cab to get there. A+++ customer service and great humanity. Will consider Holiday Inn above others in future.

Conveniently located close to the airport. Staff are very courteous and hotel ambience is good. As the hotel has a restaurant attached (Harry Carry's), it doesn't have a kitchen. This means that there is no house coffee, though there is coffee you can make in the room or purchase Starbucks from the vending machine in the lobby. For food, you have to go to the restaurant or order room service. Not much of a variety in food, but supposedly the best stake in town (I found much better restaurants in Chicago though). The restaurant is pricey, so, unless it is a special occasion, better to avoid it. Coming back to the hotel, they have a Gym and conference rooms for business meetings. Did not get to explore these as I checked out within a week instead of the scheduled 4 weeks. If you are having issues with chlorine, you might want to check first as I had developed an allergy and had to move to a different hotel within a week.

We have yet to have a bad experience with Holiday Inn or Holiday Inn Express hotels. The room was roomy and nicely decorated. The bed was comfortable and we had a great night's sleep. We had a corner room that felt more spacious. We got a laugh when we tried to open a drawer only to realize the handle was decoration on the faux drawer front. We had enough drawer space for our trip but one more drawer would have been nice if we had stayed longer and brought more to unpack. Thank you for the warm welcome & kind hospitality.

Location is right by the airport and has super frequent shuttles, so that's convenient (even if we didn't fly I can appreciate it). Comfy beds, easy access to good restaurants and it's close to the highway for transportation. Overall I'd say it's pretty good, if a bit standard.

We made a reservation online for a certain room and got a confirmation. When we arrived, they didn't have the room or anything like we had reserved. We drove 3 hours because we had made that reservation so it wasn't appreciated! They did find us something but they need to work with the website if they are letting you reserve rooms online. Other than that, it's in a great location and a nice hotel.

The staff was polite and professional. They made the stay easy and provided everything we needed. Beds were a little uncomfortable.

This place is nice but my key card didnt work, twice. I had to go back down to the front desk, twice, to have it replaced. Also, theres no pool, so if you're staying for more than a night or so and want to swim, you can't. The breakfast is from the restaurant downstairs and is expensive. The staff are super friendly though.

After a long day, my Family and I wanted to have a quick check in and sure enough, we were done in less than a minute. Room was clean and beds comfortable enough to had a good sleep.

The rooms are really nice. If you get two beds they are suite style with a door between the two beds. The airport shuttle runs every 15 minutes which is nice.

Really good hotel to park-sleep-fly from ORD. Rooms are slightly dated but adequate. No breakfast nearby, you can walk 2 blocks to Mickey-Ds. You park your car in parking ramp a block's walk away. Front desk people are friendly and helpful.

Nice room for the price, but parking was $18 extra per night. They have a small fitness center which was decent. The room was oddly arranged as two rooms but for the person in the outer room to get to the bathroom (say in the middle of the night) they had to go through the other bedroom. Good location and the room was clean and very quiet despite its proximity to O'Hare.

This hotel is very convenient to O'Hare airport and features microwaves and fridges in most of the room. The staff are nice enough and it's an overall comfortable stay. But the area isn't the most convenient as the nearest big box store is about a 15 min walk. And the rooms are renovated but still dated in layout. Certain light switches don't have a corresponding light that works with it and the mattress seemed firm and lumpy. The suites at this location are a lot nicer than the regular rooms but that shouldn't be the case since I'd expect consistency from a big chain.

We use their airport parking option whenever flying out of Ohare. It's covered parking which especially nice in winter! You buy the ticket online and then go to the reception desk when you get there and they'll give you a paper to put in your window and directions on where to go. Once you park, you just go back to the lobby and wait for the shuttle. The drivers are always friendly and quick. Coming home, you just have to remember to grab the Harry Caray shuttle.

For the same price you can choose best hotels in that area, you charge parking, it is not near any metro station, an option if you need to get from the loop to the hotel is take the blue line to the airport and from there take the shuttle that goes to the airport and is free.

Shower had a pubic hair in it and did not drain properly. Menu for room service took a search to find. Way over-priced menu for mediocre food. Mini-fridge was not cold. Cleaning lady knocked on the door early to say check out was 11:30. After calling the front desk found out the check out time was 12 pm. They were able to extend my check out until 2. Shuttle from the airport was nice. Does not include a continental breakfast.

The rooms are large and clean, the staff is very nice and the check in and check out processes were easy.

The personal working the front desk were friendly and helpful. Answered my questions about riding the airport shuttle early the morning. Rooms were nice and the bed was very comfortable. Would definitely stay again when in the area.

Stayed at this Holiday Inn many times. I always feel like I am home when I walk through the front door. The front desk staff is not always the same but they are always fun and friendly, courteous and efficient. They are so good I tried other IHG brands to see how they are.

Two nights here. Everything appeared great until I left my room for the day and came back at midnight to a room that had been cleared of all my personal items, including clothing from the closet. No real explanations, aloof attitude from desk staff, and no offer to do a single thing for my trouble. No free parking, breakfast, late check out… nothing. Took them at least an hour to get my stuff out of the "lost and found, " so at 1 a. M. I finally was able to return to my room with my stuff.

This was a lovely hotel. I wish I needed to stay for more than one night. The best were comfortable and the layout was great. The employees I spoke with at the front desk were very helpful and friendly. The view was also lovely. It was fun to watch the planes coming into O'hare. It was surprisingly quiet for how close to the airport the hotel is. I didn't hear a sing plane through the night. However I feel bad for anyone over 5'5 who wanted to take a shower as I felt like I giant in the shower. I had to crouch in order to wash my hair. Also the housekeepers could do a little better of a job. There is a comfy chair in the room that I moved to get a better angle for watching television. When I moved it there were crumbs and papers under the chair. It looked the the chair hadn't been moved or vacuumed under in weeks. Also when I used the keurig in the morning there was a used K-cup in the machine. I was a housekeeper at one point and my place of employment never would have let me get away with that.

Holiday Inn Suites at O’Hare is a great hotel, and as the name says, very close to O’Hare International Airport. We didn’t use the hotel for the proximity to the airport, but traveling for business, but it still met our needs. This is a clean, modern hotel with a helpful staff, that let us check in and out late. There was ample room for loading our luggage into the hotel and the staff answered any questions we would need to get situated. The rooms were large and included a microwave, fridge and kitchenette. The parking lot was well lit and there was plenty of parking after we checked in. Wifi is free and accessing it was no problem. This is a comfortable, clean and extremely functional hotels for travelers, whether it’s for business or personal. After a day of travel, whether it’s a plane or car, this is the perfect hotel.

The rooms are clean. Not had swimming pools. The service was good.

Now this is a sweet holiday inn. Super futuristic and modern. Double bed room had a partition with an additional TV which prevented an altercation about having to watch sports. The toilet was at a perfect height in the game of thrones and room was locked and loaded with a Keurig. Staff was exceptionally friendly and quick. Great restaurant on site. Swank and classy. Killer location A++

They offer a free shuttle to the airport. We were traveling with a bunch of gear and the shuttle is huge and comfy! The suites were huge and had a separate door which was great for privacy. Friendly staff and a spotless facility. The parking is well lit and there were lots of spots, we were able to park our van right by the entrance!

Liked this hotel a lot. My room was clean and it had everything. Separate TVs and rooms really made the stay worth it. The shower had decent water pressure I'd say. I would definitely recommend this hotel again.

This hotel is perfect while performing in Chicago. It's just outside of the city enough to be right on the highway as soon as you're ready to hit the road, and it's just close enough to be easy to get in and out as you need to. The staff is very friendly, and the rooms are perfect and there's a nice American restaurant on-site!

I stayed here with my family for 2 nights. We were very pleased with the welcome and smooth check in. The entire staff was very accommodating. The covered parking garage was convenient and secure. The shuttle bus is available 24/7 every 15 min! The room had 2 separate sleeping areas which was great for privacy and space, the beds were quite comfortable. Everything was quite clean and updated.   I have to say one of the highlights of the entire trip was watching and being served by the Harry Carey breakfast staff. What a refreshing change for us to observe a highly trained, professional staff that knows how to serve their guests! I would go back to this hotel on this one fact alone. They cared and took pride in the job they were doing. My highest complements to them. I would recommend this hotel and I will return.

Ricky Ricardo is the best shuttle driver ever. I've never met anyone like him before. His personality is amazing and is always in good spirits. He's always welcoming and makes me feel safe every time I take the shuttle.

My three-night stay at the Holiday Inn Rosemont was absolutely fantastic! The location couldn’t be better. It’s located really close to the airport and is in walking distance to Allstate Arena (perfect for the concert we went to). Plus, the hotel offers a free shuttle that will take you to O’Hare airport and to the blue subway line so you can easily get to downtown Chicago. The rooms are spacious and clean, and soundproof, too, as I didn’t hear my neighbors once! This hotel is close to fast food restaurants and other eating establishments and also has a really nice bar and restaurant within it (which catered to our vegan diet and allowed us to customize items on the menu). To those traveling to Chicago (especially those flying in via O’Hare), I would highly recommend this hotel!

First things first, this hotel is in a great location. I was in town for a rare vacation, and I was able to get into town and back easily. For local fun, there is a casino nearby, as well as several restaurants. As the night wound down, I stopped by a liquor store around the corner to grab a nightcap for my friends and I. I travel a lot, and I rarely see a quality hotel with nearby services like this. It was nice to be able to address all of my wants and needs quickly and eas…ily. The rooms were incredibly comfortable, all the basics were hit. Hot water heated quickly, water pressure was perfect. There was a keurig in the room, that was nice. Something not a lot of people pay attention to, the toilet was quiet. My girlfriend was traveling with me, and I didn't want to wake her up when I got up at 4am to use the restroom. At some hotels, this means not flushing, which is gross. Here, I didn't have to worry about it. Little things like that really stand out to me as exceptional. The only possible negative was that the in-hotel restaurant was surprisingly expensive. It's a Harry Carey restaurant, which for someone who isn't from Chicago sounds like a sports bar type environment. In the hotel, it is a fine dining establishment with plates average $30-40.

I was impress with this hotel, staff, rooms and location. This property is right by the airport they have free shuttle. It has two restaurants a steakhouse and a nice pub. The service was great the food was yummy. The rooms was awesome and the staff was thumbs up and professional. They also have a fitness center, computers and printers downstairs to use if you have some business to do like I did.
If you coming into the Chicago Area I would recommend this hotel.

Location was perfect, right off I-294. Our room was of a unique design incorporating the elements of a suite and twin queen room. Spacious with up to date amenities. Wi-Fi speeds were very adequate. For families making a long commute to the Chicago Children's Hospital (University Chicago School of Medicine) they offer a significant discount! Something we were not expecting but the friendly booking staff helped us out with. This was a home run in my book!

Great service, clean rooms. The steakhouse attached to the hotel was great and made it easy to eat then go straight to sleep after a long day of travel.

Booked a room for New Years Eve thinking it was a normal 2 queen bed style room. We opened up the door to a 2 bedroom, 2 bed room with 2 TVs, a refrigerator, sink, and microwave. Room also had a very large desk and a good office style chair. Definitely more than what we were expecting for the unbeatable price we booked the room for!

Wish I could give zero stars for customer service. They are doing renovations, which is understandable, but no excuse for running over, disregarding, and ignoring paying customers. My husband and I stayed before and after our honeymoon trip out of the country and left our car in the parking garage. Upon returning, our car needed a jump. They gave my husband a portable device to take out and jump the car. Unfortunately, they hadn't bothered to charge the device itself, so it didn't work. When we informed them, they said we could just bring it back and wait for it to charge because everyone was too busy to give us a jump. They then had a lovely conversation with each other and ignored me. Luckily my husband waited in the freezing garage until a kind stranger gave him a jump. I have a conference in Rosemont in February and there is absolutely no chance we will be staying here again.

I'm not one to complain ever, I work in customer service and understand not everything will be perfect, that being said the room is extremely nice as well. My only concern is that the hotel is undergoing renovations going into the new year and nobody informed us. So checking in after a long drive at 2 am and being woken up to loud buzzing at 7 am was not ideal, they transfered us but to a room that was equally as loud. I would just recommend while booking asking if there are renovations going on. You'll love it if not.
