Front desk staff when checking in was extremely unpleasant. We don’t get away very often and were prepared to relax and have a good time but service was horrible from the start from the same employee. And the room for that price is outrageous! The room was falling apart! It also states on good that all rooms have refrigerators and microwaves yet they DO NOT! When trying to call down to the front desk they do not answer the calls! It’s just a terrible hotel.

It was a nice spot But there was only 1 small bottle of shampoo and conditioner for me and my husband in the room and not that it should matter but the shampoo was a different brand then the conditioner what the heck? Idk you would think it would be better than that! smh. And then when I checked out the parking meter wouldn't let me out so I had to go back into the hotel after I was waiting at the exit just to be let out! wasted my time!

Long story short, Ari, Stella and Eric made my stay exceptional. I suffer from Migraines — I usually have my medication, but this time I forgot it. It leveled me — put me on the floor literally for 7 hours. Ari, graciously brought my food to my room — she was so kind and caring. Made sure I didn’t need anything and the way the world is now this is HUGE! Eric and Stella checked on me, made sure my stay was all I needed it to be. These 3 are a huge asset to your company. I do real estate for a living and I am considering expanding to Chicago. I would hire these three on the spot, and I’m extremely particular in who I bring in my team. Thank you and I will be visiting your hotel again!

The room was nice, dont get me wrong. Very clean. There is no fridge or microwave. Makes staying multiple nights a bit of a pain if you eat and have leftovers. Or if you want something cold to drink. Yes there's an ice machine, but still. Our room was warm. We went to turn the heat down, but HOT air kept coming in. We called for help and said since the temperature outside was below 55 or 50 that they had it kept on and sent up a fan. The "heated" pool? Ice. Cold. It was good to sleep in but that's about it.

Very friendly staff, great service. Starbucks and Restaurant in the lobby, convenient ATM. Walkway into the convention center. I always stay here, even when my events are downtown. Love this place. ❤

Our flight got cancelled and we had to find a last minute hotel for overnight. Very nice staff who accommodated us with amenities at no charge since we didn't have our luggage. Room was clean, food was good, and everyone in a service position was courteous and went the extra mile. We always stay at Hiltons and have never been dissapointed.

Nice rooms, and the restaurant was pretty good for breakfast. Parking garage feels like a bit of a hike, especially at night when you're tired. Wish they had valet.

Excellent hotel and amazing front desk staff. The food in the bar especially pub burgers are excellent. The only drawback, if you don't have a car, is that closest gas station it convenience store is at least a mile away. Overall we we're very pleased with our stay.

Stayed here for a quick weekend trip. Great location. Used Priceline as I had no time to get on the Hilton site and get the reservation done. Was a great deal considering the other hotels in the area which were far more expensive. Parking was 29 dollars a night. Spent some time in the fitness room. There are two; one with the pool entrance which has all the treadmill, excercise bikes etc. The weights are in the fitness 2 room. Well equipped. The elliptical machine does not work. One does. As you can see from the pics, all the machines in fitness 2 are located so you face inside, with you back to the great views. The larger Smith type machine abuts the ceiling; in case you do pull ups, can't get head above bar. Small inconvenience but be aware. Rest of room equipment and cleanliness are great. Staff are friendly and helpful. Would visit again.

I went to Hilton Rosemont for a work event and I was impressed with the facility. The hotel and room was decorated well and very clean. There was a Starbucks in the lobby, so it doesn't get better than that. Also, every employee I passed asked how I was and wished me a good day. They were all so friendly, I would definitely stay there again.

I stayed there with my family to celebrate my birthday in Chicago. I really love our room. It was clean and the breakfast buffet has a lot of variety. I love the hotel and the fact that there is starbucks inside the hotel makes it way too convenient. We have to pay for our parking for $29 a day. Overall I am satisfied with the service & will stay at Hilton again.

What a lousy stay. No water pressure so I was afraid to wash my hair no way to get the soap out. The person at check-in had no idea what they were doing wanted to charge me $200 a night when I had already signed up on the Hilton site at 107 a night didn’t give me my free breakfast coupons We looked up the restaurant in the Hilton on open range they had a beautiful menu had some really good sounding things. We made reservations we went there the dining room is closed and the menu is no longer valid We walk out to put our bags in our vehicle and the entrance garbage cans are overflowing there’s garbage laying on the ground and this was a 10 o’clock in the morning Two days in a row we got wake up calls at 6 AM that we didn’t set. We went to the front desk at check out and we are going to tell her about the things we have problems with the checkout lady started arguing with us and didn’t want to hear what we had to say so we left. I have stayed at Hilton’s all over the country this is all inexcusable and people should loose their jobs.

Me and my wife stayed here for a weekend and I have to say from the hotel staff to the bar staff everyone was beyond nice and helpful. It is a bit pricey but in my opinion you get what you pay for here at this hotel. There is a ton to do in walking distance of this hotel so once you park just enjoy the weekend.

Don't give discounts for parking when staying over 4 days, other local hotles have fridges and microwaves as an option this doesn't yet charges extra for rooms and parking. Don't stay here if there are other options. Front desk doesn't give extra blankets when asked or when they say they will call when next luggage cart is available they don't. This place sucks. Good pillows though that's why 2 stars.

The hotel itself is nice. However, we were given inaccurate information about whether our room would have a fridge, and the price they charged us at check-in was higher than the price in our confirmation email. They also made us give them a $100 deposit (to be returned after the stay assuming we didn't damage the room), but they didn't tell us about it in advance so we were unprepared for it at check-in. Ultimately this stay ended up being way more expensive than we were anticipating due to the terrible communication on the part of the hotel and the lack of fridge was incredibly inconvenient because we had meal prepped thinking we'd have one (since they had told us we would).

This place is super expensive for the quality. I would definitely try to find some place else. Didn't have any particular problems with it but for the price they were charging I expected something way nicer. There's no refrigerator in the room and the buffet downstairs is $25 bucks for the breakfast.

Great hotel, friendly staff. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Room service was great in handling a serious food allergy. Concierge for extra towels took over an hour. Otherwise fantastic facilities. Perfect for a stay when visiting the Convention Center.

Attended a conference there. Staff were friendly, guest rooms were great, food was wonderful (even accommodating multiple dietary requirements). Conference staff were always available. Enclosed roof top pool had a really interesting view.

I was there for a dance festival. CSBF2018! The hotel took really good care of us. Thanks for the water all night as we danced! Coffee place, Starbucks, was good. Parking ramp and covered walkway was nice with the cold weather.

If this room were $120 or lower I would have been happier, but for $200+ it's not a good value. The rooms are clean, but the bathroom is extremely small, and counters are very high (And the peep hole is high as well). The bed was comfortable, which is great since the walls are very thin (I have poor hearing), and could hear 2 ladies talking at the end of the hallway. Long story short, depending on the room rate, this place should be a last resort.

The hotel was just what I expect from a Hilton. Nice rooms, comfortable beds, good location for service to the airport. Because it is close to the airport you can hear planes over head, I'm not a super light sleeper so it wasn't an issue for mem The breakfast buffet was great at well! Not just the typical options. Great selection of fresh cut fruit, cauliflower hash browns, sautteed asparagus, interesting pastries, smoked salmon, prosciutto, fresh cheese. Breakfast is my favorite meal, I was in heaven. Had a great stay!

Really good rooms and service. Use this place anytime I need to stay near O'Hare. Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent restaurant — and the bartenders are outstanding! They also have an excellent park-stay-fly program. About $25 gets you up to 14 days parking. The shuttle runs like clockwork and it's great both going and coming.

Great views of downtown Chicago. Really comfortable big pillows. The shoes has bulk shampoo and conditioner which I really liked. The front desk was really friendly and helpful. Parking at the hotel is rather expensive but there are cheaper options very close to the hotel. No fridge or microwave in the room, but that is typical of a hilton hotel. I really enjoyed my stay here.

Room was pretty nice. The facillities nice. The room had not been vacuumed. Toe nails and few other small items on the floor/under desks. The front desk was not as friendly as expected. On the whole still a good stay.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for 4 days during New Year's weekend. From the moment we checked in to checkout, everyone we encountered exemplified customer-centered service, making our visit for pleasant. The facilities are great — the fitness centers, pool, restaurant, and room — all beautiful. Even with the proximity to the airport, our room was very quiet. We hope to stay here again soon.

Located close to absolutely nothing. Don't expect to experience the city or find food anywhere near here Rooms are decent but the bridge between the convention center and the hotel is long, hot, narrow, and needlessly winding. The hotel layout is pretty normal excluding the sky bridge. Staff were nice and are the only only reason this gets two stars. The cleaning lady we met was very kind. I also had my debit card information stolen here, so don't use the ATMs in the hotel EVER. They are located away from staff and have been targeted by card-skimmers for over six years.

Very nice hotel with nice amenities. The breakfast buffet is great and the servers are top notch. While there is a pool there is no hot tub. When your makes reservations makes sure to print out of the terms and what you are getting otherwise they will nickle and dine you for every penny they can.

The hotel was clean and pleasant, bed was extremely comfortable. My only complaints were that I requested extra pillows and a refrigerator days in advance of my stay and got neither of them. When I called the desk to see if I could at least give me the pillows they said they were out. When I had another issue and called the desk, it rang and rang without picking up twice. I was staying for a large convention, so I can understand things not going so smoothly, but those issues I experienced. Regardless, I'd definitely stay here again.

Rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. I stayed on the 4th floor. I noticed at 630 am the shower was lukewarm but I think that's because of everyone taking showers at the time. I took a shower at night and it was hot. So if you don't want to compete with all the other guest for hot water shower at night lol. We had a conference at the hotel and the staff were amazing. Food was great. I had a rib eye the bar and it was amazing.

Nice digs for a Business trip. If U are Hilton diamond member u get lots of perks, but we r road warriors. Definitely better than a Marriott (they r pretty full of themselves) for sure… never got any where with them. Free breakfast, Wi-Fi, and water for diamond member. $30 for parking. Free shuttle to O' hare airport. Right across the st from convention center. Nice room with desk and lounge chair.

Excellent service. You text guest services which is cool. Very accommodating to any requests. Highly recommend especially if you are attending a convention. Quick access to the convention center via sky bridge.

The room was very well kept and updated. The bed was comfortable. Over all the entire hotel was beautiful. The breakfast buffet was great, as was our dinner. Hotel is well located near restaurants and the convention center.

It was very close to the CTA so that we could walk to the train station to get in to Chicago. The breakfast (even though we had to pay for it) was very good. It was clean and cool. We really only spent our nights there as we wanted to play in the city. It would have been nice to enjoy the pool. It was up on the top floor with a cool view around it (not downtown Chicago, but still a cool view).

This place was a great place to spend the night on our way out to the airport we left the car there and we knew it was in good care. We came in and they welcomed us with friendly faces and great people. We asked him for a refrigerator they brought up right away ask for more towels they brought it right away. Wonderful View great bed. We will stay here each time we leave out of Chicago O'Hare. The shuttle to the airport was always on time. With a friendly driver always.

Good rooms in a good location. Walking distance to the convention center and a few great dining experiences. They offer shuttle to/from the airport and they'll call a shuttle to the casino a few miles up the road.

The hotel is clean, and the rooms are well maintained. It is nice to have a walkway to the conference center as well. The staff has been pleasant to work with and they were great at check in to accommodate our requests. Extra perk to have a restaurant (great Pub Burger) and the Starbucks in the lobby.

Good hotel with nice restaurant and good sized rooms. Free shuttle bus from / to the airport as well as free internet in rooms if Hilton Honours member. Attended for 2 nights and hotel had everything that could need. Restaurant has a good menu and very nice atmosphere however the hotel is beside an entertainment district with a lot of bars, restaurant, bowling. The lot. Very nice place.

Good connection to the airport and highway. Rooms are clean and well maintained. The furnishings are appropriate. Both the rooms and the restaurant offer good value for money. Reception friendly. The staff at the restaurant are selected friendly. Unfortunately, the car park with $29 per day is quite expensive.

Everything from the rooms to the restaurants are extremely overpriced for nothing special. I missed my connecting flight because United Airlines is terrible. The "discount" rate for being stranded is $394.00 a night. I have no luggage and the hotel has no robes in the room. For $400 A night a robe would be nice. Food at their restaurants is extremely overpriced and blah. I think most people staying here are doing so because their flight has been derailed in some way. Check in line was long on a Tuesday night took about 20 minutes to get to the front. Employees are not overly helpful or polite. I will not stay here again.

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. Com Booked a room on there and they had the cheapest rates around… Got it for a very low price on a deal through price line. The hotel was decent for the price I had paid. However, if I paid anything over $90/night which many people do for their stay, I would have given it 1 star. They charge $26 a day for their garage parking lot. Third party websites list it as free parking and when I asked about the same, the hotel management and the third party website blamed each other for the mistake. Even lots in Downtown are cheaper than that. Make it a reasonable $10 — $12/ day parking lot. The rooms are great and maintenance was neat. When I booked, I was looking at a lively place because of the proximity to the convention center location. To my surprise, I hardly met 5 people during my 2 night stay. Ideal for airport commuters and Convention kinda people.

I was fortunate enough to miss my connecting flight with United, shocker, so I was given a voucher for a room. When I arrived the gentlemen at the front desk asked for my last name, he looked puzzled and when I handed him the voucher he says "oh, you have a voucher. " He litteally said nothing more after that until I asked about using my food vouchers, in while he replied "yeah, but the kitchen is already closed so not tonight. " Mind you, no apology, he didn't offer surrounding restaurants, or direct me to the little snack cafe area they have, nothing. Once I got to my room I noticed the room service stated it could be ordered until 11pm, so I attempt to call, no answer. It's about 10:30p at this point. So I call the front desk and a lady answers, when I inquire she apologizes and explains that the kitchen is closed for "detailed cleaning". She offered to have a menu brought up of places that delivered and I thanked her. 15 minutes later I'm curious about said menu and it wasn't until I walked toward the bathroom and noticed that the menu had simply been slid under my door. No knock, follow up call, nothing. Not very impressed with this trip.

I travel for business, I've stayed at a lot of hotels, but this was by far my worst experience at a hotel. I stayed here during a vacation weekend with some friends, four of us in one room, and we were given two keys. We returned later one evening when a member of hotel security wanted us to show them our room keys before proceeding to the elevators. Problem was, they wanted us to show one key per person. The front desk originally refused to give us any more keys. I feared we would not be able to get to our own rooms where we had just been a few hours earlier. Eventually we got it figured out, but this experience made me feel very unwelcome and unappreciated as a guest. Next time I'm in the Rosemont area, I'll look elsewhere for lodging. I will never return to this hotel.

I stayed here for the Walker Stalker Con May 27 & 28. For the most part, it was a WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE! Cassandra at check was awesome, so was Jennifer the rest of weekend! The rooms were SUPER CLEAN, and I am an auditor at the Hilton, so I am hard to please! All of the staff that I ran into was just nice as pie! Well kept building and updated rooms & linens. When I return to Chicago I will be going there! (My only issue was the pool was shut down Sat. Night because of so many ppl in it Sat. Afternoon. It was opened by morning!

It was the nicest hotel I've stayed at. But the elevator was working like half the time so it was alot of carrying things up and down to the 5th floor. Honestly though 10/10 I would recommend this Hilton. The skywalk was super convenient as well!

On checking in, we were told we had the wrong number of rooms for our group. Even AFTER calling the hotel to verify. So they shook us down for another room after being rude, misquoting the rates for the extra room, and indirectly calling us liars. I'm a manager at a retail store, and we would be out of business if we took advantage of our customers this way.

I enjoyed my stay. The hotel was nice with a Starbucks, restaurant and bar. The room looked nice. The views weren't amazing but it is close to the airport. I used the airport transportation and it was convenient. The price is reasonable for what you get. I would consider it a good value if more things were included in the price, such as breakfast. I think connecting to Wi-Fi should not require a password.

I've stayed here several times. I like it because it makes early morning O'Hare flights easy. Rooms are always clean, good service, and decent food. There's a Starbucks on site, which is nice.

The location is great with it's proximity to the airport and convention center as well as walkable to the outlet mall around the corner and various food options. The staff was incredibly nice! The rooms were nothing out of the ordinary, but well kept and updated.

The hotel was clean and staff was friendly. The kitchen/restaurant staff were especially great. Food had a decent taste for the price. Overall positive experience. Parking was $25 per day even as a Diamond rewards member so be ready for that surprise.

The room was comfortable, but didn't come with simple amenities like a mini fridge or microwave. There were a few broken things in the room. The iron and some of the wall plugs didn't work, the shower was a little funny when first turning it on. Overall the staff was pretty nice except for a 'Manager' and one other employee. They were very disrespectful and rude. We were staying there during New Years Eve, so it was very busy and lots of people, but the way that they handled the situation was very unpleasant. We won't stay here again. We paid too much money for what it was. It was our first time in Chicago/Rosemont, and it made a bad impression on the city.

Nice hotel near the train station, which was important to us. The train station was in very close walking distance and from there you can get about anywhere else you need to go. Rooms were roomy and the bed was comfortable. It would have been nice to have had a microwave in the room for heating up left overs from meals. The swimming pool and hot tub was very nice. Parking was expensive but found another place to park that was cheaper. Overall, a very nice reasonably priced hotel. I would recommend to others.

I just spent the weekend at Hilton Rosemont /Chicago and was very pleased with their service. Especially liked their Internet check-in and check-out. All I had to do was pick up my key when I arrived. The room was clean and the view great.

The hotel was very nice for the conference I attended. Although the airport is near, the noise did not bother me. My room was very nice and the bed was quite comfy. The fitness center had very nice treadmills and other equipment. The staff were all friendly and very helpful. I had a very pleasant experience.
