I recommend that this is a great place to stay.

Walkability to restaurants and shops shuttle to airport, heated pool, nice design. Clean, helpful staff.

Terrible airport shuttle service. It missed two scheduled pick ups and left me waiting for an hour. Also, No refrigerator in room.

I was trying to find the email address for the general manager but couldn't so I will post this here. I want to comment on the front desk girl Alex, she was so kind and friendly she asked me why I came all the way from Wisconsin when Wisconsin was more open during this covid-19 thing and when I told her it was to see my daughter she seemed genuinely interested and asked more questions. She took the time the next day to ask me how things went, because of Alex I will be back.

This hotel backs up to a live music venue and tonight it’s 2:30am and the music is blaring. Wtf. Why doesn’t this place warn their customers.

If you love retro, fabulous staff and an awesome live radio station with music from all over the world… this is the place for you. If they are booked up Go to the downtown Chicago one! Aloft is my place to go! O’Hare or Downtown Chicago!

Stayed at the Aloft on Friday night. We had so much fun. There was a lively group of colorfully dressed people I. The lobby/bar area and music until about 10:15. It was a blast. Went up to our room which was very nice with comfy bed.
Located near The airport, the shopping, and many restaurants, movie theater and a concert venue. Everything you could ask for.

We stayed last night and it was so loud. They had music going in the lobby until 11 if not later. We sat in our room with the TV on and could hear it over the TV. The bed was uncomfortable, it was a mattress on a piece of wood. I was expecting something way better for what we paid. The only reason we paid so much is cuz we we went to a concert and it was walking distance.

Unique atmosphere. So much to do in the area. The bartender tonight was great.

Nice hotel with a young vibrant feel. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Has a great shuttle service from ORD airport and to the nearby Rosemont subway station. Location is good if you wanna be close to the airport. Subway ride downtown is about 45 min. On my day of departure since my flight was really early and the shuttle service had not started, they got me a cab and paid for the fare. Really enjoyed my stay, and would stay again.

Do not stay here. Unacceptable for a Marriott. I'm a platinum member and have stayed hundreds of nights at Marriotts. This was my first time at one of their newly acquired properties. It was terrible. The floors were dirty, the lamps didn't work, the shades were busted up, and things were generally in a state of disrepair. I've had better conditions in roadside motels. The front desk staff was friendly and quick to respond to needs which was nice but the room was just so bad for what you pay for.

Nice hotel. Clean rooms and the bed was very comfortable. The outside courtyard was a nice place to hang out and relax. The parking ramp is crazy and there's no free breakfast.

Great spot for good eats and drinks just right around the corner plus can’t beat the shopping outlets! Will definitely book again when we go back to Chicago.

We stayed here this past Sunday for a night while passing through. Horrible! Room was dirty. I mean white dog hair all over the carpet, the floors were dirty and seemed sticky to the point I wouldn’t even take my shoes off, the bathroom vanity had a layer of dust covering it, toilet had to be flushed twice, AC couldn’t keep up so it was super humid and it had an awful smell to the entire room. Told the front desk about it, didn’t even bother apologizing just said they’d give me a free night of parking, ($23) What a joke! NEVER will I stay there again. Remember — pictures never age!

The staff was really friendly and answered all of our questions right when we arrived. I told them that we were in for my girlfriend's birthday and they had a really nice welcome package with a personalized note waiting for us in the room. The bed and room were clean and comfortable. The bar and lounge area outside were awesome and it was a great way to end the night. Thanks for the great visit!

Great place to stay. Very modern look and very clean room. The early morning staff even ordered a cab free of charge after I missed their shuttle by a few minutes. Highly recommended!

I won't lie I wasn't really impressed by this place, the rooms are nice and stuff the beds are okay not the most comfortable, the shower is nice but it has a clear glass where the people inside of the room can see you. He just doesn't seem like an upscale 4 * 5 * type of hotel. The pool is nice we went swimming with our daughter, it isn't very deep but it's nice to swim around in. I only ended up staying here the whole seven nights because I didn't have a choice everything else was booked in Chicago at the time. I would actually recommend staying in downtown if you're visiting Chicago I had to drive roughly one hour every time I wanted to see if one of their main attractions. Also the parking is $15 per night so keep that in mind.

A solid hotel with a fun atmosphere and contemporary rooms. The room was a bit worn, with some dings in the walls and a shower that had a bit of water that would pool near the drain, but it was large and comfortable. The shower has a frosted glass window to the rest of the room, which might be uncomfortable to share with a non-romantic friend. Common spaces are nice, smartly designed and we'll maintained.

Everyone was really nice, and the room was fantastic. They were super helpful (and we asked for a lot). Also they played weirdly good music, which I've never noticed in a hotel lobby before.

Had a great stay here with our family! Staff was very friendly and helpful at every turn. Decor was hip and hotel was very inviting. Had a pool table down near the bar and lots of places to relax. Grab and go food with plenty of choices. Made to order food was tasty! Nice splash pool and fitness center. Thanks to Fernando for all your hard work in helping us out, and also Trinity, who rushed to make certain that our son got a slinky before our shuttle left. (It's the little things! )

Love everything about this hotel: The location, the staff, the Live at Aloft events, the snack bar… You name it. It has everything that a casual, modern hotel should. The staff is always friendly and warm and ensures you have everything you need to make your stay here the best experience possible. The rooms are clean and organized and the location can't be beat, There are many restaurants and live music venues to choose from; all within walking distance. The hotel is conveniently located. Perfect for any kind of business trip, vacation or weekend getaway. Great job, Aloft! Keep up the good work!

Meh! Little "cold" for my taste. I prefer a warm, cozy atmosphere. The gathering area (lobby) is not. More of a grunge feel. Cool if that is your thing. Price is good and bed comfortable. The bathroom photo is deceiving, it IS NOT that bright!

Booked a room a week and a 1/2 in advance brought my Dogs. I scope out the room before I bring my dogs in. Very small room. No room for even one of my dogs kennels. Look for another entrance so my dogs don't have to go through the lobby which is loud and there is music playing and a bar 10 ft away from the front desk with 15 people all around it. I ask the front desk people if there another way in he tells me no. Find out they have a pet policy was never told when I booked it that there is a pet policy that my dogs can not be left alone in the room. I had brought my kennels expecting to be able to leave them in the room why I went to a concert that next day. I then told them I had a concert the next day and was told well that's pretty much to bad. So I had to cancel my room at 830pm and find another room after driving 5 hours! Don't say you are pet friendly when you are not. When you only have one entrance to your hotel you are not pet friendly. Also when I tried to leave to go to my car to talk to my husband about their pet policy the guy jumped all over me about not being able to go any further until I sign this pet policy! They were not friendly or nice at all about it which made it so much worse. Do not go here with you pets it's a bad mistake!

The hotel itself was nice (though not spectacular) but they need to post more and better signs for where their parking is. I drove around for 20 minutes in and out of the garage looking for the designated spot for the hotel in the garage. There is a clear sign telling you where to enter the garage but once you enter, there are no directions on where to park in the garage. And this is an extremely large 5 floor garage shared by 2 hotels, a shopping center and several other restaurants and entertainment establishments. If I weren't there to attend a conference and meeting several people, I would've just turned around and gone home. Once inside, the hotel looked nice, albeit small. I would've given 4 stars but took away 2 for the parking and frustration.

Clean room except for the bathroom floor had not been swept, beds were okay but the mattress kept sliding. Literally just a mattress thrown on a large wooden block on the ground. Hard to sit up in bed. It’s in a great area! But I have honestly had friendlier service at an extended stay than head. Not that it was bad, just kinda bland. Sturdy coffee maker in the room, acceptable pool and fitness room. Quite odd bathroom set up. I stayed here on company business so not sure of price but I’m sure it’s way too much for what you are given. Stay at Hampton Inn, save money, and still get a better result plus free delicious breakfast :)

Absolutely horrible! If I could give them a zero I would. If you are looking to have fun with friends don't come here or you will have to be dead silent after 9pm. Charged me $600 and then when I called them about it they said they only saw 2 $50 charges for valet and told me to get over it. Will never come here again. Spend your money somewhere else.

After forgetting my I. D, yes I understand this is my fault, the staff was not accommodating, understanding, or hospitable. I had the credit card that I purchased the room with. I did use a third party to book, but had the confirming email along with receipt that listed the last 4 digits of the card and name (once again, I had that card too). They would not allow my friends to check in with the payment card and another I. D while I went to go get my I. D. I had flight information and mail with my name, address, and birth date on it for them to hold until I returned. My drive was an hour away. My friends were forced to wait. The supervisor said that policy comes over accommodating the customer. I was shocked with this conversation. Would not stay here again or recommend. The best thing about the hotel is location. Rooms are ok, fairly clean. I just had a very bad experience with the hotel.

Pretty close to the airport so you will hear airplanes when trying to sleep. Loud blower HVAC in room and I didn’t know this was a dog friendly hotel. Who leaves their dog in their room to whine for hours on end and can’t be reached by hotel staff? One day I can understand but 2 days in a row? Not acceptable. The free shuttle driver is very helpful. Free coffee in morning is nice. I stayed here because of a seminar I was attending in the hotel.

Cool fun looking place. Lots to do in the area. Coffee in room is amazing. Bathroom needs a good cleaning. 1st pic is floor by toilet which is right next to shower and the other pic is the vanity area that leads to toilet/shower. Was just as dirty a year ago when we stayed here — We really like the area I guess.

Good for quick stays. Most Alofts are pretty similar in terms of features, decor, etc. Rooms were nice but I wish I had a microwave. Pool and gym we're in good condition. Parking is extra ($25/night) or more if you want to be in front of the hotel and not in the garage. Garage does have a covered sky bridge. There are some great restaurants within walking distance.

Liked the modern Industrial design. Room was good size. Issue with water on bathroom floor after shower. Continental breakfast included would have been nice.

Beautiful hotel! The staff was amazing! The rooms are small but comfy! Wish they had a small refrigerator in the room as we went to dinner and had leftovers but nowhere to store them. But other than that no complaints!

We had a fantastic time here on a recent trip. The staff were all kind, courteous, and helpful. The decor of the hotel was quite nice as well. There were a few small blemishes in the room (peeling wallpaper in a small spot and cuts on the headboard) but nothing that affected the trip. The heating and a/c worked great. The shower was a good size, had great temperature, and plenty of water pressure. There was plenty of counter space in the sink area although I feel that a second sink would utilize the space better. There was plenty of storage space and table space. We requested a fridge and they gave us one but it would be nice if it was standard. It would also be nice if a microwave came with the room as well. But we still think it is a great hotel and would highly recommend it.

Good rooms with lots of amenities like video game ports and nice showers. But internet isn't free after the first day, no breakfast, parking isn't provided. There is a pool and a billiards table but I don't like paying 3.50 for a coffee. 3/5 not great but employees were nice and room was clean.

Very nice bathrooms, and unique aesthetics of the room overall. Not so much a fan of how much their breakfast items cost, but the vouchers given for joining something for free was very nice. A coat got left behind, which we promptly called the hotel about next day and it showed up on our doorstep the next! They are definitely on top of their customer service.

Competitive prices, clean rooms with plenty of space to unwind. No continental breakfast included with my reservation, but breakfast items were available for purchase. Perfect location for anything happening at the convention center or performing arts center. Walking distance to these venues.

"Modern" hotel featuring very small rooms, no restaurant or room service, no complementary breakfast, no hot tub in the pool area, and very limited information. Most hotels have a book that lists amenities and features (bar hours, airport shuttle info, etc. ) but Aloft did not, which led to me calling the front desk multiple times with questions like, is there a pool? Where is it? What are the hours? Is there a business center where I can print my boarding pass? When does the bar open? Super frustrating.

Newly built Design hotel made within a structure probably intended for other. The result is great with very large and bright rooms. The only drawback the location is close to the airport (free shuttle included) but the distance from public transportation to the city and maybe even the price a little high.

No sit-down restaurant like it's sister hotel in downtown Chicago proper which is a bit of a bummer since there are no other options nearby. Otherwise great rooms, comfy beds/rooms and seamless check-in/out experience.

I really enjoy this band. Great outdoor seating area with gas fireplace that they actually use. Nice pool and gym as well. Free welcome gift with status, ample food stuffs in lobby and great location for restaurants.

Cute place. Lots of amenities to make our night fun. Air conditioning unit was very loud when the compressor turned on. When checking out they told us we should have called the front desk to get the engineer to look at it. That is not an appropriate solution for midnight when I am already sleeping. Bathroom doors slide closed and do not latch so I felt exposed doing my business.

Was staying at Aloft because we had a fire at the house and was unable to stay at home until everything was clean and fixed. The only big issue we had was one night we were going to the bar and my boyfriend had a beer (again as we were going to pay for more drinks) a security guard yelled at us that we were not allowed to have drinks on the main floor. I understand if this is a rule and respect it. Case being he was almost done with his previous drink, hence why heading to the bar. It was embarrassing to be called out so loudly. Other than that there isn't much food options but we had many things close by!

I stayed here due to a canceled connecting flight from O'Hare. Nice hotel that seems to have modern amenities. The towels were soft, which I appreciated. The airport shuttle was convenient and runs every thirty minutes on the morning.

This hotel is amazing. I got exactly what I paid for for a very reasonable price. And there is a small square located nearby with great restaurants and entertainment depending on the night. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

So nice… we loved our time there! Right in the down town area. No need to drive, we just walked from place to place. The pool was amazing, out door space was so fun with the fire pit n bags set up. Definitely would go again!

I am sure this is a great place for the 20 or 30 somethings. Felt more like a college dorm coming in to the lobby. Reception not friendly, attendee socializing and distracted visibility bothered by questions. Unusual behavior for Midwest. (Morning staff did have the friendly warmth I expected. ). Big issue for me, No luggage help. Not even a luggage cart. Only refreshments available, overpriced prepackaged stale food and a bar. The target market appears to be light travels who need no food and drink, not me. The bed was comfortable and I slept well so that is why I can say "I didn't like it" instead of "I hated it". Definitely will not stay at Aloft again.

The rooms were really clean but small. The hotel had a modern retro look. The gym was also small but the equipment was extremely nice and top notch. The toilet in my room was broken but since I wasn't there long enough for them to fix it I don't know if that was ever fixed. No free continental breakfast. The shower was the best shower I've ever used and I really liked the body wash and shampoo/conditioner dispensers in the shower. Honestly the shower and gym are the main reasons why I rated so high.

Very cool hotel with a very modern feel. Rooms are laid out in a very interesting and fun way. Amenities and pool are very nice as well. Would definitely recommend it to anyone staying near the airport in Chicago. The shuttle will also take you to the subway blue line to get downtown Chicago fairly quickly.

The overall atmosphere of the hotel was pretty fun. The rooms were very welcoming and comfortable. I especially enjoyed the large bathroom and shower. I wish the bed was a little bit more comfortable, but that's the only thing I would improve.

The hotel is very nice, but parking is expensive. Considering I was staying for less than 5 hours they could have validated my parking, but chose not to. The bed is comfortable though and the room has all the amenities one may need. Parking was just a big customer service issue for me.

My stay at Aloft Chicago O'Hare was very pleasurable. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful on the inside. Very modern, with a nice bar and beautiful pool. The rooms are very clean and also very modern. The stone step in shower was very relaxing. Overall, I enjoyed my stay there for business purposes and I would highly recommend this hotel.

I love this hotel. This was my second stay here in 6 months. Rooms are amazing, and the bar is nice. Would be better if the bar actually had all the stuff to make their special cocktails.

Dirty carpet, and the bathroom smelled like stinky drain pipes. They charge $23 for parking over night in that subs! I told them that do not charge $23 on the card I checked in with, charge the other card I booked with, 2 times during my stay. But they did charged $23 on the card I didn't want get charged! I called and complained, they said " oh that was misunderstanding, we don't have any access to the card you booked with, you have to call Expedia! " That WAS NOT misunderstanding, that was incompetence of their front desk. I wan not happy their service and room.

I was given a room without a telephone and after three attempts at getting one in my room I was informed that the room wasn't equipped with a phone line. I asked why I wasn't made aware of this the previous day, the response was "I'm on the only person who knew. The people from last night wouldn't have known. " Wow! Is this privileged information. Why would you allow a room with deficiencies be assigned to a guest. Now I must call the front desk from my cell phone to request any services I may need. While this doesn't seem like an inconvenience to most it is to me. So when I need my towels refreshed, as I've opted out of housekeeping services for environmental reasons, I'll need to call from my phone. I may be overreacting to most but I'm disappointed.

A group of us came and stayed overnight for Chiverish, a very large charity event. The staff was rude, not accomodating, or even helpful. You had to basically beg to get what you were needing, like a mini fridge in our case that was suppose to come with the room. They knew nothing about our cause, so they had no idea what they were getting into. They should have done some research on our organization beforehand.

Completely ridiculous, rather stay at the local motel 6. Everything here is overpriced, nothing is clean, and false advertisement on the website. Staff is a joke, they do not care if your unsatisfied with anything and sell parking when parking is not even available. Have a great stay!

The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly. The bed and shower are great, and it is obviously very convenient to O'Hare. They try to be too hip, and it just doesn't play well. Also the food is subpar, $6 for an omelette that is quite literally unwrapped and tossed in a microwave.

My company booked me here for one night when missed my connecting flight to Cleveland. I really enjoyed my stay here for that night. Very comfortable bed. Would definitely recommend and perhaps will stay here on my own when I visit the windy City.

I ospdde in the Hotel Aloft Rosemont for a oar of days. I wanted to get away from the estes home, the receptionist I attended with respect and was very friendly. Let Me explain the services available and location of places of interest within the hotel comonla pool etc gave Me detailed directions on how to get to my room. During my stay, my room was each cleansing a couple of times, the bucamas were very attentive and courteous. In my experience, I would recommend this hotel to my friends.

Very expensive for the quality, the carpet in the room smells bad.

Beds too hard, pillows too soft, vomit in lobby, crappy overpriced parking, ac that's as loud as a machine gun. Oh, the shampoo is a joke, hair felt dirtier after wash.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay there. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The airport shuttle service dropped us off (and picked us up) at Rosemont on the blue line. The room was clean and cozy.

Very good city 4 star hotel 3 stars.
