The last remodel must of been in the 70s. The staff is wonderful but the rooms are wayyyy outdated.

Great location Nice spacious rooms.

Great restaurant and I love the piano bar.

The Chicago O'Hare Hilton fitness center day pass was awesome! Best kept secret at the airport! Honors member discount as well. Friendly staff greeted me at reception this morning providing fresh towels and locker key. Great sauna too! Will be back again. Thank you O'Hare Hilton!

Great hotel but screwed up van service to terminal 5. Triple assured me every 15 min. In reality no service between 1-2pm. Caused great difficulty for three seniors on train with luggage.

Amer was a life saver for me yesterday! I missed a shuttle and needed to get to my car quickly, so went to Hilton to get a cab. Amer said that would take too long and drive me to my car! So appreciated! So generous! Thanks Amer!

Very bad Customer service especially with supervisor, Al. Never would recommend this location due to poor mgt and bad service. Al, is worst customer service person I have ever encountered shouting at a guest and screaming.

Daughter and I stayed here while we waited on our dog to arrive on Lufthansa and it was a clean room with great service. Just a little pricey in my opinion.

Heating was an issue for our room, we had to turn the heat up to 84 to stay warm. We where stuck in Chicago thanks to United. Room was clean, quite. They gave us a late check out, which is very nice.

Bed Bugs. Enough said. Three days on Benadryl to cure the bites and rush. Hotel stopped responding and never refunded me for the stay. Customer service emailed me saying they will respond with 14 day, it’s been over two weeks and no response. Ignorant management and dirty room.

BED BUGS! They have bed bugs. I brought one to the desk and they called security to apologize and ask me to leave. They said they can’t authorize a refund and to call Expedia. (I booked with hotels. Com). Everyone I have called says sorry but call someone else. They claim that they can’t refund my money.

Hotel over priced with little if any amenities. Room was decent and quite which was great considering it is literally outside hotel. Use Uber. They will pick you up in front even though hotel says they won’t. Also eat dinner and have drinks at Gaslight on site. Hotel does not promote it because it is not part of hotel but so much better than hotel bar and restaurant.

Had fun with my 11 year old son everything down to the exercise room and pool and friendly employees and helpful excellent breakfast.

Way to expensive for the lousy equipment and old fashioned style. Not even a bottle of water on the room!

Excellent all around. Very clean, very comfortable, easy to navigate and access from the terminal. Even though our stay was 1 night, it was everything we expected, and more. Definitely will visit again!

Very convenient to the airport. Actually walked over. A lifesaver of sorts, as our flight was canceled. The Italian Restaurant in house was great.

Really enjoyed the service, variety of items on the breakfast buffet. The best coffee and fresh juice & fresh fruit with Greek yogurt. The waitress were friendly and you didn’t feel rushed!

Poor at best. Rooms are old and somewhat run down. The shower wouldn’t drain properly, this is not first time this has happened to me staying here. Way over priced for room quality. Sincerely

The food is disgusting and the service is terrible! I ordered rib tips, and got one burned blob of rib end all fat, chicken wings made my daughter sick. Awful!

It was a nice hotel and everything was very nice though the rooms were very simple. It was more than convenient for making flights early in the morning. It was somewhat inconvenient to get places but overall a good stay for a quick trip. They had a nice gym facility and office as well. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I'd stay here again for a quick stay but not if your aim is to visit as a tourist in Chicago, it's too far, though the blue line train made the commute very easy and affordable. Also Uber made getting around pretty easy but the airport setting made that somewhat confusing though not all that bad. The best part really was rolling out of bed for an early flight and being in the airport! So easy and no worries of traffic or any other delays. Nice peace of mind.

Meh. Rooms need updating, amazing a 600 room hotel on airport doesn't have an executive lounge or even seating area where people can have small personal meetings… Only option is renting a meeting room or parlor suite. And if you think you can just sit at the bar area tables and work, once they open there is a $15 per person minimum charge if you plan on sitting there! No other public spaces to sit except for 4 chairs off to the side of the entrance. Honestly only good thing… It's connected to the terminal.

This hotel is so convenient when you have an early flight out the next morning. Rooms are clean but nothing special. Parking is $75.00! I parked in the airport parking within walking distance for $40.00. Room service is outrageous but I guess they all are. I canceled my order & went to one of their restaurants and got the same meal I ordered for over half the cost. Convenient is my main stay for this hotel.

The location is convenient, since it is attached to the airport. No need for a cab. The rooms are fine. You really can't hear the planes taking off. The service was good. All my interactions with staff were timely and friendly.

Comfortable room, good staff and of course great access to the O'Hare airport. Sound level was good especially considering the hotel was next to an airport. Didn't utilize the fitness center, but it looked nice from the outside. Only complaint is the price. The only major benefit was proximity to the airport. Given my situation I had to shell out the money for the room. But for the price I expected a lot more amenities.

Our bed had hair in it. We called the front desk and were told the hotel was full so there was nothing they could do. We had to ask for a sheet change; it wasn't even offered. The maintenance man came with clean sheets and had to call the front desk to say how bad it was and we needed a new room. Surprisingly there was a room open! We had called for a toothbrush and toothpaste and it took 3 calls and 2 hours for it to be delivered. The fan didn't work in the bathroom and the ice machine didn't work. They moved us to a different floor where there were towels on the floor by the ice machine because it was leaking. There was also a lamp sitting on the floor even though it was feet away from the service elevator. There was a crack under the door big enough for me to fit my hand through. The paint is falling off the walls and the ceiling was falling off in the bathroom. The first room didn't have a soap dish. The staff was so rude. They interrupted us when we tried to explain. They wanted to know why we didnt call at 8pm when we checked in. We didn't try to get into bed til 11. How could we have know there was dirty sheets? The website said nothing about the only parking available was a $75 option or you can park at the airport for $40 and once you park, you can't leave unless you want to pay another $75 or $40.

It’s not cheap but feels like you are staying in a budget hotel. You pay for convenience to/from the airport.
By now it should have its own secure high-spread Wi-Fi and not have to use a AT&T coupon code for Wi-Fi, poor air conditioning, general leftofter cigarette smoke permeates the hallway, avererage shower, etc. On top of that we were ignored by the restaurant staff to meals in a row.

It's convenient, but it stops there. The rooms are a bit dated. There is a pool kinda small. Sauna and a steam room that are included with the stay. If your looking to workout I hope you brought your wallet with you since they charge you to run on treadmill. The restaurant/bar is pretty good though. Food looked pretty good and some of the other patrons said it was good. I didn't eat anything but had a few drinks and it was typically priced for Chicago. Parking is either pay by the hour up to $40 dollars a day at the parking garage or there is valet with the hotel but costs $75. So it's a toss up if you plan on coming and going valet is probably the route to go since you have to pay every time you leave the pay garage.

I had been traveling all day and due to weather my connecting flight was cancelled. It was already very late and I was desperate for sleep. Internet on my phone stopped working while I searched for hotels in the airport so I had no alternative but to call for a reservation. At least I got a room. With all of the taxes added it was $530 and change. The room was ok but certainly overpriced.
They must be instructed to gouge desperate late night travelers. No hair dryer in the room, bag was empty. The only nice things were an open window and real half & half for coffee.

VERY expensive O'Hare Hilton. The services are good to excellent. I usually stay here when I have a very early flight. On the lowest level there is a UPS store that will receive (for a fee) packages. The domestic terminals are easily accessible from here. The international terminal can be reached by a free hotel shuttle (best to reserve in advance). For most stays, other hotels nearby are significantly cheaper.

This Hilton is a great place to stay for easy access to the airport. A couple of minutes on foot and you're in terminal 3. If the weather is bad you can also take the tunnels that interconnect the hotel, airport and the train into the city. The transportation center is just across the street from the hotel. The rooms are nicely appointed, clean and spacious. My room had a queen bed, desk, recliner and a mini fridge. There are two restaurants with bars, and a little shop with sandwiches, salads and snacks. The food was good in both restaurants, although I recommend the steak in the Gaslight. My seafood was overcooked. They have without a doubt one of the best gyms for a hotel I've ever used. It's a real fun with an attendant, lots of machines, a room dedicated to free weights, a large pool and a sauna. You can even schedule a massage. Typical Hinton quality and service throughout. Great place to stay if you want to be close to O'Hare.

Very convenient since it's attached to the airport directly. We stayed when our flights were cancelled for the day because of weather. They gave us free toiletries to get us by until the next day. Friendly and a great view. Quite expensive, but great in a storm if you don't want to be out in the weather.

This hotel is perfect for those needing to stay overnight to make a connection. The staff is friendly, there are a variety of eating options, like a sports bar, Italian restaurant, an old-timey saloon with live music and a convenience store. The beds are comfortable. I came home and bought a feather pillow because their pillows were so nice.

The best airport hotel in the world! For decades this hotel has been consistently operating a solid product, clean, updated and well maintained. The staff is professional delivering a great stay. I am amazed and very satisfied when I'm at this Hilton. Oh and you never hear the house keeping staff in the halls. Always a pleasure to stay here!

Stuck at O'Hare… thanks to American Airlines… Put us up in the Hilton. It was serviceable. Not very clean… ac didn't work very well. Beds were fine. Staff was friendly and helpful… only had a toothbrush for complimentary toiletries… we were told to go to the shop to buy whatever else we needed. The restaurant there was pretty good… pizzas were great but the deserts were not that good… all pretty dry. So considering the circumstances… they were good. Good enough anyways.

Should NOT claim to be a Hilton! My kids and I stayed in the family suite, as soon as we walked in there was a 6" crusty yellow stain on the floor. The carpet was torn up in several places. My daughter and I kept sneezing so I checked the vent filters, and they were caked with dust. They claim on the website to have an activity pack for kids, yet when I called the front desk, they have never heard of it, the couch cushions were tattered and torn, and wallpaper was peeling off the wall. This place has been rode hard and put up wet. How disappointing "Hilton"…

We stayed here after a flight got in late. I flew in and my husband was picking me up. It was 80 dollars for him to park there for the night on top of the hotel cost. The room was a wreck. The cleaning supplies were left in the bathroom. There was no toilet paper. The shower was one that you could adjust the height but it was broken and was at about waist length and could not be raised. Really fun to try and wash your hair. It seems convenient but for the price and the additional parking cost, getting a cab to a better hotel would give you a much better experience for your money.

First room I got was a large living room. Nice room but no bed! I called the front desk: there was a Murphy bed and they could send someone to help pull it down, but the hotel was “sold out with no other rooms available”. I then saw two adjoining doors and realized I was in part of a suite. I pulled down the Murphy bed and it was tiny and hard as a rock. I called the front desk again. Multiple recordings that “no one was available to answer my call. ” I went downstairs and three out of the four front desk clerks were available. Yet no one could answer my call? I was “upgraded” to another room, much smaller, with a king bed. Same claustrophobic bathroom. Larger but very uncomfortable bed. Five hours later and I still cannot sleep. The bed is horrendous! So the hotel was “sold out” yet I got another room right away. Don’t stay here unless you don’t care about sleeping. The beds are horrible. Staff lies about room availability. Bathrooms barely have space to turn around in.

It is a good hotel the room is big and they have pool and a gym.

A bit confusing getting here from international terminal. Signage could be better. Friendly check in. Our room has heavy odor of cigarettes covered up by men’s cologne. Expensive but convenient for flying in and out of Chicago. The bell man watched us struggle with our bags. I guess we don’t look impressive enough to assist. Too bad I’m a big tipper. His loss. The smell though is to much for me to rate this property any more than 2 stars.

Parking can be a problem. That said, the best part about this hotel is the location, which is significantly better than any other airport hotel. The facilities are nice although they could be a little bit better, the lobby is fantastic. Rooms are great, views are amazing (if you like airports).

My flight got cancelled and this place try to charge me $450 for a one night stay, and when I asked why so expensive they said "Well, since so many flights were cancelled, we upped the prices. And we know people don't have other options. " My grandmother of 84 and I found a best Western for a fifth of the price. These people genuinely love to gouge people on prices and think it's funny.

Fantastic place to stay right at O'Hare airport. A couple places to eat inside, pool, and fitness center pretty much covers all the basics. The parking is expensive of course, but the hotel itself was actually rather reasonable and super convenient. Stayed two nights, took a day trip to Navy Pier before flying out, and had a great experience overall. Highly recommend.

Wonderful customer service, especially Eddie De’ Jesus at front desk. He is very dedicated doing his job, Thank you for helping me. I hope Administration understand how valuable is this man for the Hotel. Definitely Hilton and their employees is the BEST.

The hotel was comfortable. I would recommend staying on the side closet to the air traffic. I have stayed on both sides and the "no fly zone" is actually louder due to the hotel vans on this side. Every time the vans back up they are very loud and the noise travels right into the room. The gym is very nice and has a full weight room and steam room and sauna which was very nice. I also liked the different options for food within the hotel. It is right on airport property so you don't need to worry about missing your flight.

Just got robbed right inside the front door, at 12:30in the morning with more than one staff watching. It seems pretty common, the robber actually knows where the atm is inside the hotel, any make my friends give him $60 from the ATM. If you value your life don’t stay here!

I had missed a connection the evening I stayed and the next flight wasn't until the next morning, so I opted to stay at the hitlon O'Hare so that I wasn't too far away. When I finally found how to get to the hotel (you go underground) I arrived to a long line of waiting people with no one at the first desk. Eventually someone came and was very apologetic and helpful. It was the Sunday after Thanksgiving so who knows, maybe they were under staffed for the night. In all, the only bad thing about this hotel is the poor signing and directions INSIDE the airport, which isn't really Hilton's fault. The long wait at the front desk was unfortunate, but not a very big deal. My room was spacious and clean, and that's all I wanted for the 10 hours I spent there.

$25 for early check-in. The most negligent breakfast wait staff in Chicago (and perhaps the world). We had to take our bill to the hostess because the waiters ignored us completely. Prices in the restaurants, gift/snack shop, and business center are a tragic comedy. This hotel is actively looking for ways to give you the finger. It resents you for staying there. It resents its own existence. Two stars for convenient location, a clean room, and the friendly housekeeping staff.

After almost 14 hours of flying the Hilton was just what we needed to refresh ourselves before continuing the next day to our final destination. Very convenient; staff was excellent, accommodations were good and the food was just what we wanted. Only complaint was the towels. Although absorbant they were thin. We have had more plush towels at Comfort Inn. A little disappointed. Highly recommend for a very convenient airport hotel.

I was not impressed by this "4 star" Hilton. Prices are definetly way to high for the room menu. Valet parking is $75, if you park yourself its $40 a day. Pet friendly, but still need to pay a $50 pet fee per day. Rooms were small and could be cleaner. The carpet and the bathroom sink could use a good cleaning. The beds were comfortable and the location of the hotel is great, if you are flying. All in all its an average hotel, definitely not what you would expect from a Hilton or any 4 star hotel.

This hotel was very convenient, since we had a very late flight from Mexico City to Chicago. When we arrived to our room it was quite warm and we asked to be moved to a different room. The staff were very accommodating and even brought us a fan for our new room just in case we were still feeling warm. The hotel itself is not much to get excited over and our room was a bit dingey but overall clean. There is a fitness room and restaurant available for guests.

The Hilton Chicago Airport was very convenient, but staff seemed very disinterested in being helpful or kind. Our flight was cancelled due to the hurricane and when we were checking out of hotel, clerk quickly informed us that the cost for another night would be $480… though we did not even inquire about staying another night. One nice thing was the late checkout they allowed us which was very helpful. Room needed updating though it was pretty clean but sink stopper didn't work… Tiny room. Not usual Hilton quality.

Pretty standard airport hotel. Use the valet parking unless you want to schlep your bags across to the parking structure. Looks like the rooms haven't been updated in at least a decade. The air freshener is a bit strong and smells like budget cologne. The staff were nice, professional and courteous.

The room w As nice, but very small. When I got to my room it was blazing hot and the AC was off. I turned it on and it did cool off eventually, but it said it was 65F and it definitely was still much warmer than that. Also, while taking a bath I noticed that the toilet was still kinda dirty under the rim inside the bowl. Not something I would normally notice, but from the low view point I could see it. Definitely a sign that corners are probably cut during cleaning.

I was sent to the Hilton after my flight was delayed. The Hilton staff were very courteous and efficient in giving me a room. Room service was excellent and I would recommend travelers to visit. This Hilton is also in the airport so you don't need to be worried about traveling to your gate. Thank you for the service, Hilton.

Very tolerant/welcoming hotel with travelers stuck at the airport. Self-service Machines (and Internet access). Bar open late.

Not really worth the money. Location is great, but the hotel itself was a bit outdated on the inside and our room had stained blankets and towels, which did not impress us (especially my dad since hotel textiles is his line of work). Temperature in the room was also really cold all the time. Hotel of this "class" and price range should have a free breakfast. As said: Okay if you're arriving or departuring O'Hare, but not worth the money.

An ideal location before taking off or just after a flight.

I was on the 10th floor and had a great view. It was super convenient since I was flying in and out of O'Hare quite quickly. The weirdest thing though was using the digital key and not having to check in. That was weird, but it did save a few minutes. The room was excellent as usual with Hilton's.

The hotel room was perfectly fine, the most negative aspect was our experience at "Andiamo" the on site restaurant. Once seated we asked for a minute to look at the menu and then we're ignored for almost a half hour. We have up on ordering off the menu and went with the breakfast buffet. The buffet was certainly not worth the cost and the service was beyond worthless, the restaurant was about half full but our server was both cold and unhelpful. Next time we'll go with Starbucks and not waste our money or time.

Always a great hotel. The gym is the absolute best. Plenty of equipment including a steam room. The staff is also first rate. One if my favorite places.

Literally the most overpriced hotel I have ever stayed at. I get better customer service at $60 hotels. If I knew this I would have never stayed here. The room cost me over $300 a night and there was no fridge in my room and the service people questioned everything I wanted example asking why I needed more cups. I was there for 3 days. I just needed a new cup. There is also the saddest pool I have ever seen in a hotel this expensive. It was short and no deeper than 4 1/2 ft. With no hottub. Also the service people were being visibilly nicer to guests wearing business attire. This is my vacation I don't want to wear my suit. I just want to wear jeans and a t. These are all the things I can remember but I'm sure there was more. Seriously don't stay here.

Why cause I watch a group of lowlifes that couldn't get credit there. Never laughed so much all of you complain. Cheer up the place was great. Live intertaiment. Good food and you got free meals at breakfast and dinner. I just read a review. And looked at pics. Of place that was mentioned, and I got to say WHERE the hell did this dude stay. Looks like he must have been doping a bit.

Very convenient location on short layovers. The staff has always been so accommodating and making sure your stay goes pleasant. Extremely comfortable beds and clean rooms. Awesome Gym, love the sauna and stream room. Fast and quick restaurant service.

Couldnt ask for a better location, hotel staff was great, plenty of food options. Gym was the best I've ever seen at a hotel, had sauna/steam room and all the equipment one could ask for. Only complaint is you have no control over your room temperature. Staff explained to me its an old AC infrastructure and that they'd bring me a small heater if I needed one. Overall loved it, I will be back.

Good service, comfy beds, and free Wi-Fi when you sign up for their rewards program made this location a nice overnight stop. The location is great as well for being minutes away from Airport security. We were able to get on our 7:45am departure flight and sleep in till 6am.

Overall great stay, great customer service. A couple negatives that feel like getting nickel and dimed though. Need a key to access mini bar. Need to sign up for their free loyalty program else no free Wi-Fi. Can't order only a drink at their restaurant Andiamo… have to buy food too.

Great spot for travelers using the airport. Rooms are clean, updated and quiet. You won't find a more convenient location where you can walk right over to the terminal. Ask the front desk staff for a takeout menu from one of several quick and convenient restaurants in the area.

This was an excellent hotel for doing business around the airport. The upgraded rooms are labeled as "Runway View" where it's facing the terminals and runway. It's nice to see when there is good visibility during the day, at night you can only really see the planes taxi. I had a King size bed and the room felt clean and well kept, the only negative I felt was the low water pressure from the shower. Breakfast at the restaurant was good. They have the standard buffet fare of pastries, eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, oatmeal, fruit, and yogurt. Made to order omelettes or eggs is included with buffet. I didn't try lunch or dinner there. Access to the airport and L train was extremely easy. You don't even have to go outside to reach either. It takes about 40 minutes to get to The Loop from the hotel and you can get a day pass that includes busses for $10. I did notice there was a pool, and a gym, but I didn't use either of them. I will be going back to this hotel for business as long as the rates are reasonable enough to do so.
