The hotel was clean rooms were large and staff was extremely kind. I would recommend this place to anyone even families with children.

Great place to stay. Room was clean and the service team is great. My only concerns were the trash room being filled and not taken care of the whole weekend, and the bed was flat and hard in my opinion. Otherwise great service and great location.

This hotel is cool. Nice location and a beautiful view fron my room. The workers are cool but slow to respond to customer's need at times.

First off want to say the staff here is amazing, friendly caring and professional. We were able to get into our room and begin our vacation hassle free, room was clean (even though we checked in early), and kitchen was spotless. My only issue was a smell that came from the trash room the second day of our stay that drifted throughout the hallway. Other than that it was a great stay.

This place is very clean. It's nice and quiet with great staff! I love the location and great parking that has quality lighting at night. You won't regret having a nice clean place to rest your head. They serve coffee, oatmeal and muffins for breakfast when you are on the go in the morning!

Nice place… good location! Not the fault of Extended Stay… people need to learn how to exit a room without slamming the door behind them! Quite disturbing early am or late pm! Rooms are good size. Kitchens are small but doable. The suites are the best because your bedroom and a bath are separate from the living room and kitchen.

Pretty slow internet (300 Kb/s default, 3 Mb/s if you upgrade for 17$ a week) but otherwise fine.

It was so disgusting! While we were staying there, we found mice were in&out of the room. Inspectors came later. We took a few pictures behind of the refrigerator. I attached some screen shots here. What a horrible experience! We planed to stay there from 11/27 to 11/31, but we left at 11/29 after we found out.

I stayed there this past Friday, October 27th 2017. I was up on the third floor by the elevator. When I first came in I spoke to the assistant General manager oh, and he was very sweet and very understanding of my situation. I had to come from Richmond Virginia at 7 in the morning and ask for an early check-in. And they allowed me and have an early check-in and didn't give me a hassle. The assistant general manager, James, call me an hour after I settled in into my hotel room to make sure I was doing okay and I asked him to bring me three pillows what you did. I was very worried about this hotel because of the reviews online. But I was informed that management is new oh, they had new management take over three months ago. I would recommend this hotel and it is very homey is very clean, the people are very sweet. The bed is very comfortable, I just over all enjoyed my stay for that one night. When I come back up to Gaithersburg I will be booking for this hotel again.

Rooms are nice. Good quality for the price. Could see myself staying here if I needed to be here long term.

Had to go there for work, someone was high in the lobby. Couldn't get out of there fast enough. The staff was very helpful and friendly though.

Rooms were OK, Garbage cans long overflowing outside, Garbage everywhere outside, and in the stairwell. Lot's of broken glass in parking. This place has a feel of a run down homeless shelter. Residents were all nice, I never felt threatened, and I was happy that our vehicles weren't bothered. We reserved a room for three, a month ago and the only rooms available when we arrived only had one bed.

Mostly nice staff. Stayed since February 2017 to May 9. People next door smoking and drinks. Someone around us must leave food or trash out. We seen lots of ants the last two weeks. The longer you stay, the cheaper the room rate is not true. Seasonal increase from 450 a week 580. And, that's with the Perks program.

Staff was great, fellow guest were amazing as well, had an impromptu cookout in the outside area with people from 4 different countries! Room was excellent, clean, spacious, awesome bed. Will stay again!

The newer building has a very home away from home atmosphere and upgraded with a lounge. Catch Deonta around he is very helpful with assisting with any guest services persistently.

Nicole, who works at the front desk at night, is uneducated.

I checked in around 3:24pm and my room had a leaky toilet, a wooden leg just laying on the table and the vent above the stove didn't work. But, to make matters worse their were no other rooms available to move me into. The manager told me to have a seat while he checks the room. Why would he need to check the room as if I would fabricate this information. He came back and spoke to his staff and then they finally moved me to another room.

I checked in on Friday evening and my first impression of the room was the uncleanliness of the room… something a good vacuum and dust down would have corrected. The bedding was my next notice been I'm weary of having a bed bug experience… I noticed there was a telltale sign of previous bed bugs by black stain from the blood… So I felt very hesitant to stay but I was very much under the weather… I removed the pillows and throw the cover to the foot of the bed and turned the heat on high and sleep with all lights on… The next day I decided to extend another to recovery more from my illness and later that evening I was laying in bed and why I say my biggest fear crawling on bed with me… I immediately jumped up and looked back on the bed at the bed bug and smashed it dead and proceeded to get my belongings and exit to checkout. Been that they charge a rate of almost $100/night I feel very much robbed of a good piece of mind and quality customer service from their standard of rooms. My anxiety is turned to the max itch and scare of carrying those bugs in my personal belongings. I will not nor would I recommend their hotel chain ever again for myself or others.

We went through four rooms until we could get a half decent clean one. They were all very nasty until the last room and it still wasn't very clean. It was a nightmare for us because we had driven a long ways and were very tired. I just couldn't believe how bad the rooms and service were compared to the price. We won't ever stay there again! Check out the pull out couch… It will make you sick at your stomach!

Humidity is high in the hallways and bedrooms. Air is NOT healthy here. This creates foul, musty, basement-like air quality that is prevalent in the hallways and room I stayed in. Pets are allowed in this hotel. I saw a huge pile of dog poop in the hallway. The hotel is a dump. I am sick from having stayed here. Air conditioning units are too close to the beds. Air filter was dirty in the unit and may have played a role in getting me sick.

Very worst experience. Restroom door was not locking and even after complaining they didn't change the room and their words was we have to ADJUST and there is no possibility of changing my room. I'm Frustrated with their worst response. I would suggest this hotel if you want to hear irresponsible answers for any problems in their hotel. Extended Stay America : You are doing a great disappointing job.

Only been here 1 night out of 7, but so far I'm pleasantly surprised. Has been quiet, the staff so far are courteous and responsive… and I even feel pretty safe! That's always good, you know? (rolling eyes). This was actually NOT the case at the only other Extended Stay I've been at, which was the one in Springfield, VA. So, Gaithersburg South!
