One of the nicest, cleanest hotels I've stayed in to date. I'm in hotels at least 2 days per week, 40 weeks per year on business. Front desk staff were very pleasant and helpful. Everything looked new. Room was huge. Bathroom and shower were both enormous and CLEAN. No long strands of hair from the last occupant in the shower. Carpet in room was clean. Flat screen TV was excellent with DirecTV. Best of all, it was quiet there. I slept like a baby. No doors opening and slamming shut at 2 in the morning. Kudos to the management and housekeeping staff. I will definitely stay here again the next time I'm in town.

The receptionist where fast and courteous into checking us in. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. I would select this hotel again if needed a place to stay in that area.

Clean, comfortable, and quiet, even (in my experience) when there are busloads of tourists. The breakfast (improved as of around May 2018) has everything you need in a smallish space. The staff are especially courteous and professional. I'm in the area every week and always choose this hotel.

Awesome facilities and everything from the entrance to the very nice rooms. Actually looks like everything was just recently remodeled. The beds super, super comfortable! Loved it and will definitely stay again.

Best rooms available for a budget! Was travelling in the NE USA, was impressed with the quality of rooms for the value. Had a great view from my room. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Had the most fun and comfortable stay here of my whole trip.

Nice modern style. I have stayed twice, and both times the staff have been friendly and the rooms clean. The breakfast is good, and the location is conveniently close to NIST. The salt water pool is nice, and a reasonably warm temperature. The pool water was very cloudy the day we swam. I think it needed some additional TLC. The road entrance is a bit goofy when approaching from the opposite side of the divided road out front. You can go in via the side road, but it's really not obvious, and most directions will tell you to take a u-turn on a busy road. The highway nearby is a mess, and there are frequent backups at the exchange.

Very friendly staff and clean facilities. The hotel is brand new and is minutes from great food locations, entertainment venues, indoor shopping malls, accessibility friendly. Reward honors are above par and the facility is very family friendly with a pool, gym, laundry facilities. The hotel also offers full hot buffet breakfast with fruits, cereals and diy waffles.

Very good value for money, quiet location in Gaithersburg, good motorway connection to Washington.

No surprises here. Everything was as I'd expected based on stays at other Hampton Inn locations. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Everyone was friendly and attentive. Free Wi-Fi and breakfast included. The only thing that was a bit off was that the walls seemed to be thinner than I'd hoped. Lots of noise from adjoining rooms was annoying but not a disaster.

Great customer service, clean rooms! Heads up on the suites: the one my wife & I stayed in was laid out really weird. It might kill your feng shui vibe.

This property has been remodeled over the years and is nice inside. The rooms are spacious and the surrounding area has plenty of dining options. It can be slightly tricky to enter as it is located on a one way street, but once you get the layout its fine. The common area is large and modernised, with a nice local weather TV station near the elevators. I visit this property a few times a year on business and would recommend it.

Modern hotel that seems fairly new. Room was nice, and the bed comfortable. Friendly staff. Typical Hampton Inn amenities. Several restaurants within walking distance.

Our NJROTC group stayed here for a field trip this weekend and the staff were very helpful and accommodating. They verified with us when we would be down for breakfast so they could make sure everything was ready. We will definitely continue using Hampton Inn for our stays.

Nice hotel but the front desk staff need more training. Two of them were on personal calls while checking us in. Very unprofessional. Not sure if it's just the area.

Very conveniently located, about 30 minutes to DC. And VA. Walking distant to shopping. Complimentary breakfast bar is very generous with choices. Indoor swimming pool, large rooms and friendly staff.

The location was perfect! It seemed clean and the staff was very nice. I think it's strange to have the coffee pot in the bathroom, but other than that the room was comfortable! If I ever need a place to stay in that area again, I will stay at Hampton Inn!

Room was huge and clean! Bed was pretty much comfortable, and front desk staffs were really welcome and warm, thank you me and my daughter enjoyed the stay.

New building — very clean and up-to-date. We had a surprisingly large TV in the room. The breakfast fare was above par. The staff was friendly and receptive. We didn't get room service one day — but the front desk made up for it.

I'm rarely disappointed with Hampton Inn, and this one was no exception. With premium bedding anda quiet, sixth-floor room, I had a wonderful night's sleep. The bathroom had up-to-date fixtures. For the first time, I had to make extensive use of the business center and found it highly useful. The front desk even had a three-hole punch I was able to use upon request. Breakfast was the usual fare for a Hampton and tasted fine. Fruit was not fresh though. In all, I enjoyed my stay and would come back if ever in the area. My only major critique is regarding the decor in the breakfast sitting area. The "fake books" really need to go.

Very nice, very clean, staff very helpful… Only problem is that the pool don't open during the week until 5:00 pm, sad if your on vacation and looking forward to being able to swim… the breakfast was awesome.

Great room and great service. We had a problem with the refrigerator in our room and they came right away and replaced it. Great place for family.

Beautiful hotel, room was great. Friendly staff. Comfortable beds. Pool was great for the kids. And who doesn't love waffles for breakfast! I would stay here again.

Stayed there the beginning of the month, after a 15 hour drive from Florida was told that we could check in after midnight by a gentleman named Eric. We get there and immediately greeted by this rude front desk clerk Magdu… he gives us the whole you can't check in until 3 in the afternoon. They'll take it out of My paycheck. He doesn't know what we're talking about. Every excuse not to do his job. After about 20 mins of arguing he gives us a room and the next day we get charged an extra $98. It gets better… we get up to the room. The t. V. Parental lock is on. Call down to them. They don't know how to fix it apparently. The free breakfast tasted like plastic… our linen was not changed the whole time we were there (5 days). The housekeeping staff did not speak a word of English when you asked them a question. Oh and indoor pool that was opened only for 5 hours out of the day. Just going to put this out there, I will never be staying at a Hampton inn again.

The Hampton inn Gaithersburg is always nice and clean, the staff very helpful and courteous.

Extremely good value, always helpful and professional staff. I revisit monthly. They have handled packages I had delivered there, always go above and beyond regardless of your Membership tier, the pool and gym are well serviced, and the showers and beds comfortable. Only dropping a star because the breakfast offering is limited and a little 'plastic-y', and the Wi-Fi is prone to dropping for my colleagues and I. Overall excellent.

Bad service of cleaning in the bedrooms. If you are using the hotel several days I do not recommend it because after the first day they do not change the sheets and there is no restroom cleaning. Not is if today were very rushed but not even passed the vacuum cleaner in the bathroom. You will need your own transport for the hotel is irregular so you have to pay taxi all the time.

No tub. No hot tub. That's O. K. Because by 8 am there is no hot water either. No microwave in the room. Only one person works the breakfast which means you can guarantee whatever you want is currently out by the time you make it through the line, including bowls. An average room doesn't make up for all that.

This hotel is great. The rooms are clean and the ceiling are high. There's a mini fridge and microwave in every room. The staff is friendly and accomodating. The rooms are very affordable too. Also, the complementary breakfast is excellent too.

Everything is clean and nice people are really nice its a good environment to stay.

This is way overdue, but I stayed for a weekend in April of 2015. The staff was fabulous, especially when checking in and the shuttle service. Room was typically clean and very comfortable. And I always enjoy the tasty breakfast. Thank you for an especially great experience!
