Pet-friendly and the rooms have giant, long window ledges that the cats love! Free breakfast with lots of fruit (a perk if you're vegan like I am) and a free happy hour with appetizers, beer, and wine from 5-7 M-Th.

Very friendly but why do you pre authorize $25 a day on a card? This can be issues if you have long stays like I do (10 days).
You should rethink this policy.

Hotel is fabulous, customer service is superb! The free breakfast has an array of offerings, it’s always stocked, always hot and fresh and always so clean! The thing that makes it extra special is sweet Wilson and Maria! Wilson greats everyone with a smile, he makes my day start off right! Both Wilson and Maria go above and beyond for us everyday. Thank you all, wonderful place, great staff, clean and very well organized. Definitely makes being so far away from home easier.

I stayed at this hotel for several weeks due to major repairs being done at my home. The hotel itself is quite nice, but the people who work here really set the place apart from other hotels. The front desk and housekeeping staff are all fantastic. They were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The room itself was fairly spacious, and the kitchen setup was certainly helpful (albeit limited) for an extended stay. I'd definitely recommend this hotel.

Nice & recently renovated. The suites are amazing. Inexpensive and high quality. The front desk staff and breakfast staff were quick and attentive. The office and lounge areas are great. The pool area outside and the hot tub are great. Unfortunately, the hours on the pool and hot tub are fairly restricted. I'd definitely return. Caution when driving near this hotel, the nearby roads seem to have lots of photo radar systems and ambiguous speed limits.

Good place. Rooms work. Staff helpful. No problem with food but then again I do not expect a hotel to feed me when I am there. Had no problems with what I did eat. Bagel, coffee etc. In Germantown for another week of training. No problems here and will stay here again.

The facility is wonderful. We initially booked for two days but extended due to great property and service. Rooms are very clean, recently refurbished, good size and advance. Staff is also very good, here I will specially mention Liz who knows very well how to deal with guests and very friendly and cooperative. Thank you for making our stay memorable.

The hotel was sooo nice and spacious and I didn't have to pay an arm and a leg for it! My family was very impressed! Plus they gave us a veterans discount! The only negative was they don't have an indoor pool… but it was beautiful out so the kids were fine swimming outdoors!

Kitchen staff has been exceptional. Dolores is wonderful and attentive. We will miss Cristina. All personnel is terrific. Great upkeep of facilities and pet friendly.

We were visiting my sister-in-law, so we sat in the lobby and chatted. The lobby was spacious, comfortable, and the staff was super friendly with us. We stayed for several hours and they made sure we were happy.

This hotel and staff deserve 5 stars! I'm staying for the month of June, and I'm very comfortable and they take good care of me.

This was the worst experience I have ever had. My husband is in the military and because of last minute orders was required to reschedule our trip. We cancelled the moment we found out and and asked fir a partial refund or a credit to go on a night when he was back. They were unwilling to work with us and was told his obligation of service was irrelevant to their policy. I am so disappointed.

Overall, the hotel is nice, but there are a few things it lacks given the quality that I’ve come to love in the Homewood by Hilton brand. When we checked in, the staff gave us a room that they knew has nesting animals in the walls. The staff was accommodating the next day and offered to move us, but they knew about the problem. The breakfast didn’t have the options that many other Homewoods do (no yogurt or bacon). The bed was extremely uncomfortable and hard. It was great compared to a budget hotel, but I like the Rockville location much more. (Plus, that location offers an indoor pool! )

The room is nice, our sanhua family can also live, also has a kitchen, but the bathroom is very slow, and because of the proximity to the boiler room, a little noisy.

When we first checked into this hotel, we were given trouble at the front desk. I am 20 years old, and my boyfriend is 23. I had made the reservation online, and since I knew that the age restriction for a room was 21, I was sure to add his name to the reservation. I work in a hotel, so I am quite aware of how most age policy's work. The man at the front desk continued to argue with me, claiming his name was not on the reservation, so I pulled up my confirmation email to show him BOTH of our names, and he STILL argued with me. It took about 10 minutes to get checked in. Once we got to the room and got settled in, I took the sheets off of the bed and found a hair. I always bring my own sheets (skeptical of most hotel linens), so I took a picture of the hair, put my sheet on the bed, and called the front desk. I called four times and the phone was breaking up, so finally someone came to my room. I showed the manager the picture of the hair and he replies with "We called the housekeeping manager and he said there was no hair, but I want to take your word. " THIS PISSED ME OFF! This hotel was HUGE, and you're telling me the manager was 100% certain that there was no hair? I could expect this from a lower brand hotel, but not a Hilton, especially when I am paying good money for it. I was only offered new sheets, or a new room, but I had a lot of stuff already settled into the room which would have made it a hassle to switch rooms.

This is the most unorganized hotel I have ever stayed in. The night light dinners were horrible and the breakfast was just awful. Won’t be staying here again.

Local getaway. Hotel is fairly new. Very clean and smelled great. Indoor jacuzzi was very nice and relaxing. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Complimentary breakfast had great choices. Will definitely stay here again.

The hotel is soo clean and I've never had a feeling where I feel 100% safe at a hotel! Their breakfast is awesome and tasty! The best lobby I've ever seen! The TVs at the lobby are high quality and couches everywhere with a fireplace! The bathroom is so clean and has awesome features! My room had a couch bed with 3 beds in total and they were all queen beds! The rooms are spacy and I don't feel uncomfortable.

Stayed two days. Liked the feel of the place. It has a fridge, microwave and a two-burner oven. Bathroom is spacious. The complimentary breakfast was pretty good, lots of hot dishes. Beds were comfortable and the place was clean. Will stay again.

So I'm picky with hotels. Most people would give this place 4-5 but I have higher standards. The staff was great, the lobby was great and check in was smooth. The room was fairly modern and well maintained, so why three stars. We pulled out the extra linen from the closet and it wasn't clean; easy remedy and we got new linen The two climate control units remote panels didn't work and the machines were a little on the Loud side. Not a bad place but not five stars, enjoy!

Very friendly staff. Clean rooms and so many conveniences like a kitchen so you don't have to eat out all the time. We have stayed here twice and have not been disappointed.

First of all, everyone at the front desk was amazing and friendly. Second, our stay was wonderful. We were in town for my sister's wedding and not only was the staff helpful, we had a problem with our shower the first night and they fixed is right away in the morning. The housekeeping staff folded my daughters blanket up and arranged her stuffed animal in adorable positions each day. The hot tub was wonderful, breakfast was fantastic, and the business center was perfect. Thank you so much to everyone there!

My room was perfect. I loved the couch and desk as well as all the outlets. As a traveling professional, this was perfect. Even the convenience store in the lobby was perfect for later work nights when I needed to grab a quick dinner. The only complaint I had was that my towels were refreshed every day even though I followed the conservation rules laid out on their placards.

Very friendly staff, clean & beautiful room, very comfortable bed. Quiet. Bathroom was big and very pretty, breakfast was plentiful and tasty. Overall very good stay. Hilton is the only hotel company we use, they never let us down. Any town we stay in they are consistently good.

Everything was good, but especially the breakfast. The kitchen staff have an impressive variety of food they cook, and all of it is delicious. Wilson in particular made me feel at home and welcome.

Best hotel for a family that we have every stayed in! We travel with 4 grandchildren and the staff is so great with them all. Standout is Liz at the front desk. Our grandson chipped a tooth in the pool and she was such a great help to us. She looked up a list of emergency dentist that e thankfully didn't need and was such a comfort to Kaden! Only hotel we've ever stayed in that had a lifeguard on duty and free laundry service. Would definitely recommend!

The staff was all extraordinary. Above and beyond doesn't even cover it. The evening cocktail hour was lovely and well managed. The room was spotless, and up to date. Tons of space, and an AWESOME shower. Reliable internet, plenty of TV channels, and it seemed like the buildings construction was REALLY excellent; I didn't hear a peep from any of my neighbors the whole time. Every detail of this place was excellent.

Incredibly impressed by the staff and facilities at this hotel. Needed to travel to the area for work and chose to bring my wife and 7 month old (on formula) with me. The hotel caught my attention because of the dishwasher in the room, which — while not necessarily a "must have", made the idea of traveling with the bottle-fed baby a lot more palatable. Check-in was very easy and Liz at the front desk was very accommodating in helping us get the crib to the room and seeing that our needs were met. The room is spacious, the kitchenette nicely furnished, and the bed as comfortable as I've had in a hotel. They serve a full breakfast daily, meaning actual food not just boxes of cereal and a carafe of milk. Very highly recommend this hotel to anyone, whether for one night or several months.

This is the best hotel I've ever stayed in for a business trip! They really do make you feel like you are at home (away from home). The staff is incredible, led by the general manager Barbara. She goes out of her way to fix any issue, no matter how small, and make you feel at home and glad to be back after a long day. Also a big standout was Liz at the front desk. She makes it a point to remember you personally, welcome you back, and ensure that everything you need in accommodations is taken care of. A standout staff! The hotel itself is nicer than most premium hotels: recently remodeled, modern, comfortable, clean, and just a nice place to stay. Love it!

Great place! The staff is awesome. Location is ideal for Washington DC trip.

Highly recommended! The suites are very modern. The bathrooms are new and extremely clean. The complimentary breakfast was kept well-stocked. The only complaint we had was with housekeeping — one of the employees was quite hesitant to give us extra towels upon my husband's request.

Our suite had a well stocked kitchenette with full fridge, stove top, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, sink with disposal, pots and pans, dishes and flatware, etc. Highly recommend this hotel!

I attended a training session recently. The meeting accomodations were wonderful. The staff was professional and courteous and very attentive the the groups need.

The service is amazing and helpful, but the walls are thin. The complimentary breakfast is nice and has plenty of options.
