Stopped in on our way through town. So glad we stayed! Staff was super friendly from check in and even in the morning for breakfast. Free breakfast was one of the best we’ve had (we’ve stayed in 40 plus hotels the past 2 years)! Fresh fruit was something places never have so I was excited! Room was super clean. Bed very comfortable. Even had a jet tub which I didn’t use. Would def stay here again if we were passing through!

Great location, friendly front desk staff, well appointed suites, happy hour dinner and drinks! Great place for annual family reunion. Definitely go back, however… I'd give 5 stars if not for, Not so friendly breakfast lady and… Housekeeping walked right into my room today without knocking even though I had do not disturb sign out. Looking for teddy bear? Also my phone rang a few different times in middle of night. Had to unplug it. Book it!

Hotel is very good, but guest services was very slow. Guest services didn't replenish paper towels in my room. I asked for paper towels 2 and a half hours ago, and I still haven't received any. Overall the Hotel is good.

Mass hire event. Conference room is small but very nice. Staff is very friendly and accommodating.

Excellent stay. Clean, roomy and full of conveniences including decent coffee in the rooms. I would give it 5 stars, but it was a little pricer than I had anticipated.

It is convenient, with breakfast and light dinner (including some beer) but it is on the older side and rooms are smaller than in similar hotels. It does have fridge, microwave and stove.

Clean rooms. Very nice and polite staff. Only bad thing is that their card readers on the side of the building froze due to the ice storm that came through so I couldn't get back into the building from the parking lot.

We booked the 2 bedroom suite for a night. Room had been newly renovated, was very nice. Hotel staff were friendly and capable. Suite had all amenities we were needing including dishes. There was a dishwasher but we could not find dishwashing detergent or packets to run it. Very minor issue only. Would book again.

Beds broken, horrible staff minus the front desk personnel they were very nice, ran out of food 45 before breakfast was over and no silverware. Remote for TV broken, can't use ceiling fan with light off,

This hotel is newly renovated so the lobby and breakfast area look contemporary and new. The hotel staff are also very friendly. However there were a few things that downgrade this hotel for me. First of all the oven was broken so for the first 3 days of my trip I had no hot breakfast at all. One of the days my room was not cleaned, and I also got a rash from something in the room the first day. Overall the people were nice so I wish I could give this hotel a better rating but because of these problems it just became an average trip.

Huge rooms, everything is convenient and smart layout (USB charge stations near each bed), hot breakfast was absent due to some reason, but I'm assuming it's temporary. Also, super convenient location.

We had a great stay. Offered complimentary dinner and beer on first night. Quiet, clean, comfortable.

Dirty. Outdated. Not at all what I have come to expect from this hotel brand. Checking out days early because it's dirty from the floors to the bathtub! Mattress is years old and the bed linens are far below the standard linens used by this line. The front desk staff was immediately apologetic and comped the room, they stated they were fully aware of the problems. Just dumbfounded. Hilton fail. Don't stay here.

Upon walking into our hotel room at Homewood Suites by Hilton with the TV blaring my husband and I immediately noticed crumbs and broken glass on the floor realizing it had not been vacuumed/swept. I notified the gal working at the front desk who informed me she would send someone up when she found housekeeping. We walked into the bathroom and noticed it had not been cleaned and found used toiletries in drawers, broken tiles, a dirty towel (with makeup on it), stains in shower and a dirty toilet bowl. We walked back into the kitchen and found dirty dishes in dishwasher, crumbs on counter tops and glass on the kitchen floor. I called the front desk again and asked for a new (clean) room and was told that was not an option and that housekeeping would be notified. I was told that the room had been cleaned. I then asked to speak with a manager and was informed that no one was there but they would call me the next day. I informed the gal at the front desk that we would be checking out since they were not able to provide a clean room. I was then assured that their manager would be in touch with me the next morning. I still have not heard from the manager. I've included photos of our room that had clearly not been cleaned.

Stayed at this hotel a number of times. I like the layout, I'm able to pick a room far away from the lobby, elevators, etc. Breakfast is edible; there are a variety of vegetarian options. Beds are comfortable and staff is friendly enough.

Expect to pay for slow internet like it's 2002 and a poor breakfast. Room is nice, but the above is less so.

They're friendly but they missed a lot of details. There's a Keurig coffee maker in my room but the coffee they provide is one of those for a 4-cup pot. The TV turns off by itself about every 30 minutes. There's a sign that there's ice on my floor but it's just an empty room. It took me 3 days to figure out the channels on the TV. There should be a list. They do have a good little dinner Monday through Thursday though.

Very nice place. Stayed here for a business trip. I highly recommend it to everyone.

Friendly staff. Bed bugs in first room. Moved reluctantly to a second room. Breakfast and lite-fair dinner are complementary. They have wireless internet but it is non-stop at current. They also have a pool. Nice price and good place for a traveling family or business traveler but the bed bugs are a huge NO. Not acceptable. Train runs nearby; you can hear it a bit but no horns. Checking out… found bed bugs in 2nd room. Room by the way are 120 and 319.

Great hotel. Very clean, affordable, spacious room with awesome breakfast and service. Definitely the go to for the Lexington area.

The hotel was in a good location; there were many stores and restaurants close by. The room was we'll proportioned as well, plenty of space. I like the full kitchen and sitting area. The hotel had a snack bag for Hilton Honors members and had both beer and wine at the evening snack during my last stay. I was expecting those things this time and was a little disappointed that the hotel didn't have it. The breakfast and light meal in the evening were both delicious. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

The rooms were nice, decent size living area and bathrooms. I did not stay overnight, so I can't speak for the comfort of the beds, but everything appeared very clean.

Overall a well experience, comfortable bedding with pleasant service! Keep up the great customer service!

This is a great place. Our room was smoked in by the previous guest so they paid for us to go to the Hilton for no extra charge.

Clean, spacious, and great location. My family really enjoyed staying here although it was only one night on the way to Atlanta. We were so impressed we are planning a trip specifically to Lexington next time. Only suggestion would be a better breakfast but you have a few choices outside of the hotel.

Not a good experience. Room keys that only work once, then a trip to the desk. Happened 4 times in a 2 day stay. Free internet is slow, so I paid the $5 for their "hi speed" and it tests exactly the same as the free. One of the floors is being remodeled so there are contractors everywhere inside and their vehicles in the parking lot. All the staff except one was friendly and he was the desk manager that I told I was unhappy about the keys… He told me I was the only one that had the problem, but earlier in the morning when getting another key, that manager said they had been having problems with the system for a few day. Anyway I'll stay at another hotel during my next trip to Lexington.

This hotel was dirty and the complimentary breakfast was disgusting. The bakery products were well past stale and they even featured a MOLDY croissant in the tray. Awful. Service just ok and the light in our room was broken. Housekeeping only cleaned half our room.

This note is to express a very sincere and appreciative thank you to Travis, at the front desk, and to the lady who cleaned our suite following our check out on Nov 23, 2015. My husband, Murray, and I checked out leaving my travelling jewellery bag behind, in our suite, with all of its content. When I discovered it missing, I felt ‘sick’ thinking I’d never see this jewellery again. I wasn’t certain where I’d lost the bag but phoned Homewood Suites at this Lexington location on Nov 24th. Travis, at the reception desk, answered the call … looked in lost and found … reported that the jewellery bag was there, packaged it up immediately and sent it via UPS to our home in Wasaga Beach, Ontario, Canada. The jewellery bag arrived Nov30th completely intact. Travis and the lady who cleaned our suite reflect the values of this Homewood, Lexington location — honesty, integrity and a ‘real’ care for the people who come to stay here. We absolutely loved our stay here … good food, great suite, clean with all of the amenities that we have come to appreciate as member of the Hilton Honours Club. Very disappointed with this hotel. Kitchen was dirty and went by front desk because I had a problem un the room no one ever came by to check it out.

Needs updated. Tv's are very old and kept messing up. Only a few channels to watch. Also 2 cars got broken into last week then again another last night. Hotel manager was not compassionate or septhatic. Beware. Sure not worth $109. Sorry excuse for a hotel.

Nice place to stay, especially for an extended stay. Rooms were very nice, clean, and well furnished. Staff was friendly and very helpful.

Beds and pillows were comfortable. Room was dirty. Bath tub had mold. Shower sprayer was broken. Had rust prints on the bottom of tub. Marks and gashes on one entire wall. Front desk sent us to a room which was already occupied. Breakfast was horrible. Worst hotel experience ever!

Do yourself a favor and stay at the other Homewood on Bryant. Same town, different hotel. This one is ran by a different company. Not Hilton quality AT ALL. Bad beds, dirty rooms, and the beds weren't even made well. No manager on site or within contacting distance. Bad, bad…

The large king size bed was very comfortable. The separate bedroom from the living room/kitchen area and fireplace was nice. But the full sofa pull out bed was awful for the kids. The metal springs were practically coming through the mattress. And when trying to iron my clothes. The black coating rubbed off on an expensive pair of dress pants and I could NOT get it off. When I informed the front desk. The only thing they said was they would have to replace the iron in that room.

Dirty rooms poor room service terrible maid service no towels or cleaned rooms.

I travel weekly/biweekly around the country on business. I stayed here for 2 weeks. This is the poorest excuse for a Hilton property thus far. Dingy, dusty, and dirty rooms with dust lining the window treatments. The complimentary breakfast consists of overcooked or undercooked food with orange juice/apple juice made from concentrate which is extremely watered down. The lobby and outside is fixed up nicely. But the rooms are not worth the money you pay to stay in them. Honestly, I expected better quality from a Hilton property.

I stay in at least 2 Hilton properties a month, every month and have for the past two years. I don't require a lot, this hotel seemed to go out of its way to make my stay CRAPPY. They put me in a smoking room, which they made a big deal about changing, the staff was rude and obviously hated their jobs, their "business center" printer would not work and I complained twice and no one would help be but told me to open and close the tray over and over until it prints. That trick didn't work either. As a business professional I need a printer that works, that is not too much to ask. The worst part is I wrote a e-mail to the manager afterwords making him/her aware of everything and never heard anything back. TO POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS: There is a nice Hilton just down the street, go there spare yourself a poor customer experience. TO MANAGEMENT: Buy a new printer (its only 60 bucks), check your e-mail, train your staff to make more effort to meet customer's needs and to smile a little more, please read the preferences of valued customers coming to stay a week at your hotel (smoking rooms are terrible).

Several mistakes in room reservations for our group, who reserved 4 suites and had to be sent to other rooms. Key cards didn't work repeatedly for all our rooms. Beds not comfortable, only one of our group thought they were ok — nothing like the updated beds most hotels in this level have. Bath door squeaked loudly, toilets were so loud when flushed they woke sleepers up, desk chair didn't adjust — isn't someone checking stuff like this? Room staff was polite, the food in am and evening was very nice. Room details need attention though, and better lighting in bedroom area.
