Comfortable beds, great breakfast, great all around experience.

The staff are friendly and my breakfast was prepared well. And love the fact that we have a parking space for Diamond members.

Love this hotel very clean room staff was helpful and courteous. Right off I75 and close to shopping and restaurants. Front desk recommended Malone’s and Harry’s food was delicious. We had breakfast at the hotel it was amazing $9.95 worth every penny. Will definitely stay here again.

It was very easy to get to. I found it very clean and roomy also there are some great places to eat within walking distance. Malones was awesome with Harry's pub attached. The Hilton recommended it.

I stayed here with some friends when we had a day of motorcycling cut short by some extreme storms. When we arrived the power was out and of course there computers were down. The staff was amazingly helpful under the circumstances and really thinking outside the box to keep everyone as comfortable as possible. I would recommend this hotel and their staff again.

A clean, but just a slightly modernized version of a very generic hotel. The room was decent sized and clean, which is worth the three stars for me for sure. I can deal with just about anything else so long as my room and bed are clean, and that's mostly all you get. The amenities exist (pool, gym) but they are extremely small/basic. Breakfast is a ridiculous $10 for a basic buffet that's complementary most other places. And to make it worse, the coffee maker in the room didn't work (not that I'm usually a big fan of those anyway). Bottom line, if you just need a quick place to crash, this is not a bad place at all. But if you want to relax and enjoy a little more, I would look at alternatives.

I was disappointed in the "structure" of the policies and amenities. It isn't what the website makes it out to be. There are no smoking rooms at all, the beds aren't adjustable as advertised and the pool is very small… and very cold. No complimentary breakfast, which was odd. It is very clean and the staff is wonderful, so three stars just for them. A star for cleanliness. I'm just disappointed in the "physical space" for the reasons listed. Edit: The pool was taken care of quickly when I asked about it.

Hotel is right off I-75 and easy to find. Our room was small and we found someone’s hair all over the bathroom towels after showering. Breakfast is only included if your a diamond member or pay 9.99 a person but the food was pretty good. Overall okay place to stay.

The only towel rack in the bathroom is in the shower. Otherwise, this hotel was an acceptable place to stay for a night. I just wish I hadn't gotten the room right next to the pool. There were children being loud in there until 10pm.

Booked. Transferred reservation to another Hilton hotel in Ashland. Card charged full amount anyways plus fifty bucks. I have never had a Hilton or Hampton charge my card in full at least until check in, and usually most wait until you check out. These folks have “their own” policy to make sure that guests are on the “up and up” per the idiot night auditor who answered the phone and is the only one on a Saturday evening who is in charge. We are Hilton honor members for years. Questioned for being on the up and up by staff before even arriving, then slamming my card for almost five hundred bucks, not reversing immediately when reservation transferred? Beware this hotel’s card charging practices.

Everything about this hotel was great. The staff was welcoming and the rooms were updated and clean.

Stayed multiple weeks for work project. Clean, modern hotel. Staff was very helpful and kind. Plenty of shops and restaurantsin the area around the hotel. Hotel has easy access to highways and not too far from Lexington Airport.

Great location, nice building with exteremly poor service. Over the phone the front desk employee wasn't able to book the room. Physically, at the front desk the employee booked the room however managged to break the three days reservation into (two continuous reservation) to avoid giving me the third day at 50% off. I had to call the 1800 number after midnight to get the internet password as the overnight employee claimed to be busy. When I booked the room it says book the room at the $109 rate and breakfast on us, their employees refuse to honor that deal (seems to be very cheap franchise). Not sure but as I said the only good things here are the location, building and the place is clean however it's impossible to enjoy a single minute. Do NOT come here.

A nice hotel that seems to have been recently renovated. Features nice rooms and a great breakfast in the morning.

We had a Friday — Sunday reservation. We were unable to make it on Friday due to inclement weather. We called and said that we wouldnt be in Friday, but would still try to come Saturday. When we got there Saturday we were told our reservation had been cancelled. Luckily they had additional rooms, but then they charged us an additional deposit. Again they claimed that they did not, I showed them both charges on my banking app, to which they said the first one would go away, meanwhile I had double deposits tying up my account.

Room was great, clean and comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast expensive.

Stayed here after the room booked in Winchester KY was not what we needed even though I was told it was HC accessible. They didn't have any more rooms available for 2 nights which we also needed. SO we were referred to the Hilton Garden in Hamburg. Nice property, convenient to shopping and restaurants. They need family style suites and a continental breakfast would be nice. Food overpriced. We went out for all meals. Family suites Hilton family suites.

Over all, the experience was good! Front desk was very attentive to our needs!

Place is neat and clean. I just wish that breakfast was included. In my opinion, the breakfast there is low quality and overpriced.

The rooms of this hotel were clean and the decor is updated, but the customer service here made a very bad impression. Upon checking in, the desk clerk gave me and my road-weary children our key, but didn't direct us toward the elevator nor give any of the need to know information you'd expect to get when you check in. In our room, my children wanted to get a movie on demand, which I agreed to, but it did not start after purchasing it. I called the front desk, explained my situation, and was condescendingly told to "not push any more buttons" and that she'd remove the charge. (After all, I look like a dullard who is incapable of figuring out technology that has existed since I was eight. ) I calmly explained that I had promised my children for the last 500 miles that when we arrived to our hotel we could get this movie, so I would like to switch rooms if that what it would take, but was told that switching wasn't possible. The icing on the cake was when I was in the shower when our Domino's pizza arrived, so I asked that the front desk tell the delivery man I'd be downstairs in five minutes, but I got downstairs within about two minutes, ran out the doors to catch the delivery man who was leaving who told me that they had not given him my message. My sour feelings toward this hotel are based solely on the unprofessional nature of one employee, so I am being unfair with my low rating, but was displeased with my experience here.

It a wonderful place to have a meeting. The staff were nice and polite. I had a problem with my pen not working. The staff went a got one for me. I have never had a staff member do that. The floors were clean and windows clean. Sometimes you will go to an event and people place their hands on the windows. The staff members will not wipe them down. All in all, I like the place alot.

My family stayed at Hilton Garden Inn Lexington for a quick getaway. We had a great time! The room looked recently updated, the beds very comfortable, the main lobby was elegant and the service top notch. The indoor pool is heated and was perfect for a do with the kids. We also had breakfast on site. The buffet was good and they also served made to order ommlettes. We will definitely stay here again next time in Lexington.

So we arrived in Lexington and are booked at the Hilton Garden Inn. During the checking process online, the room that popped up said "best room — view of the pool". Well technically if you open the door and stand kitty-corner looking left, there is a slight view of the glass door to the pool area. Talked to both front desk staff
And honors, neither seemed concerned about blatant false advertising. Seeing the other reviews, I now have a better understanding. We normally rave about all the Hilton hotels.

The beds were not that comfortable. The locarion was nice because it was next to so many restaurants. The service was fine.

Hilton Garden Inns are always clean modern and have good customer service. The breakfast was expansive and reasonably priced. Room was a real deal when purchased with the Hilton app. Easy on and off the highway with lots of dining and shopping nearby.

I visited to book a room for a business function. The staff was very nice, but the room was too small.

Great newer staff. They went out of their way to make service elegant. A Virginia made the day with top notch food service.

Everything I expect from Hilton was in place, but the rooms were average compared to other similar hotels. For Hilton, this is a 1-2 star property at best. I don't expect mildew in the bathtub grout and the room needs to be updated in general.

General feel of hotel is worn and in need of a good cleaning. Hotel has just started renovations, so that may change soon. However, after finding multiple hairs on sheets in two different rooms I left for another hotel. Only redeeming aspect was the person at the front desk.
