Stayed for one night, had a late check in. The lady working was very nice and friendly. We got out room and was grossed out with it. The counter had a huge crack in it, the floor didn't seem to be vacuumed, there was mold in the showers, and gross marks and dents all over the door. We stayed there for a total of about 8 hours and paid $75. Not worth the price at all. Breakfast, however was okay. There were muffins, cereal, waffles, danishes, juice and coffee. Overall, if you're desperate for somewhere to sleep, this hotel is okay.

Great place! The rooms are clean and an employee (Elizabeth), is absolutely great. She is very kind and very knowledgeable about anything you need to know. She has helped me have a wonderful stay at the Cleveland red roof inn. By the way, she needs a raise.

If you are looking for an hotel with half cleaned rooms, this is the one for you! This hotel deserves a (0). After going thru 3 dirty rooms, they finally got someone to clean 1. Then once in the room, we had other problems. The people kept mentioning that they would put us out if we keep complaining… it was 1:00 a. M. This was after we mentioned that every hotel in the area was booked full. Everything was awful! Please go to a different hotel. Don't walk. Run!

Good location, but hotel was gross and outdated. Some parts of the room were updated, like the lamps with the outlets and the TV, but the rest of the room was outdated. Room was warm, even though the air conditioner was turned up to the coldest setting, and in the middle of June in TN, it was a difficult night. Bathroom was tiny, and the tub had mold all around both the inside and outside of it. Definitely will NOT be staying here again.

Nice people that run register at night. But durning the day I went up front to ask for the password to Wi-Fi and the black haired lady asked me what room we were in. I told her and she acted like she didn't believe me. She wasn't very nice. The room we stayed in was clean. 109. Overall it was ok.

The doors are hard to open and the keys don't always work properly. Not the cleanest.

Was very nice. Staff was great. Only issue was they doors were extremely hard to open. We stayed here on a business trip. Beds were comfortable. Very clean. We enjoyed it. We will definitely be back.

Any issues I had (such as the clogged drain in the tub) were handled quickly and with good attitude. It was clean and spacious. Definitely would go back again. The breakfast wasn't the most imaginative, however they did have waffles. Waffles are always a plus! Also, they are pet friendly! Woo hoo :)

The room was very clean. The guy at the front desk was friendly and very helpful. The bed left a lot to be desired. Not comfy at all.

Overall the facility was good. The clerk at the front desk was very friendly. We had a bit of trouble getting into the room. But it was easily remedied with a new card key. The room itself was very nice and clean. The bathroom showed some wearing. But it's to be expected. There's also a leather recliner that one of the staff brought in for a previous guest who was in a wheel chair. Guy stayed for 2 weeks and she brought her lovely recliner for him so he had something more comfortable to sir in while he was here. I'm sure she'll be taking it home shortly. Water pressure was great and the room smelled clean. No complaints from me about this stay!

Pulled off the highway on way home from florida. Kind of set back, but they had a nice size sign. Nice room, quiet and decent price. Front desk lady was nice and helpful. Definitely would stay again. For a few extra bucks it worth it if your looking for a quiet place for the night compared to the 29.99 crack shacks. Another big plus, fluent english speaking American working.

Very happy with my experience! Elizabeth at the front desk was absolutely awesome. Very friendly and helpful, she made it very easy to get a room and gave great recommendations for food in the area. Room was clean. Will be staying here anytime I'm heading this way during my travels.

Stayed less than a week ago… The room was nasty hadn't been cleaned whatsoever… Was in the 40s room wouldn't get warm because the filter to heating /air unit was covered over in dust… The remote control wouldn't work… Shower was dirty… Always heard red roof inn were nice places to stay… Unfortunately I wouldn't recommend this to no one… Totally disgusted and disappointed. The floors hadn't been cleaned at all… I could go on but I'll stop by saying save your money.

The first time we stayed in 2016 it wasn't that bad. This year though when you were taking a shower the ceiling leaked water all over the toilet and floor. Had to keep cleaning up water to keep my children from falling and getting hurt.

Spent a week at Red Roof Inn. It was a pleasant stay. Rooms were clean with good service. Will stay here again. Also very reasonable rates.

The room was pretty nice and cleanliness was good too. My only complaint is that the bed was very uncomfortable.

It's cool for the price I mean it's not the Marriott, but it's quiet, fast internet and the staff is excellent. Great for a quick stay.

Place is spotless, however that's the only thing good about this place. Something very wrong with the beds. Every move sounds like steel rubbing against steel. You can hear it in your room and from rooms all around you also. Very noisy facility. Sound carries from room to room.

The Red Roof Inn is clean, affordablr, and didn't have anything that really turned me off from the place. The staff was incredibly nice, the internet is fast and stable, and the room was very clean. The beds and pillows are comfy, however one of the beds was pretty noisy when you moved, but I think that was just that bed specifically. The worst part of this hotel was the breakfast. The breakfast only contained some danishes, some fruit and a waffle iron. Overall this hotel is fairly cheap, and is very nice for what you are paying for it. I definitely recommend it if you are on a budget.

The toilet was dripping quite audibly the whole time I stayed, and whenever I turned on the sink, it would drip. I had to put the ice bucket under the sink so I wouldn't get splashed. There was no TV guide and it was not up to par with what I would usually expect from a hotel with that price.

It was a nice queite stay the room was clean… only thing was exhast can was loud and annoying as well as the a. C. Other then that it was great.

Adequate for a quick overnight stay. Headboard on one bed was falling apart. Room was clean enough though.

Stayed in room 201. Pros: 1) Friendly staff. 2) Clean facilities. (Ie. No dust, no crumbs, no streaks/spots on mirror, no dirt or urine in bathroom) Cons: 1) Some stains on carpet & chair. 2) Holes in bathroom wall. 3) no bathtub plug to bathe my 1/yo. 4) only 2 towels/wash cloths immediately available in a 2 queen bedroom. (I'm sure I could have asked for more, but it was late & I was tired. A printout at check-in listing standard amenities with the offer of supplying more if necessary would improve the stay greatly. ) 5) ceiling panels removed on outside deck for no clear reason. 3 & 4 were our biggest concerns. Improving these would put this location ahead of some competitors in the area.

Stayed there about a year ago the room was nice the staff was very friendly and very helpful went way out of their way to help.

Well what you get for 2 stars is an over priced room (I also did not get my senior discount) that smells of old laundry. Travelodge used to have a good reputation. The night clerk was very friendly and reminded there would be breakfast 6-9. At 7:30 there was one very small apple. Stale bagels and some English muffins. Coffee that looked like colored water and a disinterested day clerk. I will be giving them a pass in the future. For $58 I expect the room to at least smell clean and a better breakfast.

The bathtub and toilet had pee in it. When I went to the front desk to ask if it could be cleaned, I was informed that the cleaning crew was not there yet. I said to give me bleach and I would clean it. The guy gave me bleach and a rag and acted like I was crazy for asking for gloves. When gloves were finally found, the were used disposable gloves. I stated I did not want to use those used gloves, he followed me to the door with the gloves saying, "Aren't you going to wash your hands? It doesn't matter if they have been used. They'll keep the bleach off your hands. " I don't care about touching bleach, I care about touching someone's urine. I work in a hospital, and infection control would have a field day if we used dirty, used gloves. In addition to our pissy tub and toilet, the covers had holes all through them, and the non-smoking room smelled like smoke, which we discovered was likely due to the staff smoking in front of the no smoking signs. I will never stay at Travelodge again.

Won't take MasterCard, breakfast was unkempt and some stale food, all 3 of us got sore throats; maybe because if the black mold we saw. Will not be going back — you pay for what you get.

Well, it depends on what you can tolerate and afford. The staff is very nice but the rooms are a bit seedy. Ours smelled like pee. The carpet was worn and had a few stains. There was a spot of mold in the grout in the tub/shower stall and for us the tub looked a bit too grungy to use. The beds were comfortable but the fittings were worn and there was a razor cap on top of one, so cleanliness was dubious. The breakfast ends at 9 am and offers cereal, danishes, muffins, waffles and some sort of English muffin with egg? or cheese? in the middle. The hotel seemed safe enough. There were no weirdos prowling from room to room in the wee hours.
