Room was clean and decent. It could use some upgrades.

We were looking for a place in the area where we could stay the night with our 2 large dogs. The price was awesome, but made me wonder what the room was going to look like. It was excellent, very clean, and comfortable. We would definitely pick this hotel for our purposes again.

I travel by car often and usually have good luck with Super 8s. Not this one. The first room smelled so strongly of mold/mildew I was coughing. The couch was stained, looked wet and filthy. I got moved to the next room over. It still smells awful but at least I can breathe. Couldn't find evidence of bed bugs, but found dried cum on the sheets. This is the second worst hotel/motel I've ever stayed at across the nation including those half its price. Pretty sure this place is in violation of health code. I will look into reporting it tomorrow. I'll never stay at another Super 8 since they allow this filthy place to use the brand. I drove 12 hours today and can't even sleep here.

The Super8 motel is a reasonably priced establishment with above average rooms and amenities.

The room was nice overall although everything felt outdated. The receptionist did seem to not enjoy me asking for a room for a few hours so me and my wife could get some sleep. The shower and bed were the best thing about the room and for the price I can say it was worth 79 dollars for the 2 or so hours I was able to sleep to drive safely back to Atlanta.

One of my favorite places to get souvenirs. It's a must see stop.

Seriously the nastiest hotel I've ever been in. This was the only hotel in town that had vacancy (we were in town for daughters softball tournament). We had 5 rooms reserved and NONE of them were clean. Everything from blood stains on the mattress to bed bugs, to nasty refrigerators. Do not waste your money… you would rather sleep in your car, I promise!

I booked online the time was not shown till I paid that's when I found out I was early… I asked if I may get the room earlier only eight hours earlier they said yes for a $20.00 charge didn't say add tax. I am a truck driver so I needed to sleep. I disagreed with the charge but allowed it the guy charged my $109! And they acted like it was my error to correct telling me to call my bank when they ought to and tell the bank it was their error. Finally I got them to call and correct it but he tried to make it confusing than what it had to be just… I don't trust anyone in Cleveland TN the majority work for the satans the devils. Then he sent me to a room that was not clean. Didn't even come to check till I went back. This is how they treat a person that helps keep the economy stable. You don't have sales unless you have a way to get the product to customers, you don't have clothing, food / drink and even gas if it was not for a Truck driver. And that is how they did me. They could have let me in early at no charge it was less than half a day I arrived.

I was surprised how clean these rooms were. For a busy area they were quiet and super closer to stores and restaurants. The manager and staff are awesome!

Rooms were cleans, bathrooms worked, TV was fine, all in all not many complaints about the hotel itself. However, our room did not have a table, but it did have a tiny cot as a third bed, which seemed odd. The breakfast was absolutely embarrassing, but the hotel was cheap enough it doesn't really matter.

This is the nastiest place I have ever stayed. The rooms smell like cat pee! I would encourage super 8 to higher someone to clean this place up and down, otherwise I hope this place gets OSHAed out the butt!

Check in is at 2. We arrived at 3:30, checked in and when we got to our room it wasn't cleaned yet. Realized also it was a smoking room. Went back to desk and were given another room. Was told it was an upgrade. Upgrade apparently means getting the non-smoking room we reserved and paid for. Room was relatively clean if you discount the plastic container of grapes in the refrigerator. No bugs. Clean sheets. Thin ceilings. Can hear every move made in room above. Older property with new paint.

Extremely nice people the computer was upgrading when I got there and they were going to go ahead and give me a key and manually enter my info when it was back up… clean rooms and truck parking in the back… If I'm back through this area I will stay here again.

Wonderful motel! Great beds, beautiful rooms & furniture! Breakfast in lobby 6am to 9am! Fireworks tent across the road! Yahoo!

Nice clean rooms reasonable price friendly staff.

They are very understanding AND HUMAN. Some hotels act like the only people staying there are vacationers even tho there are no theme parks or beaches around and the hotel is emmmmmmpty. Life shows up and sometimes it really stinks so we all just need to "hold on" and get to the next. Minute and hold on again and again and hope tht soon we can let go and LET GOD. Prayers to all and ty super 8

Affordable but rooms needs to be updated and new shetts and blankets due to all the cigarette burns.

I stay here often overall it is a good place to stay could be a little cleaner but not a bad place.

Very friendly staff, nice clean facility, comfortable bed, good breakfast, good parking area all at a reasonable price. And yh pool was awesome!

We stayed here one night when the power was out at the house. The man at the front desk you could not understand him at all, he put us in a room where the a/c was broken and it was hotter in that room than it was outside! We called him he came up to the room and lied in our faces and said he didn't have any other rooms and he couldn't give us our money back, another lie he told was he just got off the phone with his manager and he didn't even touch the phone to call anyone, he said my manager said to put you in another room. He put us in another room, it was beyond filthy! There was dead roach bugs on the walls and there was also a dog pee smell in the room and there was live roaches crawling in the tub! I would suggest if you need somewhere to stay for a night, stay somewhere else.

We stayed here one night while our power was off@home. We came in late@night and was waited on by a man who spoke VERY LITTLE English and didn't even try to make up for it by being friendly! We got to the room where the thermostat read 80 degrees. Keep in mind, this is during the heat wave of temps more than 100 degrees! We tried turning the temperature down and waited about half an hour to only find that the temperature had risen another 3 degree. We contacted the front desk, the man who checked us in then came to the room, informed us"its (the thermostat) is broken". Advised us there were no more rooms available and we would notbe able to get a refund because we had been there more than 15 minutes! We informed him that we would not stay in that room where the temp was hotter than outside@that point and would require our refund! Miraculously, he found an empty room 2 doors down. Where we were able to sleep for the night, only to find roaches crawling around all over the next morning and dead ones on the wall! We will never recommend this place nor return.
