Knights Inn - Cleveland Inn

Went there late one night. The guy at the window was sleeping. We had to pound on the window to wake him up. That was just kind of funny. The room was decently clean. It wasn't the worst place I've ever stayed. But, I probably won't go back if I can help it.

Cheaper is not always better. Having microwave and fridge in room was nice. But the roaches we could have did without. Dirtiest motel room I have ever been in. Even the light switches r filthy. Spend a little extra and stay somewhere cleaner is my advice.

Friendly staff, large room, low price. It's an older hotel and shows it's age but was clean, conveniently located and everything worked fine. I will stay again when I come back to Cleveland next year.

Do not book here. I had an emergency come up and had to cancel my booking date a week in advance. I even requested them to waive my fees explaining my situation and they said no. For a 1 star hotel I am appalled they would even charge a cancellation fee. This is why they have bad reviews. Do not recommend this hotel what so ever. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Don't stay her rouch motel nasty.

Its nice and quite, and doing some remodeling, there's no bed bugs and the manager is nice and polite.

Roaches chased me from one side of the room to the other… Roach Bug Central.

The room I wanted to get had bed bugs maybe all the rooms have bed bugs on the bed. 5they do not wash the sheet nor the blankets I really don't recommend you staying here for the night it's better if you can spend the extra 30 or $40 and the save yourself from all the headache. You'll get what you pay for but this does not deserve a one-star at all.

Do not book this hotel if you have other options. Room was dirty, cockroaches everywhere. Broken shower, tiles and furniture.

Average, tidy for the money, safe.

Room was clean, a nice size and rates were very reasonable. Front desk clerk was very pleasant upon our arrival and helpful.

My wife and I stopped there on 06-05-2016 and stayed in room and our room was very big very clean and nice, the air conditioner blew ice cold air we had hot water nice TV and we never seen any bed bugs at all. Our experience was very nice.

Doesnt speak english well, price says 51$ and its a lie. Never get my buisness again.

If I could put — 10 stars I would the maid told us they found bed bugs an now the manger is being rude we are staying here for work been here for over a month paying almost 300 a week an this is how they are treating there people its nasty 3 other co workers staying here also have found bed bugs nasty nasty.

I rented a room last weekend. The fella working the desk told me that the room had no television, and brought one right away. The furnishings seemed a little outdated, but everything worked and seemed clean. Overall I would say that for what is and what they charge. The people do a fine job. The staff was eager to give what I asked for, then went away.

I liked the good cooling system and quietness.

Went to the room and it was a good size and very clean, nice beds. We had a good night rest.

Yeah it isnt the newest hotel with flat tv's. But you couldnt ask for anything more from a budget hotel. Loved it here and would for sure come back.
