We love this hotel! It's very unassuming at first glance, but upon entering is beautiful and elegant without being intimidating. The staff is gracious and goes above and beyond. Planning our wedding here has been a pleasure and the easiest part of the whole thing! The location couldn't be more perfect and convenient for out of town guests.

The staff was very polite and helpful. The room was clean and fresh. This hotel had a pool that was well kept and the rooms had iron, mini-fridge, microwave, and hair dryer. Very good stay.

We always stay here when we go to Blue Wahoo games. Super convenient in that respect. Also a friendly staff, clean rooms, great workout facility and pool. All the things you would expect from a Hilton frankly. Great happy hour at the bar as well!

Located near a shopping mall. Nice lobby. Meeting rooms are well kept. Parking lot is on the small side.

ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC! I cannot say enough good things about this hotel! After moving ten days early from the Hampton Inn Due to bad service and cleanliness issues, this COMPLETELY CHANGED MT TRIP! Diedre at the front desk took amazing care of me during the switch, and the top notch customer service continued from there! The room was clean, well appointed, roomy, and very comfortable. The whole hotel is clean and beautiful, with a great workout room and pool/hottub area! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

This was the nicest Garden Inn we have ever stayed at. The rooms were much nicer than other Garden Inn locations which was a welcome surprise.

Very nice lobby area with a restaurant built in so you don't need to leave the hotel to eat. The rooms offer plenty of space. Beds were comfortable; I would recommend bringing your own pillow as these were either way too thin or way too thick. But overall a good experience.

Worst hotel experience ever AND you have to pay extra for breakfast! I stay in hotels weekly for work and this was by far the worst one, and I stayed at a quality inn last week. The concierge were extremely rude and I was woken up twice by room service with the "do not disturb" sign on the door. Will not be staying here again.

I had my wedding here 2/3/18 in the ball room. It was beautiful and worth the money spent. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. We also stayed at the hotel the night of the wedding and the beds were very comfy. We had breakfast the next morning the food was terrific. Everyone was very friendly… we really enjoyed everything about this place.

Had an interview for a job today with Van at 2pm. Got there at 1:50pm. The lady at the front desk said he had left about 20 minutes ago for lunch. I thought well that seems risky. He must be going close and getting fast food. Even that didn't make since to me. How would he have time to eat it? Anyway, I waited and waited some more. An hour past and I said this is completely unprofessional. I asked the girl to have him call me to reschedule. Still haven't heard from him or anyone. Apparently he needs replaced. Can I apply for that job? I would never do that to anyone.

Lovely people. The food here is great! Excellent omelets. I can’t say enough about the kindness and hospitality consistently extended to me from every single staff member and employee I encountered here. On par with a five star hotel!

Big rooms. Comfortable bed and pillows. The hotel is very well kept. The fitness room has plenty of cardio machines, a few benches and a nice dumbbell set. Pool and Jacuzzi looked nice although I didn't use them.

Great rooms and attended a wedding there. Great venue for events. Beds so comfy we didnt want to leave. Staff super professional and courteous!

The place was pretty clean, but that's about it. The bed was so hard I tossed and turned all night, and by the second morning, I could barely move my shoulder because of it. We went to get in the hot tub after the first night to help with the soreness, and it was ice cold. The girl at the front desk was pretty nonchalant about it being out of order. The next morning my hubby went to breakfast and said the food looked old and terrible, and they were charging more than a good restaurant. Most of the Hiltons we've stayed in have been great and had free breakfast to boot. This one could be better. Thanks.

We were there for a small team gathering. We rented a meeting room for 2 days. The staff was very accommodating and we had everything we needed.

We enjoyed our stay! Here for leisure during the summer, the hotel was super clean and staff equally friendly. My only con was breakfast. They offered a great variety of food for 10.95. I had a veggie omlet and seasoned potatoes. The potatoes were seansoned well but they were hard. The omelet was watery and lacked flavor. Overall, great stay! I just know not to order breakfast the next time.

As soon as you walk in you just say "wow" this place is absolutely stunning from the second you walk in. The rooms are a very good size and well taken care of. Staff is super friendly and helpful! I would definitely stay here again!

I have nothing negative to say about this hotel. We had a very enjoyable stay. The hotel was spotless. The staff couldn't do enough for you. It was close enough to the place we needed to be which was downtown Pensacola What more would you want.

Great hotel with cool lobby area and great breakfast! The king bed was very comfortable with high quality bedding. Clean bathroom with great shower pressure! My only complaint would be that the couch cushion on the pull out sofa had gross stains on both sides, could use a good cleaning.

Had to stay here overnight since my luggage got delayed. I was surprised by how nice the rooms were. I would definitely stay here again if I were in a bind. It's not a place you would want to stay if you were visiting Pensacola on vacation and wanted to go to the beach.

Elegant, great professional atmosphere for conferences and ceremonies. Not too crowded or overbooked at my classmates' graduation pinning ceremony. Felt so comfortable and loved it so much, I'm going to book my graduation at the Hilton Garden Inn next year!

This hotel was awesome! My housekeeper was really nice and left me extra amenities just by noticing how much I was using. It was GREAT!

I travel a lot for my job and I tend not to eat at hotel restaurants because they're mostly bad. However, I decided tonight to take a chance and eat at the Hotel's "Great American Grill" and to my surprise the meal and the service was excellent. Daniel, the waiter, was a professional and a pleasant guy to talk with, but the Chef, JJ, definitely out did himself with the fish. It was exquisite. I'm coming back.

Great place to stay, close to everything. You can tell the difference between good hotel and just regular. You don't need to go out to eat. Food was great, the chef had my fish perfect. Waiter did good job also. Would stay here anytime. Staff did not keep us waiting on anything.
