I called to get information on amenities. Whoever was at the front desk hung up. I called back again and asked about what reduced amenities they have. She asked what was that. I asked her if she knew what amenities were. She said, “yes I do” “we have no amenities” and hung up again. I have called Hilton and made my complaint. As a Diamond member and owner I expect more.

Upon arrival we were made welcomed. The front desk staff, Kelly and Jasmine, we so helpful. I will definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Non existent service… after long day at work… nothing was done, no clean sheets, towels, no garbage dumped, no soap and no shampoo. The fridge does not work properly… they do not care.

An amazing park and fly program where you can park for 30 days and be shuttle back-and-forth to the airport.

Very courteous staff, comfortable rooms and great breakfast. The night staff handled a room problem (king instead of double bed) with a smile and no complaints.

Hotel is across the street from the Pensacola airport. They have a shuttle that's about a 4 minute ride to the terminal. There are chain restaurants nearby and the front desk also recommended several restaurants in town about 10-15 minute drive. Good customer service. There was a small breakfast area but our outbound flight time was too early to try. Note: the luggage carts are not located in the lobby but literally at the opposite end of building at the elevators (a little odd)

This location is really nice! It's close to a lot of things like bowling, shopping, restaurants, arcades, and it's convenient to get to and from areas from this location. If anything was to go wrong there's a hospital and urgent care near this hotel. The staff is really friendly and welcoming, they make sure they do whatever they can to make sure you are taken care of. They even assisted us several times with finding entertainment and good food spots. Their knowledge of the area is impeccable. My family and I will definitely be revisiting again very, very soon.

Clean… Staff very accommodating and at this particular stay I was very high maintenance. Great place. Good breakfast. I will go back there anytime I'm in Pensacola. All staff on all shifts were right on.

Were to begin, just down right horrible from the start. The hotel van does not run after midnight… though website clearly stated 24 hours. No one answers phone calls at night, took over 45 mins to get our own transport from airport to hotel. Front desk lady was nasty and rude, cursed us out for checking in late. Would not even apologize for not answering the phone. Had four rooms, two rooms TV not working, front desk would not get anyone to fix nor move to other rooms. She flat out stated deal with it. The next morning, staff could careless as well that we experienced poor service. Can not recommend this location… not at all!

Room was nice and clean with comfy beds. There was a mini fridge and microwave in our room. Staff was friendly and helpful. There is a pool, business center and fitness center. It's less than a mile from Pensacola Airport and there's even a screen with flight info in the lobby so you can keep track of your flights. Our favorite part was the free hot breakfast which included scrambled eggs, turkey sausage, omelettes, waffle station with toppings, hard boiled eggs, fresh fruit salad, bagels, cereals, yogurt, toast, mini cinnamon rolls and danishes and many more. When you've got picky kiddos the variety helps a lot. Will definitely stay here again when next we're close by!

This is as close to the airport as you can get. Very friendly staff and great breakfast (hot and cold items and a good amount of choices and hot coffee). It's not super close to the beach however the mall and yummy food options are close.

Absolutely awful experience here. I was scheduled for a thirteen day stay, but needed to check out after three days because the experience was so horrible. When I showed up for check in, the woman checking me in asked for my card and ID (very standard). It looked as though she ran it up there, but then she handed it back to me and told me to insert my card. I thought she had already ran it, so I asked, very simply, what I was running it for. She immediately took a large attitude, and said "what?! " and I asked again what my card was being run for. I said I had no problem inserting it, I just wanted to know what the hold or charge would be (I think this is a reasonable request). From there it devolved as she became very condescending and rude, and when I asked to speak to a manager she was downright hostile. This continued, and I felt very uncomfortable even remaining at the property because she was so blatantly hostile. The night manager was extremely helpful, and I got checked into my room, and she told me to talk to the day manager the next day. When I talk to the day manager, he had no idea about the situation, which was a bit frustrating as I had to re explain it.

Arrived late after spending day at hospital with family member. This Hampton property is older but the staff make it all worthwhile. Front desk very friendly — — wanted to make sure I was happy — — handed me my rewards goodies and gave me a brief description of where things were located, time of breakfast, etc. Reserved a king suite … very large with comfy bed, two big TVs, and large walk in shower. The next morning when I went to check out — — ladies were so warm and hospitable. When I return to Pensacola this will be my "go to" hotel. Thanks again for A+ customer service. Highly recommend.

Hotel is basic, but has everything you need. Thought it was odd the coffee maker is in the bathroom.? But everything is clean, free of any signs of pests. Jackie at the front desk is EXTREMELY accommodating. Absolutely goes above and beyond to assist and be sure your stay is comfortable. There wasn't a crazy request she couldn't handle. She also helped me and my husband arrange for our rental to be returned and get us to the airport on time. Appreciated everything guys! Hope to see you soon!

We walked maybe a half mile to the hotel from the baggage claim and we're greeted by the nicest lady at check in. She offered us cookies and milk with our check-in and went the extra mile and more. Complimentary breakfast had the standard fare which fresh and well maintained. Room and amenities were excellent and I would definitely stay here again… Highly recommend!

Súper clean hotel with amazing customer service. I stayed there only a night but with the clean comfortable rooms and friendly staff I wish I could have lived there. Other highlights are the free HOT breakfast and fast Wi-Fi. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone staying near Pensacola Airport!

Gr8 place to stay. It was clean, the people were friendly, they had a big breakfast bar and area, they put me in an end room which was very quiet. It was close to the elevator, which was very convenient. They even had computers with which I was able to print my boarding pass. All in all, very enjoyable!

Such a nice stay at the Hampton Inn, Pensacola. My room was perfectly clean and well stocked with everything I needed. The staff was friendly, and there was always someone at the front desk to answer any questions I had. Best night's sleep I got in a long time. Great to get a workout in, too. I will be back whenever I'm in Pensacola next.

I had an amazing stay at the Hampton Inn, Pensacola. Check-in was quick and easy. Plenty of parking. The rooms were spotless. Lots of options at the continental breakfast, which was included with the room. The gym was a nice touch too, felt great to get a little workout in before getting back on the road. Can't wait to come back!

Our client, touring comedian Austin Miller, recently stayed here while performing in Pensacola and had a fantastic stay! The room was perfect, clean and quiet, and the staff was very helpful and friendly. There was an on-site fitness center which was a nice way to burn some energy from the long car ride, and a free breakfast to enjoy before starting the next day's ride!

Nice place and put second visit. A little older hotel but clean and we'll maintained. Delicious and big variety free breakfast. We would stay here again! Great little fun with really nice equipment too.

Cheerful and responsive staff. Impressive manager Stephanie. A large screen TV in lobby has an obvious video color issue. Comfortable lounge and covered pool side area for impromptu group work sessions. Like last year, this site's network still has an unresolved protocol configuration issue that interferes with my corporate email which isn't a problem at any other Hampton Inn.

The people that work there are great. We were there for a workshop and they helped us. They were very friendly and prompt when asked to find something. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

The place rock's. You can be chilled smoke some cannabis and be you. It's by the airport right next to it. But amazingly quite Rooz ll smoke shop lives and remembered.

Easy to find and conveniently located near the airport. The meeting rooms were clean and functional.

It was very clean, easy to settle in and feel at home. They had very nice staff and even gave us breakfast bags when we left too early (breakfast wasn't open yet). The room and bathroom, while really simple, was beautiful and functional at the same time. Even though my stay was short, I would love to go again.

Hotel is located in a good area. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Rooms were clean and service was good.

Good except for the noise of planes taking off… but it's expected as it's an airport hotel. Close to everything so that's a bonus… staff friendly and breakfast is good on mornings. There's a manager'reception on Tuesdays and Wednesdays which is another bonus…

Was coming to Pensacola from Houston. Drove in at night. Needing a place to stay call and talked with Jordan the Assistant GM. He was great. Place was great. Thank you for what you do!

This place is beautiful from location to their lobby to the rooms. My room was 237. It had all the luxuries of home — well most. The bed and linens were amazing. I absolutely had no complaints. Hampton Inn is worth the money. The hotel is gorge. Now, for the haunting. I only stayed one night. I had to catch a flight out of Pensacola around 5 am so I was up at 4. A few hours into my sleep, I woke up gasping. A force had hit my pillow hard. I brushed it off to a bad dream but I didn't recall dreaming. I fell back to sleep and a few hours later I again woke up with a presence IN my bed. At that point I knew that something was in my room with me. I laid awake the rest of the night and finally just got up at 4 am, got ready and left the room to go to the airport. I've experienced haunting before but never one in a hotel. I still can't get over the feeling of something hitting my pillow hard with my waking up like I did. I would have brushed that off but the second episode sealed the deal. I'd like to know if anyone else has experienced this in this hotel. Would I stay again? Sure. Just not in room 237!

Nice hotel, was convenient and used the shuttle to the airport. It was super easy and would stay there again if I need to be near that airport. Our room was really nice, everything clean.

Hampton Inn Airport Boulevard is my go-to whenever I come to Pensacola. The location is convenient to pretty much every place that I need to visit, and the facilities are excellent. You can't beat their complimentary breakfast, plus they do additional things for the guests throughout the week. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and are very well maintained. I also belong to the Hilton Rewards program, so that's a nice little bonus. It affords you some additional things like early check in, etc.

Traveling through, stopped to spend the weekend there. Rooms were very clean, the continental breakfast was great with a variety of foods, and the staff was very friendly! We'll definitely keep this in mind for a future stay!

My parent's booked this hotel after I went to and inspected several hotels in the area. They booked a king suite for their week long stay. They were given a room with a king bed and a conference table. Their room reeked of some foul odor that could not be found. Their housekeeping dept. Came into the room and took the towels and didn't put any back in. My parent's complained multiple times to the front desk about the odor, the lack of towels, and the "suite". Met with disregard and "nothing we can do". NEVER AGAIN will I recommend that ANY member of my family say in this Hotel from Hell. How the Highpointe management company can allow this property to operate under their name and keep such shameful service, and facilities is shameful.

Accommodated a same day booking at 1100 for a 3pm check in. Clean room, well stocked snack mart down stairs, fresh coffee. Shuttle starts at 0400 for the airport. Cold breakfast available at same time. Lots of local chains/fast foods to eat, deliveries come to your door. Wifi fast and free for 24hrs. Military members — the policy for the discount only applies to leisure travel — not traveling on orders. Cheaper options available, but for this devil dog, it's worth it. Would book again.

I stayed at the Hampton Inn this weekend while getting my brother set up in his dorm in Pensacola. I have to say I was very, very pleased with this hotel. The staff was extremely polite and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was excellent. The staff even prepared to-go breakfast bags so that you could take one if you were in a hurry. The front desk clerk sent a fax for me and provided a hygiene kit for me at no extra charge (which is rare, as I have gotten accustomed to hotels nickeland diming you to death). Inside the room everything was very clean and the beds were exquisite. The room is outfitted with a nice sized TV, cable (of course), and complimentary Wi-Fi. On top of all this, the hotel is very conveniently located in the center of Pensacola and right across the street from the airport. It is roughly 15 minutes from Pensacola beach, and only minutes from any restaurant or store you could need. I will definitely be returning to this hotel for my next visit and I recommend it likewise to anyone else visiting Pensacola.

My father, fiancee and I stayed at this Hampton the second weekend in June. We checked in on a Wednesday night and checked out Saturday morning. Each morning the breakfast selection was fantastic, at least three hot meal choices, along with a waffle making station, bagels, donuts, cereal, and all the drinks. The breakfast staff was extremely sincere and friendly. They were on top of keeping the food fresh and hot. The staff at the desk was also helpful and sincere. On the way down to this hotel from Michigan our cooler sprung a leak and soaked all the clothes in my bag, this hotel itself did not have washer dryer units. But when I asked of they did, they told me the sister hotel, the Hilton right next door had them, and they let the guests use them with no problem. It was not a problem at all to walk over to the Hilton, the desk staff was just as nice and friendly there as well. When we arrived to check in, there was a guest appreciation going on in the lobby, apparently it happens every Tuesday and Wednesday afternoon. They supplied hot and cold appetizers, water, soft drinks, beer and wine all for free. Every time my fiancee walked by they handed him a fresh, full size can of his favorite beer, so they were not scaling down their own costs by serving tiny drinks or "sample" drinks, which was impressive. Our remote died in our room, a room attendant was at our door in less than two minutes it felt like with a brand new remote for us, not just batteries, which was nice.

Room was very nice and convenient. Hotel is located right across the street from the airport. Shopping is also near by. The beaches are about 20 minutes away and if you visit the beach areas I highly suggest visiting Peg Leg Petes. Rooms are very secure.
