We have been able to spend a wonderful weekend with you. Thank you for the friendliness and great tips. Rooms are super clean and tip top, the service and the food class. We are looking forward to a next time!

Only came here for food, but the schnitzel was really rather good — cooked it butter it tasted so rich. The service was pretty slow though, but there was a rush on due to the road being closed.

Have been there 2x, afternoon and dinner… super nice host, delicious food, great ambience.
Would I also choose as an overnight accommodation.

Good location close to the glacier, simple breakfast, nice food for dinner — even though we waited a lot for every single dish and drinks too. Some insect in the otherwise clean room — changing the room wasnt possible.

This hotel is a 3-star hotel (with a clear tendency towards more). We had booked it in the winter with half board.
The hotel was taken over about a year ago by a nice couple from Germany (beware, high German is spoken! ). There are still very negative old evaluations, which are due to the former owners.
Of course, you should always keep an eye on the value for money when booking. However, this is fulfilled without decency at this hotel and I would recommend it immediately. Of course, there are always little things when you look for them, but they were completely in proportion to the price and did not mind.
The rooms don't miss anything. Of course, the standard rooms are not a luxury version, however, they are renovated and murdered. It was parquet floor laid. In our room there was a double — and a single bed. There was still a closet, a desk, safe, bedside table. The bathroom also filled all the changes. The water pressure here was extraordinarily high, which was very pleasing. You can always put it lower, but it is not nice if only a splashing comes out of the shower head. However, this was not the case here at all. The rooms cannot be regulated individually, but are heated very warmly (first holiday where my girlfriend did not read! ). It is heated via underfloor heating.
The food was really great.
Breakfast left no wishes. Fresh breadcrumbs or bread.

Super hotel-nice hosts, very good cuisine, friendly staff and beautiful spa. The rooms are also nice and clean. The location is awesome for hikers and winter sports enthusiasts. We are looking forward to our next visit to the artist's salm:-)

All Topp! A cosy, clean hotel, good food with a 5-course menu, great service, a modern spa and only 3 minutes by bus to the Kitzsteinhorn … You will love it!

Unfortunately, the hotel does not correspond to the pictures presented on the internet (good photographer) …
The hotel is run by Frank and Britta — 2 Germans in the middle of Austria, we did not expect that. And don't get it wrong now — if I'm an Austrian on holiday in the middle of Austria and then I'm greeted at the Reception HochDeutsch — that just doesn't fit and isn't authentic …
Both very nice but felt overwhelmed with the running of a hotel or restaurant business.
Frank makes the reception and the tried but unfortunately overwhelmed waiters … Unfortunately, no idea of the basics like to serve, serve off, ask if you can bring the next course … He never has more than two plates in his hand (Frank's a tray) The hotel has with Frank and Britta another cleaning lady a lady who makes breakfast and a "cook, " have never seen a hotel that gets along with so few staff — but the guest feels it or we have it Felt. Unfortunately, we did NOT have a radiator in the room, but only underfloor heating, which does not make much sense at a hotel near two ski areas.

I loved this place. People were super nice. Had great conversation with them. Beautiful views. Food at the restaurant t was excellent!

Have booked a room spontaneously and in the short term. Were very warmly received and immediately felt comfortable. Our room was very clean, with large terrace and magnificent view of the Kitzsteinhorn. The food was excellent and the service very nice. Especially Claudia we would like to highlight. Always a smile for every guest. Were also allowed to be at the opening ceremony. Was a really nice, funny evening. Would like to contact the fam. Eßer to thank you for a warm and pleasant stay. We wish you many nice guests for the future. Come back for sure.

Hello, we found this fine hotel only by accident.
There is a new management active, with a great staff,
Friendly and very nice. The rooms in the top condition.
It is worth to book this House and order a menu!
We loved it.
And sometimes the boss even gives you another one!

I can't understand what this Maria Braun is writing. I landed with my wife more by chance in the Künstleralm, but we were very happy. Great food, nice people and it was made a whole lot new. Very nice and cozy!. We can only recommend the Künstleralm!

I was eating in the Künstleralm a few days ago. The kitchen and service are excellent. I can only recommend it to anyone.

Great view, beautiful area, clean rooms, friendly polite staff.

Was 3 nights there. Everything is alright. The food is really at its best. Very attentive service. Sauna landscape seems to be completely new. The rooms are well equipped and partially renovated.
Only small downside for me as a motorcycle driver: there is no garage or covered parking.
Hotel is to recommend.

Nice location near to cable car and Zelam see. I do like this place.
