When we arrived the front desk clerk was on her cell phone, talking to her boss, we waited 5 minutes for the call to end. She did apologize & she was very nice. She informed us that the TV in our room wasn't working. We didn't care, as it was 11:30 pm. The continental breakfast was very good, however they were out of cream cheese & cinnamon rolls. The room was clean & plenty of hot water, plus great water pressure. Location was perfect for our purposes. Overall it was fine.

My husband stayed here and I decided to tag along. I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels in my life and this was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. Jon and Kaitlyn behind the front desk (I’m so sorry if I spelled that wrong) were incredibly accommodating and friendly and I was so pleased with every aspect of our stay. They’re total super stars and I’m sure the rest of the staff is also. Just goes to show that an awesome staff can make any stay great :)

Super helpful front desk staff and hotel does have an airport shuttle (hence the 3 stars). That's about all the positives. Told new owners recently purchased property (as of April 2018). It looks like it. Shabby, old, sterile, not many frills. My one night stay went fine, but I was glad it was just one night.

Met expectations, I've no complaints. Thought the establishment was rather nice, rooms were clean, staff was cordial and the service was speedy (when something was requested).

Stayed overnight on our way from Florida. Everything was excellent! Spacious, clean, updated room. Breakfast was good, everything one would need to start the day. Reception was very pleasant. I would certainly stay there again. Several restaurants across the street to chose from for dinner.

Very clean and nice experience. Quiet atmosphere. Staff very pleasant. Dining room for breakfast was nice. Couldn't figure out how to order movies. Room service is through a restaurant off site and is horrible. The only thing that was good was the onion rings. It was more like carnival food. Beds were comfortable however my husband and I both woke up with aching backs. Don't go to the Apple bees. Bad service food cold and small portions.

My overall experience at the hotel itself was okay. The room was not ready when I went up to it and I had to stand in the hallway with all of my luggage after checking in with my child while the housekeeper finished and her children ran the hallways. The room was clean and the breakfast was amazing. The room temperature was very hard to control and we could not reach a comfortable temperature. The pool water temperature was also very cool for my liking. Upon check in I was told that my card was being entered in case of incidentals and NOT notified of any charges being put on the card. After check out and checking my credit card statement I found a $50.00 charge from the hotel. I gave it a few days to resolve and when it did not I called to inquire. I was given a guess as to what the charges were for instead of the person looking the information up. When I told her I was not informed of the charges, SHE ARGUED WITH ME THAT I SIGNED AN AGREEMENT! At this point I told her she needed to work on her customer service skills and that I would be present in the hotel lobby tomorrow if the funds were not placed back on my card for proof of this document that I supposedly signed. Very unprofessional staff, but the hotel was clean and breakfast could not have been better.

Very nice hotel with a better than average breakfast. Very comfortable beds, clean rooms, friendly staff, fairly close to campus, just a short drive into downtown Lexington.

Such a wonderful hotel! In a great location to the highway. Staff was so nice and helpful.

Very nice and decent price. The breakfast was really good. The only problem we had was housekeeping opened our door while we were still in the room.

Stayed for business. Plenty of retail and restaurants in close proximity. Downtown and Rupp Arena was a short drive away. I enjoyed a corner room, the extra room was nice to have. The workout room was sufficient although I expected to see a stack of towels for me to wipe away my workout when I was done. Not a big deal though. Breakfast area was CLEAN. Definitely will stay the next time I am in Lexington for business or leisure.

We arrived late at night and the front desk staff was very friendly. The rooms were very clean and they offered good quality soaps and lotion. Quick drive to the airport!

We had a great time here. The pool is small. The front lobby is well furnished. The location was just right.

Quiet, clean hotel with spacious rooms. The staff was friendly and in a good/safe location with restaurants, shops and a gas station nearby. Not too far from downtown Lewisburg. They have a wonderful continental breakfast as well!

Nice, fresh clean with several food choices within walking distance and a grocery store nearby as well. Will recommend it.

Super friendly. Everything was clean, well kept, even the common areas. Three breakfast had everything you could reasonably imagine to grab and go. Very pleased with my stay.

All the staff are Very friendly. Clean, spacious rooms with nice amenities (fridge, microwave). They greeted me with a bottle of water. Their kitchen area stocks fruits and yogurt to grab anytime. Hot breakfast available. Would definitely recommend it come back to it.

It was weird my one lamp wasn't plugged in, but other than that mild inconvenience it was a very pleasant stay.

I stayed here on business last week and it is a top notch hotel. The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful my entire stay. The room and property was clean and very well maintained. Breakfast was great, many options. The area surrounding the hotel had many food options within walking distance. I'll pick this hotel again when making a visit to the Lexington area and I highly recommend to others.

Everything seems great so far. Complimentary snacks in the afternoon. Staff is very helpful with restaurant suggestions.

Great customer service. Fast check in and out. Only thing is one of door keys didn't work. But they quickly fixed it.

We were greeted by Jon, this guy was very happy to see us. My family and I felt very welcome. Our room was spotless, breakfast was more than just Cereal and a Danish. The lady that ran the kitchen didn't just bring out fresh hot eggs, she also came around to every table to see if anyone wanted any. They definitely over delivered. A gentleman even can around during breakfast to see if we needed anything else. Yes, I will visit them again. Next time I'll bring my swim trunks.

Absolutely horrible! Please do NOT waste your money. The whole entire room started to smell like sewage! I went to down to the front desk and noticed the whole hotel smelled horrible. The woman at the desk said it is normal as there is a waste treatment facility right behind the hotel! The hotel is clean and looks nice but the smell is horrible.

I do a lot of multistage traveling for my employ. I've not found a better group of people handling their hotel. Rooms are nice and clean. And the staff will go out of their way to help. Wow!
