There was literally blood all throughout the room and on the bathroom door. We told the front desk, they wouldn’t issue a refund. They did however, reissue whatever taxes were charged but it was issued to a Mastercard which we don’t have. We then contacted their 1800 number and then were told they’d have to contact the hotel but the hotel was unavailable currently. I wish I would have got more but I was trying to keep it from the kids. I don’t ever do this either unless it’s as bad as this.

We had a wonderful stay here while we were. Attending the Morgan Wallen concert! … Beautiful rooms, well equipped with everything. Would definitely stay here again!

Very comfy suites with full kitchens, gym and pool.

This is the most beautiful room I was really hoping for a great nights rest to continue our journey. Instead I have been up all night due to noise the front desk is not answering the phone and the people above me will not stop being loud. It’s midnight and this has been going on for hours.

Unauthorized charge on my card and your local location GM, Kevin, refuses to fix after multiple employees as well as the Asst GM said it was a mistake and would be fixed weeks ago. Very poor management / customer service skills. GM is very rude and threatened to have my friend arrested if I disputed the ridiculous and unauthorized charge nearly 2 months after final checkout in which I have a final receipt showing a $0.00 balanced owed. Guest relations guaranteed fix. Proof provided, Now crickets! Resolution promised by 4-6-2019, Still Nothing. Just Fix It!

I always have a good experience with Staybridge and this location is no exception. Somehow they overbooked my room type so when I arrived, the front desk upgraded me to a bigger room. Great staff!

After a week on the road this room was fantastic! Ultra clean and ultra comfortable. It felt like home. In a great location near restaurants. The staff is super friendly!

The accommodations are simple but clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. There was a huge storm while we were there and it knocked the power out for almost 24 hours. No backup generator! (-1⭐) The staff handled the situation well and did the best that they could. (+2⭐)

Power outage at Staybridge. Waited for 3 hours and still could not get checked in, we were told they may not have any power for 5 to 10 hours. Had to stay at the Holiday inn Express. It would have been nice if Staybridge would have set us up at another hotel. We got the last room at the Holiday inn Express.

This Hotel is in very good condition, everything is very new and everything is very clean. The people who work here are very friendly and always want to help you. Good location, right next to Kroger and many restaurants. I Recommend going to the pool if you stay as it is very quiet and clean.

This is the second time staying at this location. The staff is awesome. Very clean rooms and faculties. The breakfast is outta of this world! This will always be my hotel when I come down to visit my best friend! Thanks staff for keeping up on your hotel!

This was a great place to stay. Comfortable bed and a decent breakfast selection. The hotel is very well designed. We stay here frequently. Prices what they are, this is a good deal most of the time and is in an ideal place for visitors. Close to downtown and right off new circle where you can pretty much get to anywhere from. Over time the cleanliness level has dropped a little, but the last stay we had was much better. We will be back on Derby weekend and I will let you know If it has stayed improved.

I completed a 31 night stay at this facility on April 23, 2018. I cannot think of a better experience that I have ever had at an extended stay hotel, and I've used them several times. From my initial interaction with Trevyn, to working with Eric, to chatting with Kayla and Kim, even meeting Keith during my stay I cannot say enough good things about these folks. They are courteous, engaging, enjoyable young people that take customer service very seriously. I did not engage much with the rest of the staff but when I did it was always very courteous. I absolutely would not hesitate to recommend Staybridge Suites Lexington to anyone.

Our room was very nice. Exceptionally clean. Very well stocked with all u needed. Bed was comfortable. Had a real good night's sleep. Breakfast was really good. Would definitely stay again.

The location of the hotel was very convenient. Only a few minutes from the event we were attending, and not far from where we came into towm from. The room was fantastic other than the pull out twin from the couch being extremely uncomfortable I'm told. The breakfast in the morning was very good, however, it did seem difficult for staff to keep up with the demand. Otherwise staff was very friendly and helpful.

We stayed here for a Girls trip over the weekend to see Miranda Lambert in concert. This hotel was perfect the rooms were clean spacious. It's minutes from everything around. I will definitely book again when I come back thru Kentucky to do the Bourbon Trail later this summer.

We drove 12 hours to see Miranda Lambert at the Rupp arena after a long drive we were welcomed by this lovely young man named Trevoyn (I hope we spelled it right) He welcomed us with a smile and such great service! The other girl, who I can't remember her name I believe is his sister was just as kind. Because the two of them and our beautiful room at the hotel our trip was more than expected. Thank you both for being so great at your jobs and so sweet! If we ever come back to Kentucky we will certainly come back for not only the service but the room was immaculate and the breakfast was perfect!

I will never stay here again it is ran by a bunch of crooks! I had a sleepover for my 11yr old birthday And we enjoyed the pool in the room But I checked out and get home my bank app pops up saying they charged another $100 So I call them and they say we broke microwave bowls and there is broking glass in each room I tell here we use paper products So she changes and say we broke drinking glasses in three areas So I tell her your maid had to break the glasses I checked the room before I left to make sure none of the girls left anything and why would we leave glass on the floor She says this look like it was done intentionally So I tell her the room was a little dirty from the party with gift wrappings breakfast plates and extra tiles from pool so your maid probably did it out of anger about the room Well she sides with the maid and charged me $100 for 3 glasses Then try to charge another $100 And its no damage to the room.

The hotel is great. The staff is awesome and very accommodating. The rooms are nice and large as well.

This was a great place to stay! Had a great kitchen and spacious shower and bathroom. Very Clean! Staff is great, I had been in the ER the previous evening and woke up on our checkout day and did not feel well still and my SO went down the front desk and explained the situation and asked if we could have more time and the lady there told him that is no problem and she extended our checkout time 4 hours! I am very pleased with Staybridge Suites Lexington and I will definitely stay there in the future if the need arises! :)

Absolutely great room! Clean, Comfy bed, awesome kitchen. Only thing missing was hair dryer. Which I bet I could have gotten at front desk. Beautiful hotel. We WILL use Staybridge anytime we can.

Excellent place to stay and having a full kitchen and separate rooms is amazing! It was like having a full apartment. The room was stocked with dishes and pans etc. And even had a dishwasher. The service was excellent and the staff was very friendly.

This is the type of restaurant that we love! Friendly owner, wait staff and bartender (Andrew)! Awesome food — you must have the Hot Brown. It is the owner's grandfather's recipe. And it is very reasonably priced! We will be back.

Great room with kitchen. Couch area. The staff was super friendly. They have social nights on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. Free food and $1 beers and wine! This place is a screaming deal!

Great hotel near plenty of restaurants, nice pool, free Wi-Fi, free breakfast, handicapped accessible. King suite has a full kitchen!

Nice hotel, we've stayed at Staybridge Suites in Boston and had a great stay, but this one… The front desk staff can't be bothered to help, we asked if there was a supermarket nearby she said no, but there's a Walmart about 5 miles away, fine, that'll work. The next day I went to the gas station behind the hotel and guess what? There is a Kroger supermarket directly behind the hotel. It was night when we checked in so we couldn't see behind the hotel. They have their smoking area directly in front of the front door, that's what I want, to stink of cigarette smoke every time I come and go. We stayed for 5 nights, had two rooms, they cleaned them 2 times, and we were gone 12-15 hours a day. The thermostats work on a motion sensor, so in the 90-98 degree heat the rooms on the upper floors are in the 80s when you get back and take hours to cool off. The only positive was the breakfast, and it was just okay, the staff that took care of the breakfast was great though, really helpful and friendly, maybe they should be at the front desk?

Rooms are very nice and large. Full kitchenette with big fridge. Pool & workout room on site. Free breakfast & dinner (if you get there on time).

Very nice hotel with apartment style rooms and a better than average complimentary breakfast. The location is great as well — close to gas, groceries and dining.

I have to say that I have enjoyed staying here in the last two years but lately this year things have changed alot of great people have left and there are still great people there, but I think from a year ago it had gone down hill, hopefully the ones are here now can change it around for the better, this is just my opinion, besides maintenance needs to do more the taking out the trash.

We are a family of 5 (2 adults and 3 kids) travelling from the east coast to the west coast. This was our second night in a hotel and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The kids were able to spend time in the pool after being in the car all day and get rid of all of that pent up energy. We are also traveling with our cat. The hotel is pet friendly and I loved that it didn't even smell like pets resided there. We are definitively planning to continue staying at Staybridge Suites for the remainder of our trip!

I've had some of the best experiences while staying at staybridge. The food is great, the staff are friendly and they have this event called the social where people from all over get together in the main lobby to share drinks and food over conversation. Its a absolutely must stay if you ever visiting the area and need a place to stay. You will not be disappointed.

We are staying here after a house fire, in transition to a new address. This place is a little slice of heaven. Wonderfully comfortable beds, friendly and attentive staff, fresh linens upon request, full-scale housekeeping at least weekly. The common areas make a nice playground for our visiting grandson, who loves his grandparents' 'new hotel. ' Pool, gym, free laundry, free hot breakfast with multiple protein options, fresh coffee 24/7, and the built-in kitchen facilities provide the means to avoid eating out constantly.

I will defiantly be back to stay when I go to U. K. Games and Lexington area. Very clean. I absolutely loved the free breakfast… lots of choices: 6 different coffees, yogurt; bagels, eggs, bacon, waffles to name a few. Beautiful dining area that led out to patio with 2 grills outside and a huge fire pit with lots of seating. The staff was wonderful! The room was nice. Kitchen had a full size fridge and countertops with built in burners to cook, it had a breakfast nook area with 3 bar stools sit at, a small scaled sectional with lounge. Tvs in both living area and bedroom. We had two double beds. And we loved how there was a separate sink area for the bathroom/shower so we could have more room to get ready in addition to the full body mirror on the wall in the bedroom. I honestly have no complaints. We even got an extended checkout where my mom had not been in bed but an hour and worked the previous night before. I will be back!

Excellent hotel for short or long stay, great accommodations for a trip with a newborn, and staff are very friendly. Some essential info: — If you give them your email address, you can get a late check out. We were able to get it at 1pm. — Wifi is free, but upload and download are capped at 4 Mbps — Rooms also have cookware, utensils, toaster, pitcher, coffee machine and filters, microwave, stove, fridge. No oven. — pool has lift chair for accessibility — breakfast is standard hot breakfast, nothing fancy — surrounding area very nice and clean; small outside mall with some restaurants within walking distance across the street.

Nice place, but the breakfast lady needs help. She had to cook put dished out and clean all by herself. It is too busy for only one person to do all of that and it affects the quality of service. Other than that, it is a great place to stay.

Great rooms, modern and clean, professional staff, good location, fair priced despite the fact that the boy's Sweet Sixteen basketball tournament was in town.

I loved this hotel, and the staff was the icing on the cake! The variety of food was excellent! I'm missing the food right now, I'm currently staying at another Staybridge Suites in Charleston and the food is not the same… I'm missing Lexington… Becareful, you may put on some lbs… I was in town working for over a month … Thank you all for such a pleasant stay!

The hotel was beautiful and very clean. The king size bed was extremely comfortable and the staff was very helpful and polite. The breakfast buffet lacked; the eggs were dry, no sausage only bacon no other variety. One of the three days we stayed there the floors in the buffet area where so sticky our tennis shoes were sticky all day. The breakfast experience was really lacking in such a beautiful hotel. This is sad because its one of the reasons I booked the hotel and paid so much $$$$$ over the Breeder's Cup weekend was to get a good breakfast and be on with our day. The tables were not wiped clean in the dinning area. So, the hotel was fabulous I would stay again for the room but not the breakfast. I also mentioned it to a staff member who acted like there was not much you could do about it. So, take your chances on breakfast being a good experience but the hotel is awesome!

New 2015 suite hotel. Really well done and very nice people. Great evening reception and wonderful breakfast. Such a value for the quality.
