The room was neat and clean. Updated decor. The outdoor pool was nice and the outdoor facilities were well kept. The hotel in all appeared new, clean, and well maintained.

Friendly, accommodating staff. Clearly explained all amenities on property and nearby. Very clean room & common areas. Food hot and well-prepared.

I’ve stayed here twice so far. Both times have been satisfactory. Nice clean place in a good area with easy access to downtown, UK and other attractions. Staff is friendly and professional. Only complaint I’ve had is AC unit rattles and makes it hard to sleep with it running. However, AC noise is a common complaint at many hotels. Will likely stay here again.

Was here for a conference. There room we had was small. The temperature was hot. But we had control of thermostat but it would recycle to a different temperature sometime after we set it lower. The parking spots are very narrow. The staff was friendly and helpful. Drinks were readily available. Everything was clean. Bathroom was close to our conference room.

I got the pleasure of visiting the Hampton inn for a delightful day of traffic school. So as far as torture chambers go, this place was top notch. I was greeted pleasantly and earnestly, I figured the person would just see me as a criminal, still owing my debt to society and thus beneath her. But there was very little, if any, judgement in her gaze that I tried to avoid. However, I highly recommend you avoid going here for traffic school. I'm pretty sure they plant people in the class to increase the agony. Like the 20 year old kid who has been in 40 wrecks and knows absolutely everything about diesel trucks. Everything. Or the burnt out ex-activist who wants to argue about the laws. Any laws. And likes to comment… Not about the topic at hand. Just comment. So Hampton good, 4 stars. Traffic school bad, 0 stars. Hampton parking lot, 1 star, something went wrong at the design stage.

Loved this place! The rooms were contemporary, clean, comfortable with lots of space. Office staff allowed me to check out late because I didnt arrive until 3:30am. The room were very swank. I had a king suite. Another plus are the sound proof rooms! Perfect to rest up after a hospital stay.

I had a wonderful experience. The rooms are spacious and the bathroom amenities are very nice too! Each room has control of their own thermostat.

Tina was extremely helpful with recommending a pizza place. The manager, Paul Gaines, showed me all of the hot spots in Lexington on a map. Blanca, our housekeeper, insured that our room was left in beautiful condition. The whole hotel was clean, safe, and family friendly.

I love this place! We are from barbourville, ky. I had to bring my son up here to see a surgeon, we first checked into the red roof inn, big mistake! We fled here to the Hampton inn and the staff is amazing and the rooms are so clean and hospitable! I would suggest this hotel to everyone! I want to thank the staff here and let them know how much we appreciate them!

Very nice Hampton with a well trained staff. Big negative is no microwaves in the room. They sell microwave popcorn, but no microwaves in the rooms. Other than that, very nice place to stay.

Wonderful hotel. Super clean. Great comfort in the rooms. Located walking distance from food, bakery, and other shops. Stay here you won't regret it (and I'm really picky) ;-)

One of the best Hampton inns I have come across. Clean and elegant decor, surprisingly modern looking rooms and incredibly sweet staff. Breakfast was the only piece that was pretty much on par with say other Hampton inns lacking any wow factor but everything else was special and better.

We stayed in Room 305. The hotel is apparently very new, and the room was impressively clean. The check in was efficient. Despite the fact they the hotel was almost completely booked, it was quiet during the night. Probably, the best Hampton Inn we have stayed in.

The cleanliness and amenities (USB, night light, shelving, etc) were AWESOME! Very nice hotel! My only issue was that the pillows were so incredibly soft. O there was barely anything to it.

Pretty standard hotel. It is a newer hotel so everything was clean and in good working order. I would say that the rooms were a bit smaller than average for hotel rooms in this price range. The included breakfast was also pretty standard.

Completely clean and updated. They thought of everything with this Hampton. My room is great — they thought if everything. I made a late reservation and checked in at midnight. The staff had me checked in quickly and off to my room. Fantastic hotel. I travel alot and wish they all were like this.

Great hotel adjacent to all the major hospitals in the area. We booked this hotel as an overnight stay for post-operative rest. But for clarity and honesty, I only got to stay for a few minutes before being rushed back to the emergency room with complications. My parents stayed overnight and said the room was clean, free of bedbugs, and was a great place to rest after long stays in the hospital with me. They stayed two different nights and were happy with both stays.

The concierge was very professional and nice. The hotel was very clean and welcoming.

Terrible customer service. I've been a Hilton customer traveling for business and stay at many Hiltons throughout the country. Never at any of these have I experienced such poor customer service and by the General Manager. It would be beneficial for the General Manager to learn the value of customer service and the long term value of gaining and retaining a customer. Short term greed and zero empathy will not go far in business. If I treated my customers this way, I wouldn't have them. I would avoid this hotel under this management.

What has come to be the expected Hampton Inn experience: clean, modern, luxurious. Very friendly staff. It was a short one night stay, but the accommodations we're excellent.

Room was good. Tv was good. Premium internet was slow. Breakfast was lacking.

My apologies to the staff for posting this sooo late. This place is 5 star! In late January, I planned a surprise birthday gift for my husband to see the Kentucky vs. Kansas game. The staff helped arrange transportation to and from the airport, took great care of my husband and his Dad while there and made them feel right at home in the sea of blue. For that, I am very appreciative and praise their excellent customer service! Thank you to Micah and all the staff who made their stay so memorable!

My favorite hotel stay ever! We were in the handicapped room which is likely more spacious than most, but loved the sliding barn door and decor! Clean, comfortable, friendly staff. Breakfast was typical hotel fare but plentiful, nice variety and fresh. Would definitely stay here again!
