The hotel itself was great. However I did get walked the first night of my stay due to over booking. They did pay for me to stay at another hotel and upgraded me to a suite when I returned there so I was satisfied with their resolution of the situation (it happens) … The breakfast was not very good. They had a nice selection but the food itself could have been better. Overall it's a great hotel though. I'd stay again.

Most spacious hotel room I've ever stayed in! Breakfast was way way beyond average! From the fresh fruit to the yogurt and oatmeal bar! Kept clean and replenished frequently!

Fantastic rooms, feels like a small apartment. The free breakfast was a good start to the day and the location is close to a lot of good shops and restaurants. Even more exciting, I was in town for an event at the Cobb energy performing arts center, and the hotel could not be more conveniently located.

The hotel is conveniently located near shopping and SunTrust park, yet somehow quietly tucked away with privacy. The staff were delightful and the rooms spacious and clean. Definitely worth a repeat stay!

Great place, will stay again. Social food is great. Breakfast is great. Rooms super clean. Great staff. Great pool.

Our stay here was pleasant. The room was adequate. Not immaculate, not dirty. Finishes in the room we're rough. Bubbling wallpaper, discolored popcorn ceilings, shabby furniture. The sleeper sofa was awful to use as a sofa The bed was nice enough. The pool was clean and nice temperature. The nightly dinner was okay, as was the breakfast. Overall everything was just okay. Not bad, not great. I would probably stay again. Or maybe somewhere else. No shuttle service on Saturday. Gate was nice for the lot.

We had a very nice weekend stay here while visiting the Atlanta area. This location is great for shopping. The rooms are nice and large. The breakfast is wonderful and the staff was excellent. We will be back again soon.

The staff was friendly and allowed me to change rooms with no issue (my first room was too close to the pool). However, my room was not clean, and it smells like urine. This hotel can definitely use some cosmetic updates, new wallpaper and carpet. It needs to be modernized. The room is very spacious and otherwise would be great. I would not repeat my stay here.

Room was spacious and clean. Very quiet location and convenient to Suntrust Park. Staff was very friendly and checked us in early with no issue when we arrived ahead of schedule. Very pleasant stay.

Rooms were great in the B building. Layout was a little strange but not too far out there. You go into the bathroom to get to the bedroom. Club house was great! Pool table is a big plus, plenty of seating, and Monday night happy hour was a hot with us!

We had a very pleasant stay. The staff was very courteous and helpful and the daily hot breakfast was really good. I was a little hesitant about staying at this property based on previous reviews, however I'm so glad that we stayed here.

I reserved a two-bedroom suite in December for a trip in late March. My wife and I were travelling with four kids, and this room is one of the few hotel rooms that will fit us all. We hit pretty bad traffic on the way south, so our normally 10-hour drive took an extra 4 1/2 hours. Given our late arrival time, I checked in through the Hilton Honors app on my phone, and was again given a confirmation of our 2-bedroom suite. When we arrived at 12:30 am, the front desk told me they didn't have the room I reserved. No explanation as to how that happened. When I asked, repeatedly, the front desk person just shrugged and said she didn't know (my guess is they gave the room away, even though I had checked in using the app). But she could get us two rooms, on opposite sides of the complex. One of them a smoking room. Given the late hour, I took them as I didn't think I could make it to another hotel awake. Of course we'd packed one overnight bag for everyone, so we had to separate everything out at 1:00 am. That's exactly what you want to do after 14 1/2 hours on the road. The rooms themselves were clean, but sorely in need of updating. My wife's room had water damage that hadn't been repaired. And to add insult to injury, I looked up the room costs the next day. Turns out we paid $330 for the 2-bedroom suite, when the two rooms we were given would have cost $296. So yes, we had the honor of paying extra for the added inconvenience.

Location a bit far from the center, but with the highways, you arrive in 10 minutes.

Hotel was laid out very well. There are several buildings on site and a central office/services building. There is gated parking as well.

The staff here is very nice and personable. Otherwise this is an older hotel and our room was dirty. Smelled like urine because we were in a pet friendly room. Dust on the walls and curtains, stained couch and sheets. And you can hear everything from your neighbors on the side. Also the dinner meals aren't to the standard of other Homewoods we have stayed at. We ended up eating out most nights. Breakfasts are good. I wouldn't stay here again if in town.

They gave me a smoking room (it had an ash tray) despite my having reserved non smoking. When I called the front desk they told me there were no non smoking rooms left available. I thought I would get used to it. I didn't. The smell of stale smoke was exceptionally pervasive. To make matters worse, upon checking out in the morning (early, to get out of the smell), the desk attendant told me they could have helped me get into a non smoking room. If only the person yesterday evening had been willing to help. Potentially my discomfort with the smoking room made me hyper-sensitive to other issues, so take the rest of my review with a grain of salt if you like. Other issues: Peeling paint. Bubbles in the bathroom wallpaper. The door of the bathroom is literally falling off the hinges. They were spatters of something on the bathroom wall that have never been wiped or cleaned off. The carpet is frayed along the edges and little bits of carpet are scattered around. Inexpertly renovated: When touching up the paint in the bathroom they rolled the paint roller straight across the light fixture and the light bulb. Grout is dried on the tile. There's a utility closet that makes a noise of running/leaking water and a slight grinding noise that never ceases. Every painted surface in the rooms looks like it needs to be washed (and maybe repainted).

The hotel is dated and could use renovation. The floors were creaky and sitting in the main room of the suite it was worst as people walked down the hall or moved in the room above. Also, my first night taking a shower it got cold quickly. In calling the front desk I was told each room has a small hot water tank and normal. So, if you stay you will need to get creative with showering unless you like cold showers. The main building and the amenities (breakfast, evening social, fitness center etc. ) were nice though.

Beautifully maintained hotel suites with full kitchen. They serve full hot breakfast every morning and have evening socials in evening which serves food and wine. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Free shuttle service within a 5 mile radius. Conveniently located near shopping, restaurants and activities for families. It is right near AMC movie theatre and Main Event which has video games and laser tag. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Where is the NEGATIVE STAR RATING? This facility is HORRIBLE. Filthy Grounds, Urine Odor in the Room, 2 Bugs in the Bed, Ceiling stained from Water Leaks in Room Above, Carpet is Disgusting. I wiped down hard floors with Clorox Wipes — Pure Dirt! Air Filter COATED with Filth. Probably has been over a year since it was replaced. I refuse to sugar coat anything. If you want some cleanliness, steer clear of this place. — The "Hilton" Name Should Be Ashamed. Best Wishes ~

Overall, I would give the hotel a 5 out of 5. The parking upon entering The property is weird, but The reception space is welcoming. I'm in the area for a training, so access to area spaces (daily commute and food) were important to me. Explore evening reception, nice options for snacks/meals. The room was ready upon arrival, clean, and organized. I had a 1 bedroom king suite, could accomodate a family of 4 (2 Adults, 2 children). There is a sleeper sofa in the main area next to the small kitchenette. I would of given it 5 stars, I was not greeted like a Hilton Honors member. Just a water bottle placed on counter.

Not cheap but you get what you pay for. 24 hour on call maintenance. Awesome breakfast. A suite with kitchen. This place has everything one is looking for in a hotel.

If you want peace of mind is a good place.

My stay was great. The only thing that I didn't like was when my key deactivated and I didn't know until late evening when I returned to the hotel. My daughter and I unloaded my car, leaving our hands full. We attempted to enter in the side door but my key card would not work. This happened also on the day of check out. I went to put some of our bags in the the car and to turn the car on. I attempted to go back in the side door but once again, my key card would not work. My car was running and my daughter was in the room with my spare key. Luckily one of the cleaning staff was in the cleaning room. Other than that I enjoyed my stay.

I booked this hotel through the reservations number provided on the website. Before booking the room, I specifically asked if I could have a late check out for my bridal party to do hair and make up. I was assured that a note would be placed for the manager to take care of that. Turned out that never happened, and the clerk on staff at the time of check in told us that late check out wasn't an option and offered getting ready in the hotel lobby as the only solution. It wasn't until consulting with a different clerk THE MORNING OF MY WEDDING that they offered for us to pay for half of another day. Do you realize how stressful that became? I'll never recommend this place to anyone. Not to mention I called the direct line to the manager during check in and he never returned my call. For the amount spent, there are better hotels. What's unfortunate about the entire experience is that the room was actually a good set up for a moderate sized group.

The Hotel itself was gorgeous! Quite Comfortable, relaxing felt safe. The problem that caused me to give it a 3 star rating was manager and front desk was rude, made for a very unfriendly atmosphere upon arrival. First impression says a lot. Management must set the tone. Maid service and staff employees were polite, helpful, and courteous, their weekend moral in the lobby was inspiring. Upon departure front desk tried to make amends by giving points and an appology, but I'm thinking would not I recommend rude behavior to my clients?

This place has all you need especially if you are transitioning from another state or have children and don't want to spend money eating out everyday. They have free breakfast and also a happy hour in the evening with food. Nice rooms, staff very courteous. I enjoyed my stay!

Celebrated my birthday this weekend. This hotel was beautiful and up-to-date. The rooms were spacious with full kitchen appliances, sterling silver dishes, crystal glasses. Everyone on the staff that we encountered was extremely nice and professional. The breakfast was hot and delicious. You will not find a better place. I would definitely recommend this place.

Highly recommend! Fantastic staff (especially Devontae who made us feel very welcome and made my Miss 5 feel very special), clean and spacious room, great outdoor area with sparkling pool and half size basketball court. Breakfast was nice too. A great place to stay. Can't rate it highly enough!

Service was great, room size is nice. 4 stars because the rooms could use a fresh coat of paint and the outdoor hallways are kind of messy.

Staff is always a company's greatest asset… An A/C went out last night and woke me up a half a dozen times. The group put a maintenance guy on it immediately, then went the extra mile to share a simple token of their appreciation and apologize for the experience. It makes me feel good when people take care of their people. /highfive I'll definitely be staying at more of these locations with the hope that they have staff as great as the location in Atlanta!

I stayed here this weekend and enjoyed my stay! The rooms were clean, spacious, and the location was perfect. 20 minutes from downtown, cumberland mall was right down the street and a number of great restaurants literally across the street. The breakfast and office staff was okay. I would stay here again.
