The hotel staff were very nice and professional. They always had a smile. The breakfast prices are extremely high. To be able to walk to the mall was everything! I will book again when I come to Atlanta.

My family reunion was hosted at this hotel over the weekend and despite the many months of preparation on our end and the hotel’s, things did not go off without a hitch. For starters, our kickoff event was met with a rude staff member. He spoke very aggressively to one of my relatives and threatened to take the food that we were serving during our event, because they needed the chafing dishes for another event. Which is weird to me that a hotel that host numerous events at a time does not have enough chafing dishes to accommodate this…and we only had 3. The next day was our banquet. I was on the setup committee and we were to arrive at 1pm to begin. I arrived at 1:10 to find that the tables, chairs and linens were not in place, there was a leaking ceiling in the room and a dance floor was put down that was missing an edge piece, which was clearly a tripping hazard. We had to request to have the floor removed because they were planning to leave it that way. The room was eventually setup and the event started, however our food service was extremely late and the food was horrible. Our family reunion was good because of the work we did and just having the opportunity to fellowship with family, but choosing this hotel to host our events was a bad and disappointing choice.

Love staying here. The hotel is situated close to highways, 20 minutes to airport, mall is right behind so you can walk over. There are lots of great restaurants at the mall and around the hotel.

The best chef Narval. And staff at the bar and grill. He cooled for me. A off the menu item. The room was great. But the bar staff are amazing.

I would recommend except, we stayed on the 3rd floor and I guess they had something in the ballroom, not only could we hear the music, it was so loud, we heard over our TV. And the pounding was coming through the walls. This went on till well after 11 pm. Also we were supposed to have a sofa, but we had another bed. So we did not have a place to sit. The bar did not open on Saturday till 4:30pm.

It’s like a huge apartment and extremely clean and nice! You can overlook the battery!

Terrible stay. Terrible service. Terrible hotel layout. No stairs from the first floor to the top? Nobody knows what they’re talking about. Only one good bartender. Shut down the bar when the bar was FULL of people. Won’t ever stay here again. And I don’t suggest it for others. Just do yourself a favor and find a new hotel.

We came to the camper show and it was very convenient, the food at the restaurant was very good. Room was very clean, the bed was very comfortable. Great stay.

Do not book advance purchase that is non refundable with this hotel! They will drop prices and not give longstanding Marriott reward members or anyone for that matter the lower price. Even though they haven't billed your card. I got the run around after alling they transferred me to national, I was told by headquarters they have nothing to do with it! strike 2 Sheraton.

No recognition of status at checkin. No amenity offered. Outlets in room not working. Arrogant staff. Stay away!

Warm and welcoming staff. Wonderful rooms. I loved relaxing and taking in the view from the window. Especially watching the lights of Atlanta at night! I felt like royalty while staying there. If I visit Atlanta again, I will definitely book this location again :)

The reception staff… amazing! The housekeeping staff… amazing! The grounds/ foodservice staff… amazing! I traveled with my son's football team (91 people) the hotel staff was pleasant, accommodating and helpful. They made the stay a very pleasant one! Shout out to Meredith for all the logistics behind the scenes! The hotel is clean and staff is super friendly! We would definitely stay here again if we ever travel from MD again!

This is a good place To book if you are staying north of the city or want to walk to the Braves game. The room and common area have been nicely renovated and were tasteful. My only 2 cons — 1) the elevators need to be renovated (petty of me I know) and 2) I ordered a jack daniels and was charged for a knob creek rye. Anyone who drinks bourbon knows these are 2 different “shelves” and price points. Overall-this is a solid place to stay.

This hotel has a good location. It is right next the the mall and many places to eat at. Our hotel room is very nice and large. It could easily fit four people because our room has a sofa bed. The bathroom is quite large and our room had two TVs, microwave, fridge and a small little kitchen area with a coffee maker and sink. The bed is quite comfy. The room was very clean and smelled good. You do have to pay for parking each night and that was around $12. There is also no free breakfast at this hotel but that doesn't bother us because we usually sleep in. You can get room service and there is a bar, pool and gym. We would definitely stay here again because the price was pretty good for how nice our room was.

I was disappointed. Beautiful hotel, beautiful room and view. Breakfast buffet was too pricey. Bed was horrible and pillows were flat. Husband and I woke up very sore. Check in and check out was quick and efficient. We were also irritated to find out we had to pay to park at a hotel we paid almost $200 for the room for one night.

Good location. Rooms are nice. Two TVs in each room. Pool and fitness center are good amenities. Edit: They have ads in the elevators for their in house Starbucks but they only make basic coffee. I don't really care for coffee but this is misleading.

Very nice hotel. The rooms are really large, suites with a separate living area from the bedroom. It's right next door to a mall, so you have lots of options to eat. You can walk to the mall from the hotel. It also connect by pedestrian bridge to the nearby Center, and, I think the ballpark. Front desk service is a little lackluster for this caliber of a hotel. They don't do a good job recognizing you as a member of SPG or Marriott clubs. I thought my breakfast was great and did receive great service at the restaurant. This is a really good option in this part of Atlanta.

I wasn’t impressed with this hotel. The two stars are for the lovely person working the front desk at check in, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom design was nice. The room was also fairly clean. You should upgrade the windows as the traffic felt like it was going through the room even from the 11th floor. The outlets are so loose and our phones wouldn't stay plugged in. Room service was extremely expensive-$90 for 2 people and they were out of tea. (This is the south. You can’t run out of tea. ) I had soup and they didn’t even send a spoon. When you put out signs about being “green” you’d think the shower wouldn’t need to run for 3 minutes to get warm either. It’s great to look pretty, but with some practical upgrades and attention to a few other details, the rating would go up.

Great location and amenities at this property. Across the street from the Cumberland Mall and Galleria. Short walk. Plenty of meeting space available for any size venue. Eric in banquets did an excellent job assisting with my two-day meeting. Pool on-site was dirty but kids won't mind. Not very inviting for guests looking to soak up some sunshine or have a beverage poolside after meetings. This location does have a bar and food service. Small conveniences also available.

My husband brought me here as a birthday/mothers day weekend gateway. He requested roses in our room and they never brought them. One of the beds was still wet and smelled strongly of bleach. The shower didn't drain well and The water quickly rose to our ankles. The room appeared to have been renovated but still had a 1980s, dark look. The breakfast was awful and overpriced. Overcooked, rubbery eggs and flies buzzing about. We also noticed strange light orbs in all the pictures we took in the room. They would only show up in camera not to the naked eye. That was eerie. Leaving was a nightmare and a safety concern. No stairs going down only up and an over 30 minute wait for an elevator even though they have 4!

We LOVES this place. It's beautiful and the customer service is great. We decided to go back and ended up accidentally booking through a third party and had to cancel our room. The third party would not refund us our money, but once we reached out to the Sheraton they handled it for us. AWESOME place and people. Highly recommend.

Got hot dropped into a basic room and was a little disappointed no upgrades were available. That proved to be no problem at all, as even a basic suite was very well equipped. Hotel access was convenient for all the local areas, and the knowledgeable front staff were super helpful. Avoid the buffet though. It was basic and overpriced.

We got there a little after 3PM to have to wait until 5PM to get a room. We got the Braves package that included vouchers, free parking and a foam finger and the only thing we got was a bed. The breakfast buffet was a joke everything that was supposed to be hot was cold. Every time I got up to return to the buffet line I came back to my drink and silverware gone. They did not offer a breakfast menu to me instead showed me the buffet however after sitting there for a few minutes and over hearing menus being offered to “certain guests” it made me wonder. The bartender could not make a lemon drop martini due to the fact she had no lemon juice. You have lemons, right? The person working in the little market must not liked her job and it showed.

I would give this place NEGATIVE reviews if I could! We've stayed here before and the rooms are nice. The hotel in general is nice. My husband and I booked 2 rooms for us and some friends 4 months in advance, and ended up having to cancel our trip a few days later. The hotel WILL NOT refund us over $350 for ONE NIGHT because we had to cancel 4 MONTHS IN ADVANCE. DO NOT book here if you for any reason will have to cancel your trip. Terrible terrible customer service and $350 down the drain.

Shearaton suites is a very nice hotel to stay at. The hotel has amazing views from the top floors, and is very clean and well taken care of. However, bring the more premium hotel that it is, the price is more than others, and even things like Wi-Fi and breakfast are NOT free. Overall, great experience, but a bit costly.

Very clean. All of the staff we interacted with were great. Even got a great "Dad joke" from one of the staff members on the elevator. Easy access to the mall and SunTrust Park. Not exactly sure on the distance but its walkable. Probably 1/2 to 2/3 of a mile. Parking was easy and there was plenty of space even on a Saturday.

Great place to stay. Only bad thing is they have no overnight maintenance dept. Our AC went out and they failed to put us in another room.

The staff at this location is the greatest. I travel a lot and have stayed in different hotel all across the country. They were very attentive and friendly. Even the security officer was really nice. Breakfast was delicious and l hated to check out. Thanks again Sheraton Staff!

Everything about our stay was fabulous! Everything! Check-in was extremely smooth and the receptionist was both kind and attentive. Our suite was perfect in every way, with not a single problem with the room. Finally, we ordered a full breakfast from Room Service, which we seldom do because of typically inflated prices. However, the price was not ridiculously high, and since everything else about our stay had been going so well, we decided to give it a try. Well let’s just say — no regrets, because breakfast was great! The portions were huge and they got every one of my specific requests right (crispy bacon, extra cream, etc. ). We were simply thrilled with every aspect of our stay, but with only one regret; that we had to check-out. We’ll be back!

Went for a wedding in Atlanta, enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Staff were friendly, good location, bathroom cleanliness could be improved (there was a slight smell. ) Overall though, we enjoyed our stay.

Great staff and a spacious, clean room. They keep the lobby clean and they offer a wide variety of items and food/drinks you can purchase in their shop by the front desk. Their food is wonderful! Although, I wasn't too big a fan of the red wine chocolate cake. It was completely drenched in wine on the bottom half so it was too soggy and alcoholic tasting for me. They're right around the corner from Cumberland Mall and the highway so it's easy to shop, dine, and travel to and from Atlanta. Overall, a great experience!

My experience here was horrible. I came from out of town. I had a major concern during my stay there. It was handled wrong and not taken seriously. Then I get my bill and there's all these extra charges. On the phone I specifically asked about additional fees, and I was only made aware of the parking fee. I emailed pictures of what I was concerned about to Emma Conner. Nothing was done. Shame on her and her manager.

This is a great hotel in most respects. Typical of a Sheraton Suites, it has beautiful rooms, great amenities, and great service for the price. Unfortunately, when I was there the bar and restaurant weren't open at the hours they were supposed to be open.

Didn’t need a hotel for the night but specifically booked this hotel in December to surprise my kids and take them swimming in the indoor pool. Called ahead to confirm they had an indoor pool and that it was functioning. Well, they didn’t bother to mention that the indoor pool is connected to the outdoor pool and shares the same water. It’s not heated at all and the water was 40 degrees. Not sure the point of an unusable indoor pool with ice water. We swam in the bathtub instead. Most expensive bath I’ve ever taken. Thanks guys.

Really nice property with great service staff is always very attentive. Convenient location to shopping and sporting events. Club Lounge is always very comfortable Rooms are clean and well-appointed.

The hotel was clean, efficiently run with a very friendly staff. I was there for a business training week so did not partake of any Hotel amenities such as the pool or the gym. Breakfast buffet was good.

Small hotel in a central location. Free Bike Rental! However, bicycles are technically not always flawless. Hotel staff very friendly. Rooms are small but okay! Breakfast is little varied but okay!
Due to the central location in Washington you can recommend it in a good conscience.

It's a perfect hotel with all the amenities and upgrades. Excellent friendly staff. I'm still reading it 5 stars although it's silly to charge $10/night for a hotel in the parking deck of a mall where parking is free.

The rooms are nice. The staff at check in were rude. They added about $300 extra at the time of check in which brought us to over $1000 for a 4 night stay. The staff at check in were condescending and treated us with disdain when we had to go to the bank and rearrange all of our money to be able to pay. They pinged our account so many times before taking the $1000+ that we got a call from the bank suspecting fraud. Our card was cut off because of this as well. This whole experience has created a hassle for us to deal with during our vacation.

The staff is very kind an accommodating. The lobby is beautifully decorated and there's fruit infused water for free. The room is gorgeous as well with plenty of room for comfort. I would definitely recommend a Sheraton suite for an extended stay or a comfortable vacation.

The room I stayed in was awesome. Lots of room and everything I could ask for. The hotel is walking distance from a number of places so it's very convenient. I'd love to stay here again.

The room was very spacious and clean. The parking lot was convenient to the hotel. The front desk was helpful and very friendly. We would definitely stay here again the next time we goto Six Flags.

We booked and paid for our room on May 10, 2017 and when we arrived on August 26 at 5:45 pm they told us they had sold our room to earlier arrivals. They were sending us to the Wyndham down the road. We had booked a suite and got a room with 2 double beds. Instead. But the real kicker was we were going as a group since our friend was singing the anthem for the Braves and we're not walking distance to the park or with our friends or in a comparable room. Never will stay at any Sheraton again.

The location within walking distance to SunTrust Park. The hotel was really clean & the staff was friendly. There are only three elevators so it can get a little crowded. The room it's self was great. The only complaint I had was the mattress. It was a little hard & uncomfortable. Otherwise the stay was very pleasant!

I liked the shuttle that was provided, the person driving was a great person to talk to about Atlanta and I hope he enjoys the gum. The hotel's breakfast was okay, but the eggs were a little bit on the watery side. Overall very good service in that department. The sliding doors in our room was very interesting and highly needed for the room. Especially for privacy. I also managed to leave a piece piece of candy for our maid who provided excellent service also. This hotel is a great choice to pick when you visit Atlanta, Georgia. — Faith Harper.

The suite was beautiful. Everything else was fairly disappointing. The key cards only worked about half of the time, just a minor inconvenience. The water pressure in the shower was non-existent unless the water was scalding hot. They offered free shuttle service, but the shuttle was very small, seating only 6. The gate to the parking garage didn't work very well. Simply hit the call button and someone would open it for you. This made me concerned about the safety of our vehicles. Overall, the property was very pretty and the service, to the extent I used it, was fine. They just missed some of the details.

I was not a guest, but I visited a friend of mine who was staying in the hotel for a number of hours. The staff was nothing but courteous throughout their interactions. I was also impressed with the level of cleanliness.

Great hotel atmosphere, really nice rooms, polite and helpful staff. Stayed there for a conference at Cobb galleria. Nice place as well.

Location was good, about 25 minutes from the city, right next to the mall and lots of restaurants. Service was just okay. Room was nice and clean, but there are no locks on the sliding doors leading to the bathing area so no privacy and I came with little children. Faucet by the microwave had no hot water and I found the pool area a bit lacking. Overall it was okay, won't be my first choice when we come back and won't be my last.

The location is convenient, while it its not downtown Atlanta it is a sorry drive and less costly. There is plenty of good food choices in walking distance and a large mall. The room is a good size, but old. Toilet didn't work well, no hair dryer. The indoor pool is small but is connected to a good size outdoor pool. Service staff has been attentive and prompt. Would I stay here again? Maybe…

Service was awesome with all staff encountered. Best rate obtained from SPG website using a promo code I found online. I requested early check-in as well as late checkout and got both. My dog got to stay for free and I didn't have to worry about the room having fleas or pests like other hotels. The bed and pillows were super comfy! The room was quiet, but parking was extra. Would definitely stay again!

My co workers and I stayed here for a business trip. Omg it was beautiful, I absolutely loved the view.

Beautiful property. The walls in the room were super thin. I was able to hear convos, tvs, hair dryers, beds squeaks.

Nice & clean hotel. The location isn't bad right off the expressway. In the same lot with the mall so you can walk or take a shuttle there and back. The hotel restaurant is ok with your usual high hotel food prices. Tried the bana foster pancakes for breakfast. They were pretty good. Tried the wings and truffle French fries for lunch. The wings were very hot and the fries were drenched in truffle oil. Sauce and oil made it hard to enjoy. The lobby is very bright and upscale/contemporary. The rooms were clean but had small issues. We ended up in two rooms. Both the heat didn't get very hot and the water in the shower took a long time to steam/get really hot. Parking is free for customers and I think due to reward we got free Wi-Fi also. The drain was clogged in one of the rooms. When we came back to our room one night one of the smelled like someone in an adjacent room was smoking weed. I suppos not th hotels fall but they gladly switched rooms for us in the middle of the night. Overall, The service was good and the hotel was clean and safe.

Recently renovated, friendly staff and clean accommodations. What more could you ask for when traveling. Although I could never connect to the Wi-Fi.

Pillows are the worst, you can stack 4 of them and they still go flat instantly. You ask the front desk to call a cab for 8 people for a specific time and it shows up 30 minutes late and only fits 4 people…

Hotel was clean and staff was friendly. My only complaint is the fact that I paid cash for my stay and a cash deposit and they still placed a $222.60 cent hold on my debit card which is still there three days later. When I call they put.

Clean, nice hotel rooms. Dining staff was a bit overwhelmed with the volume of diners in the the morning. Bar was very nice. No free Wi-Fi.

Very spacious room. Clean. When I checked in at 4am, the front desk agent extended my checkout time with me even asking. After seeing the place, I thought the price was a great value.

I stayed at the Sheraton for a business trip one night and it was a night to remember. When I arrive to the hotel you would think it is a 5 star hotel because the hotel is that beautiful in side. The front desk clerk was a little rude when I ask questions his answers where very short and bland but it was late and I didn't make a big deal about it. When we got in the room it was just as beautiful as the lobby, the room had a lot of space, a desk area for work which was well needed. But the rooms are for look only the shower drain didn't work well and the beds where like sleeping on wood, the walls where so thin every time the guest in the room next to us went to the bathroom we could hear it run all night, and not to mention being woke up at 5:30 am by the guest on the other side taking a shower and listening to music, so by this point I just wanted to get the hell out of this place but I didn't have to be to my meeting until noon so we got up and went to breakfast which the service was better then the food but the food was okay, after getting back to the room and packing my things I stop by the front desk to give them a piece of my mind which the front desk clerk took it well and apologize, and last but not lease they give you two bottles of water in your room one for $4.

Good room. Good space. Nice fitness area. The staff was pleasant. Their shuttle service was very helpful b/c I didn't have a car. I had some trouble with billing, but when I got a hold of the right person, they fixed it.

I have stayed here several times in the past year. Recent experiences have caused me to discontinue staying at this hotel. My wife and I were treated rudely by the hotel supervisor. His lack of knowledge and poor interpersonal tact will cause many other guests to avoid this particular hotel.

Very disappointed in this hotel. Stayed there February 13th and 14th. My granddaughter was in a cheer competition in Atlanta. Booked this hotel because of the heated in door pool and spa. The spa had been removed and the pool was cold. The worst part was the room was so dirty. The comforter for the sofa bed in the suite had blood on it that was not dry. I have never seen as much dust on a bed frame and furniture before. Could not give me another room because they were fully booked and the people at the desk could care less about the uncleanliness. Will never stay at another Sheraton. The location was the only good thing about it. I rate it a one. Room keys did not work half the time and could not get on the internet. Our cell phones would not even pick up in the room, it was almost like they had them blocked.

The rooms are clean and accommodating but can use some updating. They are working on it. The staff is friendly and very courteous. The morning buffet is nice and Nalie, the bartender is awesome.

Don't get me wrong. The rooms are very nice and this was by no means our first stay at the Sheraton at Cumberland. My displeasure came only days after returning from our trip when I discovered I had been charged again for a room that was paid for over 6 months in advance. No biggie, right? 5 days into trying to resolve this situation, I have still yet to hear from any of the four employees I have spoken to. They all pass you off to voice mail and promise to return your call. One employee in billing actually tried to tell me I was wrong even though I was literally looking at my credit card statements at the time. Unprofessional and incompetent would be the first words that come to mind when describing the billing staff. My next step will be to call my credit card company even though this should have been taken care of in a matter of minutes on the first call. If I stay there again, (however doubtful) I will pay with cash. The inept staff in billing should not be handling credit cards.

Had a really bad experience with Expedia while trying to book this hotel. After calling the hotel direct the booking department not only handled it but was extremely polite. I strongly recommend going straight through the hotel and not using a 3rd party booking company. Their rates are usually able to be matched if you ask! :).

I've stayed here on a number of occasions. Can stand to improve slightly, but it is nice. Breakfast is a bit overpriced, however the rooms are very nice and the beds are extremely comforting to relax and rest. Very spacious suites and large bathrooms to accommodate. I noticed minor cosmetic things in the ceiling of the hallway (chipped paint, sagging paneling, etc. ) but overall it was nice. Staff was polite, courteous, and gave me complimentary Wi-Fi which was priced at $9.95 per day. I'd definitely stay again and recommend to anyone wanting quality with affordability.

First off we reserved a room in March at the hotel. We were supposed to get a suite with two rooms and a sitting area that had a couch. What we got was a slightly larger than normal room with a sliding divider in the middle to make it two rooms. Definitely not what the picture of the room showed when we booked it. It also didn't have a couch, instead it had a padded chair and food rest. Now we get to the quality of the room. When we first walked in we noticed it was rather warm so we go turn on the AC only to find out it is one small vent in the corner of the room with zero circulation for the rest of the room. The TV's in the room seemed nice, until we started watching them and it was like watching TV on rabbit ears back in the 80's always blurring up. The Bathrooms have zero ventilation and are poorly maintained. Also unlike the other hotels in the area they charge you to park and they charge you $10 for 24 hours of internet access. I will NEVER stay at this hotel again.
