Wonderful time spent here. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Shoot out to Marlo and Brandon at the front desk. They was very helpful and courteous. We will be back next year.

Braves fans, it's right as you go into the Battery. Easy walk to SunTrust from here… good choice if you're coming up for a game!

I have stayed here several times and this is my favorite hotel to stay in. Staff is Always Wonderful.

The Hanptom Inn Atlanta Galleriea is a great property Its located directly next to Battery park/Braves stadium. It is one of the nicest Hamptons I've stayed at yet. The property is modern and seems like it's fairly new My room was spacious and definitely either newly built for Renovated. The staff was friendly and the breakfast as expected. The only word of caution is if your renting a car, get a regular or mid size. The parking lot is tight due to property constraints around the Battery/Braves stadium.

Hi Ava, Thank you for your reply. In response, this is why I rated 4 stars instead of 5. The hotel was nice, front desk staff was friendly and checking in and out was easy. However, we had a very unpleasant experience when the fire alarm went off while we were still in bed Sunday morning. It was a false alarm but the piercing alarm went off for what seemed like a while and the elevators didn't work for a while which was a bit rough being on the 8th floor. The stairwell smelled of marijuana so we think that may have been the cause of the alarm. I understand most of this was out of your control but it was unpleasant nonetheless. Perhaps clear consequences of smoking anything, not just cigarettes, would deter that from happening in the future. I saw a warning sign at another hotel that also indicated smoking marijuana is not allowed. Just a thought. I stayed at a Hampton Inn a couple months ago that offered gluten-free bread on request for breakfast so I asked if you had any and was told no. I wish that was an option. I assumed nothing was gluten-free except for the eggs and yogurt. I hoped the sausage patty was gluten free but I'm not sure because I didn't feel well later that day. Some kind of label indicating gluten-free would be nice. Also, I found a hair on one of the bathroom towels. Other than that, the room was very clean, which I appreciate. Thank you, Aby.

Nice clean hotel. We had a two room suite and it had plenty of room for my wife and I along with our two teen boys. It was nice to be able to watch the Braves game and then walk back to the hotel without having to worry about traffic.

Nice clean hotel close to everything. Game day traffic could be a bear but besides that no problems. Breakfast is fine for free. Front desk staff is remarkable. Only hotel that ever called after rectifying a little problem to follow up. Parking is free… easy access to all highways and byways.

Although the hotel looks like it is a little older for that area, the hotel is completely renovated and in great condition. The staff was outstanding. It is perfectly located for a short easy walk to The Battery. Great place to stay for a Braves game.

I inquired about a reservation at this Hampton Inn on Circle Parkway on Mar 13 2018 for a reservation date of 3/15/18. I spoke with someone named Dawn. She informed me what rooms were available. Right before I decided to reserve a room I asked her again about the price to make sure that I understood, since I'd been giving several room quotes. At that time she saw fit to "sigh", in a very rude and condescending tone " Oh my God". As to say that asking a question about the room rate before I decided to reserve it was irritating to her. At that time I abruptly decided to inform her that I would not be reserving a room there after her obvious rude behavior. Even though I currently have a reservation at another Hampton for the same period (3/15/18) I am considering whether I will just cancel all together.

Very clean and updated. Bed was comfortable. Room was spacious. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was typical hotel breakfast. Very impressed with the hotel.

The service was very good! Had an easy time making it to and from the room! I would suggest the room I stayed in for sure!

My son and I are staying at the Hampton Inn & Suites — Atlanta Galleria while visiting Atlanta. We have been here since Friday. Since being here, most of our out the hotel time has been spent at the mall across the street or the outdoor shopping center nearby. Got a call from the manager about "unusual behavior". I wasn't at the hotel at the time, so I went back to speak to him. Unusual behavior that was reported: 1. A big guy going in and out the hotel.
2. Smell of smoke in… the hotel room.
3. Lots of wet towels.
4. Taking towel to a car. I respond: 1. Yes. That's my 15 year old son. There is a mall across the street and he is a teenager. In and out is a thing. 2. Absolutely not. There has been no smoking. 3. Um. We shower. 4. A girlfriend picked up wash nets that I brought from Ghana. Not towels. The manager proceeds to tell me that he can only go off what was reported by housekeeping. That smoke was reported in that area. I explain I'm offended. The hotel manager did not come to the room to check himself before calling me. Did not apologize. He did speak to me in a soft patronizing tone. He did waste my time. He did lose a customer.

It is very nice, the location is very good, the service is excellent, also the food is very appetizing the rooms, lobby and other places are clean and too cosy.

I am attending Anime Weekend Atlanta and this is the hotel I chose to stay. The price is reasonable, the room is clean and modern. Staff has been friendly and breakfast has been very good. My room has a mini fridge as well as a coffee pot and microwave. The free Wi-Fi has been a nice perk as well. I'd definitely recommend staying here.

Loved this place! The staff was awesome! Marlo & Francine were the best! Would recommend the place to anybody. Love that it's within walking distance of Suntrust Park. I return to Atlanta I will be staying at this Hampton Inn! Big Shout Out To Marlo & her sister, two precious young ladies! The rooms are awesome the suites are to die for! The breakfast is great! I would go back just to see the staff.

Hotel was nice with update features and room decor. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. The bed was comfortable, and shower had good water pressure. TV was a bit slow when changing between channels, however it would have been better if I noticed the channel guide sitting next to the TV. Breakfast had a great selection of cold and hot food.

Tried coming here last weekend but was ultimately turned away! After enjoying the Battery, called the front desk and spoke to Richard and he said "yeah we have some rooms available, come on over. " Then when I get to the front desk, I'm told that the rooms are actually unavailable and he cannot check me in at all. It felt like he was creating excuses as to why I couldn't check in. The whole thing was bizarre as not even 10 minutes prior he told me that rooms were available and to show up to a hotel like that, just to be turned away is something I've never even heard of a hotel doing.

Walking distance to SunTrust stadium and The Battery is full of restaurants bars and shops. Great place. Great rooms.

Wonderful stay! Perfect for attending a Braves game. The staff were so friendly and helpful — couldn't ask for better people. And the room! Clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated! Best night's sleep I've had in a long time. Far exceeded my expectations. We will be back. I highly recommend this hotel. Kudos to the staff for making our stay a memorable one.

Such a beautiful, clean hotel. They said they were doing a remodel, but I barely could tell. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was superb and comfortable. We were half a mile maybe from our true destination — SunTrust Park — so we could just walk across the pedestrian bridge to get there.

I wish there was a 0 star option. Incredibly rude staff.

One of the best hotel experiences I've had — everything was excellent and definitely CLEAN and QUIET. Stellar bed and bedding, great Wi-Fi and amenities. Hot breakfast can't be beat (included with room) and friendly staff. I travel 40 out of 52 weeks each year and stay 5-7 days at each location, so I know a good hotel when I stay at one.

A very beautifully designed and modern hotel space! I was only sitting in the lobby for a short while to meet up with some friends, but I couldn't Hello but notice the wonderful decor of the place. I would most definitely consider staying at this hotel in the future if necessary. Great location too! Didn't need the mall, the indoor skydiving place (which is new), and the new Braves stadium (SunTrust Park).

Not a very good experience overall so far. Was trapped in elevator for an hour and 20 minutes yesterday while the manager kept yelling at us that there was nothing wrong with the elevator, it was serviced on Friday. Wrong thing to be saying while the firemen can't get you out. There was no empathy from the manager, just disclaimers. Felt like I was listening to the United Airlines CEO. The call buttons also did not work on the elevator which she blamed on Hilton making them change to calling 911 direct. However, that didn't work anyway. Fortunately we had a cell phone to call the front desk with. Not one time were we asked how we were doing, just her yelling the elevator was fine. Our rooms were comp'd for the week and we are getting extra Hilton points. This morning at breakfast, the table cleaner was using a spray bottle to clean the table next to my open food. Very bad. Otherwise, the front counter staff has been mostly courteous and the room is fine. I am having to stay here next week for business again, so hopefully it goes much better. From the reviews posted, not expecting much though.

It was a great place to stay! It was clean. We were on the 8th floor and the view was awesome. Although the pool was under construction at the time, we still enjoyed the gym that was provided.

We had a horrible experience with this hotel. Had business guests in from out of town and they were refused a room. Hotel desk clerk was very rude, unfriendly and genuinely did not want to help. He told me I had to drive up there and show him my credit card for him to give them a room. I spend +150 nights with Hilton personally and book for guests as well. I've never had a problem with this. Also my guests were treated very poorly at the hotel. After I was dealing with desk clerk on the phone he looked up at my guests and rudely said "what do you want? " It's very simple, they wanted their room and were waiting on you to help us. I called Hilton Honors and they had it fixed in 2 minutes. My guests were given their rooms and I was given an apology by the Hilton Honors representative. I've never experienced such horrible and outright rude behavior from a Hilton employee. I guarantee we will never use this hotel again which is sad because we bring people to Atlanta all the time for training. Thanks for embarrassing me in front of my business guests Hilton! This will be the first and last time I'll use a hotel that could care less about my business.

A hotel to sleep and work, nothing spectacular, coffee all day, cookies in the afternoon and a standard breakfast.

Had an overnight stay for work. Hotel was clean and staff was very helpful. Close to the mall with plenty of food options.

This hotel will be awesome next year. They are currently renovating it so it isn't as accommodating as it will be. Right next to the new Ballpark though, so pretty cool.

Great price, very convenient to the Galleria area. Easy on/off of 285. The staff is courteous and helpful, the breakfast was as expected for a hotel of this price range. Slights cons: there is only one entry/exit to this property. It's a little tight for larger vehicles. The traffic backs up to beyond the location of that entry at afternoon rush hour, so it's a little difficult to exit.

The place is immaculate. This is the second time. I have stayed here and I absolutely love it. The staff is nice as well.

Great location along the main highway with many nearby options of shopping, restaurants, and activities to do. The gym was very small. It's was clean and very accommodating.

Beds and pillows comfortable. Room and attached bath very clean. Room temperature easy to adjust and control. Room lamps and counters need updating. Very quiet. Well supplied breakfast buffet.

Very nice hotel with a friendly and accommodating staff. Rooms are very clean and have all the basic amenities a business traveler like my self would need. Parking is a little tight though.

My family and I stay at this location for two days and had the worst experience ever. We were placed on the eight floor which felt like the central air unit was broke. The room wall had cracks in the ceil and a water leak coming from the roof top. The room walls were scuffed badly as if the maintenance department doesn't care about the up keeping. My family and I couldn't get any rest a night due to a loud motor nosie coming from the hall way. The toliet was back up and I was told that the maintenance person was gone for the night. I was give a toliet plunger by the front desk clerk in a wet plastic bag to unclog the toliet. No housekeeping after 3pm.

Worst experience I can remember. Having in any hotel in any country. Check in was unpleasant… did not get the room conditions I had requested (top floor away from vending and elevators). Clerk was arrogant and condescending. Later that night, I found that a/c had leaked and soaked carpet. Woke up to wake up call and call from my wife, but telephone would not function for out going sound… so I could not answer. Wife then called me on cell and asked why I didn't answer he 3 calls… Went to shower and noticed bath tub had stains left over after removing some kind of non skid material. Went down to lobby and asked clerk if she had info about problems that I had told night staff. THis woman was unfriendly and grudgingly wrote down the info about problems Not one word of concern or apology… Later that day I was offered another room which was not at all equivalent to my room, so I returned to my room and found dirty towels on the floor to soak up the A/C (now replaced) leak… I was told they would compensate me for my troubles with Hilton Honor points. THis was my last night. Just before checking out the next morning, I noticed that the hotel had charged the room to the wrong credit card… When checking in they had confirmed that they had authorization to charge it to a company card… they dropped the ball again and although the charge was dropped, my personal card had and still has a preauthorization hold… I have never received an apology nor any conpensationcompensation.

I travel all over the United States but there is one hotel I call home. Literally have the number saved in my phone as home, that is the Hampton inn on circle 75 in Atlanta. Thanks to the wonderful staff (especially Marlo) who always makes me feel like a VIP and go out of their way to accommodate me however they can. I have to say I never take the time to rate or comment on services but it seems lately that it is few and fare between that a business or service goes out of their way to make me feel genuinely cared about. Thank you to the staff at Hampton!
