I cannot begin to tell you how amazing the property is, location is BOMB, and the staff is outta this world sweet, funny, accommodating, and they truly make you feel at home! I will be here in and off for a year every month, and they truly make me feel welcome to have me back. Thank you Atlanta, and thank you Marriott Reaidence In, Cumberland/ Galleria! ❤️

Repeat customer. Spent my second week here. Nothing has changed. The room was comfortable and clean, the staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The complementary breakfast was good. First night of a 90+ night stay. Rooms are dated, but set to be remodeled in a month (more on that in a minute. Initial customer service (thanks Lorna) was phenomenal… A true testament to the organization. Late last night I had an unwelcome insect crawl across the floor. Chalking it up to a warmer climate by a bunch of trees, I killed it and searched the room for more. I found another one that was dead. First thing this morning I informed the front desk of the issue and asked them to spray. After confirming they would, I left. This evening, I stopped by the front desk to confirm spraying had occurred. Not only were there no notes of my conversation in the morning, there was no confirmation of the spraying. While I waited for the answer, I was also informed that I would need to move to accommodate the upcoming renovation. So while I spent 2 hours settling all of my possessions in my room, I will now have to redo that move in the next 9 days. Why was I given a room only to have to relocate after settling in? I'll revise my review once things are further along, but my initial impression is not a good one.

We had a house Fire so they located us here. Home away from home. The staff her is Awesome. Tameka front desk. We had breakfast there Trudi that work in that area is awesome. Staff please forgive me for not remembering your names but I want to THANK YOU ALL FOR SAVING US. The hotel was sold out and we didn't have any where to go I was so sad. So Lorna call me to tell me that someone had cancel and we can stay when I tell you she made my whole week. jerald assisted me with all 200 pieces of dry cleaning putting them in my car. i met the general manager she is doing and awesome job by leading by example. there was several other employee we can in contact with nothing but great service, my housekeeper made sure we had everything we need to feel at home. I will be back soon thank you guys for making us feel like we are at home.

Our stay at the Residence Inn Marriott was pleasant and comfortable. The suites were clean and spacious, the staff was friendly, and the included breakfast was substantial. The woman who managed the kitchen for the evening mixers and breakfast hours was phenomenal! She was always so courteous and quick to respond to our needs. One important thing to note that I was unaware of prior to check-in: the rooms are spread out in separate buildings, and you don't have elevators, so keep that in mind if you have accessibility needs or are bringing a lot of luggage and don't want to haul it up stairs.

Overall it met our family's needs. It would have been nice to have a king bed with a pull out couch but having the kitchen set up was very convenient for storing our drinks and other food items we got. The complimentary breakfast buffet worked out well and I have no complaints with that. The pool area is a bit small and got a little crowded but that is what it is. If my travels brought us to this part of town again I would consider staying here again.

Rooms and nice, quiet, they have access and furnace and a fan. Blackout curtains and plenty of closet space. The bed is comfortable and everything is nice and clean. The breakfast is somewhat of a step up from most average hotels but not much of a step up. For the price it's a good place to stay for longer trips. Pet friendly if you need that and they do a social hour each evening during the week.

Nice gated hotel. We stayed in a suite with a kitchen. It looked like a luxury apartment complex, nice community with a pool and basketball area outside.

First of all let me say I just had a penthouse 4/13 and it was EVVVVERYTHING, they provided everything that u needed… spacious and very clean… and secondly the staff was VERY friendly, they answered all questions I had nicley… I will be booking the penthouse again soon…

Very pleasant and clean. Very pet friendly although you do pay for that convenience. Nice pet walking area and nice breakfast. Will definitely stay when travelling through Atlanta. Friendly staff as well.

Ms Lorna is the SWEETEST MOST GENUINE person ever! I stay here very often (several times a month) and she always does her absolute best to be accommodating to me. She is definitely an asset to the company. Thanks for everything Ms Lorna! The rooms are always nice and clean & I especially love the large full size kitchen! My go-to hotel!

The Staff is awesome, each one is as polite, professional and accomodating as the next. The breakfast staff make sure the food is kept stocked. Hot food is actually kept hot and refilled constantly keeping it very fresh. The entire property is beautifully maintained. I literally have not one thing I could suggest they improve on.

The staff was excellent, when I walked in the door of my room (apartment) I was pleasantly surprised. It was beautiful and so clean. Great location, close to shopping and restaurants. Not one complaint from me.

Hotel gave me a upgrade and charged me for both rooms, corporate office realized mistake never got a apology, manager called me a theif, called police, tryed to keep my belongings and after finding out they double charged me on a card I told them I reported lost. Still no apology, general manager is a jerk and asstiant manager is a want to be model jerk… only great employee was housekeeper and breakfast and dinner server. They were Awesome… I would suggest not staying there as I have read several other reviews about being over charged and blamed for their Stupidity!

Consistent Residence Inn style and features. Know that there is a $5 parking charge during your stay. During Monday through Wednesday nights there is a free happy hour of sorts. Different theme for the food each night. Complimentary wine and beer as well as soft drinks are available. Friendly staff at this location makes your stay great.

Stayed in the two bedroom penthouse suite, which was perfect for five people. The high ceilings made the room seem bigger than it was. The breakfast that was included was good, and the basketball court was a nice touch too!

Noisy. Kids playing basketball all night. Screaming. Staff did nothing. Told me they have the right to be loud and desturb guests. Never again. Checked out early.

The room was very large and comfortable. It was easy to get to and we had no issues.

Room was very nice. Was a two story loft that was big enough and walls were solid enough to have a small group of people over with no complaints. Great room.

Beautiful and well kept efficiency style hotel rooms. I was impressed that the rooms have wood burning fireplace is which is a really nice feature at the end of the day. The area it is in is also well cats and quite lovely.

Rooms are nice. Staff is friendly. Parking is tight when this place is full. 3/4 story property with no elevators, so be prepared for leg day. Kroger about 8 minutes away, convenience store next door, along with plenty of food options nearby. I'd stay here again.

The people were friendly. Rooms need a face lift. Not sure where all the 5 star reviews are from. The property is noticeable worn. Carpets stained need paint and steam cleaning. It's acceptable place to stay if price is reasonable. Just don't have high expectations.

Hotels Pretty nice. Male staff was very helpful. The lady who does the night mixers is a racist. Asked for ketchup, she threw it in my hand. She was rude and short. Cleaning crew was great. Nice rooms with fireplaces. I would have probably given this place 4 stars if not for the staff. Female staff was very lazy and wouldn't help me if it was out of there way.

Enjoyed the stay as we always do at Residence Inn by Marriott. Pet friendly makes all the difference in the world and free breakfast makes it a no-brainer.

Clean, friendly staff across from a plaza and gas station in case you forget anything. The entrance is on a curve so it sneaks up on you. Other than that I loved it was like a townhome.

Hidden gem in a great area of town. Outside is not amazing but the inside was spacious, modern and clean. We will absolutely be staying here again when in the area.

This place was kind of hidden and took time to find. Regardless, I enjoyed the stay and had a great breakfast. They had what was called Manager's toast which meant free dinner for us. They care and wanted to accommodate me as much as possible. I would stay here again, since I do know how to get there.

With enjoying the free dinners from Tuesday to Thursday, this is a great place for longer term stays. Treat this like your apartment and it will be worth your investment. Just give the big trucks and trailers parking.

Long term stay for 60 days. My room was very clean, excellent kitchen, and comfy bed. Nice to return to after a hard day at work. Can walk to a few restaurants around the hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Adam. Nice pool. Did get noisy sometimes, usually Fri/Sat nights, but otherwise very quiet and peaceful. Downsides were the lack of more TV channels and slow internet. Worked fine for what I needed, not looking forward to moving out.

Stayed a weekend for a convention. Staff was very friendly, and met all our needs. Breakfasts were diverse and tasty. Definitely recommend.

There were huge Bees flying all over. Several on the stairs going up to the room. Looked like yellow jackets. Fortuntatly the bees did not bother us. We had to walk through a swarm several times. Dinner was good on Thursday night. It showed soup and salad. They did not have any soup. The salad was a nice light meal after a long day. Breakfast was good both days. The bed had a bad sag in the middle. The hair dryer overheated in a few minutes and shut off. I told the front desk. They wrote it down so I am sure the hair dryer will be replaced. There is a local airport near by. You can hear the planes landing at night. I did not hear any after 10 pm. The rooms were large. Just a standard TV. The couch was nice to sit in. We had a nice view out the back of the room through a patio door. Very clean room. The front desk was very informative about meals.
