Had a great stay here. Room was clean and comfortable, and staff was friendly. They also have a free shuttle that will take you to the Braves game. This is a perfect place if you're coming for a ballgame.

Friendly people, great location, nice lobby but the hotel has some opportunities for sure. Bathroom size is nice but there's no ventilation so the door sticks, paint is peeling, and the room is always really humid. Also, getting consistent pressure and temp in the shower is virtually impossible. It's great that they have a bistro but it was so slow. And it's an additional $5 a day for parking. If this was not a work designated hotel I'd likely stay elsewhere. It just seems like a lot of money for a room that's just ok.

Spent almost 3 weeks there. The bistro worker was probably the worst I have ever encountered. She was surly and even difficult to locate. The hotel is LOVELY and front desk workers very nice. The room also extremely nice, absolutely no complaints. Parking deck quite tight, but I drive a Tahoe. Truly, my only problem was the Bistro, but it was shamefully bad. Marriott is so much better than that.

Stayed at this hotel for a week for a baseball tournament. Very convenient to several good eateries and close to Sun Trust Park (they offer a free shuttle). Park garage is below ground and elevator brings you up to lobby so it is very convenient. Rooms were clean and service was great. Will definitely stay here again.

This hotel was subpar. Some of the staff was friendly but others were borderline rude. They have a specific parking situation where you have to hold onto your room key after you check out in order to leave the garage and nobody told us this, and it was inconvenient. The body wash was out in the bathroom and the room was weirdly warm, even though we turned the AC down. Also it’s kind of a depressing gray color in there. On the positive side, like I said, there was some good staff, and a nice little convenient store in the lobby, and a good proximity to the Cobb concert venue. But I think there are other hotels in the area that would have been a better choice. Especially due to some of the bad customer service.

Room is clean and comfortable. The staff are very nice and polite. The only thing is the breakfast options are very limited. I hope they can offer continental breakfast buffet. That will be the perfect.

Beds are very very firm. Outside Patio would have been nice if it did not stay covered in water for the 4 days I was here. No idea where the water is coming from. No microwave in the room. Other than that, not much to complain about.

While I was not a guest at this hotel, the appearance of the lobby and entrance was immaculate. Front desk staff was very helpful. Management was courageous and took the time to greet me with kindness and respect. My inquires were answered to my satisfaction. I may actually stay one day.

Very pleased with my stay at the Court yard by Marriott Hotel. The Hotel nice garage parking, Very nice beds with fridge, coffee pot, iron's, ironing boards, and all the other normal amenities for this type of room. There is also a indoor pool, Business center and enen a Bar and Bistro just to the side of the main lobby. Highly recommend if you're in the Atlanta Conference Area. Also would be a good place for a weekend ball game.

I stayed here for business and the service was excellent. I didn't get names but the gentleman that checked me in was courteous, patient and thorough. The hotel was clean and in a great location. I injured my leg while on my trip and required assistance when checking out. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate and help me to my vehicle and get me situated. If I have a need to stay in the area again, I'll definitely look to stay here!

It's a typical Courtyard Marriott nothing special but nothing bad either. The building is older but the rooms have been retrofitted and most importantly of all it is clean. The staff is friendly and there is garage parking on site but you will need to get you hotel room key first to access the garage. All and all its a good experience for the price. Within walking distance of the Cumberland mall with shops and restaurants. A short drive from the new Sun Trust ball park complex with resteraunts and bars and the Braves ball park.

The room was beautiful and clean and the staff was excellent. I highly recommend this place if you are staying in the Atlanta suburbs or attending a Braves baseball game.

I came here last minute as I was not happy with another hotel. So glad I decided to come here. Nice hotel, decor, great customer service, free parking, near Mall and shops, fitness center and nice pool. Not to far from other Atlanta area. I will return.

The hotel was pretty convenient to Cumberland Mall and not too far a drive from the Braves stadium. One of the nights we stayed there was a raucous party (or fight? ) across the hall. It took the staff two tries to get it stopped.

Staff was very nice and accommodating. Eva was a sweet heart. Staff greeted us each time we entered and exited the hotel. Comfortable beds, room was clean and linen was fresh. My only issue was there wasn't a microwave in the room.

Their rooms are fine, not special but more than adequate and clean. What makes this hotel great is the staff. Polite, hospitable, knowledgeable about the Atlanta area, and eager to please. The food here was. Eh. Really not bad but left something to be desired. Drinks are on the pricy side, but that is to be expected. There fitness center is a bit dated but completely functional. The pool area was clean and relaxing. Overall I was pleasantly surprised and would absolutely stay again. 5 stars for excellent value and above and beyond staff.

We arrived earlier than expected (12:00) and they let us do early check-in. The staff is very friendly and the location is very good. There's a mall across the street.

Very pleasant stay and very good food at the bistro. The healthy start is particularly delicious. Very convenient location to SITA offices as well as the mall and restaurants.

Construction occurring in some of the floors, sometime late at night, which I had to complain about. No explanation for that. Especially the knocking on the floors and walls. Other than That, customer service was excellent.

Nice ADA room with standard amenities. I was in Atlanta for training and having a comfy space to study and relax in was great. Having an in room fridge was handy, too. There is a small short service cafe on premisses that offers a limited menu. Hours are also limited. I noted a snack/sundry sales space too, but did not stop in. Other dining in the area will involve driving. Nearby food ranges widely in price. Parking was a bit confusing: the deck was shared with nearby businesses, the signage was not very clear and the entrance gate was difficult to trigger. Once in the garage it was easy to find the hotel parking spaces. There is an elevator the serves the deck.

One of my favorite hotel chain always 5 star service and rooms.

Room is good, staff is good, price is pretty good but paying 4.00 for a cup of coffee when it should be free is completely ridiculous. I stepped off the elevator and smelled weed. I got to my room, the weed smell was coming from the adjoining room. I was going to change rooms but you can pretty much smell it all over the hotel no matter the floor.

It's lovely here. Rooms are great. The pool was terrific. As well as the hot tub time machine The one I relaxed so much in I forgot to worry about my (adult) children back home, lol. It was so much fun. Escape!

Booked in advance to split up our long drive home from Disney World. This was a terrible way to end a great vacation. When I tried to shower, there was no hot water. I called the front desk and got a lot of passive aggressive attitude. He said "I've never heard of that being a problem, so I doubt it. But maybe there's a lot of people showering right now. " He said he would call engineering. So we went to dinner. When we came back, my wife tried to shower and it wouldn't even get warm. I called again and they offered us a new room. So we got the keys, moved up to the fourth floor. Immediately smelled weed when we stepped out of the elevator. The room had an adjoining room, which was where the pot smell was coming from. I went downstairs and told them we were leaving. She tried to get us into a third room, but I refused. We took our bags into the elevator to head down to the parking garage. As soon as the doors opened, a cockroach crawled across the elevator floor. It was a slightly comical confirmation that leaving was the right idea. Stay away from this place.

Place was clean, service was great, offered a large area to pull your car into to unload luggage, and parking deck was a short walk from the hotel. So aside from that, it was a great choice for our weekend getaway!

First impressions, it's clean and the rooms were comfortable. Other than that I had a few issues. The service was poor and rate was overpriced. Hotel doesn't serve free breakfast or anything to show appreciation to the guest. For a coke and candy bar they charge $5.00 which is outrageous. All food and drink must be purchased which adds more cost on top of everything else. During Anime convention weekend the shuttle for guests end the trips at 945pm which the con hours go until 11pm and later. Early Friday morning around 830am they had an alarm go off which busted ear drums to wake people up, I really didn't appreciate that. So all in all they need to step up and provide more service, less price inflation and take in consideration that during con weekend is the only time they make any money so improve more for the con guest. If that doesn't change then it'll be their downfall.

Omg The front desk worker Ben is everything. My family and I stayed here this past weekend for my 32 birthday. Ben made sure we didn't have to go to bed. He allowed us to sit in the back breakfast area and listen to music. We had so much fun. The rooms were clean, the view was great, and the price was wonderful. This is my second time at this location. We will be back. Thanks again Ben keep up the outstanding work. I can't thank you enough for your hospitality.

The hotel is small but with all the amenities that were expected. The gym was surprisingly bigger and better equipped than expected. My only negative is it that the entrance is very hard to find.

We were on vacation in souther FL and our flight was cancelled due to hurricane Irma. We had to evacuate and drive back home. The normal 8 hour drive to Atlanta took us 13 hours. We called all over trying to get a hotel but there were none available. We lucked out and were able to get a room here. The staff was extremely friendly starting feom the gentleman that took our reservatio on the phone to the ladies working at the front desk! The room was clean, the beds were comfortable and the kids loved the pool! Would definitely stay there again!

We were in Atlanta to visit family in the Vinings area. The hotel is functional, convenient with free parking and great Wi-Fi. Enjoyed our stay here. A bonus is that the hotel is very conveniently located for the malls! One suggestion : do put some water bottles in the rooms.

Free parking in garage. No free breakfast. No free coffee outside of the room. Clean. Nice area. Noce staff. I would defiantly stay here again.

Great hotel. A very busy hotel rooms are very clean and updated. Wifi is not the greatest so if you need to do some work it's going to be tough. Staff very attentive to your needs and friendly. Be careful when they say you are getting two queens as they are barley double beds. Close to much in Atlanta area.

One person of the staff was very unpleasant to deal with. Being that it was my first visit to this location my first impression of this place was so unpleasant that I don't think I will ever stay in a Courtyard Marriott and if I choose to stay in any other Marriott owned hotel and get the same or similar treatment I will give up on Marriott branded hotels period.

Good customer service! All of the basic needs covered. Limited free weights in the fitness center.

The conference room was nice. They allowed the presenters to control the room temperature. Big plus! The front desk was friendly, nothing notable. The bathrooms were very clean. Parking was easy. Big plus! It was a good space to host a conference. I would use it for a meeting space in the future.

Was here for a conference and was a great stay. Rooms are nice and have a great view. Breakfast included. Went for a swim every morning with gym right next by in private area on bottom floor. Mall is across street for shopping and food options.

The staff was wonderful and helpful. It was far easier than I expected to get from the hotel to downtown Atlanta and Midtown. My room was clean. Parking was convenient and the cleaning staff was friendly and helpful.

Nice staff and a clean room. Good location, as you can take a free shuttle or walk across the street to a mall with lots of nice restaurant chains. Downsides: the mattress was badly dented on one side and the cafe downstairs isn't much more than a Starbucks & a few food options.

Dirty sheets, clogged shower and noisy location (6th floor near end). While it served its purpose by giving me a safe place to sleep, for the cost, I expected much more. Won't be returning next time I'm in Atlanta on business (reservation botched as well).

I walked in and the staff was wonderful… she even through me with her joke… lol I actuall booked the wrong room and called back down and she was so nice about it. I will most defiantly be back.

I stay here often for work. The rooms are always clean. The staff is always professional. It is a wonderful location right next to the Cumberland Mall and a large variety of restaurants. Over all great hotel in my experience.

Not too much to say here, the room was clean, the staff was friendly and the internet was decent. In my mind all of that makes a good hotel to stay at, and I've stayed at a lot of them. Walk across the road to the Cumberland Mall and spend time there, be careful traffic is crazy, but it is Atlanta so what do you expect.

Staff are friendly. No microwave in room. Clean rooms. One elevator was down for the duration of our 3 day stay. Pool and hot tub were nice and clean. Wifi was good. Very Military friendly.

I have stayed at this hotel several times on business in the last nine months. The quality of the hotel has gone down steadily during that time. It seems as though cutting costs takes priority over service and security. I first reported that an emergency exit door was unlocked and that obvious non-guests were accessing the hotel via the fitness center in March of this year. As of Monday, this serious security breach had still not beed addressed. This issue has contributed to many of the incidents that other reviewers have reported, including people helping themselves to the pool area, as well as graffiti appearing on the mirrors in the fitness center. This all came to a head two days ago when I witnessed a parade of people walk in through the fitness center around midnight, each carrying a case of beer or other party supplies. The party was held on the eighth floor (where I was staying), and lasted until around 4:00am. The only person on duty in the entire hotel from 11:00pm to 7:00am was the front desk clerk, and she was unwilling or unable to do anything to address the issue. I spoke with the general manager the next morning and he assured me that things would be taken care of right away. The GM claims that security is his first priority, but it obviously falls way behind controlling costs. I will not be staying there again and hope, for the sake of others who find themselves there, that the high-ish level of crime in the area does not spill over into this hotel.

I've stayed at this hotel 3 times in the last 4 months for business and it has been great every time. Wi Fi was down once, but the extremely friendly staff was very apologetic and it came back up during my stay. The rooms are clean and comparable to any of the dozen or so Courtyards I've stayed at elsewhere in the country. This is my go to hotel when I have to travel to Marietta.

I will first say that the staff is very nice and I love the private parking. The facility seems nice but there isn't a microwave in the rooms. You have to go downstairs to cook popcorn. The breakfast is not free and some of the food is bland. I don't like the I ability to adjust the air in the room. My mother is claustrophobic and the lack of air doesn't help. The pillows have no fluff to them and the couch has a large stain on it. There is a balcony but the door is sealed shut which not helping with the claustrophobia. No vending in the floors you have to go downstairs again. We will not be coming back.

My experience at this hotel this past weekend was fantastic! Cute, modern lobby and eating area, abundant amounts of bacon for breakfast and a spotless room. The bed felt like I was sleeping on a cloud and the shower pressure felt like a salon. Rosa did a wonderful job as well! The room was similar to other hotel rooms but the little details such as the cool lamps, pictures and colors in the room made it fun to be in. Easy elevator access to the parking garage was very convenient. In the end I have nothing but great things to say about my stay.

This hotel failed on all points but the biggest problem, touched on by another review is the security of the property. We stayed over memorial day weekend — seems like more business travelers during the week. The weekend clientele is horrible. We thought we were staying in a decent area of town. Always a crowd of low quality people hanging around out front. Pool full of people that I was surprised they could afford a gallon of gas, let alone stay in the hotel. Worst — there was a party that turned into a screaming fight in the hallway Saturday night! I called the front desk (I was groggy, I had been asleep then awakened) they said they were sending up housekeeping. Are you kidding?! Housekeeping?! For a fight?! Me and my wife were honestly afraid for awhile. We considered getting on the floor by the bed in case they started shooting! I'm not terribly thin skinned, but I pay up so I don't end up in hotels like this! Unbelievable! What a dump! Shame on you Marriott! Mind you, there were other problems but they could all be overlooked. Don't stay here — even if it's cheap.
