It's so bright and sunny like the rooms are so bright the decor is so beautiful and upscale at night the lights from the windows of downtown Atlanta just bless me on my birthday this is been a beautiful experience so far and the rooms is nice and the beds are nice and clean I love it but everything close at 10:00 inside the hotel so you better get your stuff before 10:00

Very nice hotel nice inside room was nice but to many people hanging out right at the front of hotel all day and night and people in room across from my room was smoking loud very loud smell weed smell from early that day all through the night staff could not have check on it.

Hotel is in great location. Staff is very friendly. However our floor reeked of weed smoke. The front desk was aware, however did nothing. There was another room that kept up so much noise is was difficult to sleep. Again, the front desk brushed it off and did nothing. The rooms are fairly nice. Could use extra cleaning as well as the elevator lobbies due to Covid but … I think they could care less.

From the moment we checked in to when we left, the whole experience was incredible. The rooms are wonderful and the bathroom with Aveda products were a wonderful surprise. All the staff were more than accommodating, friendly, and professional. I highly recommend this hotel! Conveniently located to Georgia World Congress Center, I definitely can’t wait to come back again!

The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of everything. Lots of things to do in walking distance. Rooms were very clean and the staff was extremely helpful. My brother got married there and it was a great experience!

Stunning hotel which is quiet, has great bedding and heaps of space. Well recommended.

Staff were excellent. The restaurant closes at 10 pm. After returning from a late night airport pickup, staff ensured we had a hot meal upon our return. The valet service is the quickest I’ve ever experienced. Very easy to come and go. Again, staff was terrific.

Ten stars if I could! Visited Atlanta for business and received the best service I could ask for. The front desk staff were always cheerful, the fellas at the entrance too. The restaurant wait staff were super nice. One evening I got together for a couple of drinks at the bar with some colleagues and met Tashie and Michelle, they were the two employees at the bar that evening and the were such wonderful and genuine people! So courteous, very welcoming and attentive… I can go on forever! They were the cherry on top in this pleasant stay. I totally recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Atlanta!

Fantastic! Excellent service. Rooms are so comfortable and modern decor is throughout the hotel. Rooms were also clean. The bathroom was spotless. Perfect location to downtown attractions. Restaurants everywhere! The only odd thing is the parking. Per day parking is expensive and there is no real offloading area. Per day and valet parking is the same cost. But, for the convenience, it was worth it to me.

By far one of the best hotels I have stayed in. The rooms and common areas were immaculate. The staff was super friendly. The bar staff was super cool, I highly recommend grabbing a drink at the bar even if you are staying here. The two guys from the front desk we're awesome. We will stay here every time we come to Atlanta.

Rooms are fairly nice but the view is a concrete building close by. Would be nice to have a magnified mirror in the bathroom. Fairly quiet. Odd path to the room via 2 elevators but didn't have to wait for one. Location is fine.

This review is based solely on the service I received from our bartender Teddy! He is so friendly and polite and attentive. He is a wealth of knowledge and gave us so much information about the surrounding area. The highest level of service you can receive. Amazing work ethic! As a business owner. I truly value good customer service! 5 Stars for Teddy. 10 if I could.

We stayed here during our family vacation and everyone was friendly and really helpful. David checked us in and he was the best! The room was large and clean, bathroom was great too! Overall positive experience. I would definitely stay here again and I highly recommend!

The rooms are great. Large rooms and very quiet. The bathroom is very nice and the shower is outstanding. High shower head, with great pressure. Breakfast is very mediocre. Food and service is average at best. Lots of other places for breakfast around.

The staff were friendly on arrival, the hotel looks amazing and the room was great. The room and bathroom in particular definitely met our needs. The location of hotel was good as it was walking distance from many tourist attractions and had a lot of food places around. Also has a pharmacy/drugstore across the road which is useful. I would stay here again.

Hotel Indigo has been our go-to for romantic getaways for years, no matter what city we visit. This particular trip majorly reinforced that decision. The hotel itself was gorgeous, very modern-looking, and immaculately kept. The top-notch service definitely matched if not outshine how lovely the building was. From valet to check-in, just passing through the lobby, and at check-out, every single staff member we came into contact with was incredibly polite, prompt and friendly without being intrusive — often a slightly difficult and awkward balance to achieve. Even amidst a busy lobby full of impatient and cranky travellers, everyone helping us stayed laser-focused and composed, answered questions and even made sure we knew our way to the concert venue we were visiting later that evening. The room was clean and felt so luxurious that we are still missing it days later. In this industry, it is the sum of a million tiny little details that makes up an outstanding guest experience, and every detail seemed to have been carefully considered in Downtown Atlanta's Hotel Indigo. The very best part being that each and every member of staff seemed to be so ferociously and lovingly proud of the establishment, that it felt as if giving incredible service was simple and effortless for them. Having worked in hospitality for many years between the two of us, it is extraordinarily uncommon for either myself or my partner to be unable to find a single criticism.

The hotel was clean and modern, and the staff was friendly and accommodating to me and my dog. The front desk management was really warm and welcoming. However, I am not sure if they lock your doors when your car is parked valet. I had some boxes (empty or with non-valuables) that were all rummaged through when my car was returned. All the items were pulled out of my glove compartment, and my phone charger was stolen. As a past resident of Downtown Atlanta, I knew better than to keep valuables in my car… but you'd hope that a hotel like the Indigo would take better care of your things. If someone on staff rummaged through my glove compartment/stole my charger, they have a serious issue.

Loved this hotel! Probably one of my top 10 hotels I stayed at. If I'm back in Atlanta I will definitely stay here again! Staff was very nice and the room was Great!

We are on our way back to Charlotte with three happy but exhausted grand kids! We all had such a great experience starting with the beautiful and in their words “fancy” Hotel Indigo Downtown and their amazing staff! We felt like family by the time we left! This will be our place to stay whenever we visit ATL!

My daughter had a gymnastics meet at the World Congress Center, so we were able to walk instead of drive. Everything is very accessible from the hotel. The valet staff was very nice, the front desk staff was also very helpful and friendly. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful. Rooms very nice. Very clean. The restaurant however closed at 9. It would have been more convenient if it stayed open till 10. And also, due to no fault of theirs. The pipes bust. But we did NOT have hot water when we woke up and they did not even offer to give any price break whatsoever. Very surprising and disappointing for such a big nice hotel.

Excellent hotel! Brand new everything! It felt like I was the first to use this room. It was amazing! Super clean, awesome location. We walked to everything downtown. I will most definately be back. Very nice staff extremely helpful. The front desk check — in guys were so friendly and even took off a certain deposit or charge to help me out :) Thumbs up for this place!

Overall the experience was good. Hotel room was clean. Although the second day of our stay, I'm pretty sure the sheets were not changed. (Same stain, same area) We made our reservation back in October and made a request of a room with a view (floor did not matter) The room we were given had two windows with a view of only a giant parking garage and AC fixtures. Also the front desk attendant was very flat when we arrived, the computer system went down (not her fault) and we were waiting for about twenty minutes just standing there. It was very akward. I've stayed at this chain before in other cities such as Austin, Brooklyn, and Denver. This was my least favorite location. But still better than other places in the area.

The Indigo was modern, classy, and yet not as expensive as I would have expected. I was in town for a conference, and the staff seemed mildly annoyed that a bunch of college students were taking over their hotel, however. Rooms were clean, with modern amenities and recently renovated bathrooms, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The normal price for a room here is a bit too steep, but if you can stay here when the rates are lower, I would definitely recommend it!

Great service but the housekeeping was not taken care of nightly. Only the trash was thrown out and towels restocked. They left a note, but for the expenses paid to valet the car nightly and for the stay, to have fresh sheets and made bed at the end of a long day would have been more comfortable for the stay.

Excellent customer service from the time we pulled up to the hotel. We were greeted and assisted with getting our suitcases out of our vehicle. Our daughter loves the staircase in the lobby and the modern feel of the room. This is our first night and we have enjoyed everything so far… great location, friendly helpful staff, clean and nicely decorated room, large walk-in shower, and the most comfortable bed ever!

Rooms are nice and have a very modern feel to the decor. Location is good for grabbing a quick bite to eat on fooot. Parking is a bit tricky if you don't opt for the valet service.

Pros: 1. Convenient location. Close to Atlanta Aquarium, Coca-Cola museum, Olympic game park. 2. Modern and stylish interior design. 3. Tasty breakfast. Cons: 1. Lack of communication — sent email with question, never heard back. 2.4+ hours check-in delay. 3. Lack of restaurant service: — 10 minutes of waiting time for waitress, when I've got a menu and my family spent sometime to choose what we want, I had to go to waitress (no one came to us to serve), and the same waitress said that it was wrong menu, and I have to use different one… 4. My family had a breakfast there, paid for the meal, and we were on our way out when waitress man rushed to us and grabbed my wife's hand with a question how we paid.

This solid hotel is better suited for vacationers than business travelers. Rooms are well sized, clean and well maintained. Getting up to the rooms is a little confusing, as you need to take two separate elevator banks. Room service ends at 9:00pm, however there is a self serve pantry in the lobby that has snacks and drinks. There are no bottles of water in the rooms, but there is coffee. Well located in Downtown near many businesses and restaurants.

Might be the worst service I've ever had… Delayed check-in (like hours after arrived) with no excuse or explanation. My room, whiled cleaned, was pretty much left in the same condition as I left it. The complementary shampoo bottle was replaced, but not without leaving the empty one in plain sight. I haphazardly made my bed before leaving… I guess that was enough for them when they cleaned. The iron in the room had something on it and it ruined my shirt… I informed the front desk of the problem, but didn't make an issue, although I did request another iron, which took an hour and two calls to get. On a positive note, the hotel is really fashionable and trendy. Good location, etc. There are way too many fantastic hotels in the area for a hotel to be running so ineffectively… I won't be staying there again.

Worst experience I've ever had! I was so shocked that my wallet was taken from my room when I was away! The manager and security were helpful to locate my wallet after security proved someone coming my room. Unfortunately they haven't found it and I left after filing police report. It dragged for hours, and I rescheduled my flight with additional cost. By the time I decided to leave, one of the staffs still tried to point out that I was way after the check out time! And when I called back to test more options to look for my wallet in the hotel the guy answering the call turned down me immediately in a very arrogant manner! Can you imagine someone claiming that they do their best to help so rude and insincere! No integrity at all!

Nice looking hotel… there were so many dogs there it was kinda like staying at a kennel. People apparently went out and left their dogs in the room bc they barked non stop… got there at 7pm to check in and was told that our room was not ready yet… elevator smells like a dog had used the bathroom in there. Nice looking hotel but I would not stay there again.

We stayed at the Indigo for 4 nights during Dragon*Con in Atlanta and had a great time. The service was excellent despite how busy things were. The rooms have a luxury feel and the walk in showers are very nice.
Make sure to ask for Eddie at the front desk in the Lobby if you need anything — he knows the answers to all your questions and gets you taken care of expeditiously.
The location is great for conventions because it's next door to both America's Mart and the Westin and only 1-2 blocks from the Hyatt, Marriott, etc. One advantage of the Indigo is that it is nowhere nearly as crowded as the mega-hotels and there's no wait on the elevator.

Paid extra for a room with a view and got a third floor room facing a brick wall. Don't believe them when they say the only parking option is $35/day valet because there is a parking garage 2 blocks away that costs $16/day. Room itself was nice enough and well supplied.

Very chic and professional place. We went for a professional business meeting. The staff was courteous and polite. They made it a great experience.

I didn't stay at this hotel, so I cannot comment on the rooms, but I did dine here for a business dinner. The food was literally the best I've ever had. Ever. The decor is stunning. The waiter was kind, attentive, and funny. I have nothing but wonderful things to say. I urge you to eat here at least once in your life.

Two friends and I stayed at the Indigo over the weekend. This was quite possibly the best hotel experience I have ever had. The staff was unbelievably helpful and friendly. The breakfast both mornings was superb, and the roasted chicken dinner we had on our last night was probably one of, if not the best plates of food I've ever had. I highly recommend anyone staying in downtown Atlanta to book their stay at the Indigo. We were so thankful the Hyatt was full.

I had breakfast at the JP Atlanta restaurant in the hotel. Service was good and the food was adequate but not spectacular. I was unpleasantly surprised when I received the check to learn that there were no free refills on my soft drink. This is a good place to eat if you are staying in the hotel or attending an event in the area, but I would but go out of my way to eat here again.

This will be my go to place to stay whenever I am in downtown Atlanta. Staff was extremely nice and helpful. Room was more than what I expected. Location was great and was able to walk everywhere I wanted to go. Fitness center was actually usable which is rare for most hotels. Only real downside was our view was of nonexistent half of it was of the building and other half was of the parking garage.

We checked in late so our room was taken but the front desk guy offered us a new room, two separate rooms and said that they were right next to each other. So I said okay thats fine, went up and the rooms were not next to each other or even across from each other. Pretty annoyed about that because I wanted to be near my friends, so I called the front desk guy and told him that and he legit just laughed over the phone and said he would fix that and call me back. So my friends and I stayed up talking and its been hours and the guy didn't call back like that was rude. At least call back and tell us there were no rooms available or something. The rooms sucked. And the front desk guy sucked too.

Enjoyed my stay at this historical hotel. Enjoyed anniversary weekend with wife. Close to ponce city market and other Atlanta attractions. Very central location. Only compliant was small bathroom but that was understandable due to the age of the building.

Hotel location was the best thing. It is in walking distance to many bars and restaurants. The outside in the front has several tables with umbrellas to sit and at night there is a lounge type area with couches and little fire pits also. The inside has very modern décor, it was very pleasant. Room was decent size and clean.

From even before my stay, the staff at the Indigo Downtown Atlanta were stellar and super attentive to the needs of their guests. Being my first time to Atlanta, they explained the quickest, cheapest way to get from the airport to the hotel — being a grad student and traveling on my own money, this was stellar information. Upon arrival, they remembered me and welcomed me like family. Throughout my stay, everyone from the front desk staff, to the valets, to the bartenders and housekeeping — ALL were super welcoming and made me feel at home in a town for which I was not familiar. They gave stellar restaurant recommendations, they steered me in the direction of the best museums within walking distance on my free day from my conference, and they ALL rooted for me on the day I was scheduled to present at a conference at a nearby hotel. Super staff, great overall service, and a beautiful hotel. I have stayed at Indigo hotels all over the nation and have never had a bad experience, but even so I can honestly say, the Atlanta Downtown Indigo is by far at the top of the list for me. They are like home away from home. Do not hesitate to stay at this hotel — they are within steps of the Peachtree Center MARTA station, within steps of great food and drink, and just blocks from the best historical sites and museums, and you cannot beat their per night price and their superb staff. It is truly the hidden gem of Peachtree Street.

The hotel is very nice and more modern than elegant. The staff and service were great. The room was comfortable however smaller than normal hotel rooms. The bathroom was incredibly small. Overall a great experience.

Stayed here for two weeks. Adorable, trendy boutique hotel. Staff is genuinely friendly and wonderful. Room was tiny but there are lots of hooks, shelves, and nooks for storage. Beds very comfy. Cool bar. Elevators always accessible and quick. Amazing location in the heart of midtown, Atlanta. The one con was the bathroom which was the size of what you'd see on an airplane plus a tiny shower. All in all, fantastic value!

My wife and I spent Valentines weekend at Hotel Indigo and our stay was just perfect. The decor is stunning (and everything smells so new! ) The corner king room was chic, modern, with great amenities and a fantastic view. We have a new favorite Atlanta hotel. Highly recommend.

Great hotel, close to major attractions. We were a short walk to Philips Arena. The hotel was beautiful, all staff & departments were very friendly & helpful from directions to reach the facility to valet parking, front desk check in and the staff at the bar. They all made our stay very enjoyable. The hotel Indigo was the perfect place to spend my birthday.

This hotel provided us great customer service. I would like to especially commend the front desk and valets. They were courteous, professional, and accommodating. We were traveling with a large group and they made the process of checking in and out painless. In addition, when I needed additional blankets, they were very quick to bring them up. Thank you, staff, for making our stay so wonderful.

Really cute boutique hotel. The staff is unbelievably helpful and friendly, fantastic location, and really comfortable beds. The only issues I found here were that the bathrooms are ridiculously tiny — in fairness, they warn you about this when you check in. It IS a renovated historic building, but some better design choices in the bathroom would have made better use of the space. And while the hotel restaurant's menu looked great and reasonably priced, we didn't get to try it because the hours were inconvenient. other than those minor details, this was a great hotel for staying in midtown comfortably without breaking the bank. And there's a lot of amazing food and things to do within walking distance.

Didn't really had a good stay here so I complained about it to the Hotel management in their survey. They were quick in reaching out to me again and check on my experience. I told about all the problems I faced upon my stay. They have promised to take note of it and serve better if I choose to stay with them again. Might give it one more try on my next visit and update this post if they can really make up for it.

The hotel was beautiful; kind of a modern seventies vibe to it. The staff were all courteous aad professional, and extremely helpful. We didn't have to wait for anything. The room was awesome; we didn't have much of a view from where we were (it was of an alley) but we didn't mind. We also had dinner in the restaurant downstairs, and the service and the food were great. I'd definitely stay there again.

For such a high dollar hotel you'd expect great service, buuuuuutttt noooooo! The right hand has no clue what the left hand is doing! We checked in Friday night, left the Do Not Disturb sign on the door … Saturday ALL DAY LONG! Guess how many times staff knocked if our door? 5 times! 5! 3 of the times the employee was looking at a clipboard, and not my obvious sign on the door saying Do Not Disturb! I had to point out in my own way to the employees there, high dollar hotel like that needs their mess together way better than that! That's not even involving the fact we called the front desk Saturday night asking for a late checkout, my friend was a member of some big discounts club! Staff WAS A help in getting my tickets to print out though! But when the General Manager comes out and she has a very heavy German accent, and extremely bad breath! She just wanted to call the police to have me removed (I already was leaving) all because she didn't want anyone to hear the horrible service, so I told her I was going to rate them … this is not out of spite or vengeance but a warning, aircraft bathrooms are bigger!

Bed is comfortable, room rates reasonable, there is currently renovations in the lobby and at some points in the hotel but was not disturbed by it. The hotel is clearly in need of the renovations but is not dirty. There is no fan on the bathroom, which is puzzling, and the a/c was a little weaker than expected. Staff was attentive and accomodating. Overall decent stay for the price.

Overall the experience was great. We paid extra for a wall of windows view and one view was a wall. Room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Would definitely stay there again!

Terrible stay, we came for a nice Relaxation that turned into a nightmare, don't let the lady at the front desk trick you, she puts up a front and is very unprofessional. I can say the same for the guy with the Silver Goatee, he kept questioning us about my Service Dog, and they practically kicked us out of the hotel and locked us out of our rooms, because the Service Animal was sleeping in the room (not bothering anyone). We went to eat and got a call from the front desk lady (Black Suit) African Decent, and she told us since the Service Animal was not with us we had to take the dog out and leave, (NOTE) we had a do not disturb sign on the door and she said that no one was in the room (wonder how she knew that) they were paying attention for us, and they were out to get us. Anyway we did Call Corporate and my Lawyer is handling this situation, just a heads up for anyone trying to stay here BE CAREFUL. They will enter your room at all cost just because they don't like something. I am going to black list them all over the place. Wish them luck. Very Uncomfortable stay feels like you are unwanted and feel like your being watched.

I have no idea what the hotel is like on the inside. I do know that this hotel will cancel your reservation if you upset the GM in any way. I was called at 10:39am and told my CC on file was not working and they needed another one before noon or my room would be canceled. I called to try and handle this situation. The General Manager, Gabriele Webster answered. I tried to give her the info requested on the VM, however, she just kept telling me she would have someone call me back. I asked her if as the GM wasn't she capable of completing this for me? She was not. Not sure why she is a GM if she cannot do the most basic of tasks. She kept asking me to speak up saying we had a bad connection. I was definitely short with her and I used the word Sh! T on the call. Only then was she able to take my information and that was only to cancel my reservation. The reason: My type of behavior would not be tolerated at her hotel. Normally, I would not care as much, but due to Hurricane Michael in FL all hotels were booked in the ATL area. So she left me basically stranded. Later I called customer service where she lied and told them I threaten her. I have not threaten a person in my life. She reported I got loud with her (Well she kept telling me she could not hear me). She also stated that I used many fowl words. All of this is simple over inflated. I have been Platinum with IHG for 5+ years. I have never had an issue with my CC on file. I stayed at a Holiday Inn the night before.

A wonderful weekend stay at the Hotel Indigo while in town for a wedding. The hotel seems truly immaculate in every detail. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming, including the late shift staff when we checked in so late on Friday night. This will be my first choice of hotels in Atlanta for all future visits!

I stay on the sixth floor, the room is spacious and the bed well comfortable. At night the pool is beautiful with the lights that you have around.

Worst hotel I've ever been to! They don't even deserve a star. We check in & they tell us our rooms not ready… like why make reservations then?! We get in room & there finger prints on ceiling above bath & they happen to be red like BLOOD! No trash bag in trash can… no COOKIES ON BED… no menu for room service. And on top of that, our neighbors are banging on the walls & slamming their door like crazy people… we have a room w/ a balcony & I go out & maintenance guys in bright green shirts are hanging out on balcony two rooms down like their on vacation too! Then the fire alarm goes off for like 10min. By that time we were glad we had to leave for our show at the Tabernacle. It was a screwed up room. Avoid w/ caution! The room was not cheap, it was was $200!

Nice hotel in front of the Fox theatre in midtown and in close proximity to Georgia tech. The rooms are slightly smaller than average but that is mostly due to the theme of the hotel which is very focused around the fox theater and they have kept the old rooms and given them a Fox theatre twist. My understanding is that the old rooms used to be storage units. Rooms are recently renovated and look great, just a bit small. But the bathrooms are seriously small. They should have made them bigger. You can put your head down on the sink in front of you when you are using the toilet. That's how small the bathrooms are.

Great location in the middle of town. Very modern updated rooms and the staff is very helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

We recently stayed here for the first time and found it to be a mostly pleasant experience. Staff was friendly, location was very easy to get to from the airport using MARTA. The stairs were closed off for our entire stay, forcing us into a circuitous route to and from our rooms that got frustrating, especially when leaving the hotel because we couldn't get an elevator. We stayed on the third floor and had to change elevators to get to/from our room. Perhaps consider opening up the stairs, at least at the end of the weekend when so many people are trying to leave. We wanted to book the hotel again for next year, but they said they would charge the full room rate (over $400/night) to do so. We said no thank you. They still charged our card $2000 for the booking. It wasn't a "hold, " they charged the account. They were quick to correct it (several days to clear the card) and very courteous about the situation. We would consider staying here again.

Such a beautifully decorated place! At first it was difficult to realize where the valet parking was but with the hotel being right across the street as cvs and several restaurants, the location was perfect! Our room was very large and roomy with on of the coolest showers I have ever used! I would definitely recommend to anyone!

Staff was very friendly. My room had a wet mattress that we discovered late at night. The staff swapped us to a new room immediately with no hassle. Very pleasant and clean rooms.

Check in was very easy and the staff were very nice. The room is modern and fairly clean since it is new (though I did find a dried up contact on the floor from a previous guest). Even though trying to turn down the AC and turn off the fan, I couldn't get the room to a comfortable temperature. The room stayed pretty cold. Other than that, the location of the hotel is great as well.

Absolutely the WORSE experience I've had at the hotel. The hotel didn't have a room to accommodate my needs. Because I booked through a 3rd party, to save some money, they refused to change my room type. Didn't offer me an upgrade that I could pay for or nothing. I refused to stay in a room that couldn't meet my personal needs. The third party site said they had to request permission to void the stay and return my money, the general manager Gabrielle, refused to allow them to void the stay, and I ended up having to pay for that room for nights, and the room I stayed at down the road on Peachtree. You get what you pay for. The general manager is a joke here. She should be ashamed to not approve a refund based on the needs of a guest. I call that worthless trash. That's what she is.

Not impressed, we got there on Friday we went out to eat got ready to go to bed went to take a shower and could not get shower to work so we called down to the front desk. The front desk said they were sending someone up, instead we got a phone call saying that the shower was broken. Here is the question why would you put people In a room that has a broken shower? So at 945 at night we moved ourselves to two floors down! Not impressed and the second room, one of the key cards did not even work. For what we were charged for this room and parking I was expecting better. Was not offered any compensation for the inconvenience nothing.

This was the worst indigo experience I have ever encountered. The staff is not helpful what so ever. They cancelled my room, tried to charge my credit card three times, room keys continuously stopped working, they need to work on their hospitality. I'm not sure how you pay for a NON REFUNDABLE room and they cancel it on you and still charge your card multiple times. This was suppose to be for a birthday and it made the experience stressful instead of enjoyable. I'll continue to go to the other hotel indigos, however I will make sure to never return to this one.

Amazing hotel with a helpful staff. We got in on a busy holiday weekend night but we're able to get in alright. Pet friendly. Highly recommend this hotel.

Beautifully appointed hotel conveniently located directly advice the Peachtree Center MARTA station. The hallways and light fixtures are gorgeous. My room didn't have a view, but I didn't miss it. Please visit the restaurant and bar located inside the hotel, you won't regret it.

My family and I stayed at Hotel Indigo and we had a wonderful experience. All of the staff were so amazing. They were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again!

I just spent the last several days in Atlanta with our dental team for a convention. We had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful hotel! We were first greeted by the very kind bellman, Benny. We then got to meet three incredibly nice ladies at the front desk — Caitlin — Cicely — and Andrena. They were very helpful in directing us to our shuttles for meetings — to finding the perfect places to visit in the city. Our rooms were not only beautiful but very comfortable! The bartender Eric was also a great member of their staff! These individuals treated us with big beautiful smiles and helped make our stay in Atlanta a wonderful one! Thank you Hotel Indigo!

Just leaving Atlanta and I had to comment on the beautiful hotel decor with comfy rooms. Cicely at the front desk was incredibly friendly and helpful when I asked her lots of questions about the area. The place and the people are really great.

This hotel has been great. I'm in town for a conference and the staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms are pristine and it's just a great, fun atmosphere. They keep everything well stocked — including a keurig with some mandarin orange spiced tea thats great before bed and coffee for in the morning. They have Direct TV — so lots of great channel options to wind down at the end of the day and insanely comfortable beds. And just wait til you see the bathrooms… Much more tastefully designed and decorated than a typical hotel room. I haven't tried the bar yet but I may check that out tomorrow!

The experience of the hotel was lovely, contemporary setting, connected to the Atlanta Mart, so very convenient for me. The staff was well trained and amazing every step of the way. However, construction was still going on in the MIDDLE of the night. We were awakened once at midnight with a chisel, hammer and jack hammer tearing up a marble floor right next door. We were comped for that night and the staff was very pleasant. The next night the same thing happend at 2:45 AM and this lasted for another 45 minutes, not sure what location this was coming from. We did not ask to be comped for that night, but my afterthought was that we should have. This is a new hotel and I am sure this won't happen again, in my thoughts, it should not have happened at all. The rooms were great, but we did not get the correct amount of linens for three nights in a row and the crumbs from crackers that were spilled were never vacuumed. Sounds negative, give it a try.

Our stay there while visiting Market was great! Staff was super friendly and attentive! Food was amazing! Best Hamburger I have EVER eaten! Thank you so much for a wonderful hotel!

Lovely new hotel, very clean, modern retro design elements, Aveda products in room, kind helpful staff. UPDATE: This was originally a 5 star review. On the last night of my stay, when I only had precious little time to sleep, they started DOING CONSTRUCTION with DRILLS and HAMMERS at 3:45AM. And when I complained, I was informed that has been assigned to do this at this time, and they wouldn't stop (? ) Another Update: Notified manager and found that another customer staying on floor 2 also complained. He apologized, and I was awarded some rewards points to compensate for the inconvenience. I have upgraded my reading to a 3*. It began as a 5*. Best option is to avoid staying on floor 2 it seems. Ymmv.

Very disappointed. The staff was courteous and friendly, but not attentive nor efficient. We had to wait for bartender to acknowledge us and even longer to order and get drinks. Food took at least an hour and was not very good, especially the over cooked meatballs. The staff was surprised someone would complain about the food. Needless to say, I will not return.

The rooms were recently renovated and you could tell. It was very easy to access America's Mart from the hotel.

I didn't stay at the hotel but I did eat here. The staff were young spirited and very helpful. They were knowledgeable in the menu and versed in the drink selections. Short beef ribs are the most tender I've ever tasted. The drinks were well worth the price and strong. Ask for Danielle or Blain at the bar … They won't let you down.

Hotel Indigo is a brand new hotel in Atlanta downtown. So, eveything was brand new. The only thing that we did not like was the couches in the loby, which were quite uncomfortable.

My partner and I stayed here for New Year's and the service and stay was EXCELLENT! Everyone, from the valet guy to the front desk personnel to housekeeping were more than genuine and helpful! The hotel is brand new and though they are finishing up some last minute construction, the place is gorgeous. Our room was very comfortable and modern. I mistakenly left my diamond ring in the bed I was sleeping in and didn't realize it until the night after I checked out. I was able to contact their front desk and the lady I spoke with not only checked with housekeeping but also went and searched the room herself. My ring was found and secured at the front desk. That speaks volumes! Thank you for a great stay, a welcoming environment and dedication to customer happiness! We will return.
