Review of Hotel Indigo Atlanta Downtown, an IHG Hotel 4*

Hotel Indigo has been our go-to for romantic getaways for years, no matter what city we visit. This particular trip majorly reinforced that decision. The hotel itself was gorgeous, very modern-looking, and immaculately kept. The top-notch service definitely matched if not outshine how lovely the building was. From valet to check-in, just passing through the lobby, and at check-out, every single staff member we came into contact with was incredibly polite, prompt and friendly without being intrusive — often a slightly difficult and awkward balance to achieve. Even amidst a busy lobby full of impatient and cranky travellers, everyone helping us stayed laser-focused and composed, answered questions and even made sure we knew our way to the concert venue we were visiting later that evening. The room was clean and felt so luxurious that we are still missing it days later. In this industry, it is the sum of a million tiny little details that makes up an outstanding guest experience, and every detail seemed to have been carefully considered in Downtown Atlanta's Hotel Indigo. The very best part being that each and every member of staff seemed to be so ferociously and lovingly proud of the establishment, that it felt as if giving incredible service was simple and effortless for them. Having worked in hospitality for many years between the two of us, it is extraordinarily uncommon for either myself or my partner to be unable to find a single criticism. Thank you so much for taking such outstanding care of us. We made the trip to try and make a happy memory, and we absolutely succeeded.
