Terrible just terrible. The only thing this place has going for it was the friendly front desk associate. It was filthy. Wall paper was ripping off. Most of the furniture in our room was sticky and had stains everywhere. Ketchup and soda stains on the walls and doors. Urine and hair all over the toilet. Hair on the shower walls and our "clean" towels. Our entire floor reeked of weed. I felt like I might get high just walking in if it worked that way. Honestly it was the worst hotel I have ever had the displeasure to stay in.

This hotel was my last option but unfortunately had to use it after a series of unfortunate events. Upon check in I was given a room price then at the end was told the rate was just increased last minute. The bite is rundown. The smell of raid, hair paste, and smoke can’t be missed. The hotel is broken down at every corner. The air conditioner does not work in the halls, lobby, or the room. There are several police offices that kind of patrol the area all night but take that as you will. A lot is left to be desired. If at all possible choose somewhere other than this as this hotel is simply disgusting but if you need a place to get you through the night it gets the job done!

Service was incredible and we loved the bar/bartender. We also utilized the shuttle to the airport, which was great. The linens and towels appeared clean and the rooms as well. The problem? The whole facility stunk like smoke and was falling apart. Because the ceilings were leaking and the place was old and smelly, I couldn't possibly reccomend it to friends despite the fantastic service and shuttle. Unfortunately, that makes me feel like two stars is appropriate. Seems like they could use more support/funding from corporate. Wyndham: Support the staff the staff here, as they were amazing.

Needed a place to stay for one night near the airport. It sufficed but was no luxury. The a/c did not work. The maintenance man did come quickly to replace the unit. The hallways reeked of something awful. Luckily, the smell did not spill into the room. There are not enough outlets … and the phone didn't work. The bowties grill left much too be desired by way of food but the service was friendly and cocktails good. I would rate the facility itself much lower but gave an additional star for the polite and timely service. This place could use an overhaul.

My wife and I love this hotel. The staff is great. The manager Ms Delaine went above and beyond to accommodate us. The rooms are spacious, clean and very well decorated. The rooms are equipped with refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, iron, And hairdryer. The location is perfect. Close to the airport and expressways for easy access. We recently stayed at a marriot in Orlando, Florida and we were not as satisfied as here.

If I could give this place negative stars, I would! The staff was rude before we had issues and got worse after we had problems. There were four police cars outside when we arrived, no idea what that was about. The first room we were in the a/c didn't work and the smoke alarm kept beeping. We called the front desk and were told maintenance would be up. No one showed up after 30 minutes, we called the desk again. We were told the smoke detectors had been reset. I told them it was still beeping and the a/c still wasn't working, they changed our room. The smell of marijuana in the second room was overwhelming! And the smoke detector was still beeping! Called the front desk. Nothing they could do. They said everyone was gone. Maintenance was gone. Managers were gone. The staff would have had to make an effort to be any less helpful! Useless! Had to go to another hotel.

Smelled like smoke. Overpowering odor. In a non smoking floor. Needs renovation. Halls are hot and non a/c elevators smells of urine, latex, and poor choices.

Dirty, come to less, breakfast lousy. The pool seemed nice but was closed for repairs so you could not use either. We arrived at 12 in the night xq we lost a combination of a flight and the choices for dinner were a few brochures of delivery that you ask and wait 1 hour to bring a sandwich or a pizza. The only thing salvageable is the attention of the guys in the reception.

The overnight price was cheap, and you get what you pay for. That in itself is not a bad thing, you just have to have the correct expectation. The room was clean, but nothing fancy if course. The supplies were sparse, but did the job. The bed was actually quite comfortable. What was disappointing though was that the pool was Out Of Service, which was one of the main points why we had chosen the hotel. The breakfast is free, but the variety is very limited. There is not much around the hotel in walking distance other than a McDonald's.

I was denied a havitacion in spite of that was paid.

Walked in and my room door was not locked. And had issues with it locking. The lounge closed 20 minutes early. But the beds were incredible. The room was clean but there was no soap. Good stay for tge price and location was what we needed for our stay.

Stayed at this location several times and was pleased for the rate that was paid. Visited with my family, and enjoyed the comfortable stay. Customer service was great and accommodating each time. The hotel sits very close, literally across the highway from the airport. Could see planes taking off and Landing throughout the day and night and that was extremely nice to see as a view.

Our room was a little run-down, but the staff went out of their way to be helpful. So the four stars reflect the service not the property. The free breakfast was okay. They had scrambled eggs and sausage the day we were there and it was hot and fresh.

Not worth stay in this hotel. Although it is cheap the experience is unpleasant. The smell is horrible, smells like old smoke, cigarette smoke and even marijuana. There is No ventilation or windows to open in rooms. Tried to open my room up to block the card and the hotel does not have security cameras. Most of their guests are of a color which does not matter but your way of being is not anything nice. One of them went through the side of my son and olio of near and said to him, "fresh beef" fresh meat!. I share my experience for those people who think to spend a holiday there, think twice. It is better to invest a bit more money to later not complain. The only good thing is the treatment of one of your receptionists and the shuttle from hotel to the airport. Nothing more!

Walked in the hotel and the service was fine. Walked to the elevator and it reeked of weed. When I got to my floor it stunk even worse and I thought maybe the bedroom would be better but I feel like I’m getting high just by sitting in this room. This is the most disgusting hotel I’ve ever been to and definitely not worth $125 a night. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. Absolutely disgusting. This is the type of hotel that would have bed bugs.

Good things about this place, location, helpful personal, breakfast and the shuttle bus to the airport. Things that need improvement, the temperature in the room was way to hot, smelled like funky feet and "cigarettes". Walls need to be painted, much needed updated furniture and parking spaces are very limited. I was expecting something better for the price.

College park is not a very good area, but this place is safe and clean. Airport shuttle makes it convenient. Food at the restaurant is good home cooking. Locals seem to come to this restaurant — that’s how you know it’s good. (Try the collards! ) Front desk is pleasant. We paid $94 and it was 100% worth it.

Very dated, smelled like smoke in the non smoking rooms. Pillows we're almost non-existent. Good for one night but no more than that.

Everyone I encountered that works at this hotel is very kind and welcoming. It's a shame, they deserve better. I opened the door to my hotel room, flipped the light switch and… nothing? There's a panel of light switches, neither of them had any effect on the room's lighting. I can't imagine owning a hotel and wanting that to be the very first experience of my clients — I thought there was no electricity in my room! There were crumbs all over the nightstand in my room, and trash behind the nightstand when I moved it in search of a working (! ) outlet for my phone charger. The vent in the bathroom was absolutely caked in a black coat of dust, and at eye-level — first thing you see when you walk into the bathroom. The parking lot is riddled with large potholes, but the cherry on top was the elevator ride down to check out this morning. I included the photo I took — maybe I'm mistaken (I don't think I am), but this inspection certificate expired in AUGUST of last year. I've never seen something like that before. I would never return here and I would recommend any other hotel in the area to a friend. Edit: Google reviews won't let me post the photo, I'll try again later. Totally ridiculous.

Friendly staff. Comfortable hotel. Broken gym equipment though. I’ve been here for four days and it’s not fixed yet. Homely. Recommended. Good value at $69 + tax.

The airport shuttle hotel never arrived I had to ask other travelers where they were sleeping in order to find other guests at this hotel. Finally a person called the hotel who told us that the shuttle would arrive in 10 min, 30 minutes later we recall the hotel that tells us that finally there is no shuttle tonight and we head to the bus from another hotel. In short if we had not made the steps to contact the front desk I would still be at the bus station waiting for the shuttle. Fortunately I speak English…

I love this hotel the price is right and the staff is really friendly. They always gety room facing the airport because it's a better view. If they had to change anything it would be the hour that the restaurant is open.

The hotel itself is okay. It's dated but clean. Our shower water temp. Kept changing and it takes a few for the room to warm up, the pillows are small, but the beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The major problem was the shuttle. I waited an hour and 15 minutes for a shuttle that's supposed to run every thirty minutes. He then complained to the other passenger, a hotel employee, the entire ride back about work and pay issues. Since I stayed at the hotel strictly for the Airport Shuttle service, my visit was unsatisfactory to say the least.

The "non-smoking" room we received smelled like cigarettes and weed. The air vent in the bathroom was hanging off the wall, the faucet handle was loose and completely fell off. The pillows were tiny. The "breakfast" (If they can call it that) had a few dried out sausage pucks and toast. They didn't even have real orange juice, just some guy dumping powder in the pitcher! One star!

The hotel did have a slight smell and could do with some updates. The food at the restaurant was not bad. The lady working there (toni) was super friendly. The breakfast was 20 minutes late being served, which according to frequent visitors and the person working the front, is normal. In all it was a place to sleep.

The only reason they deserve two stars is because of their staff. They was all very nice and met you with a smile. And I liked the free airport transportation. Other than that the room stunk, I was scared to use the restroom or take a shower it was so outdated and dirty. The worst night's sleep of my life! The pillows and mattress was awful! The smell of marijuana in the elevator and the outside I assume was under construction but when we pulled in I thought we had the wrong place it was so sketchy looking. Will for sure pay extra money for a better hotel next trip.

NO STARS… I got bit from what I believe to be BED BUGS, swear on everything. I am so embarrassed that I did not bolt out of there when I cleaned the remote control & Pure Black dirt just came right off it. It was caked on… Disgusting! The ceiling was full of dust hanging from a stucco plastered ceiling. Every time I put the air on the dust would fall off the ceiling. Back to the bits. I got bit the next day but didn't pay too much mind but by day 3, I was all bit up. I called down & maintenance came with a flash light to look around & with the naked eye in a dark room concluded there was nothing. I asked to be moved & was told hotel was booked then placed on hold for 10 min. While maintenance man waited finally he gave me 4 sheets from the hot laundry which I laid one on top of the other. Slept 2 hrs before I checked out. Spoke to Supervisor & showed her my bites… she was not surprised for some reason yet she took a report to give to her "manager". However since I booked with PRICELINE she could not refund & gave me their number. Funny thing was that I was telling her in private & showing her, I really wasn't thinking about a refund she suggested it so I called PRICELINE it took them 2 days to call the hotel for a refund & the hotel said no, that there was no claim or issue … for what in my eyes was a DIRTY ASS ROOM they found no issues. There is an infestation going on in there they need to bring in those bed bug hound dogs.

The hotel was okay. It looked like it could be cleaned a little more. The concierge was really friendly. But the dining staff was not. If you're hungry definitely order out. The food here is not that good. Breakfast was so so.

The room and the bathroom is neglected, they lack maintenance. We hear it a lot the noise of the planes inside the room and this is annoying for sleeping.

Great location, easy to get to the airport. People were great and the room was very comfortable. Definitely would stay again.

If possible, I would rate this hotel in the negative. First, as far as the hotel, it was dirty, the air hardly worked, and I get more water pressure from my kids toy water guns than the shower in this hotel. Now, let's talk security, or lack thereof. We were traveling with several family members and my brother in law's car was broken into. We paid to park our cars all week while on a cruise. Upon returning from vacation and finding the window shattered, the hotel had no answers. No manager was not available, no maintenance man, no housekeeping, no brooms, no plastic bags or tape, no help of any kind. Even the police were shocked at how the hotel handled the situation — the Atlanta Police y'all! Do you know how hard it is to shock a cop in Atlanta! This hotel lacks a lot-a dependable staff, competent management, and most importantly, it lacks security.

A place that is comfortable and practical for spending night near the Atlanta airport.

I enjoyed my stay. My king sized bed was comfortable. It was close to where I needed to be. Room was very clean. Breakfast had many good options. I would return.

Good hotel, great beds and large room. Close to the Airport but you do not feel any noise. Take into account that the breakfast is until 9 am. Staff polite and attentive.

Overall the stay was great! The room was spacious and clean. The staff was helpful with reservations and helping me get into my room. Everyone was really nice. BUT the hotel could definitely use a makeover as the walls need repainting, the furniture is outdated, and definitely a need for an update to accommodate modern technology! The elevators DEFINITELY need an upgrade! Additional parking would be nice as also. Again overall I had a nice stay for the price and I would DEFINITELY stay again!

Stayed at the hotel last minute because of a flight cancellation. Room was not clean. Comforter had blood stains. Called the front desk to have it changed and they sent another comforter in a trash bag. Needless to say it wasn't used. Walls are as thin as paper and could not get sleep from the loud neighbors. The air conditioner also runs very loud and may keep you up at night. Budget hotels are called that for a reason. You get what you pay for. Will not stay at any Howard Johnson again.

I didn't expect the rooms to be as decent as they were. The shuttle from the Airport took forever to come but the driver was friendly. And the complimentary breakfast wasn't all that great but the man serving was friendly also.

The hotel was an older building. It's close to the airport and the shuttle was reliable. The beds were relatively comfortable. There was not much to do within walking distance.

Avoid by all means. Got a voucher from airlines to stay there. It's just depressing… apart from a crappy appearance, there is just nothing in the vicinity but McDonald's. The hotel restaurant was stinky, looked like a hospital cafe, and the waitress was just rude.

Staff was very nice, but the hotelhotelpretty pretty low quality. Decent pool, but small. And the breakfast left a lot to be desired. But if you love those make-your-own waffles, you'll be in heaven.

I arrived 1.30 Am at Airport. Their shuttle was down. I had to pay extra 5$ to a deferent Hotle shuttle to take me there. When I arrived I saw there shuttle coming back to Hotle. I was only paying to park there because I thought it was cheaper than airport parking.

I chose this hotel for location to USMLE testing site and low cost. Waited over 30 minutes at airport for shuttle after calling. Driver from different hotel felt bad seeing me wait having already come and gone once while I was there and offered me a ride. Was actually surprised to find great, polite and courteous service at the front desk. The room I was in was very dated and smelled strongly of stale smoke. Window does not open so no fresh air. Room was surface cleaned, but clearly has not had a deep cleaning in some time. The electrical outlets were all in bad shape and I question whether they were up to code. Breakfast was good and the staff again friendly. Overall poor facilities, good staff, just okay for price but wouldn't pay more.

I came here ah couple night ago; my flight was delayed for 5 hrs and highly pissed when I got here to have to check Into a hotel. But James the guy at the front desk gave the true meaning of World class customer service. But the rooms were very nasty with bed bugs and smell lik weed. Wow.

The Quality Hotel was anything but … However, the staff, Anderson at the front desk and the young woman working the bar and restaurant Saturday night, Feb. 19, were amazing. They really made up for all the issues we faced. To be fair, we were stranded overnight after a flight delay and missed connection and the circumstances were not ideal. But the room wasn't great, the overall ambiance and decor were disappointing and not what we had come to expect from a Quality Inn. Again, the staff were wonderful and accommodating, friendly and patient, even during a crush of weary travelers. Anderson and the bartender, though, salvaged the experience from being a disaster.

Well it was a nice room. But the Wi-Fi … NOT OKAY.

The hotel is a bit on the run down sign, however they are making alot of improvements. Breakfast was avaliable every morning and there is an on site restaurant for lunch and dinner. The staff was for the most part friendly and helpful. My room had the toilet clog at one point during our stay. The front desk was unable to even give us a plunger and seemed to imply that it was an on going issue. The only solution they had was to change rooms. My party and I decided to wait until morning when maintenance came on as apposed to relocating. Also my room did have bullet holes in the window that were not patched. Not even some clear packing tape to keep bugs out. We stuffed some cotten balls in them so masquitos couldn't get in.

Thanks Delta. Was placed here because our plane was delayed over 2 hours due to mechanical difficulties so we missed our connection to Cayman Islands. This is a smelly, dirty place. Never stayed at a hotel as bad as this and I am not picky. There are so many things wrong with this "Quality Hotel" that I can't write that much. 1980s decor is the theme. Our room smells like smoke, there is no lawn furniture around pool, graffetti scratched into the elevator doors, the resteraunt menu is comparable to a cafeteria and the bar really isn't a bar. People that work here are nice but as the woman at the table next to me said "its better than sleeping at the airport".

Very uncomfortable experience… from the hard beds, to the unsanitary looking bug filled pool, my stay was an unpleasant one. I stayed there with family members and will NEVER stay there again. The hotel blamed us on a carpet burn (from an iron) and charged my card $75.00. The stain was obviously already there in a ran down hotel to begin with. The air conditioner turned on and off constantly an the bathroom was so small and uninviting. I wish I could give this hotel zero stars. The only perk was that they did have a shuttle for us to get back to the airport. Keep your money and go to a real hotel. I wanted to be everywhere but in this room. Breakfast in the morning is blah… the man who keeps it stocked is very nice and makes the breakfast experience better than it actually is. He deserves a raise or a better place to work for. They should save the pennies they spend on providing the cheap breakfast and put it towards renovating the busted hotel. My body felt like a semi-truck ran over my body after sleeping in the hard beds that felt like a floor. Manager was a frustrated woman who seemed to be overworked and stressed already, and told me she was about to have a "stroke" when I just asked her about the extra charge on my card. After telling her to calm down… it was clear that Quality inn has zero quality and choice hotels need to rid this from their name. It is a run down hole in the wall. Run!
