I booked thru Priceline and requested an early check in around 1am and headed to the hotel. I was told I couldn’t be accommodated so I immediately called Priceline to cancel — Priceline didn’t reach the front desk agent and escalated my concern. I later went to the Sonesta South and was able to check in early by paying $25. Later in the day the escalation department from Priceline told me that I was refused a refund because I was a NO SHOW! I called the manager (Mike) to explain I that I did show up however I had small children and couldn’t wait until 3pm check in. He was so rude, unapologetic, and sarcastic about the “policy” — I guess my children and I should’ve slept in the car until 3pm. Do yourself a favor. If you’re thinking about booking this hotel… DON’T!

Made a reservation under corporate lodging only to have My Credit Card Charged even BEFORE I checked in. Was told they could swap it over upon arrival. Charged BEFORE someone checks? seriously? and with their online reviews I should have never made the reservation to begin with. Never again. Now to fight for my refund. Poor business practice.

This is one of the worse hotels I have stayed in. There is no way it was cleaned and I’ll attach photos to show you. No hot water, whole place smelled like weed. This was just a little get away for me
And my husband but this hotel is so unpleasant. Parking was also difficult.

Nice hotel but they charged my card 287 for two nights, 100 hold, plus 137 to hold the room for late arrival! This is too much! Now there is 237 on hold! I need my money! Then they tell you you have to wait a couple of days for the hold to lift!

My husband and I booked for 2 nights to enjoy the sites of Atlanta. We arrived about 3pm on Friday. We went out for awhile and returned back around 1am. 1st of all the AC unit did not work. Ants were all over the place. The lamps in room didnt work. Musty smell. Thin sheets. Mattress was very uncomfortable! the worst part is my husbands truck was broken into… lots of items were taken. We were reimbursed for one night but what about our personal loss not feeling secure enough to stay there another night. We ended up going and ruining our weekend. August 3 2018.0 out 5. Stars.

The Country Inn & Suites is what just about what you expect. The rooms are quaint, the service is mediocre. But at the end of the day, it's a bed to sleep in. The room rates are slightly higher than what we were expecting, and you can definitely tell this location is one of the more dated locations with stains on the walls and in the bathrooms and such. On the bright side, there is free Wi-Fi and breakfast is included from 6am to 9am. I would recommend this Country Inn & Suites location if need need a quick and cheap place to stay for the night.

Only there for a few hours after missed connection at airport. Room was nice with pulsating shower. Late night staff was very good. Shuttle back to airport was on time. Don't know if I would have liked it for a longer stay because of noise from expressway and airport.

I have stayed at this hotel quite frequently over the past 10 years or so. It got a much needed makeover about 3 years ago and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The a/c worked really well and the mattresses are comfortable. There is always a refrigerator in each room, complimentary breakfast in the morning (bacon, eggs, make-your-own waffle iron, oatmeal, pastries, bagels, fruit, yogurt), and free cookies in the evening, at the front desk. The van service is always efficient and on time. When checking in, you have to reserve a spot on the morning shuttle of your choice, provided that the van time you need/want still has space. Nice outdoor pool, looks clean and well maintained. The hotel restaurant doesn't look like much but don't let that discourage you. The food is actually really good. I have had several dinners there and I have never been disappointed. I highly recommend this hotel.

Do not go there! Old smelly rooms. The pool was nice. I was scared to lay down on the bed. After kids played at the pool we packed up and left. They put an additional $100 hold on your card as well. The reviews for this hotel online is a lie. Never again!

Great customer service, I felt like I was at home. Very friendly customer as well. Clean, breakfast was very tastie, and THOSE CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES, ro die for. I will return and I will tell others.

This hotel was way better than our first choice. My kids room smelled but we were offered another room without question. Our bedroom was on the first floor we requested a third floor and received it no questions asked. The breakfast was good and the hotel staff was more than accommodating. The grounds were well kept and the rocking chairs on the porch was a lovely touch. The park at your own risk and the hotel is not held liable signs disturbed us.

The room was nice, I only stayed in the hotel because I missed my flight and this is were Delta sent me. The staff was very courteous and fast paced trying to get all of us in a room. The breakfast was right on time at 0600 and the booked everyone on a shuttle for the next day making sure everyone would get to the airport.

Wonderful staff and the rooms are very comfortable. Access to Wi-Fi and computer in the lobby area. Coffee and tea station makes it convenient for a quick drink. The Breakfast is great, they serve hot Oatmeal and Eggs, Airport shuttle is priceless and adequate parking. I would stay here again and again.

The place is fine for a night, not longer. The hotel needs some updating, but the bed was comfy and everything was clean. The price was also not bad for what we needed.

Great breakfast selection in the morning. They also had a nice business section with computers and printers to use. The room had plenty of room in it and the bed was very comfortable. Will stay again when in town.

Decent Hotel near to the airport. Parking is a problem here at times due to it's proximity to the airport. They also have a shuttle service to and from airport. Breakfast was good too. The rooms were a bit old though.

It is a very good hotel, the avitaciones are spacious, there is service to be able to print the check in, the breakfasts are good and there is a shuttle from the airport to the hotel lonque was very helpful.

HORRIBLE hotel stay on Friday, March 23rd. No hot water for a shower! I was traveling with my husband and two small children. Breakfast was an hour late (could not eat breakfast since we had a flight to catch! ). Staff did not care about the no hot water. It was my birthday weekend celebration. Completely unacceptable! do not stay here! ☻

This hotel was the perfect choice. We were there for the Blake Shelton concert (which was wonderful. Never miss a chance to see Blake) at Phillips Arena at 7 pm on Thursday. We had no traffic issues getting there which is a big plus in Atlanta so this was the perfect location coming in from the south. The restaurant on site had a good menu and food was excellent and well priced. The room was clean, large and the bed was very comfortable. I particularly appreciated the electrical outlets on the bedside lamps which made charging phones convenient. Reception was friendly and quick with home made cookies. The breakfast was wonderful. My husband was early and got bacon with his scrambled eggs. I had sausage with mine. Every possible choice you can think of including cooked oat meal and of course waffles. A hostess kept everything supplied and the area clean. We were driving but there was an airport shuttle. Although the airport is close, we did not hear airplanes. The pool looked nice but the weather was cold. A very nice workout room which we didn't use but others were.

Hotel near the airport. Offer transportation to the hotel and to the airport. Complementary breakfast… very good hotel for 85 dollars.

Terrible service! Our reservation was cancelled and we were not notified until we showed up! The associate repeatedly said, "that's policy" without being able to show me said policy! Quite disappointing! Yall make Atlanta look bad. Your customer service is pathetic and Atlanta should be ashamed to have you representing their city! Score: 0 out of 5! Just ridiculous.

Very comfortable hotel when you are in transit. Shuttle Service was very fast and on time. The rooms are okay for one or two nights. Breakfast beyond american standard. The staff was very friendly and efficient. I will definittly choose that hotel again!

Good hotel, close to the airport uber was $10. They had a restaurant at the hotel which served decent food. There was also coffee 24/7 which was handy. Staff were friendly and there was a waffle maker at the breakfast buffet. Room had a bit of an ant problem but otherwise was fine. Would stay again if I needed a short stay.

The hotel to be America and near the airport is good. The food is terrible. The room clean and quiet.

The hotel is not a 10-minute drive from Atlanta airport.
The rooms are simple, clean and large enough. The cost is absolutely OK, breakfast is included.
The restaurant and bar are well-equipped with friendly staff, good food and fair prices.

Hotel has been in the years and needs to be refurbished. Apart from that, it is Two nights OK. It is clean and for American conditions The breakfast is great.

It was very standard fare for an airport hotel. It was (in my opinion) very costly compared to many other cities. Breakfast was the same continental that they serve everywhere.

The room was comfortable, the location was perfect, and there was an airport shuttle. There is complimentary parking with room for 2 weeks so that saved me money for parking while I was gone. Every one was very helpful and the breakfast was good.

Nice staff, trying to keep the place clean, but the hotel is an old musty dump where you can hear every noise and creak. Only stayed because @Delta messed up and that was their reward to me for yet another mechanical failure that got me stranded.

Stay somewhere else. This place is in a sketchy area with nothing nearby. There is a gas station across the street that you may or may not get mugged at. The rooms are old and dilapidated. Mine had the popcorn ceiling wearing away and was rife with water damage. Class act!

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. I received poor customer service and house keeping skipped our room the second night we were there. I dont think I will be back!

Hotel was clean. Attached bar could have used some better staff. Dirty tables and staff that didn't know what they were doing with food and drinks.

Let me start by saying that we choose Country Inn and Suites as our regular travel lodging because we always have a great experience. This time, we were rather disappointed. The bed was rock hard and the rest of the furniture was uncomfortable. The desk was situated at the end of the bed so an adult could not even sit in that chair. At bedtime, we turned on the TV for the kids while they get their pj's on, and there was no picture, only sound. I called the front desk to advise them, and they said someone would be right up. A woman from the front desk arrived quickly, but in the mean time, I turned it off and back on and it worked. As I was telling my wife it was working now, there was a knock at the door. When I opened it, she was walking away! She didn't even turn back to look at me as she said "I heard you say it was working so… " I can understand maybe you were busy, but that does not excuse rudeness. We continued having problems with the television, but didn't want to once again feel like we were being a burden. The next day, we went out exploring, and when we came back, housekeeping had been in. They were great. They even made the kids' makeshift beds (couch with sheet and sleeping bag and air mattress with sleeping bag). The one thing they forgot to do was refill the toilet paper. No big deal, I'll just call the front desk and they'll send some, right? Wrong.

Was able to get a discount through my job. The staff members were nice. The room were tidy and in good condition. I would stay here again.

Good rates, but the rooms could use some work. Ironing board was broken and dirty, as was the iron (which is my only real complaint). There were some stains on the window curtain and a very obvious hole in the ceiling over the shower. Otherwise, the room, towels, and bedding were all impeccable.

Stayed here for a night on Delta's dime after a day of attempted air travel. Friendly staff, 5 AM airport shuttle, okay room, not enough pillows or water pressure. Might give it another star if I wasn't still sour about the circumstances of my stay.

Decent Hotel overall. Not great but not horrible. The hotel is very close to the airport and the interstate so it can be loud at times but turning the air on in the room covers the noise easily enough. The rooms and public areas seem to be in need of renovation which would make a world of difference. The breakfast while average was fresh and kept well stocked while I was there.

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Staff was horrible and the roll away beds were not complimentary there is a $10 charge per night. The room smelled terrible like mold. The beds were uncomfortable and hard. This room wasnt worth the discounted rate and definitely isnt worth the full price. I would never stay here again and definitely wouldnt recommend it to anyone. And after everything they had the audacity to charge my card about 5 different times. Country inn and suites needs to get their name off of this hotel immediately.

If I could give zero stars I would! Our room smelled of pet urine. Going to the airport they lallowed people to board that should have been on the later shuttle causing us to not be able to get on, even though we had signed up. We almost missed our flight. Catching the shuttle back was an even bigger nightmare. They told us to be picked up we needed to be where we were dropped off. NOT TRUE! You need to go to zone 3 of for ground transportation to be picked up. We are still waiting to be picked up and the front desk has continued to argue with us about where we should have been. We have been waiting an hour now for the shuttle.

Stayed here for my Step 2 CS. Staff was friendly and courteous, and gave me directions to the test center which is a 5 min walk away from the hotel. This was the best part for me because I didn't have to rent a car. I got shuttled from the airport to the hotel, walked to my test, and then shuttled back to the airport. Room was quiet and neat as well. Don't get scared by the outside of the hotel or the hallways, it's a peaceful place to stay. Perfect for a med student on a budget (like who isn't) and quick and comfortable stay very close to the test center.

I honestly don't understand all of the bad reviews this hotel is getting! My fiance and I stayed Feb 13th — Feb 17th. After booking our stay, I went and read reviews (Smart right? Read the reviews AFTER booking a room! ) and I was so terrified of what I'd experience at this hotel that I nearly canceled, but I decided to stick it out and just hope for the best — and the best did come! The hotel, in all honesty, could use a bit of an update, BUT it has a very at-home feel. The staff is very friendly and sweet and honestly go out of their way to please guests. Sleep was great, the beds are big and comfy. We had a slight problem with the shower, we thought it didn't have hot water at all but it turns out whoever installed it put in the nob backwards, so hot would come out cold and cold would come out hot but that was okay, staff was very nice about it and sent someone up instantly to check it out. During the stay, my fiance and I had the wonderful opportunity of going to the restaurant inside of the hotel, Genesis Bar and Grill, and not only is the service great, the food is too! So good I had to come back two more times (Not only does the food keep you coming back, but the service is amazing. My fiance and I had the honor of having a woman named Shawna serve us and she was FANTASTIC! SO upbeat, kindhearted and a joy to be around! ). The Genesis Signature burger is the best! If you stay you should totally try it. Speaking of food, breakfast was good too.

This hotel was great for our stay before flying out the next day. Quiet, didn't hear a thing outside of our room, which was plenty spacious to put up a pack and play for our infant, bed was super comfy, pillows were a bit soft for my liking, but that's just personal preference. Shower worked great, room was very clean & breakfast was great with lots of choices, including a hot bar and fresh fruit. Would stay again for sure!

Stayed here 3 nights for lodging for Step 2 CS exam. Overall, a pretty positive experience. Pros: -It's literally a 5 minute walk to the testing center -Breakfast was pretty generous (make your own waffles, chocolate chip muffins, fruit, nice tasting OJ) -Free 24 hour shuttle service every 30 minutes to the airport, which is 5 minutes away. -Attached restaurant has a pretty spectacular Korean speciality dish and $5 beers. Arrived in ATL at night, shuttle took me to the hotel. After tipping the driver, he was nice enough to drive me right outside the hotel and point out where the testing building was before dropping me off to check in. Cheery receptionist also had printed directions given to me on how to walk to the testing center along with my room card without me even asking, which was doubly nice. Got a room on the second floor facing the pool next to the stairs leading from the lobby; decent sized desk to study on and bathroom was pretty good. Knocking off a star because there were some scuff marks on the floor of the bathroom, although the floor looked like it had been cleaned. Everything else looked pretty new. Day after my exam, had half a day to hang out before my flight. Checked out in the morning, put my luggage in storage space they have, shuttle dropped me off at the MARTA subway which is connected to the airport. Went exploring in the city (check out the Atlanta aquarium!
