I came to celebrate my son’s birthday 🎉 Let me just start off to say the hotel is Gorgeous! The staff at the hotel worked closely with me too make sure everything was perfect from my room accommodations to dining an even my parking was great because I had my son’s dirt bike in the bed of my truck! When I arrived I felt like a Queen I didn’t have to do anything they opened doors, took our luggage to the room an even got the ice for our drinks! The pool was beautiful nice an clean and not crowded which was nice. We had reservations at park 75 for breakfast an it was delicious for my son’s birthday breakfast. We enjoyed talking with the staff that even recognized us from being from Memphis I high recommend this hotel to anyone that is in question about where to stay in Atlanta I promise you it won’t disappoint you. The service here is impeccable!

Great service at the Restaurant.

Nice and luxurious and concierge was always nice and polite.

Entire floor smelled like weed complained. They sprayed room freshener. Dirty slippers crunchy towels and robes. Won’t stay at a four seasons again. Dark bathroom. No water bottles. No, ice bag liner.

Wonderful place for thanksgiving lunch and the place is so beautiful, good food and good music. I love it.

Visited Bar Margot for my birthday. Truly enjoyed the atmosphere. The staff was extremely friendly.

Every employee that I came across was very nice. They parked my vehicle as well. The office I went to validated my ticket to where I did not have to pay for the vehicle to be parked for me. Each employee was very helpful because I was on my cane today. I would recommend this place for anyone.

I visited the Spa at the hotel. My parking was validated. Wonderful polite staff! Facilities are very nice. My lunch at poolside was great.

Enjoyed an amazing Detox massage on my birthday by massage therapist Mary. When I arrived at the front desk, Taylor was so welcoming. I was escorted to a relaxation area and from there to my massage room. My detox massage started off with a dry exfoliation and then Mary used therapeutic essentials oils to assist in detoxification. The essential oil blends used were aromatic and very soothing. I am an essential oil fanatic, so I was super excited to experience the detox massage. And it did not disappoint. Mary was phenomenal. I prefer medium pressure and she was right on point with the application of pressure. Happy that I chose this massage. Exceeded my expectations. At the conclusion of my massage, I returned to the relaxation lounge and enjoyed a glass of champagne and some snacks along with some citrus infused water. After relaxing for a bit, I decided to walk up to the private terrace and enjoy the beautiful day and relax for a bit more. My spa day was a very nice beginning to my birthday activities. 5 stars to Mary on the massage.

Valet service was polite and they retrieved my vehicle quickly. Room was very clean. Front desk was courteous and helpful. Restaurant staff was attentive and informative. Spa services were wonderful. From the spa front desk to the massage therapist, they made sure you felt comfortable and had everything you needed… not to mention the massage was wonderful! Facility was clean and well stocked. Overall it was a great experience and I highly recommend staying here.

This place was beyond my expectations. Came here for a special weekend and the service we received was above excellent. I asked to check in prior to check in hours and they honored my request. Every time we left our room to go out for the evening we came back to a clean room and soft music which was a really nice touch. I would recommend this hotel to everyone!

The hotel was great as expected, and we received great guest care while we were there. We reserved a corner room and had a wonderful view of the city. The one negative experience was that we were mistakenly charged for room items we didn't use. The mistake was corrected after I followed up though.

Beautiful hotel in a great part of Atlanta. The rooms were very nice and the service was great. Lots of great places within walking distance as well.

Dinner at Bar Margot was great. Good cocktails and the small plates were delicious. The wait staff was attentive and helpful with menu suggestions.

Top notch bar selections. The specialty drinks were a bit pricey but were well worth it. The server brought out some snacks right away and the charcuterie tray we ordered was perfect with our drinks.

Love the service at the Four Seasons! A rainy morning changed my plans and the doormen accommodated me with a shiny black Tesla ride to my destination. Love it here!

Lovely hotel in the heart of midtown Atlanta that has recently undergone room renovations. The service is top-notch, even for a Four Seasons. Both the hotel restaurant (Park 75) and the adjacent bar (Bar Margot) are great options for food. In total, a great property for both out-of-town visitors and locals looking for a staycation / dining option.

Property lived up to the four seasons reputation. Staff was wonderful. The room was spotless and beyond comfy. I will gladly be back!

Grabbed a drink at the bar upstairs waiting for a wedding shuttle. First time in. Beautiful hotel right in the middle of Midtown. Bar was busy and very nice. Bartenders did a great job.

The rehearsal dinner was delicious in the Savannah room. The servers and bartenders did an excellent job taking care of the entire wedding party.
Our welcome packages were delivered to the rooms of our out of town guest promptly and courteously.
Our accommodations were luxurious.
The staff was friendly, accommodating, and made all of our guest feel special.
It brings me much happiness to know that the newly married couple are receiving the same royal treatment at the Four Seasons Resort in Anguilla!
Oh, if I could have only stayed longer for a much needed massage in the spa!

I was a employee hired to work a event at this location and have experienced the WORST treatment that I have ever seen at this venue. I work at many different venues across Atlanta and Buckhead but this is the only venue that gave me any problems. My employer and I went to the loading dock to start unloading for an event at this location. He presented his credentials and information and we should have been good to start working. Instead, I was refused entry into the loading dock because I did not have my ID at the time and security demanded I give them my phone instead to start working. I refused to give them my phone (since frankly that is absolutely ridiculous) and I left the loading dock. My employer told me to walk through the front entrance instead of the back assuming that the ID requirement was only for access into the loading dock portion of the hotel. As soon as I walked in the doors I was intercepted and treated like a criminal. They pushed me outside and they threatened to call the police for trespassing — I told the staff that I was advised by my employer to come through the front entrance and that I was there to complete a job. The security officer named Jeff was condescending and rude calling me "a sneak. " I asked to speak to a manager multiple times and he would state "no you are talking to me now. " When the manager finally came (after multiple requests with no initial avail) she contacted my employer (who was with me initially) and verified my identity.

Brunch was "okay". Hard to navigate a lot of walking from station to station and back to my seat in heels. Food was fine but did not like the oysters or crab salad. I appreciated the signage saying if something was gluten free.

I was racially profiled when I stayed at the Four Seasons Atlanta in October 2017. If you're of color, and don't look socioeconomically privileged, you will be profiled. I spent over 1k, in one night, at this hotel for my mother's surprise birthday, slumber party. The spa staff and restaurant staff were amazing. If it wasn't for their service, I would have given this hotel one star. It is 2018, teach your staff about implicit bias.

As top notch as you would expect from a Four Seasons. Came here for a party, and the staff was incredibly pleasant and personable! I don't know how they always manage to anticipate all my needs and materialize at the exact right moment, but I love it and will be finding any excuse to come back.

The Four Seasons was absolutely gorgeous and the service was incredible. I loved the ambiance of the public areas and bar. The gym is also well outfitted for a quick morning workout.

Wonderful night spent dining and staying at the four seasons. It’s a magical place. The staff are second to none and sincerely wish to make your stay as pleasing as possible. Such wonderful memories from our wedding as well as vacations, can’t recommend enough.

We had drinks at Bar Margot. It was wonderful. The staff was super polite and accommodating. The wine list was awesome, but not enough by the glass. Bathrooms were immaculate and smelled great. I would love to stay here on my next visit to Atlanta.

Just incredible. The service was exceptional and the mattress was the most comfortable hotel I've slept on.

Staff is friendly. The rooms don't have coffee makers which I find odd since cheap hotels have them. You have to request them. And mine showed up hours later. The lobby is stunning but the rooms don't match. They need a fresh new look, especially the bathroom countertops! They don't give you much extras like mouthwash or candy on pillow, free water etc. Out of the several Four Seasons I've stayed in this was is on the bottom of the list hence the 3 stars.

The four seasons in midtown is gorgeous, the staff is super nice and helpful. They not only did a day clean but also an evening clean (freaked me out a bit at first). Overall great experience.

I had brunch at the Four Seasons Hotel Atlanta and it was an amazing experience. I am a stickler for customer service and the staff did not disappoint. The Valet service was on point, hotel lobby impeccable. We were greeted as we entered and the restaurant and staff were great. The food selection on the brunch buffet was delicious, healthy, and set up extremely nice. The wait staff were extremely attentive and I had a wonderful time. Will definitely go again.

I had a UPS package delivered to the hotel for one of the guests. After delivery the package went missing. Jeanette at the front desk was so amazing! She searched and searched for the package until it was located and then she called me to let me know it had been found. THANKS for the awesome customer service!

Convenient downtown location. Prompt valet service. Friendly and accommodating staff upon arrival. Was upgraded to a suite, as we were celebrating our wedding anniversary. Delicious cocktails in the on premises bar. Clean room with luxury amenities. Enjoyed breakfast at the on site restaurant. Had lunch via room service. All delicious, hot and well prepared. Excellent overall experience.

Full disclosure, I work here. The bar is hip and has great cocktails. The wine list is excellent. One of the best cheese boards in town. Oh also, definitely go to the spa!

Do not recommend this spa. Bad experience start to finish. Wasn't shown around spa to use steam room, or pool, or showers. Showers were very mildewy. Shampoo bottle filled but soap and conditioner were empty. No combs or brushes to dry your hair with. For the price you pay for a massage there, the accommodations are greatly lacking! Go to the St Regis. Five stars all the way!

Nice hotel but the valet supervisor not in the right place because have nothing to do with customers service, not a good idea to be the first one meeting the guest.

Asked for 2 dog bowls & dog bed when booking reservation. Neither was in the room upon arrival. Room is quite small. Only one towel, no wash cloths. Bath tub is old and small. Carpeting is old and somewhat gas an odor. Overall room on the dingy side. Air not cool enough. Have stayed in much nicer Four Seasons.

Beautiful hotel and impeccable customer service. I stayed here for work and would gladly do so again. Food from room service and the on-site Bar Margot is good. The beds are exceptionally comfortable. All of the above made this Four Seasons ideal for both work and rest.

Just went to the Bar Margot. The menu was tiny for lunch and didn't at all see the connection with The Royal Tenenbaums, but the food was great and the portions were plentiful.

I was there for the Turkish Airlines Gala. The food was delicious and the venue was nice as well. The hotel employees were very respectful and great to have a conversation with!

Great experience! Staff was wonderful as well as management. Property is excellent and location superb. Room was clean and elegant. Bar/lounge is perfect for client meetings as it is not too loud and ambiance casual. Would certainly recommend to friends and colleagues alike.

Good experience but they did forget to text us when room was ready when we got there early. Brunch was good. Good location with museum and dining within walking distance.

The new bar is amazing and valet service is mindblowing.

The hotel is very nice, but the construction outside and along 14th and Peachtree currently makes it difficult to access by foot. The room was clean and large and housekeeping was very attentive and friendly. Shower pressure was a little weak.

From the moment I stepped in everyone was very accommodating. I was very impressed with the staff and services. What has truly blown my mind is the magnificent attention to detail the staff here at the Four Seasons Atlanta has. To touch on that, I had a novel on my night stand, I did not have a bookmark rather a little yellow sticky note I was using as a placeholder. Upon my return to the room after a day of business workshops, I found the book on the night stand, my 'post-it-note' still remained however accompanying it was a Four Seasons bookmark. I cannot tell you how impressive this small detail alone is. I must now apologize if you were hoping to read here any constructive criticism, as I would be hard-pressed to find any such improvements at such a magnificent place — everything from the courteous, friendly, and attentive staff to the tasteful overall essence of the building and facilities was truly exceptional.

Staff was very accommodating. The rooms were superb and it's location in the heart of midtown provided for plenty of entertainment. The valet staff was very timely with getting our vehicle for us.

I was looking at this as a possible wedding venue option however, the entire hotel is SO INCREDIBLY DATED. That pink marble is HORRIFIC.

The best place to stay in Atlanta Midtown. Extremely friendly and accommodating staff and an absolutely beautiful building. Spa staff was extremely helpful and the spa amenities were top notch. Rooms are clean and comfortable. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone. A++ staff and experience for business travelers, tourists or wedding parties.

Fabulous hotel. Amazing service.

Excellent food and great service. Ate here this past New Years Eve and had the Grouper special. Wine selection is good and price is fair. Will definitely eat here again.
