I cannot recommend… the staff and management were very kind but the rooms were extremely dirty especially showers and bed linens…and they have roaches.

I was very pleased with my room super clean. And spacious the front desk associates were very kind and helpful.

On April 22nd I was charged a $50 deposit. Upon checking out April 24th I was told the deposit would be credited back to my card. Unfortunately, no such activity happened. I contact the location in which I stayed, Atlanta Airport South, and was advised to just wait. I did, for several days with no correspondence and no action taken. I then contact my rewards connected to the event and was further advised to just wait. I did, again, for several days with no correspondence and no further action taken. It has been 2 MONTHS. Now when I inquire about my deposit I am laughed at.

Don’t go it is filthy with piss stained mattresses and rumors of bed bugs plus a bird was flying around inside. We came down here from Oklahoma for vacation but didn’t expect this!

I booked on the Wyndham Rewards app for an accessible room. Checked in (mind you, desk clerk took my DL then disappeared for 10+ minutes. ) room they had me in was not accessible. She switched me to the correct room. It’s completely filthy, even the towels had dirt and stains on them. I was scared to shower. Room had a horrible odor of dampness and mildew. Food crumbs and stains all over the carpets, a used water bottle on floor by the couch. Stains all over bedspread, furniture dusty and grimy. Absolutely disgusting. The ONLY reason I stayed was out of desperation because it was after 7pm on a Friday and everything nearby was booked solid. Never again.

This place is an absolute disaster. From the moment you walk in… it wreaks of stale cigarettes and marijuana, but they tell you this is a nonsmoking hotel. They try to lure you in with the nice photos but this place is a complete mess. Our room was horrible. We first noticed hair on the pillow cases. My husband was like it’s just for one night. We can get through it. We pulled our sheets back and there was more hair and yellow stains. The sink had hair in it. There was a wet towel hanging on the back of the bathroom door. We turned on the lights in the sitting area, food crumbs and spilled liquid on the table. Stains on the couch and floor. I could go on. Front desk told us he would show us another room and if we didn't like it it… he would refund our money. The weed smell in the next room was so strong… I kindly decided to go with the refund that he offered. Now here is when it gets crazy. He (Sam) tells me he cannot refund my money because the manager is not on site. I ask for the manager’s contact info… he then calls the manager and tells her that we used the room. He stated the room was clean before we arrived based on his checklist. Which is not true. We were only in the room for approx. 15 minutes determining if we should leave. We never unpacked our bags. It may have been a slight bit longer as front desk said they would send someone up in 5-10 minutes. He never did so my husband gathered our belongings and loaded up the car.

Poor service. Rooms look cheaply refurbished (reglazed tub and painted walls are chipping). Dirty, stained sheets (brown on the first set, red on the replacement set). Rude desk staff. Very disappointing stay. Charging station wasn't plugged into a wall outlet — it was plugged into a nightstand light, which was plugged into another nightstand light on the other side of the half wall. Colleague's shower drain was slow, so he said he showered in ankle-deep water. Shall we say, "dumpy? "

I booked my room and they charged it to my card only to ask for another deposit of the same amount. I paid the second deposit in cash and they still wanted me to wait 7 days to get my money back. I wont stay again.

Very nice clean room. Soft beds and soft towels! Staff was very nice and helpful. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Booked a Deluxe suite and checked in today. Front desk clerk was not clear on the pet policy and tried charging us $40 instead of $20. They changed our reservation in their system to a smaller room and then after sorting it all out the clerk at the front desk still put us in the wrong room! Finally got into the correct room just to notice things do not work right and that they charged us twice! Will not be staying again!

If you want bad service, nasty room, extra charges, no ride back from airport when they say they will pick you up and have your car broken in to when you park at their hotel then be sure to book your next stay at Laquinta Inn Suites by Atlanta airport.

Clean large rooms, free Wi-Fi, free breakfast. Great value for your money. Morris was very helpful and friendly at the front desk and Lee the shuttle driver was super nice. Great folks make for a great stay!

My favorite hotel to stay at when doing business in Atlanta. The remodel is awesome. The staff is SUPER friendly and accomodating. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. Oh yeah, the free breakfast is pretty good too.

Nice newly renovated hotel hidden in the maze of hotels surrounding Atlanta Airport. I had a good experience but overheard some complaints about barking dogs from a conversation the front desk person was having on the phone. I was there because I need to bring my cat with me on a trip. And they don't charge extra for some pets. A great deal compared to other hotels pet policy. Free breakfast was very good. Coffee was very strong. I will return.

OMG never again! I travel offer and on this particular drive I've been driving for almost 12 hours and just wanted a nice bed, peace and quiet. I definitely didn't get it here. I understand this is a pet friendly hotel but it also needs to be people friendly. The dog barked from 12am-6am non stop and nothing was done about it. It was horrible.

They are completely remodeling the hotel. We had one of the remodeled rooms. Very spacious and nice. Just needed a few touch ups from the remodel. The staff did say that they weren't completely yet. The staff was very friendly.

Hotel is being remodeled but they worked well around it all. Checked in fairly late along with several others. Young lady at front desk juggled several issues at once beautifully. We stayed in a road trip for access to 85. Did not use airport shuttle service but explanations I heard given sounded great. Stayed in newly renovated room w/ pull out. Decor lovely all clean. And of course the no pet fee policy is awesome!

Do not stay here! We showed up at 4:30pm to find no parking. The desk clerk said it’s because people stay the night and leave their cars when they fly out. Instead of the guests that are actually staying at the hotel, people who are gone are taking up all the parking spots. Then the clerk told us to park at another hotel’s lot. What? Are your workers smoking crack? They have security walking around the hotel and you expect me to park my vehicle where I can’t see it? Absolutely the worst service ever. I gave him my key back and walked out!

The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and inviting. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel is currently under remodeling, but the staff is doing everything they can to make you feel comfortable and at home.

It was under construction so be prepared for that, however the pool and breakfast was still open and good. Room was nice and clean.

What an awful experience. I’ll start with the only nice thing I can say, the staff at the front desk is nice but only to your face. I was here with my kids and called the front desk for some more towels and was told house keeping will be coming around in an hour, or I could come to the front desk and get them myself. Ok no big deal I’ll come get them, but thanks for the no hospitality. The whole building is under renovations so it looks terrible and the sound of construction sucks, why am I paying over $100 a night for this subpar experience? The pool wasn’t ready to swim in, just the first night luckily, but that’s a big thing for my two little kiddos. One of the main reasons we picked here was a pool. Shower doesn’t work very well, screws laying on the ground randomly from the construction, OH and last night 5 or 6 vehicles were broken into right in the parking lot. Windows smashed out and the works. This is not a safe place, I will never be back here again. I will tell everyone I can about this experience. I took pictures and as soon as I figure out how to post them here I will.

Stay away from this hotel this place is not secured they break into cars literally every other day, today my truck & my trailer was stolen from LaQuinta parking lot they have cameras but are shitty! The manager didn’t even bother to say sorry! we have stayed in that hotel for 5 months for construction & I have pictures of the cars that were broken into. The hotel doesn’t care if your property was damaged all they care is about money. So the next time you stay at this dump of a place & your vehicle gets damaged or stolen they will tell you the hotel is not responsible.

We are Elite members and stay at LQ around the country. We just stayed there Friday-Sunday. They have signs posted that they have security around the clock, but one truck got broken into and ours has 4 gouges in the window they tried to bust out ours! Yes, they are being remodeled, but it's the messiest remodel I've ever seen! We barely had anywhere to let our dogs potty because the grounds had busted bricks, glass, drywall debris, and broken wood pieces in almost every grassy part. I also have pics of hairs in my tub and sink from where we checked in. Stay away from this one!

Yes place under Renovation. I was not told on the phone and it is not online (website). Chose a 1st flr rm becuz with eldly parent. Room very spacious. Clean. Staff friendly. Breakfast good. Only con is that the room I was in was by the parking lot door and I heard a lot of slamming of that door (in and out).

I have stayed at 7 different LQ in different states and this location is the BEST BY FAR! Even though they're under construction, when I made my Reservation. I was told up front about it, now that's what you call EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Vacation with family stayed in a suite with living room and it was LARGE, plus WITH 2 TV. Staff was greatttttttt. GREAT location, next to airport with shuttle services and Ruby Tuesday is across the street. I highly recommend LQ South. A+

Undergoing remodeling, should be finished by August, 2018. Stayed in remodel room. Very nice. Super comfortable bed, had a great sleep after a long flight. Staff very good. I would stay again.

This hotel was under renovation and they did not Express this online nor when I called to set up my shuttle from the airport. The airport is 5 mins from this hotel. Not only did I call when I was outside, but after waiting 20 mins I had to recall them only for them to tell me they had no idea I was waiting. I would not recommend this hotel. There is, however, a other La Quinta which was closer to Malones which looked really good.

I'm sure the nice staff here is tired of the complaints such as mine. I am using my phone to write this as Wi-Fi is non existent here. Business suites? Not. Awful Wi-Fi. Dust everywhere. Should I go on? I should have learned my lesson when I had an awful stay here a month ago. If you're looking for a dissatifying experience, this is right for you. Never again for me.

Hotel under renovations. Rm. 204 — Pros: Excellent and Accommodating Front Desk Clerks, Dee and Lisa. Nice room, wall colors and decor. We enjoyed breakfast — Choices of Hot and Cold Food and Beverages and we loved the 12noon check out! Cons: Sink clogged, beds not freshly made up * (we found dirty tissue once we pulled back the covers) and reported. There was No ice machine on our floor and No ATM in bldg. Front of bldg windows covered — no view of planes We were not told upon Booking that the hotel was under renovation (extent of). Once there, a shock! Was given a room on the back of hotel — No interesting view at all! *Dee offered apologies and did bring up fresh sheets. I tried to call Customer Service 2 times and was given the run around to complain back to the hotel for a Credit on my Bill to be use at a later date or a Refund. The hotel tells me to contact Priceline since I paid through them… Please Respond PriceLine to my problem. Will be traveling to Galveston on the 28th.

I had a terrible experience at this location. I left my room for the day and came back and seen that my room door was open and my bags looked through (nothing was taken thankfully). The staff wasn’t helpful and they made me and my family feel very uncomfortable.

I would give no stars if I could, this place is undergoing renovation and construction and they don’t tell you this when when you book the room. If you’re room is right under where they are doing construction work, it will wake you up. You complain to them about it and they won’t do a goddamn thing but tell you how sorry they are. Disgusting.

The information online said indoor pool and hot tub. Neither of those things existed. The site also said that it was remodeled… No it was being remodeled, the place was trashed. No bathrooms besides your room, no vending machines, no ice machine, no Wi-Fi, the place was trashed and looked like it had a tornado go through it. Black mold painted over in our bathroom. The whole hotel was freezing cold unless you were in your room. On top of all of this, look up college park crime rate before you decide to go here to stay.

It was a standard hotel. They were doing construction so it looked quick messy but the rooms were clean. There were holes in the top sheets on the beds. Close proximity to the airport.

This hotel is loud, and I'm not talking about the airplanes. You can hear every other person like they are also in your room. It is also still under heavy construction so expect to hear cranes and trucks backing up at 8am until that ends. Also there is an inch gap under the rooms' doors which does not help with noise. Shower water never got hot. Lots of vending machines were out of order. There was a small hair on the bed when we checked into our room. Front desk staff was helpful in checking us out of the hotel early. Free breakfast was OK. They may be renovating but I don't expect them to be putting in more noise insulation.

Under going renovations. Dust and dirt inside and out. No hot water. Room size is good bed very comfortable.

The room was clean. The beds were soft. Good TV with plenty of channels. A nice little workspace. USB chargers on the power strips were a nice choice. The staff was friendly. Nice breakfast as well. All in all a very nice experience.

Spacious room, clean, friendly efficient staff. Though it's a bit dated, it's in good shape and clean. Not a lot in the surrounding area, but shuttle can take you to the airport and MARTA transit downtown. Dog-friendly — we heard some barking dogs, but they calmed down quickly.

Booked our room for the night of our wedding since we flew out the next morning for our honeymoon. I understood parking to be included in our stay which I was promptly informed was not. That was crazy due to the price we payed for less than an 8 hour stay. Thanks to the excellent customer service of the lady at the front desk, I was able to park for our week long trip and get a shuttle to the airport the next morning. Up to this point it had been a 5 star experience. The shuttle driver informed us to call the front desk when we retrieved our luggage on the return and the shuttle would arrive to pick us up. We retrieved our luggage at approximately 1 am and called the front desk and to our surprise got no answer. I called 3 more times with the same results. I ended up having to pay for an Uber back to the hotel.

Stayed here for ~5 nights during Irma and the entire staff was SO NICE. They were totally at capacity and I would've expected everyone's poor nerves to be raw. Not so, everyone who worked there was "on it" and just super pleasant. If you stay here, I'm sure you will feel just as welcome.

Everyone is so friendly. We have stayed here 6 times because it is convenient to airport. Older hotel but clean. Ruby Tuesday's only 2 blocks away which is great without a car. Shuttle service is convenient and free to and from the airport.

Very friendly staff, especially Danielle! Danielle made sure that I felt welcome. Every time I saw her, her bubbly personality spilled over to me. The suite was very spacious, clean and comfortable and the microwave and fridge was a HUGE plus! Housekeeper Lorianna, was kind and friendly. Enjoyed my stay! Will stay again in future.

I've stayed here the past few years on trips to pick up my daughters. Great hotel set close to the airport. The staff is friendly and quick. Front desk, van drivers, breakfast set up. Decor might be changing end of 2017, but it has a nice railing on upper floors. A outdoor pool. Outdated elevator. The rooms are very nice with well made & comfortable beds. Lots of extra seating, lighting spread around the room. A mini fridge. Lots of room to spread out. They have a good breakfast bar early to get people on the move. Good selection of warm and cold. They have a military discount and I'm sure others. Go to their website for details.

Decent place to say. Our room was a 2 bed suite. It was clean and decently updated. However the hotel was dated. The vending machines had very little in them, and many of them were not working. The breakfast was alright. There is less than a dozen parking spaces in front of the hotel, the rest are behind the hotel in a weird parking lot. The pool was clean. Be aware that the rooms are set on a square and all of them open into a large atrium. For the most part this is a decent place to stay.

Great location, close to amenities, all the employees I came in contact with very professional and upbeat friendly. The room was very nice and comfortable. I highly recommend staying at this location if you need a hotel near the airport. It's 5 stars for every category!

Great value. Very nice staff. Hotel is reactive instead of proactive when it comes to issues but will do their best to fix problems if you bring them up. Right next to airport. Hot breakfast. Pool. Workout room. Would recommend to others.

The hotel is located very close to the Atlanta airport and the shuttle, which is available 24/7, is a 5 minute ride to the check-in counter. I booked a room at this hotel so that I could leave my car and fly the next day. For those purposes this hotel was excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the hotel itself, which is much nicer structurally than I expected, is older. The rooms need to be remodeled, the shower curtain needed to be replaced, the carpet looked rather worn, and the microwave had a turn dial. Overall I would stay there again to fly out of ATL, but it wouldn't be on my list if I didn't absolutely need to be by the airport.

The staff was friendly, everything was dated, not the cleanest place, kind of sketchy parking lot, bed was comfortable. Having said all that, I would stay here again because it was under 100 dollars, close to the airport, free Wi-Fi, free breakfast and free parking. Thank you!

Stayed here for one night before flying out for a trip. Nice atmosphere. Decent rooms. Good shuttle to the airport. But landed and was in a rush and ended up waiting for the shuttle about 50 minutes. Turns out, the front desk worker never told the shuttle driver, we just lucked out that he happened to be swinging by after dropping somebody off. Very frustrating, since the shuttle was the primary reason we booked the hotel in the first place.

Five stars Based on a 2.5 star hotel. Stayed one night before a flight. The room was clean and spacious. Comfortable bed and full Comcast cable offering!

Nice clean rooms that have been recently renovated. The only bad thing is parking wasn't the best. When we checked in, there was no parking.

The staff at this hotel was wonderful, helpful, and friendly. Our room was very clean, though the "clean" smell was very very intense. The bed was comfortable, the halls were quiet and the coffee was surprisingly good!

1. Lacks handicap parking. Only 4 handicap parking spots for a hotel this size. That says a lot. 2. Smoking rooms. Smokers ALWAYS have the option to go outside but if the last room available has been smoked in I can't escape the fumes and smells that are IN the mattress and furniture. The desk assistant offered to "spray the room" but again the nastiness is IN THE FURNITURE AND MATRESS! 3. The app doesn't inform perspective guests that the hotel is infested with tobacco but the website does. Fix this! 4. The building has missing brick by the front entrance and the pool entrance doesn't function properly.

This place is a dive! Literally falling apart. There are bricks coming out of the outside walls and the overhang has a gaping hole. Mold in the grout in the bathroom, bed was hard, staff isn't exactly welcoming. Do yourself a favor and pick a different airport hotel!

One of the best La Quintas we've stayed at. Kind of a late 80s/early 1990s era building with an inner courtyard. Rooms VERY well maintained. Friendly staff and the breakfast had some range of selections (waffles, fruit, biscuits and gravy, toast, eggs and sausage, etc). Great place for the price.

Very nice, clean and comfortable. Was so convenient to drop off family at the airport early in the morning!

Very stylish decorating in the lobby and rooms. Affordable rates and comfortable accommodations. Only suggestion would be more than one washer and dryer!

Stayed because it is very close to my aunts house very clean nice size room enjoyed it.

Room was very nice. Overall the Hotel is nice but a bit dated. I used the park, sleep fly option where I left my car there while on a week vacation. My car was broken into while I was gone. I told them at the front desk and all they said is to call the police and file a report — no refund for the parking or anything else. I will not use this Hotel again when going out of town to leave my car. The lot is not secure.

I purchased my stay through Priceline and picked it through the Express Deal option because it was noted as a "Guest Favorite" and it was a 2.5 star hotel with a pretty good price. Pros: My room was fantastic-the rooms are recently renovated. They are really spacious. I was in a King Bed room and it has to be at about 500 square feet! Mirrored closet doors, kind of a bookshelf partition between the desk and sitting area and the bed. It doesn't look like much on the outside, but it's an okay area near the airport. There is NO parking (I hard to park on a curb) — it looks like guests get rooms fly where they need to go and leave their cars because cars do not leave their spots. The hotel is "square" style on the inside so you can pretty much see where everyone is staying and you can take a step from your door and look down into the lobby. Unfortunately, on top of that, you can hear the noise everyone else makes outside of their rooms and in the lobby.

Love this place. Second time in 4 years staying here. Very clean, large rooms. Nice service and pet friendly.

I am a loyal La quinta return member, I stay in this hotel as often as I can during my trips into Atlanta and I have never encouter any problems, the staff? Well, they now me so well that they always make feel at home.

My husband and I were very impressed with the courteous staff, comfortable bed, and clean accomodations. Liked it so much, we stayed there 2 weeks later when we returned to Atlanta.
