Sign up for the free membership. Upon checking in I was given a goody bag with water, nuts, pretzels and snack bar. It was a nice touch to receive a welcome gift as a rewards member. Other than that, not real impressive. My pillows werent very big and you should get to breakfast early. I ate breakfast at 8:10 and due to the low number of staff working at that time the breakfast was pretty picked over. Overall I got a good night sleep and for the price I had a good experience.

Convenient to downtown. Nice rooms, nice staff. Small pool, well-kept. Smoking area in enclosed courtyard has overhang to keep dry under. Elevator small and well maintained, quick. Front desk staff helpful and friendly.

Fantastic stay when I was in town for several days. Local area was a scene. Parking was pretty good. Room was comfy. Front desk took the time to make sure all guests were accounted for. Overall, I recommend this hotel and join the program for additional benefits.

Price to quality ratio is great. Staff is friendly, breakfast decent, and rooms are clean.

Uhm where do I begin?!? The bath tub looked horrible so I used my flip flops as shower shoes. There was a roach in my room or so I thought but it was actually a blunt roach when my friend came to investigate. The free breakfast was not good so that on day two of my stay I just ate my personal leftover snacks for breakfast. The floor by the breakfast area was also sticky. Other guests were arguing in the halls, slamming doors, and running around. My TV picture was full of static for 10 channels. The elevator went out twice. The best thing about my stay was the comfy bed and when we actualy left. Now the front desk staff was nice and that's about all that was truly nice about this location. Please stay somewhere else because there has got to be a better hotel within this price range… don't punish yourself!

If your there for one night it's ok, but not for a vacation stay. The neighborhood is not very safe and the staff is not very friendly in the am. Needs updated. I will not be back.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! The hotel was overpriced considering it’s location and how the rooms looked. The first room I had was not what I asked or paid for so I had to be moved. The second room was awful. It was a very bad odor in the room. Nothing worked and the tubs need to be replaced. The bed was uncomfortable and the TV was small and did not show good. It was a terrible experience and I would not go back. I would have actually left that night but I couldn’t get my money back.

The bed was comfortable. The room itself was dirty. There were ants in our room. There were no curtains so we had the lights from the neighboring hotel shining right into our room. The cleaners didn't empty the trash cans when they were supposed to. I won't stay there again.

I come here every year for the circus. This year I tried Ramada hotel. But when I arrived there were no refrigerators microwaves or crib for my child as promised and their customer service was terrible. So I called Country Inn&Suites and told them the situation. I had 20 minutes before my event started and explained I would need to check in quickly. So she gathered my information and when I arrived it only took 4 minutes to fully check in. I was given a complimentary bag with items to replenish my hunger and thirst. The room was clean, smelled great, had very comfy beds, amazingly soft pillows and the hotel was quiet. Anything we requested was brought to the room swiftly. They also remodeled the hotel which is always a plus. Costumer service was a nothing short of spectacular and greatly appreciated!

The hotel is ok, nothing special but clean. The location is a bit off. You are lost without a vehicle. Even the uber-driver has been hard to find the right address!

I have stayed at over 50 hotels and this was the worst one I've ever stayed at! The front desk is completely rude and demeaning towards me (likely cause I'm 23, but still a paying customer). There were 3 cockroaches (1 in the lobby and 2 in my bathroom), the floor smell like weed, and try are not trying to dispute the charges for where I left the first night. They told me they would cancel the room and feees because my experience was bad, but now their corporate (or their hotel in particular) is challenging my disputes and trying to make me pay!

I want to first thank that staff for their wonderful service. I really enjoyed meeting the evening and morning front desk staff and felt they really cared about making my stay as comfortable as possible. If I was just rating the staff they would get a 5 star rating — hands down. Management on the other hand needs to do better by their staff. I give management and the cleaning staff a big ZERO. Management was nowhere to be found and the cleaning staff left the entire building a mess. One of the front desk staff members was working when I finally went to sleep after 11 pm and was back at the desk early the next morning. That's not okay — support your staff. If you make them work long hours, I better see you doing the same. A good leader never asks their staff to do more than they are willing to do. If management would do better by their staff, the place would be in better condition. Things would move more smoothly, they could retain more business, increasing revenue, allowing for more income for staff and renovations. By increasing their income and by providing incentives, your staff would feel more supported and provide an every better service. When management is accountable and present, staff has the ability to keep things going while management handles customer concerns. What I witnessed was the staff being left with no support and trying to accommodate everyone's concerns. Preventing them from actually being able to do their jobs.

Well we have been here 3 days and the customer service excellent, the only thing the cleaning of the bathroom I better not say anything to the good listener, few words suffice, or you get a vacum to the carpet and to complete are already two days that we passed the same with the key that does not work they fix it, and the only thing they say is apology all apology.

Very bad hotel. The rooms are dirty all the time, everything is very old. Do not change the bed sheets, despite the fact that I ask for 4 days in a row to do so. The breakfast is very bad. And the staff never knows what to do or what you are doing.

The hotel is very close to the high-speed exit and the arrival is very convenient. The interior of the hotel is very warm, feel at home.

Janky hotel. Janky elevater. Next to interstate. Room smelled of pesticide. Cheap. Free breakfast. Decent Wi-Fi. Small pool.

I'm not quite sure why all the negative feedback. We checked in yesterday for The Star Wars Day / Fireworks Friday Event at Turner Field for the Braves Game. Our room was immaculate, front desk staff was exceptional, and the bathroom was clean. My only 2 complaints: The pool was disgusting (though swimmable, it needs cleaned big time. And the photo makes it look a lot bigger than it actually is). Also, the curtains. Our sleep sucked because the dark curtains don't close. We had the outside lights and lights of the traffic beaming into our room. Other than that, I'd stay here again.

Location is ok. Breakfast is passable. Fourth is to one day and the service more or less.

I stayed June 4th 2016… I would not recommend this place until they clean it up. To be right across from Turner field and 5 mins away from the zoo this place should be immaculate. I reserved a king room and I got a full room but they did change it but I am beginning to think that I should have kept it. The comforter had makeup on it and I had to get another one. The carpet was old and filthy. There was mold in the bathroom ceiling and the tub needed a thorough cleaning or resurfacing. My daughter forgot to give them one of the keys back and they had nerve to charge me 5$ for it. The only good was the young lady at the desk. She was really nice and had good customer service…

This hotel should be a 2 star hotel. We arrived and the room smelled like cigarette smoke, we called the front desk to get moved and we couldn't because they were booked. The carpets are so stained and dirty and the halls have a nasty smell. We had someone knock and jiggle our door knob in the middle of the night and they received a phone call from the front desk asking us if we had checked out early because someone had notified them that we had. They obviously had given someone that room in the middle of the night, and had we not locked the top security lock we would have had strangers enter our room int he middle of the night. Also, there was a storm that night and although the city of Atlanta issued a 24-hour ban on the city's water, we were not notified by the hotel and used the water to shower and brush our teeth. Not a great experience at all and would not stay here ever again. Only descent thing would be the complimentary breakfast.

The hotel is right next to the baseball stadium. Easy to get to, but there is no sign on the outside of the fence so I passed it. Rooms were nice and clean. The hallways could use some new paint but no big deal. The door slam shut you could have the bumpers be replaced. Breakfast was good. They had waffles eggs sausage cereals fresh fruit biscuits and juices. Stafford were d nice and friendly.

Me and my husband stay here at the country in suites was horrible they can get two the room smelled then on top of that the air condition was falling apart and has been leaking for a long time b/c it caused the the bottom of the wood to mold and falling apart which had a lot to do with the smell of the room. Our car was left until we go back from our trip to the dominican and when we arrive back we came back to more problems to find out that my husband car had been broken into. Some of the staff was not helpful at all they told us that they were not able to locate the general manager and there was nothing they could do me and my husband should have not chosen this hotel b/c it was near the air port I know next time to never stay here agian and to mind u we was not the only people who car got broken into that night so if u planned to stay and leave your car " DONT it is not safe I repeat DO NOT STAY HERE it is not safe at all!

The bathroom room door knob was about to fall off. The bath room need to be up date. The refrigerator door wouldn't shut. Ask for another one, never received it. The lights was not plug in and clock wasn't plug in. No extra toilet paper. To sum it up need do room over. Won't stay here again!

The hotel have a very bad odd in the hallway and in the rooms. We stayed a week and our door lock didn't work. They didn't clean our room the first day it got skipped. There and no trash bags at all. We had to wait on clean towels and rags. We ran out of toilet paper and had to wait forever to get some more. Our toilet got stopped up then the lady came and wanted my husband to unclog it. No, that's is the hotel job. The room had stains all over the floor and the ceiling has water damage. They would come and make the bed and think that we didn't realize that they didn't change the sheets when we asked for them to be changed every day. The breakfast was good that's about all!
