Y o u get what YOU pay for. Atlanta, comfort inn, cheap,. I WILL HOWEVER SAY THIS! THE BREAKFAST by that sweet little lady in the kitchen was delicious!. The big fat dead rat in the parking by our car however was not delicious or a good sign. Not a good look when first pulling in. Some sketchy characters surrounding but again — Atlanta.

Do not stay here. The elevators are both broken, and you will have to carry your belongings 5+ Flights up the dirty, hot stairs. Our 7-year-old got stuck on the elevator and my husband had to pry the doors open. Our son is now terrified of elevators. Then, once we could actually get into our room with the key card (we couldn’t many times), the fridge was broken. Then we moved to another room, and there was some kind of milky white fluid smeared on all of the mirrors, and actual garbage on the floor. Please, for your own sake, do not stay here.

Never again. Rooms should be non-smoking, it smelled of smoke. On the second day, the garbage was not cleared, clothes were thrown on the floor, and dirt lay in the bathroom, not from us.
The complaint said we get a discount, so far we have nothing and the manager does not reply to any e-mail.
Breakfast buffet on the 2nd day was practically non-existent, everything emptied no cups, no coffee, actually nothing was available. It was said that the staff had not come. We will not book there any more.

Great hotel! Location was perfect, close to the airport and very close to the Atlanta Zoo. Rooms were clean, and the staff was quite friendly. Would definitely recommend!

The room was ok needs work and the cleaning could have been better but no bugs so that's a plus. The staff is really nice they are the best part of this place I would give them 5 stars. The pool is small and the hotel is in thugville so as the staff unlocked the gate to the pool soon as the guy walked back inside 7 kids all brothers and a sister appear outta the bushes and come dive in the pool with me and my 2 small kids. They proceed to cuss and fire a dubi up and cause a ruckus with each other. As they disappeared into the bushes a street gut comes to the fence pointing at my stuff asking for dollars. If the facilities was nicer and the security was better I would recommend this hotel cause the staff is great and helpful.

It's not a bad hotel. The beds are comfy and the workers are very nice. If you need a cheap getaway then this is your place. It's close to the Georgia State Stadium and the Mercedes Benz Stadium. The former is across the street and the latter is a few blocks away (visible from the hotel. ) They have a sketchy elevator though that says it's been serviced but is very shaky.

My family stayed at this hotel in Nov 17. We came in town for my Brothers 10th wedding anniversary party. We would only utilize the room for a few hours because we had an early flight back home. Long story short, my niece woke covered in bed bug bites. This room was infested and it took weeks before they refunded me my money and front desk never apologized for the inconvenience when we showed them pictures and present them with the dead bugs in a napkin. I’m sorry for waiting this long as I got busy with work and had a death in the family.

Clean, spacious rooms, comfortable.

The hotel did the job for the price. It was located near Turner Field and was close enough for a quick drive to all of the downtown things we wanted to do. It was not the newest or the cleanest hotel that I have ever been to, but then I took my kid to Legoland and I am pretty sure that is the grossest place in existence. The breakfast was a decent variety and quality and the staff was kind.

Went for supercross in February hotel staff was subpar free breakfast was a joke was told by front desk they won't be putting food out for an hour because it was going to fast. Both days my room was cleaned I never received new towels told cleaning people they promised to bring them had to go to front desk both nights only reason I gave 3 stars was due to cost and proximity of attractions don't expect quality service or nice rooms just know it's cheaper then most and close to Mercedes Benz stadium.

This place is a dump for the money. Hotel clerk was nice but things went downhill from there. Broken elevator, dirty walls and carpet, broken computers, bathroom has mold in ceiling, no hook, dirty tile floor, rotten bananas, no coffee, the list goes on and on. Don’t waste your money.

Sorry I Enjoyed myself my family and l but was Charged $100+ for 2hour. My children didn't like breakfast. Room was damp window full water. Customer service was horrible.

There is a bullet hole in the elevator. The other one was broken. Large stain on the floor beside said bullet hole/elevator. There was a massive hallway party on our floor which management had a very hard time controlling. Because we had to keep calling the desk back, they offered to give us free points if we signed up for their rewards program. When trying to leave the automatic doors at the front entrance were broken and we had to pry them open to get out. Broken arm on chair inside the room and hairdryer fell off the wall.

Location is good. Our rooms were not clean, restroom door had dents holes in it, left behind underwear and other things that were not picked up. Breakfast was good, lady was not friendly. She gives that dirty look if u get something else. Over all it's pricey, smells funky,

Ice machine was broken. They stop making breakfast an hour before the closing time so "they don't have to throw any food away". Why can't you at least bring out some bread? How do you mess up cereal? The air conditioner blasts a moldy smell throughout the room. Overall, worst hotel I've ever been to. That's about it.

Rooms were nice. 1 elevator was working at time of vist. Customer service was good.

A very comfortable overnight stay at Atlanta — we had twin queen beds! The breakfast spread was sufficient but not elaborate. Location was convenient, not too far away from downtown.

Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the room smelled very strongly of paint. Couldn't open a window or do anything about it. Towels had mould stains on them. Noise from the highway was predictable but a little jarring, nonetheless. What you'd expect from a budget hotel off the highway, but disappointing considering the price.

It was a nice evening at the hotel. The staff was really great and the room was quite nice. You could tell the hotel had some age to it but it was well maintained.

AC wasn't working properly. Bed was lumpy and uncomfortable. Elevator was a like a theme park thrill ride. The breakfast was military field rations grade. Very old building with minimal effort on repairs. Definitely will not return.

First off it’s a nice hotel and the room looked just like the picture and staff was friendly. Downfall the elevator was questionable and bathtub just didn’t feel or look as clean. Overall great place especially for the price completely affordable.

Only stayed one night but here are my observations. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the TV worked and the mini fridge kept my beer cold. Security constantly patrolling the parking lot made me feel safe. Bonus: there was a hot tub in the room only steps from the bed. I didn't use it but it gave me a helluva good laugh.

Run as far and as fast as you can away from this dirty, non functioning, unsafe hotel. The staff is excellent, but cannot make up for being too unconfortabke to get any sleep. After discovering feces stains on the comforter, I was already tired and uncomfortable and now disgusted.

We stayed here for 3 nights in August. The staff were friendly and very helpful and the breakfast was adequate. There is bus stop just outside of the hotel for the short ride into Centre of Atlanta. We had no problem with our room but other areas of the hotel could do with an upgrade. Elaine and Neil from Scotland.

We loved this hotel. We come to Atlanta every year, and we have stayed in different hotels each time. From now on it will be this one. Can't say enough good things about it. We always try to stay in a Comfort Inn whenever we go somewhere, but it's not always feasible. So we were delighted when we discovered this one so close to our yearly event in Atlanta. And it exceeded expectations! Already made reservations for next year's event. They even gave us our same room for next year! What great service! Shout out to all the employees who were hardworking and friendly, making us feel so welcome! Everyone from the manager to the housekeeping, from the front desk folks to the folks who served the breakfast, even the maintenance guy — everyone just was so friendly, and made us feel welcome! We loved them all! made us feel like family! Thank you for going above and beyond!

Well, there is a lot to be said about our visit here. First I will say that it was an adequate place to lay our heads down at night. Even so, we encountered several frustrating things. There must have been a middle school reunion going on at the hotel, I love kids… but they were everywhere with no supervision. When we entered our first room option, there were stains in the carpet, a big "scent bomb" sitting on the floor and the scent was so overwhelming that we had to ask for another room. The on shift night manager apologized and gave us a new key for another room. The first room had smokers, this is why the bomb was there. I am not sure why they didn't check the room before placing us there. It was very late and we just finished a 6 hr trip after working all day. Once we got to the new floor, it was filled with marijuana smoke! Basically cigarette smoke and marijuana smoke was a huge issue here. Even after staying in the 2nd room we had issues breathing through the night and had to purchase Breathe right strips from the convenience store. Little to say, some accommodation should have been made or at least reimbursed for the price of the $20 strips. I was not satisfied with how the customer service was handled, especially since we were told that we would be given a call back. It was around 6/25… it's now 8/17, no one ever called. Continental breakfast was packed with people each morning and was decent… about average with added waffle makers.

We just came home from a wonderful trip to Atlanta and stayed at this Comfort Inn for 6 nights. It is an older hotel but it is very clean and the staff was friendly and polite. My family and I felt safe and enjoyed our stay. We were basically 10 minutes maximum from anything that you wanted to see in downtown Atlanta. At night they did have a security guard that circled the parking lot. My 2 complaints are that the pool seemed cloudy, green and the eggs at breakfast needed a little help. Please consider this hotel for a clean and reasonably priced hotel.

The family and I had planned on this location because it was close to the zoo (our prime reason for visiting), it looked great online, and it had a clean pool. When we arrived, things were a little different. The biggest and most sore spot was the pool. Unfortunately, the chemical balance seemed off (it was a milky color), and one of the lights was pulled out of the wall and sitting on the edge of the pool. The room was clean, even if it did smell slightly like cigarette smoke. The service was excellent, and it was absolutely five star service. Everyone was up front, polite, and willing to help — — even when I requested that we cancel our reservation so that we could leave. I think that I would have been able to overlook some of the smaller things, if the pool had been in good enough shape to swim in.

Comfortable guest rooms at the best price.

Pros: It's easily walkable to the Braves game. Cons: Over priced and run down. Smells, stains and broken things everywhere. Elevators need attention and make for a jerky ride. Stains are throughout the halls, ceilings and pretty much where ever you look. Inside the room 5515, the floors are dirty and stained. Looks like they rarely vacuum. Our bath head leaked and I am not talking about a drip, this thing would fill a glass in maybe 45 seconds. The 4 port wall socket by the bed would short the lamp out from the inside the socket when you plugged in something like a charger. 1/8 inch gap between the wall and socket which allows you to actually see inside the wall or the socket section.

Needs some modernizing but it's a good place for a quick in and out. Not the best to stay a week or more than 2 days. You'll spend a lot.

Highly disappointed. Spend over $800 for two nights to stay in a run down hotel. Plaster falling off the ceiling and wall, microwave and refrigerator both broken, elevators need major repairs, mattresses so worn out that you roll to the middle of the bed because if an incline on both sides, scalpers and vendors swarming the parking lot, front desk staff is very abrasive. Definitely not worth the price.

I suppose the ones who left bad reviews were expecting Champagne on a beer budget… but this hotel was absolutely great! No issues with security, clean, smelled good, convenient breakfast and convenient to where we were going in town. Definitely will stay again!

I had a great time at this hotel. Plenty of parking and the location to turner field is extraordinary. The service up front is great as well. I would also recommend the rib place a couple doors down.
