Not a bad standard hotel. It took forever to check in because the "system was down. " Also there was a groups of about 6 drunk guests who were loud and obnoxious outside until after 3 AM that the staff did nothing about. The location is convenient to Suntrust Par.

Terrible experience. Checked in to find TV not working and microwave with broken plug. Took two tries to find new room and it was not even crowded. It is a shame because we have always had good experiences with the choice hotels. Free breakfast was a bust as coffee machine would not work and gravy? for biscuits adhered to spoon. Took two apples for eats for me and my wife.

We stayed at this hotel Friday, May 25, 2018 and we stayed in room 101 which was a disaster. First of all the walls were cracking, ceiling had water damage and also the bathroom ceiling, the pillow cases had stains all over them and so did the towels (had to take them to the front desk and ask for more pillow cases and towels). Make sure you do not stay in room 101 and if they offer it to you make sure you check the room out first. We will never stay at this hotel again and especially not for $120 a night. We checked out first thing Saturday morning and checked into another hotel. Be aware of Room 101.

Very nice rooms. Everything was new and up to date. I enjoyed the indoor pool as well. Breakfast was great and everyone was friendly. Very close to everything including the Braves Park. Would recommend. Even offer board games for your room.

Room and rate was good for the area. Room was clean and kept up to date. No unusual odors. Location is NOT easy to find from the main street. If attending a Braves game I would STRONGLY recommend checking in to your room prior to the game. We had an extremely long wait for check-in (only one person at the desk with over a dozen people in line). Braves games schedules are available ahead of time and management should be able to adequately prepare staff in advance for high-volume check-in periods (especially for a hotel with BALLPARK in the listing name).

Great hotel. They allowed us to check in early which was really nice. The breakfast was good and well attended. Close proximity to the Braves' stadium and other attractions. I would definitely stay here again.

Very comfortable bed standard breakfast. The down side lighting in bathroom very poor the 4 bulb bar light is not over sink. Had a handicap room tub/shower wasn't truly handicap the surface of tub was very slick easy for person disabled to fall.

Comfortable bed. Older facility, but offered the comfort we needed for our two night stay.

The rooms are so so and its in a good location. But the pool is kept cold enough that my 2 year old started shivering uncontrollably after 5 minutes. Also when I asked the receptionist for a plastic fork (for my wifes salad) she refused, saying they were only for breakfast. She ended up eating her salad with her fingers. Edit: dropped down to one star when water started leaking out of our bathroom ceiling when the person above us had a shower!

Toilet stopped up as soon as my family arrived. The room stinks. It's too old to be charging what they charge for these hotel rooms. It's definitely not like any other comfort inn I've visited. There was only one towel when we arrived. We called room service they came and only wanted to give us one towel also. Mind you it's me my wife and. Our daughter. The door sqeek loud to the bathroom and the toilet makes loud aggravating noise after you flush it. It was definitely not a pleasurable stay at all for the $200 I spent.

The hotel was being renovated while I was there (week of 2/12/18). The hotel was relatively clean however it was obvious that the heavy sheet on the bed had not been washed as there was a large, crunchy stain on it. The gym is alright however they only have 8lb, 15lb and 20lb sets of dumbells.

I called reservations for a room for 1 night with a late checkout. I explained to her that I lived two hours away and needed a late checkout because my wife was having surgery and after the procedure she needed to sleep for a few hours and then go back to the hospital for a same day checkup. I was ensured that I would get a 2 p. M. Checkout. That is the reason I chose this hotel. When I got here to checkin, the receptionist told me that I had to check out by 1 p. M. I feel I was lied to.

The sleep was amazing. Your pillows are phenomenal, and the TV was mounted on the wall made me feel like I was in my home.

Hotel was clean, beds soft. Breakfast was good, large selection to choose from. Pool area seemed nice, only stayed for a night. Did not have time to use it. Hotel so close to stadium, will be returning during baseball season for sure.

Okay in a pinch… TV did not work, the heater was a portable $20 heater plugged into an outlet, took 4 tries to get a key to work to open the door, the awesome manager finally opened it for us!

This was an average motel location, our room had all the usual facilities with a king bed in a separate room with TV. Centre placed bathroom with the lounge area opening to the corridor. The included hot breakfast was a big bonus as was the nearby Golden Corral diner.

Easy access to the highway. Close to shopping and restaurants. Decor is updated and modern. Breakfast was good. This is a review for November 22nd. On our return trip home we also stayed at this hotel on November 26th. The room was very dirty. The chair and ottoman were stained badly. We were told breakfast was at 6:30 AM. We went down to breakfast at 6:40. There was muffins and yogurt out. There was a worker there putting out the muffins. None of the hot food was out yet. When we asked how long it would be before the hot food was done she told us she only has 2 microwaves. We asked if it would be 5 or 10 minutes. Just trying to get an estimated time. She told us "when it's done it's done". We won't be staying there again. Very rude.

The desk clerks were very helpful and courteous The rooms were clean and comfortable I would go there again.

The worst hotel experience I've ever had. We had car trouble, called in and booked a room for the night, and the front desk assistant was too high on drugs to check us in. She yelled at us saying we never called in, even though we had a confirmation number and I had specifically talked with this woman on three separate occasions. I tried calling back the original number I booked the room with and no on ever picked up. Incredibly disappointed in this hotel and its customer service.

A but run down, with lots of nagging issues, like falling ceiling texture due to water damage, AC units wetting the carpet and door handles that go Up to open. Staff is helpful and kind though.

This is a really great hotel to stay at that keeps you out of the high volume of Atlanta traffic, but you are still close enough to things to do. The staff is also wonderful. I highly recommend this hotel.

Location of hotel is very nice. Near the highway but also you can get all over without going on the interstate. Room is a nice room; nothing out of the ordinary. The biggest drawback for us was the pool. It's a very small square pool with the deepest part being three feet. With it being so small not many guests can enjoy the pool at one time. If there are kids there it will also be super loud since it's also enclosed.

Friendly staff outstanding breakfast good coffee and comfortable beds.

Very clean. Very friendly staff. Nicest Comfort Inn I've stayed at. Would recommend to anyone coming to Smyrna. I would stay again.

We stayed two nights while exploring Atlanta, GA on Spring Break. Staff was wonderful. Real southern hospitality. Rooms were clean, breakfast was great. The pool was small but my 13 yr old twin boys didn't care. Thank You for a great stay.

I traveled to Smyrna on business, my company uses a corp ID with choice hotels for a discount but Choice Hotels reservation line dropped the ball and it didn't work. The general manager Michael Donnelly gave me a significant discount, by significant I mean under 100$ for a king size suite. He operates an excellent clean establisment. All the staff are very friendly. Only gripe is its a little confusing to get to.
