This hotel has offered me the worst service possible. We have had monetary issues with them and they have shown no interest in helping my family and I out. The front desk staff seems lost and doesn’t know how to explain anything to us. There’s way too many nice resorts in the area to be getting our money stolen here! There is ongoing fraudulent activity and I don’t reccomend this hotel to anyone, Horrific service and attention. If I could give 0 stars I would! The front desk staff admits they are overwhelmed for the ongoing complaints, yet we’re expected to wait on them for an answer on what they are going to do with our money. I’ve been to many hotels throughout my life and I have never received such negative service. They keep switching up their story and don’t know how to back it up. They don’t even know the rates they’re offering, they switch up the price every day. Fraudulent hotel!

What a dream! A special thanks goes to Michael (he already knows why;-) ) Super nice clean room with sea views. Great clean facility, very friendly staff and a good bar! Breakfast was ok, as continental and little choice. Was known beforehand, though.

Ocean view is a must. You won't regret it. I love that the kayaks and paddleboards are included.

We stayed here in early May, 2018. The buildings are attractive and well maintained, in a beautiful spot on Islamorada, with ocean views from most rooms, not sure if all. Our rooms each had 2 queen beds but lacked a sitting area, pretty small. Rooms had all the normal amenities and were clean and everything worked. The tiki bar was handy & fun. There is plenty of groomed, soft sand beach and room to sit, loungers, etc. All with that great Oceanside view. The pool was a bit small but ok & well maintained. There is a nice, big ocean swimming area also. There were a nice mix of older couples and younger families with kids, all happy as is typical in a beautiful location. Looked like there was plenty of parking. Ideas for improvement: Have a nicer person at checkin. Our guy almost yelled at us like a lawyer about everything and seemed very upset to be there. Really poor initial impression from this guy. Do away with the stupid blue wrist bands that, once tightened, can’t be removed without breaking them! Tighten up the continental breakfast, which ran out of coffee and many food items early and it took awhile to replenish them. And a tip for early risers: the nearby Starbucks doesn’t open until 6:30, too late if you are doing a boat charter that day. Instead, go to Abel’s tackle store next door, which opens at 5:30, has a really friendly staff, and free coffee.

Had a great stay at the Pelican Cove Resort. The room was very nice with a view of the ocean. The resort amenities were great. Took out paddle boards and kayaks on the ocean. They also provide bikes to go visit nearby shops and restaurants. The provided breakfast was pretty basic, but nice to have.

Enjoyed a long weekend here. Kitty at the pool bar was great. The drinks were awesome and the food was delicious. Fred had the beach and activities ready to roll. We paddle boarded and kayaked during our stay. The water was amazing! Continental breakfast was coffee, fruit, bagels and cereal. If it doesn't do it for you, Starbucks is a 1 minute walk down the road. We loved our stay here and are looking forward to returning!

Wow! Just Wow! Beautiful, breathtaking view. ALL the staff was so pleasant and helpful. We Kayaked, swam, used the ocean trampoline, swam after dark in the heated pool and fell asleep on the swinging pool bench. So peaceful, I will definitely be back. Recommend to all!

First time ever in South Florida and I can tell you this place has everything for you. Like I mean kayaking paddle boards pool and even trampolines on the ocean please if this is your first time come here and also this have the best fishing ever.

The place has been beautifully brought back to life after the hurricane. It deserves five stars once nearby restaurants reopen.

We stayed here for a night on the way back from Miami with our infant. They are not the most accommodative hotel. My husband had to go to the room to check if it was ready. They really need to work on their customer service. Except a lil more from place that charges >$400/night.

It is amazing! Ocean front with beautiful beach, pool, paddle boards, kayaks and water toys for the kids. Rooms were great. No either/or here, you get it all!

Great place for a weekend or 2week stay… friendly staff… plus! FAMILY FUN for most ages… outdoor swimming pool, fittness facility and GORGEOUS VIEWS, balconies (sweeeeeeet) as well as upgrades to rooms:-) thanks to all the nice and helpful staff here my son and I really had a chance to relax for a time. Will definately visit AGAIN SOON.

Beautiful property. Great use of immenities such as paddle boards, kayaks, and bikes. Nice outdoor bar with great bartenders and drinks! Staff is super friendly and the views are spectacular! Property is very clean and we'll maintained. The rooms are small but very nice.

Great location, Everything you need and more. The sand beach and pool area are very clean. The rooms all have balcony and ocean view is inspiring. Staff is very attentive and kind. Very impressive for a 3 ***. Definetely recommend it :)

It's comfortable and plenty for kids and families. For the money not the best. It's expensive. We have 12 days here. Our room is small and bed not the greatest either. It sinks in the middle. The room needs more improvement. I should say the bathroom is very nice. Teeny tiny fridge and microwave. Furniture to put clothes in broken. Not coming back to this one. Oh well. It's just the two of us we are in our 50s. We enjoy water sports and fishing. That's why we are here. Conveniently located.

Hotel was great. It's set up perfectly for a nice quiet vacation. Private beach, updated rooms, and each room is designed to have private balconies and great ocean views. Lots of water fun included (kayaks, Snorkel, etc), and it's very close to a bunch of dining, shopping, and attractions.

LOVED our stay here. A little pricey for very basic accommodation (especially during the off-season). Lots to do: heated pool, man-made beach, paddle-boards, kayaks, outdoor bar, etc. And you can also access their sister resort next door: Postcard Inn. The staff was friendly and we especially liked our bartender.
