Nice place to start our honeymoon. Tiki bar is a little pricey but to be expected and the drinks tasted great. Wonderful views and fun atmosphere!

Stop researching places to stay in the Keys because this is the place you’re looking for. Very clean, friendly staff, good food, and a Tiki bar like no other. Beautiful pool, and lots of beach space. We will definitely come back.

This is my ocean front room…not! Our plane was delayed and they said this is all they have left. Nice customer service, I even called in advance to tell them we would be a little late. But, they will give us 20 percent off, like that’s what I want.

Vacationed here for our 20th anniversary. Everything was PERFECT! From check in to housekeeping. The staff were friendly and always helpful! The on site drinking and dining options are awesome! Lots of entertainment options from 3 pools, kayaking, bicycling, beach towels, snorkeling, jet skis, tour options… so much more! The views are simply breathtaking. 😍

On checkout I paid my final bill but imagine my surprise when I returned to the UK to find another charge for $639 taken from my credit card. Despite requests to refund and admitting their ‘mistake’ the refund still has not been actioned.

I travel to the upper keys every year for my vacation. So far postcard inn has been the best decision I have ever made. The room is perfect. The view and the beach are perfect. The pools are great. The best vacation ever. Definitely coming back here from now on!

We are one of the best hotels on the Florida Keys hands down! Guests become part of The PostCard Inn family after thier 1st visit. Postcard has returning guests from the 80's checking in which means Loyalty at it's best. Even right after Irma and Covid we we're able to pick back up and keep the hotel going. I urge you to check us out and check in with us. The world FAMOUS Tiki Bar does offer Happy Hour which begins at check in with a complimentary cocktail🍹! Our signature Spiced Rum Punch which includes Rum, pineapple and more added flavors. (We urge you to drink responsible don't drink and drive). Postcard has a stuttle between the hours of 3pm till 11pm that takes you anywhere within 7 miles north and 1 in 1/2 miles south within the property. 3 different restaurants onsite such as Ciao Hound that serves Italian food. The Raw Bar which serves Raw Seafood and Tiki Bar for fried food. Psa: We are Pet friendly🐾 for an extra fee of course. Watersports is include in your package we just got in brand new Jet Skis and added more watersports activities like Fish like a Local (Call us for more info). I do recommend our Ocean🌊 front rooms or one of the private cottages🏡 for the best experience at the property. Also we do have Sister hotels like Amara Cay, Pelican Cove and La Siesta Key Resort to pick from depending on your Island vibe and number of people in your party. We cater to EVERYONE vacation needs and wants guaranteed🙏🏾.

We had the opportunity to coordinate a beautiful beach ceremony in front of the venue followed by the reception. The staff was so friendly and accommodating to all of our needs, as well as all the guests! We look forward to working here again! 😊

Resort has gone down with service… the service at the Front Desk is Terrible… im still taken by the security Guard that was rude to the guest as we watched and must of missed his calling as a Police officer. I would go elsewhere. Lots of choices in the area.

Most unfriendly staff ever.

We spent 5 days here over Christmas and had no complaints. Food was great and the hotel staff was friendly. I’ve noticed some bad reviews on here and I’m guessing these people did not talk to anyone and ask why. We got to know our bartender and she explained the non locals come here on visa from Jamaica or Haiti that is only 6 months long and then they go back. Think about how long it takes to train staff. The workers also stay on the mainland so if there is a wreck or their bus breaks down the hotel can struggle to run smoothly. Service was so at times but that didn’t matter to us. We were there for family time and the beautiful views. Great place and we will definitely be back in the future.

Picture perfect place to relax and enjoy. Natalie at front desk was amazing and Ciao Hound Restaurant was the BEST food we ever had. The staff (especially Kate) at the restaurant were wonderful! (get the lobster raviolis)

Absolutely amazing staff, views, suite, pool, beach front, food, drinks, music, and atmosphere. We could not have asked for a better experience. Essence was the BEST♡ She was very helpful and went the extra mile for us! Andrew was very knowledgeable, super easy going, and a joy to talk to. Stopped in for a drink at the supposedly famous Tiki Bar. Ordered two pina coladas and two rum runners. They came out of a machine and were the worst we've ever had, at the highest price too. I feel violated. Stay away and save your money. The view is not worth wanting to vomit on the drive home.

We planned our elopement at The Post Card Inn in Islamorada, and we could not be HAPPIER that we chose this resort and the staff to help make our day perfect! They did more than we ever even expected and blew us away with every single detail. Awful! Had to ask 2 times for a server. Food was pitiful! Drinks were ok. Would not recommend! Used to be good years ago but has really gone down hill.

Love this place so much! We go twice or 3 times a year! Don’t go anywhere else! You’ll have everything you need here. From amenities to food close by or nice house. Can’t wait to come back. Best hospitality in the keys. More than worth every penny.

We stayed at Postcard Inn for an anniversary/dive trip this week. Calvin was super helpful and made our anniversary extra special with a fantastic room and special touches. The room not only was beautiful but the balcony was incredible for drying out all of our gear — super helpful — thank you! For those looking for an easy place to stay and dive, this is a great spot, walking distance from Islamorada Dive Center. Also… I'm happy anywhere that allows pets! We didn't bring our own but seeing all the cute doggy faces everywhere was wonderful.

We were there last week and had a great time! We absolutely loved it! Highly recommended.

Was just there with family and dog. Everything was great. The first floor beachside rooms are perfect with a small porch, close to beach (like right almost on the beach). Drinks at pool bar and tiki very good and good service. Choi hound open for room delivery and was very good. Raw bar just in process of reopening. Staff were all excellent. Great place.

This resort is amazing! Spent 5 nights and didn't want to leave. Every view is pure paradise. The pool, tiki bar, and our room had a view of the beautiful beach and turquoise water. We explored the sister resorts, but Postcard is hands down the best. Relaxing on the beach is food for the soul.

Need a great place to eat? They have several. Need a great date night location? This is the perfect setting. Want to hear some great music and entertainment? Want to watch the game? Big screen and seating set up. So much to see and do here. They’re doing such a great job of making this place my new favorite hang out.

You may not be sure when you pull up but omg this place is incredible. Great welcome when checking in. Restaurants and bars are so comfy and fun with the live music. Pool and beach area couldn’t ask for more oh and the paddle boarding and kayaking free and lots of fun. Will go again for sure.

We just finished our stay and had a spectacular vacation. The room was perfect, the service great, housekeeping does a fantastic job, and ALL the staff are friendly, engaging, and a joy to talk with. We will DEFINITELY be back.

We docked the boat and ate at the restaurant. Great menu options. Had the loaded fries with bacon and cheese and it was a big portion and loaded with lots of cheese and bacon! Conc fritter was the best! Beer selection was good as well as drink options. Awesome view of the Atlantic. Clean and definitely will be back highly recommend the view it’s amazing.

One of our favorite destinations for a beautiful and relaxing getaway. We’ve been 4 times and always have fun. Two large pools, right on the beach, clean and comfortable rooms with beachy decor, lush and well-maintained gardens, all the fun beach toys, close to great restaurants and free parking. That said the on-site restaurant, Ciao Hound, needs to go. I’ve eaten there twice, once when it first opened and again this past weekend. Empty tables, mediocre food and an unappealing name. Such a prime location deserves a primo restaurant. Also the sargassum is a problem because it collects trash and mucks up the beach. I’m hoping the construction will be completed soon so we can visit the Raw Bar again. Looks like they’re nearly there.

Everything you need is within the resort. If you did want to venture out its convenient to gift shops and wonder restaurants. The staff is friendly and very helpful. We plan on going back!

Patrick the bartender was excellent. Fun tiki bar with great music right on the water. He goes out of his way to accommodate people while making a fun time atmosphere.

The bar service and drinks are horrible. There is probably half the staff their should be while they rebuild. Awesome location and view, but service sucks.

Awesome resort, staff was very friendly. Paddle boards, kayaks and bike rentals were free with your stay. Free shuttle to the restaurants and bars. We will be back next year!

A quiet place. This in the area of the Florida Keys, at the entrance of them, you can go in the day, it's lovely. It has a pretty good coffee bar.

It was a wonderful experience that every time I can go on vacation and I really like that place.

We loved the tranquility, it is ideal. It is in the area of the calluses of Florida but not so far away. You can go in the day and have a pretty good cafeteria bar.

Very nice hotel, pet friendly. Nice Beach, pool and jacuzzi. One of the nicer hotels that is reasonably priced. On islandmorada in the Keys. Easy to get to and it's only about a third of the way down the keys which is anybody knows it's a long way to Key West from there. Nice spacious rooms most of which have a view of the Atlantic Ocean.

When I was here they we're still closed from hurricane Irma but renovating. I've been here many times in the past and it was awesome. Best rum runners and key lime coladas. Perfect view of the islamorada sandbar off the coast!

This is a great place to stay at if you like amenities, because you are right in the heart of all the action. We stayed here on a memorial day weekend. They were overbooked and our room was not available. They upgraded us to an ocean view room for free! It was great! We were just a few feet away from the jet skis, bar, and pool.

I visited at The Starbucks en route to Miami… my new stop! Lovely staff and spotlessly spotlessly clean throughout. I will look forward to the construction barriers being removed however.

New management/owners. Stuffy new look and feel. Holiday Isle was the best for locals and visitors. Yes improvements were needed. Upgrades to rooms, kitchen, grounds etc. We're necessary. Holiday Isle was well used and enjoyed by all. Maintenance was needed. Raping a keys icon to be another over priced Miami style destination was wrong. We live in the keys for a reason. People come to the keys for their same reason. Water, art, diving, fishing, nature, peace and quiet etc. In a local atmosphere. I'm very disappointed in the developers rebuilding our home.

Myself and two other couples stayed at PCI for Labor day weekend and were disappointed. This hotel is supposed to be a 4 star hotel but wasn't. It was very disappointing! First my booking was a mess, I'm sure the hotel would know exactly what I'm talking about. (Website displayed a different rate than what I was told during the booking. The resort fee was not waived once we got to the hotel as stated the day before by the manager). The wait staff service at the oyster bar restaurant was horrible. The waiter was busy flirting with another wait staff member instead of attending to us. It was around 11:30 am when my group and I decided to order lunch before our dive. We told our waiter we were diving at 12:30 am and asked if he can rush our food (3 Cuban sandwiches no drinks). An hour passed by and still no food. We ended up asking a different waiter to check on our food and soon after the food was brought to us but it was dropped on the ground by the food runner. Literally right in front of us. All we were told was sorry and if we come back they would give us better service. Just horrible service all around. Our room service was horrible. They came in and made our beds and gave us new towels but did not sweep the floors in the restroom or room. There was sand all over floor from us dragging in sand from the beach. We also had to call for a maintenance man to unclog our bathroom sink drain. Since the first day we arrived at the room the sink was clogged.

All very nice and friendly to my family and I loved the place, I recommend it.

We had several minor items that we addressed and they turned into bigger annoyances and displeasure. We had a family vacation of 8 that we were hoping to make a yearly tradition. We will not be staying with Postcard Inn again unfortunately. We were charged initially for 4 pets between all of our rooms. We had 3 and were told it was $100 per room. We then were told it was per dog. This was later fixed by management. We had a newborn with us and placed us in a room that was a wall away from the construction. We were unable to get her to nap during the day due to the loud banging. We did call the front desk but all that they could offer was a room without a view for the following day and away from the rest of our family. We paid, drove, and planned to be able to walk out to and wake up to the beach. This was disappointing. We ate on hotel grounds at the Ciao Hound. We split the bill 3 ways between our family, $60 cash, $50 on one card, and the rest on another card. Those with cards signed for their amounts. The total bill amounting in over $150 was charged to one card after check out two days later! To me that seems as though the cash was pocketed by someone. It took several calls and emails to get this resolved. My brother and his girlfriend had to switch rooms the second night due to a heavy ant infestation in their room. At checkout they had raw bar charges that were not theres. The manager Mia has requested bank statements proving it wasn't theirs.

We had the best time at this resort it was amazing, we had a wedding there and the staff, the food, the views were all fantastic. This resort has everything u need. Great water sports, Tiki bar, great staff, fab cocktails. Great food. BEAUTIFUL views, 2 pools. The rooms are clean and the beds is very comfortable. There is Starbucks on the site and the restaurants Cia Hound we really enjoy it great food and lovely staff. We had breakfast every morning at the Raw restaurant which has great food!

PCI put on a great spread for our beach birthday bash. The food was excellent, the waitstaff was so friendly and everyone was so accommodating to create a casual (but elegant) and carefree evening. The food was so flavorful and hit the spot after a day in the sun — — highly recommend the jalapeno shrimp, sliders, grouper cheeks, and fish tacos. We had a great time!

The hotel was generally nice. The tiki bar and beach side were great for the family. We did get a complimentary ocean view upgrade which resulted in hearing all the late night party goers downstairs. But the stay was pretty nice.

What a disappointment to pay as expensive for a low-end room. There were several buildings and our room looked out onto a parking lot. Impossible to close the eye at night because the air conditioning (very old model) was so noisy and it was at the level of the headboard. This hotel should divide these prices by two to be acceptable!

We had a wonderful 3 night stay. The rooms were very nice and had great views! The beach was beautiful and the people are very friendly. Just on the Expensive Side!

Post card inn previously Holiday Isle is an awful place to go! The staff is horrible and rude! I've been going there for over 30 years and I took my family including my pregnant daughter in law to visit only to be screamed st by an obnoxious employee named David who threatened to call the police on us because we wanted to take a quick swim in the ocean after spending money on food and drinks to be told to leave its private property only for guest! The property manager couldn't wait to follow us off property how ridiculous the stores are no more what a waste of a wonderful property.

All looks good on paper and in internet but when it comes to execution it is very poor! Checked in June 21st as part of my honeymoon. First we had to change the room because the air condition system was so lound that you can't stand it. The new room we got was closer to the highway and had no corridor — So we exchanged air condition noise for truck noise!
Then it came to the point of payment — Reception staff instructed that deposit they charged will be returned within 5 — 7 …working days. It didn't!
I did not get my deposit back even today! That is theft in daylight! The only positive I can say is the beach staff — awesome guys you can count on!

I have visited Holiday Isle resort many times over the past thirty years and have experienced its highs and lows. Even with all of the remodeling that has gone on recently, this place has lost its character and soul. The beach, restaurants and bars used to be teaming with activity. Now, you cant even use the beach unless you are a guest. The Tiki in the sky is gone and the once very busy boat rentals, are no longer very active. Return to your roots while maintaining the facilities and Postcard Inn will be successful. Right now it appears to be trying to be something that it is not!

If you are looking for a hotel with a beach this is not the place. Their swimming beach is incredibly small and full of seaweed. They also gave us down pillows even though we told them we were allergic. It's an okay hotel, they have some nice personalized features. However I think it would be even better of they cleaned up their beach more so you could go further in the water, also if they were attentive to special request.

The staff so far is excellent. The rooms are decent, large and clean. We are oceanfront and the view is spectacular. Would like to see free breakfast included in the price, which is not cheap. The restaurants on site are expensive. Again, the staff is very good and that goes a long way for me. Been here 2 nights so far and I must say our stay has been enjoyable. The staff is very pleasant and full of information that they are very willing to share. This is a beach resort and the rooms are just as good as any decent beach front hotel. That being said, we are having a wonderful time exploring the Florida Keys this week and look forward to "coming home" to our hotel.

This place is a collection of different places now into one hotel. The rooms were redone and it's worth coming back to enjoy but know this, this is in Islamorada so not much around here except the sandbar, jetski's or boat rentals. So you're only left with driving from here to another larger hotspot with more activities.

We had an awesome stay this past weekend! Vanessa at the front desk was awesome, Randy and Jose at the Paddleboards shop were great! The food/drinks were good. Staff at Shula burgers and Tiki bar were slow but I guess they were on island time — all good. Overall we were super happy with our staff and will be back!

There is a car two feet from the giant window looking into my room so I can't open the blinds to see whatever view I might have. The room is really dirty (and I'm not exactly the cleanest person the ever walk this earth, I have pretty low standards for cleanliness) this place gives me the heeby jeebies. Staff was super friendly though.

Buyer beware, this place is a train wreck. Don't fall for the bait and switch lobby. The rooms have not been renovated. You can see light through the door and the a/c unit. The front desk is clueless. I was actually told that they had no manager. They gave another guest a key to our room and they walked in on us. The room a/c went out and they made multiple excuses, only after 3 hours did they offer to move us out of the room. They lied and said they had no other rooms. Don't make the same mistake booking that I did. Any questions or photos just ask.

Beautiful location, modern rooms and fixtures, amazing g food, use of multiple non motorized water toys, chairs, umbrellas and towels inc. My son's wedding was hete last week and everything was absolutely perfect including the weather. There is a large outdoor bar and the original tiki hut had not been rebuilt yet but is suppose to be soon. The only thing I had trouble with was the Wi-Fi. There is a Don Shulas Restaurant with brunch and a bar, as well as, menu items.

Our visit to the Keys was for the kids BDays, Spring Break, and a special day for my wife and I. The reviews for Postcard Inn are all over the place, and some of the complaints are so petty, that they probably could have been resolved if brought to the attention of the Resort Management. We were scheduled for a 4d/3n stay, which I paid for through a 3rd party site. Although I paid in advance to this 3rd Party Company, they reserved the wrong dates for my stay, and only had us staying 2nights. I spoke with Deloris, at Postcard Inn, a week before our scheduled arrival and she was able to correct everything for me. No additional charge. And because of the special occasion for my wife and I, Deloris upgraded us to an Oceanview Room. Probably due to the stress, and irritation of dealing with the 3rd Party Booking. The accommodations were absolutely wonderful. The view from our room was amazing. The Resort Staff were all very friendly. The guys who handled the water activities equipment were hands on top notch. They even addressed our son by name our entire stay, and made sure our kids were happy, and having a great time. Rene' Ruiz, the Director of Reservations, even sent a bottle of champagne to our room, for my wife and I. And for the icing on the cake. We decided to stay another night, but all of the Oceanview Rooms, with queen beds, were booked, so we had to opt for a standard queen double, with no Oceanview.

Best place in the Keys. You never have to leave Holiday Isle because they have everything there. Food, drink, great entertainment. Sparkling beach, water and huge swimming pool. It's definite an upper class place to stay.

I have stayed here many times since 2010 (before and after it was bought out by the current management) and it has always been amazing! Service is impeccable, the location is amazing, the beach is one of the best in Islamorada. So much is included in your resort fee, you could do something different every day. Rooms are so clean and very comfy, views from Oceanfront rooms are amazing. Building 2 has HUGE rooms. Staff is very professional, helpful, and friendly. A bit of construction going on but nothing that gets in the way of enjoying your stay. I'll keep coming back forever as long as the price stays reasonable.

Though we were there during an endless deluge of rain unlike any I have ever experienced, we couldn't have been happier with our stay. A large portion of the grounds are being renovated but even the renovations didn't hinder our experience. We stayed in a newly renovated room overlooking the marina. Spacious and inviting accommodations, comfy and very clean. We enjoyed meals at both Raw Bar and Shulas, both were enjoyable. The heated pool was a great perk even in the rain. The beaches were well maintained and grounds well manicured. Though the stay was all around excellent, the true shining star of the stay was the impeccable customer service. Our check in process, dining, house keeping, and checkout were all top notch. A special shout out to Amy and the staff for truly going above and beyond to ensure we truly enjoyed our stay. The personalized and warm hospitality is a force all its own. We at no point felt like a "customer " but truly were made to feel right at home as a true "guest". We have found a location in the keys that we enjoyed and now are truly looking forward to our next visit!

From the outside the place looks dumpy. But inside our room was a fresh remodel. Only problems was the refrigerator cooling shelf is detached and the balcony still needs work. The resort is being remodeled. The famous Tiki Bar is closed. It also appears that the original lobby is being renovated and a front restaurant. Otherwise, the beach side pool is nice although it was odd that the stated closing time was dusk. I did not use the following but they appeared nice: beach, water activity equipment, beach bar. The free Wi-Fi is very good and in room TV is DirectTV. They are on a good part of the keys right off the main road. I would return again and hope to see the completed renovations.

BED BUGS BED BUGS BED BUGS! Stay AWAY if you know what is good for you and you don't want bugs crawling all over you once you lay down. We will not be back. This was not the experience I was expecting for the money that you have to pay to stay in a place like this. This is not the resort they say it is.

I really liked the place! It is highly recommended.
