My friend and I were booked for two nights at this great resort. Unfortunately she was taken ill and our trip had to be canceled. We missed the reservation cancellation date. I contacted the inn to cancel and they were very nice and understanding resulting in a 100% refund that was credited to my account within two days. Will definitely reschedule our visit.
