What a wonderful stay. Arrived on Friday and they upgraded us to the most amazing experience. The views mad me so HAPPY! The office staff were great, friendly and professional. We enjoyed our room and stay so much. Thank you for the perfect memories.

One word. Cockroaches. We booked 4 nights here. The pool is tiny — 12 person maximum. They refunded the resort fees and changed our rooms after complaining about the roaches — only to learn they recharged the fees, and I had to complain to get them removed again. If we could have walked out on our stay, I would have but there were no vacancies anywhere due to lobster mini season. The second room had a hole in the ceiling in the shower! I stuffed toilet paper inside… there were partiers next door — the rooms are adjoined,, so I had to stuff a towel under the door. In the morning, the maid was outside when we were leaving and even she commented on the noise. I would never stay again — book elsewhere!

This was an amazing place to stay. We arrived just ahead of a nasty tropical storm, and the staff there was so wonderful. They upgraded us to a villa suite, with protected parking under the villa. The room was super clean and beautifully decorated giving a spa-like feel. I only wish the weather would have been better because the outdoor amenities are amazing too. We plan to come back. As soon as possible!

Went there for Labor Day. This is during covid 19. The rooms were clean n cute. Property is nice staff is kind & helpful. Good location. But holiday rates are outrageous. But I never been so I paid the $ 795. I recommend this place.

The hotel was great, the staff was awesome! my only issue was with the parking, trailer parking and the mass confusion with boat slips. That is the only reason why I would give it 4.5 Stars. Other than the the boat slip problems I would definitely recommend it 7 days a week and twice on Sunday. One other note the keys grill right next door and the Little Italian place across the street the food is phenomenal!

Had a great time & will go back. The location was great! Receptionist was rude at check out but everything else was thumbs up!

Julia the manager was very helpful we stayed here in March before all visitors had to leave the Keys. Julia you are a fantastic manager. Hope to see you again on our next stay.

Great ocean view great room only wised it had another bathroom with four women sharing it.

This place is pretty chill and I recommend it if you want to unwind. They have boat and Jet Ski rentals or you can use canoes and paddle boards for free. We had a few issues with the key having to be programmed almost daily, the remote not turning on the TV and the phone not working but as soon as we told them, they fixed the issues. Update: we had a little issue the last day (8/3/19) so I will come back to update my review if need be.

Great place to stay! The staff was awesome and our room was very clean and perfect spot to stay when you have a boat! We will return!

We recently stayed at the Hadley House while visiting Islamorada. Overall, staff was friendly and the view was great. However, we asked for the cleaning staff to mop our floor, because our feet turned black. They never mopped, so we did so ourselves. See pictures. Also, our refrigerator smelled like fish and asked to clean, and never did. We did not receive clean towels, and had to call, as nothing was left. Shower was also dirty with several rust spots.

Hadley House is newly renovated. Some new construction is still in progress but this place will be phenomenal when it is finished. Free breakfast from 8-10 a. M. Paddle boards and kayaks! We stayed in a villa and it felt like a home. Staff is very friendly and accommodating.

Truly a pleasure! Help is wonderful I spoke to a front desk lady named Giselle she such a cool gal she was so sweet and Patient when I asked my questions and stated my concerns on this Resort … I so recommend this place.

If I had to choose anywhere to stay; Hadley House is the place. The employees alone make you want to stay longer. I made my reservation a Few days prior, Went in, and was greeted by the kindest receptionist ever. I believe her name was gisselle… sorry if im butchering it, but hi if you're reading it. Im telling you why stay at Hilton when the service you want is at Hadley house. Worth every penny I tell you. Will definitely be staying again.

This place is newly remodeled and immaculate. Read some older reviews and allow things change. Staff was great and they are in a remodel mode to be sure. Continental breakfast as advertised. Would stay again!

Booked this newly remodeled (still being remodeled) resort on a mid-week whim and I will be back! Staff was helpful, polite and accommodating. Rooms were super clean and the atmosphere is awesome. Quaint, quiet; just lovely. Can't wait to see it when it is completely done.

Horrible place. Over charged me. “Condo” was a dirty stiff bed with tiny kitchen that had no pots. Pool smelled. Beach had garbage and dead fish.

Staff wasn't polite. Room was good. Location tranquil and relaxing.

Standard room overlooking car park then as staying longer upgraded to seaview suite on first visit. Second visit stayed in villa. Both times good and great location with friendly helpful staff.

They are ripping me off. I didn't stay there because they didn't record my reservation and than are charging me. When I got there they tried to correct and failed but charged me full price anyway. I also had a reservation for my boat in there marina which was in disrepair and could not use it. But they charged me anyway. So no stay at hotel and they charged me. And the lady said I would be refunded 100 %

This place is a complete dump. I swear that the rooms were from a third world country. They completely lied about the free breakfast. Roaches in the bath tub and the beds were terrible and my wife got bit from bed bugs. Do yourself a favor and don't let the pretty pictures of the Florida keys lure you there. There is a lot of other places for around the same amount of money that are much better. I can't believe that the dump was a Days inn. I expected better for a big hotel chain.

Horrible service. The manager was a woman that try to charge me $15 more after I check the price 10 min later with another girl that some night. On top of that they charge me $169 for the night after they told me the price was $139. It was not until today that I saw the bill and I am still trying to find out what was the reason for that. Breakfast was absolutely an acceptable for $169 a night. They had oatmeal but there was not a microwave… go figure it out! The only reason why I stayed there is because I arrived really late and non of other hotels in the area had open front desk. Think really well if you are about to stay in this place.

A very roomy and homely stay. A bit untidy, but not unclean. A little bit of a walk to the "beach", but great restaurants within walking distance. Not a holiday inn, but a decent stay nonetheless.

Very laid back hotel. Loved the ocean view room with nice housekeeper. The 2 stars is due to the pool. Hours were closed at 4pm and there was green slime all the way around the edges. Brown stains on the floor of the pool. I would not even attempt to use it. They have lots of water toys to rent and a lovely marina. There focus is obviously on the water toys and not the pool.

It is good and a beautiful view, but the air of the second floor of the sweet, is not good, the bathroom is full while bathing, and the cleaning service is awful, if they fix that small sizing, much more beautiful.

This place is nice. Some of the villa's carpets do smell a little bit like dog pee but rooms without carpet are fine. There is no meat breakfast items only cereal, muffins, yogurt, and bagels. Has mini bar and is really close to the beach. Their television sets are a little old school and blurry. This stay was a little below average.

Stayed in the tower on the bay. The suite was huge with a beautiful view of the ocean from the wraparound balcony. The suite could use some updating but it was more that sufficient for a weekend of fishing and relaxing on the beach. The reception staff was extremely friendly and engaging. They have boat, jetski and kayak rentals onsite. I will definitely stay here again.

I am not a competitor nor a disgruntled employee. I am a recent, full revenue guest that as any other guest, expects to pay what he is told he's going to pay. In spite of all negativity I had previously read, I was really looking forward to leaving a most wonderful review. As it turns out I have added myself to the list of unhappy guests. I made reservations to stay here a couple of months ago against my better judgment, even after reading reviews, I decided to give it a shot. The first time out I was headed to the hotel my boat trailer broke and I had to turn back, in the mist of all that mishap and I do understand, I had to be charged a day for no-show, np. I did drive down and decided to inspect the place and room before staying. No Hilton, but OK. A month later I decided to come down again, this time for 4 nights. Decent price, I liked the room I saw and dock space. We even talked friends of ours to book rooms as well. It turns out Sherry was the front clerk there when I arrived, Sherry, very pleasant, she even remembered showing me the room before, and after a little chat, she decided to forgo the $25 per day dock fee, as a sign of good gesture that I had returned. She printed the dock permit with a — 0 — balance and I took it to the "dock manager" which by the way, are superb people with excellent service, they run their own boat rental operation in the rear by the water.

Service was great. View and location also great. Good price, however room is highly dated and wasn't expecting that.

To my surprise. I was apprehensive to make reservations based on reviews, but after getting here more than satisfied. Yes it's an older place, but you're going to pay a whole lot more for something newer.

No complain, for $179, 3 members and 2 little dogs, sofa cama and kitchenet I think it's worth it.

Everything was great BUT the bed bugs… beware.

Great customer service; the breakfast was great. They also let us jump right off the Beach front to dive for lobster. Would highly recommend this place for anyone.

If you are taking a boat on a trailer, it needs to be less than 20 feet because the launch ramp is so small and has a quick drop off. At lo tide, I am not sure how anyone could do it. My boat is only 16 feet long and they still managed put 2 big scratches on it, but I did not see them till I got home. The guys on the dock were nice enough, but the ramp is ridiculous. Obviously, they charged me to use the ramp. In addition, the water to my entire building was off for the first 4 hours of my visit. I finally just left to go out to eat (not smelling too fresh). When I got back and entered the room, I turned on the lights and saw several german cockroaches. The little ones that hide under counter tops, in the dark, and typically are infested inside light switches and outlets. Not too settling as I tried to fall off to sleep. The shower was very very lo flow, but I guess I should have felt lucky the water was even on. My electronic card did not work after the first time using it, not sure what that was about but had to trek back up to the front desk to get two more cards. My room was in the back. It's not worth staying there frankly, even though they had a boat launch and you could keep your boat there docked overnight. Which I think there was a charge for that too, but not sure. All of the keys are a bit trashy and run down, but eventually, I will find a spot that is CLEAN and hopefully reasonable. I paid $167 for the night and it is a summer rate.

I have NEVER paid so much for so little. It is difficult for me to believe the five star reviews. Maybe five years ago.

My weekend started off very bad. I had made reservations to another hotel which I will not disclose the name, but I decided to go to the days inn in Islamorada. Upon entering I felt such a positive vibe and atmosphere from the staff member (SHERRI). Then the rooms were outstanding, I really did enjoy my stay. I am a Hampton Suites customer but after seeing and staying at the Days Inn I believe I just found my new home away from home.

Do not book here, the hotel managers are very uncooperative. We cancelled our night stay just outside the 24hrs due to a cancelled flight and the hotel took our money anyway ($179.00). Beware before u book, I was a loyal Days Inn brand customer, but not anymore. Enjoy the free money. Now I see why this hotel is last in the TripAdvisor ratings for hotels in the area. Update: Finally made it to the Keys, I guess the cancellation was divine intervention. Passed this place on the way to Hampton Inn (no 24hr cancellation), this place is a hell hole. Dont take my word for it, but wait to book onsite.

Exhausted after a trip to key west. Last room available and now I know why. Hot water tank was broke and the floor was soaked, no working water in sink or shower, and phone did not work. Fairly clean rooms except for behind furniture and under beds. Ocean view room overlooks a bunch of trees. Not worth 209 per night.

Family with kids stayed for one night while vacationing in the Keys for the weekend. This inn was a great find that provides you with everything you need for your stay. Very comfortable and friendly staff. If you don't plan on staying in the room all day, you wont be dissappointed. It has all you need and not all the frilly stuff.

Down in the Keys for weekend and and decided to split (1) night with a friend. Spur of the moment type thing. We explained prior to getting a room ~ we were going to split the cost, which we were told we could do at check out. However, CUSTOMER SERVICE did not bother to tell me they were putting the entire room on my card ALONG with a $100 deposit. So now $283 has been tied up for DAYS. Along with $91 charged to my friends card. I called them and they stated that everything but the $91 charge to my card should drop off by Sunday morning. Here it is Tuesday afternoon and still have all my money tied up! Very unhappy with customer service.

If you think that this property is bad, you;re wrong. We stayed in late april of 2008 and it was great. Our room was so cool, but the only thing that there were just cinnamon rolls and coffee. But I like this hotel.
