This USE to be an amazing clean resort then they sold it a few months ago, ants and roaches in the room, 1/2 the light bulbs in room burned out, sometimes the hot water didn’t work, cigarette butts litter the sand/beach area, boaters, people from the other resorts (not staying here) come in and use the pool and lay in the chairs. I had a group here with several rooms we canceled one room several weeks in advance the refund never went Through to the credit card. Five weeks later Cliff the Manager still has done nothing to get it resolved. Sad to see such a beautiful resort going downhill.
