Nasty. Dirty. Disqusting. Bad. Owners. All Rooms Are Infested with Bed Bugs. Crackheads Everywhere Can't go Outside. hopefully sum1 reads this from the county and investigates the unhealthy conditions mold in and on the roof on bathroom… unless u like these conditions stay away…

Clean, comfortable, and you can't beat the customer service! The gentleman at the front desk is so nice and helpful. I have tried to stay other places in the area when I travel to the Valley and let me reassure none of them will provide the pleasant experience provided at the Panorama Motel. All other lodging in the vicinity should take a lesson from this business. Highly Recommend!

The lady at at the front desk was just a rude, disrespectful miserable low life! When I was checking in I told her I had made a reservation online and when I received my booking email I had shown I was going to pay 79.99$, I even showed it to her and the scum charged me 91.00$ and Just displayed an attitude towards me about it. The room was flat out filthy, it smelled like cigarette, there was a big hole on the wall, and it was dusty. I highly recommend staying away from this dump.

Great value on spacious, clean, room and grounds. Friendly staff. Close to all shopping and LA.

BIPOLAR FAMILY RUN THIS PLACE Father, Mother, and Son trio run this place with a neurotic iron fist. Come play the thrilling game of "Will They Throw You Out? " and see if your very presence is enough to trigger a psychotic episode from one of them. Simply asking a question during checkin has been known to anger them at which point you will barely be able to decipher a suddenly irate Indian accent "Do you even speak English?!?! "… no matter how obvious it is that you speak perfect English. At this point you've won (or lost) the game and can take a donut out of the surplus donut supply kindly provided from their donut vaults because you've past the point of no return and are about to be thrown out by a psychopath who will literally dial the police since your mere presence is enough to make a grown man behind bulletproof glass scream. Surely 911 must know they're total nutcases who perform this charade hourly but still it is quite threatening and rather unpleasant. Considering you probably just asked what time checkout is or if they needed your reservation number the response is rather odd. Amusingly odd is the son, who is clearly heir-apparent to the family empire, one day will want to coddle you in his clammy hands and stroke your hair and the next day he's going to assault you as if you were some kind of baby-trafficking puppy-eater. So consider this when you make your reservation… it's NOT guaranteed and is subject to change at anytime during your stay.

If you like to feel like home panorama motel it the place you like to stay the service is great I personally stay there and the place it clean I special recommended hilly and the price is reasonable I recommend.

This is the worst hotel that I have ever stayed in. The room was filthy, looked like it had not been cleaned. My sister went around wiping down anything that we touched. There was a lot of garbage under the beds and behind the refrigerator it looked like drugs in the drawers. I would not recommend this Hotel to my worst enemy.

Its cool but a bit on the pricey side for as run down as it is. Service was pretty good and was quiet. A plus for sure.

The person on the front desk was supper rude and not friendly at all. I asked him if I could pay through phone or through the internet he said no and kicked me out. I was scared for my life for a second but I just walked out and didn't look back. There was no need for him to be so rude to me or even to kick me out like that. I put one star because they wouldn't let me post without at least one star.

Refused to honor two bed price on line after I paid was told my girlfriend couldn't come inside my room or I'd be put out.

MGMT very pleasant and efficient. Very low key and non evasive start and clients. Great price!

My room was nice and clean and no evidence of insects. Furnishings were sparse — no floor or table lamps — but had both refrigerator and microwave. Location seemed quiet and secure. Parking was always convenient, even on weekends. This seemed very ordinary but fair value for money.

Tagging everywhere inside the room's entry door and bathroom, it had a microwave but it was missing the door, cigarette burn marks all over the tub. The only reason im giving two stars is because the booking online and confirmation over the was easy and staff was polite but in person it felt like he was throwing our identification and paperwork at us through the window between us. The extra star is for the Wi-Fi code, good cable TV channels and polite cleaning lady.

This Motel could have been used during the beginning era of U. S Mortgage melt down. There is evidence of this room that I was in has been placed for some time. The owner of the Motel Business at best seems to have o. K. Intentions. To make this property look good now. The owners wife is evident that she isn't a happy camper with guest here. The laundry room area needs new machines that will need to be replaced. There is evidence of a swimming pool during the mortgage melt down. It happens to be covered with dirt and concrete. The room is at best a 3 out of a possible 10 score. The room lacks carpet cleaning services or removal and walls repaint, plus repairs. The toilet seat is broke from it's fasteners that hold it in place. You don't want to fall in before you flush. The bed mattress has had signs of bed Bugs frm pass cleaning. I slept on top of the covers for this reason. The TV viewing pleasure is on par with the the local cable service which is good. But I score instead the entire complex a 4 out of possible 10. The owner of this interesting poorly maintained property needs to be brought up to speed with repairing this local. If done correctly and soon this interesting location will fair better. It will also command a premium for rental rates, I would have no quilt at paying. But as it is stays, paying more than $45.00 is asking for to much from my wallet. This is my review and I hope that you don't get a bad experience as I have.

The people at the front desk we're a lot nicer than most hotels. Room looked gridy but the hotel was quiet and water was hot bed was super comfortable and they have great dish channels. I would stay again. Good for a quick overnight stay and bath.

Standard budget motel off Sepulvida. Get what you pay for, but it isn't necessarily a bad thing in this case.

Its a cheap dive that's not the problem you get what you pay for. Its the Racist, rude, dirty, nasty motel owner. Will be posting remarks on all review sites.

The staff was very nice and the room was very clean which had not been my experience in the past. I am very pleased with the makeover and I will be staying there again.

Overall nice place to lay my head. Rooms were clean and maintained. The location was perfect. Staff new a lot about the area. Rooms were priced fair. Right in the middle. Get what you paid for. The street was very busy. But the noise didn't bother. Ac was a savior.

It's a great place to go to if you want to argue with the front desk. The guy I was introduced to was not only rude but also extremely stupid. He was one of those dot on the forehead Indians, very angry to start the day. Maybe he is always angry. When you would ask him a question he would only respond with questions. Clearly not culturally customed or literate in the English language. I asked him if he can check us in before 2pm he would respond with "what do you mean? " When I would continually ask him the same question he would proceed to get angry, angrier than he already was. I eventually asked for someone in charge and he replied with, "Are you threatening me? " "I'm going to call the cops. " I highly recommend you read the dialogue in a heavy indian accent it makes the story more vivid. I eventually asked him if he is stupid, he then gets up with the angrly pouting face of a twelve year old girl and leaves the front desk and goes to the laundry room where he closes the door on himself, it is likely he probably forgot to do his laundry and that is why he was so upset. Overall a great encounter with a true idiot, unfortunately it was a bad encounter for trying to check into a motel.

The Indian guy in the office is so stupid and threat the people so bad… I highly do not recommend this motel find an other motel nearby.

Pros; Real cable TV with real remote that has a guide. Fridge, microwave. Quiet. Outside grounds nice and maintained. Cons; Ice machine NOT free, something that looks like blood and pooh on ceiling and on wall above bed. No blanket just bedspread. Beat up and torn furniture.

HORRIBLE! DO NOT STAY HERE! BED BUGS! I had to go to ER twice, woke up was bitten over 50 times by bed bugs! My two year old son had bites all over his back as well. The matress was covered in tiny black bed bugs when I pulled the covers up. The front desk owners are incredibly rude and treated me like dirt. I had to report them to health department. Worst experience of my life! It took two weeks for the bites to go away and they left scars. Stay away!

These rooms reek of cigs and he wouldn't swap me out.

Value for money. If you need just for sleep it is excellent. If you looking for accomodation and living and scary by cocroaches better (but more espensive) to find another place.
