Wasn't very clean. No Kleenex in room and front desk didn't have any! Bed was good.

Really clean and quiet. Comfortable and kid friendly. Family feels welcome.

It's very bad. I spent with itching all night. The folder is very dirty and smells bad. The first room I had been given had the sinks dirty and clogged they were missing towels and the bed was half done. For $80 It's not worth it.

This is a terrible place to stay most times i've come here there's some problem like last nite I was given a room with not heat and im handicapped there was no toilet seat so I wet myself and no TV so I was moved to yet another heatless room whete I had to sleep in my clothes, I obviously complained to no real avail so think about it y'all.

The motel room was very clean and even had a mini fridge which was convenient. The staff seemed nice, however I only spoke with the staff for about a total of 5 minutes when I checked in. The area is not great but I have to admit for a small motel in a bad neighborhood I was impressed. The cleanliness of the room and how quiet it was on such a busy street kept me content and satisfied. The best part of all though was the price and how extremely affordable it was. I'd recommend this motel because you won't find much better in the area with such an inexpensive rate.

I have been in worse places it's passable 3-star. But the main thing is who you're with and how good you could get treated unbelievable three stars.

The owners have awful attitudes and the old man broke into my room after I payed for another night and then denied me service when I complained.

Terrible, terrible, terrible. Kids playing in parking lot and running around screaming all day. Shady people hanging out all around the balconies chain smoking crack and cigarettes. Rude front desk clerk unwilling to Change rooms. I killed a bed bug in my bed and they had roaches popping up on the walls. The good only thing was the shower worked and there was hot water to bathe in. A mini fridge but microwave is in the lobby ugh. Stay at a REAL hotel if you can this is not worth the seventy five bucks they over charge. Sad to say but sleeping on the streets is probably safer.

Very dirty rooms won't come again very nasty it disgusted me very much.

I just rented for one night and a rat just came out under the sink.

As soon as I got here there was a strange odor. Turns out it was the scent of urine. As soon as I got into my room I saw a carcaroche. I left as soon as possible.

This place is ok. They don't clean your room every day. It's a little pricy for what you get especially if they don't clean your room ot give you fresh towels. The carpets are old so wear sandals. The cops come through and do room checks. Lol.

I didn't actually stay at the motel. I looked at the room before I paid and it was below the standard I was willing to accept. The room had a bad odor.

No closet, no hanger rail. No iron, no ironing board. No decorations on the wall. No coffee, no coffee pot. We did have holes on the doors, cockroaches in the sink area. We did have patched walls with out paint and a leaky refrigerator that left water on the tile near the sink. We did have management arguing in the parking lot with a homeless man and possible prostitutes (I didn't ask for they're hooker license) yelling at they're possible Johns at 1 a. M. Out by our vehicles. I could continue but I hope you get the picture. I had to stay two nights because I didn't have the time to switch hotels. I read the prior reviews and believed this was a good place. Don't believe any ratings above a one. They are either bogus or there is something seriously wrong with the individual who wrote them.

It is not this nice but when they arrive the nenorras.

I currently staying at this motel I bee waiting for my house keys, I've been in2different motels and had bad experiences. But if I would of known this motel had great service the managers are so nice, helpful. I've never been treated so nice and there so understanding. Very clean, everything you need close by. Is not a loud place is dissent I stay with my children and husband. And so far everything is greeeaaatttt! Thank you to the front desk persons! Managers, owners.

Originally booked a room and upon entering we found cockroaches (2) and trash on the ground. We notified staff and they promptly helped us and accommodated us with a much better room which was clean and free of cockroaches. It is located conveniently, there's many stores and great restaurants that surround it. Other then that, we had a great experience and would recommend to individuals that would like to save money. :-)

Called to confirm that my mother, a little child and her little dog could stay the night, they get there and this was not the case. Her car had over heated on the highway and needed to be towed! Very poor customer treatment and I called to confirm. If their English is so poor they can not understand? Perhaps they should listen closer before rushing a person off the phone! I asked about the dog. Because other locations had already told us no pets! Wasted the tow trucks time!

Clean, relatively quiet, with easy access to everything in North Hills. Nothing spectacular, and nothing awful. Also, free Wi-Fi, which is how the world should be. La Quinta delivers again.

I love this place for the most part it's always clean and neatly, although last time we went we had an issue because I ask to hold a room for us and when we arrived everything was book. At last they end up giving us a room that was obviously clean in the last minute and they only left us one towel and the trash full with garabage. I hope for next time we can have a better experience.

I don't know why people sit up here and talk shit if they been staying here for over a month and they're still here maybe you should leave and go to another motel if that's an issue and prostitutes where do you think you're at your on Sepulveda if you are still here if you're still staying at the motel why are you still here if you're going to bad mouth the place and talk about bed bugs wouldn't you want to go somewhere else where they don't have bed bugs and where your frigerator is it freezing all your food and where all the little whatever else you have to say would it be a problem if you stayed somewhere and I really don't think it has anything to do with the prostitutes maybe if dirty people learn how to clean up after themselves there wouldn't be bed bugs and cockroaches and all blah blah blah so maybe you should find another motel if you don't like it # just saying everybody has an opinion.

Well, for beginners the managers are very lenient. I've been late on payment at least twice and didn't kick me out. The maids don't speak English but, they're still very nice. There are a lot of cigarette burns in comforters and sheets. Right in the middle of a place that recycles cans, glass and an auto shop so waking up early is never an issue but, sleeping in is. There are also bed bugs. I've been staying here for almost a month and figured it was the detergent until I started getting these odd bumps all over my body. There are others who have long stay here and they've confirmed they are bed bugs because they have also had the same issue. The refrigerator in this room freezes everything. The microwave makes everything ridiculously hot but, the center is still frozen (from refrigerator). The TV is nice. The bathrooms have mold. The toilet flushes nicely along with the 1 ply toilet paper. My neighbors are prostitutes and they are just lovely. Sometimes I get a nice view out my window of the back parking lot watching the crack smoke make beautiful designs. Their pool seems nice but, I haven't dare set my toes in and haven't seen anyone else. No cleaning for that pool once since I've been here. I'm reminded how wonderful of a place this is as a bed bug crawls up ankle. Oh joy.

Not bad. Microwave and fridge. Nice big room. Comfy bed. Clean bathroom. No roaches, if there were I would of got my money back. The only thing was the construction, on a Saturday. Looks like they are revamping the place. The front desk is real nice and friendly.

This place was the worst place in the world to stay $70 a night plus roaches everywhere in toilet, bed, walls. Etc and the lady didnt come to clean our room. Worst place to stay. If you want to punish someone send them there for a night.

Not going back for sure. Roaches everywhere, in toilets. In sheets. And inside the fridge. And of course it smelled like pet urine. Asked operator for an iron, and hung up on me. Slept in car instead.
