Customer service was good. The room was simply furnished but very clean. Microwave, fridge and coffee maker worked well. A/C was really cold. Shower hot and plentiful towels. TV stations a bit limited. Free breakfast was good. Several varieties of cereal, muffins and yogurt. Bagels and toast. Make your own waffle station. Juice and coffee. All around for the price of a nights stay, pretty good.

The room was good. I was greeted by a very helpful lady who made my initial thought very welcoming. It was quiet, beds very comfortable, soap and shampoo was better quality then most. Only thing I would suggest to have differently would be more vending machines.

Friendly affordable family hotel in an overpriced underwhelming unfriendly 'resort' flooded area. The staff (LEVI) was not only professional (with regards to property rules and regulations), patient as my 6 yr old and I bombarded him with questions about the area, but above and beyond was SUPER friendly and actually held a human to human conversation! Take note front desk drones it is possible to be everything and La Quinta proves it and I WILL BE LETTING ANYONE & EVERYONE WHOM HAPPENS TO CROSS MY PATH ABOUT WHAT A GREAT EXPERIENCE!

We stay here often, and it's great for the price. I wish the pool had been a bit cleaner. But it's a great hotel.

Very pleasant stay. Service was nice and friendly. Rooms were not that difficult to find either.

I was traveling with my daughter, who has spastic quad CP. She has a very heavy power chair that is low to the ground. Originally they didn't have any accessible rooms available, so I chose a room on the ground floor, which typically isn't an issue. Unfortunately when we got there, the threshold was a good 3 inches high. I had to pull her into the room, and the jarring was painful for her. I went to the front desk and asked if there were any other ground floor rooms available. We found one with a much lower threshold and slept there for the night. In the morning I asked if any of the accessible rooms had opened up, and one had, but after checking it out, the threshold on that room was also 3 inches high. I said we could stay in our current room, but they insisted they could build a little ramp. We decided to go swimming, but when we got to the pool, the transfer chair to get people in wheelchairs into the pool was broken. After spending almost an hour trying to fix it, they apologized, promised to order the part it needed, and took one night off our bill. The room was comfortable, the beds softer than our first room, and the AC felt great! All in all the staff was great, the rooms were clean and comfortable and the continental breakfast while small, was still filling and tasty. Waffles, hard boiled eggs and an assortment of yogurt, muffins and cereal.

Generally a good stay but unfortunately we got an unpleasant customer service. After getting there 1am. We were told we needed to pay an occidental. We've never paid an occidental before and we most times book through Priceline. Agent looked up our account and stated we paid it last time. We checked our bank account and not only had no deposit been taken, the amounts didn't match of what was charged. Unfortunately we couldn't come an agreement and will have to not stay at his hotel again. I can take a crappy room, I can take a hard bed. I can even take a semi messed up shower… I can't accept bad customer service. We loved the hotel… but just need to move on. That's life.

Great staff. Very attentive. Laundry room and pool area always clean. Housekeeping does a terrific job with rooms while you are away.

The place is a bit run down both inside and out. Our room was a suite which has a good layout for our family. Two bathrooms! The room needs a deep cleaning. Shower head was full of build up, nightstands were dirty. The jacuzzi tub is great but you will need a shower after use. The jets are dirty which will make the water dirty.

Horrible, horrible. Whatever you do, do not stay at the La Quinta off Greenway & I-17. We were told that the rooms had been renovated, I suppose renovations mean something different to everyone. The carpet in our room was disgusting, carpet leading into the bathroom was frayed, good thing we took our slippers. Breakfast was your usual complimentary meal. We were there for the Joyce Meyer conference so they raised the rate we paid almost $200 for the room. We would have been better off sleeping in our vehicle. Stay at your own risk!

I am truly grateful for Laquinta Inn. I checked out and ran from Motel 6 up the way in horror and fear. The staff was friendly, and made me laugh after a long trying day. The bed was super comfy, room was a nice size and nice decor. Only complaint I had was the bathroom tub was not clean and there was a used towel hanging from the shower. I called front desk and the young lady apologized and gave me a credit off my bill, I was satisfied. I will be using my rewards card towards my travels very soon. Thanks.

Stayed one night and it was comfortable and quiet! The weekend breakfast hours were great and had everything my picky eater liked! The staff was gracious and kind. Our room was clean and everything worked well.

The part of town the hotel is in is rough, the rooms are pretty run down, but the lobby and pool were nice. Service was good. But the state of the room and the surroundings were very disappointing.

We booked this hotel online for pretty cheep and the room wasn’t to bad. It was clean but it’s kinda in an odd area. Like it will take 10 min to go get food or get out of that area. Other than that rooms were ok. The breakfast attendant was very kind and I liked her a lot. I wouldn’t mind coming back.

Nice staff. Decent rooms. Great pool area. Good location. Paper thin walls. The noise level is sub-par because of it. If you stay here get a room upstairs to avoid hearing guests above. Ice machine is located outside the rooms on the ground floor. It was a very poor decision to place a room directly across from and steps away from it. I have a new understanding of how often folks get ice all hours of the day and night due to this. About every half hour in case you're interested. 3 hours sleep tops.

Very clean and great staff. Got in late and needed one room on the first floor. The guy who checked is in was real good about getting us rooms close together.

The management was friendly and understanding and worked with us as far as waiting for payment hotel was clean and vending machine stocked. Complimentary breakfast was very good and offered a lot of variety. Overall the atmosphere was friendly and iviting. I would definitely stay there again and recommend them to family and friends in the future.

My parents always stay at this hotel every time. They feel at home. Compliments of a little frig for those evenings of eating out. Fresh linens & towels, free continental breakfast, and easy access to the freeway to visit the City of Phoenix.

Good basic La Quinta — nice rooms, so so cable (38 channels, and doesn't always work — oh well! ). OK for a couple of nights. (Oh, and be aware that for some mysterious reason, your card keys may stop working, no matter how careful you've been about keeping them away from other cards. And they'll try to blame you. When it happens, have a good chuckle, and tell them about this review. )

Came to the hotel with two stir crazy toddlers running around the lobby and the young man at the front desk was so patient and helped me alot. The rooms were great. And the hotel was really easy to find but for customer service alone I give this place 5 stars.

So far nothing seems out of place. The staff that helped me check in was nice. Don't mind the pillows I was checking for bed bugs and it seems to be bed bug free. Only problem I had was that my room wasnt ready when I got here and I reserved a room in advance.

We have stayed before and we are likely to stay again because we have friends we visit often in the area. It's good for the money you spend on the room. Our last room faced the pool area on a Sunday morning and we couldn't get a wink of sleep after 7am but next time we know to request a room on the outside of the buildings.

We stayed at this property 9/8-9-12. It's a wonderful hotel with the most pleasant staff and very accommodating! The rooms were great, nice and cool with the hot Arizona heat! The breakfast was delicious. We couldn't be happier with our stay. The pool looked fabulous, unfortunately we didn't have enough time to enjoy it. I can't say enough about the property, everything was just wonderful! Thank you for the most pleasant stay!

Great stay for a good price! The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. The property is a bit older but very clean and well maintained. Bed was comfy and the room very spacious. The location was great… near everything. A delicious breakfast was a bonus! Great value!

Room was smoke free but smelled like stale cigarette smoke. Price was cheap. In a good location to where we made plans. Friendly staff. Just not as clean as I would like. Blood stain on the sheets was a little creepy. No towels were available at night so couldn't shower or swim. Still would come again because of location and price though. You get what you pay for, but it's better than most.

I practically I have stayed in many hotels by my work and by pleasure and generally in cities small me has liked the fifth! But the experience I had with the one at 2510 W Greenway rd, Phoenix AZ! Is so bad that nor a star you give, comes with the ticket of Price line that was a hotel of four stars, Lol. Everything was a bad since you arrive, nobody knows anything the manager is supposedly in charge of two hotels and no one answered my complaints, bed had both hairs that I realized there is there more animals housed people, dirty pool that could dip my feet in conclusion that motel is for others.

Great simple room. A/C worked pretty good which was very nice for a hotel in Phoenix. Our room had a large vanity area which was a nice plus.

We have stayed at many La Quinta hotels across the US and usually try to stay at them whenever possible. This one started off with a great experience with a few minor issues but those minor issues kept adding up. Our room would not lock properly, the bed bowed in the middle, the breakfast was well below average, the staff spent time cleaning off the tables but ignored the overflowing trashcans or the empty food containers.

I stay at La Quinta for one night to spend the day in Glendale AZ. It was a room to the rear of the hotel in terms of 132. Rooms a little antiquados but clean and comfortable. Employees were very people and hospitable. Hotel is near the Mall and ligated to eat or cedar, as access to the i17.

One of the best La Quintas I've stayed at. Outstanding service and cleanliness. Shower head was kind of lame but other than that This should be THE standard for all La Quinta hotels.

We stayed with 2 dogs (no extra charge for dogs). Large beautiful room, comfortable beds, everything is clean. No frudge or microwave. Great breakfast.

Close freeway access. The rooms were very clean and nice and great customer service. It had a great continental breakfast from a variety of items to choose from. The rooms were comfortable and had a brand new TV, a microwave and a refrigerator.

No ashtrays? How does a hotel, with smoking rooms being booked and stayed in, not have an ashtray, (not one in the whole place), to provide a smoking room? Fire hazard much? Or perhaps because of my young appearance they thought I might contribute to the high occurrence of the ashtrays "walking away". Either way, they need to eat the cost and buy more ashtrays for their inventory. Also drafty window or air conditioning unit made it very chilly in early December.

Breakfast just ok big city where are eggs sausage etc? Hotel seemed rundown hole in stair well wall discounted rooms on second floor only. Pool area seemed nice good to have heated pul in cooler months. Had trouble w door sticking couldn't get out or in without trouble. La Quintas are usually much nicer was disappointed!

Ehhh. I guess I have been spoiled the past 10 years working for corporate America by staying at hotels that the company was paying for. Now that I have my own business and try to save a "few" bucks, I chose this one in the Phoenix area (instead of the Marriott or Walking Stick). That being said, it reminds me of hotels I stayed at in my younger days as a starving employee entering the workforce out of college. There are definitely "residents" in this hotel and I am curious as to what their monthly rate is. The acoustic ceilings, dirty carpet, old tile bathroom flooring, 70's Motel 6 bathroom decor and walls (indoor/outdoor) that have about 50 coats of paint justified the "cheap" price. However, the TV and bed were not bad at all which had some type of upgrade recently and the pillows were comfortable (enough). I never use the microwave or fridge in rooms, so the lack of those appliances were no big deal. The front desk employees are nice and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was similar to the HIE's with cold cereal, orange/apple juice, yogurt, oatmeal, waffle maker, bagels/bread, coffee and oranges/apples. This is definitely a middle of the road type of hotel and you can tell that back in the 70's-80's this was one of the nicer hotels in the area most likely. My wife and kids would not enjoy this place, but it did the job for me by providing a safe/quiet night's stay. I ranked this 3 stars (really 2.

The stay has been nice enough. The area is a little rundown but not the worst. The hotel looks a little outdated on the exterior but the rooms are look updated, nothing crazy but nice enough. Hotel seems clean and the service is good. The breakfast is minimal; waffles, cereal, hard-boiled eggs, muffins, coffee, juice, toast bagels and some fruits. For a cheap stay it isn't bad at all for a standard hotel.

Really enjoyed the stay. Room was top notch with up to date television options. Wifi was refreshingly fantastic which is a major plus for me. Was missing the usual in room amenities (mini fridge and microwave) I usually enjoy but made do. The free breakfast was average but not important since I juice for breakfast.

First part of my visit started with booking the night in a room. I had received AMAZING service by a young woman who went by the name Starla. She went above and beyond to make sure I was accommodated with the best fit room for my significant other and myself. Room was very clean and we noticed not one single insect! Bed was super comfortable. Was easy to fall asleep with even being in a foreign bed. Finally to top it off, their air conditioning basically made it so I could so my breath :D How amazing of an experience and it all started with Starla. Every time where in Phoenix we stay at the LA Quinta on greenway. Very accommodating, clean, and our fur babies like it also!

The stars are for their cleanliness. It was very clean, I will say that. But the pool was too hot to make it feel refreshing. If a pool is offered in the desert heat, one would assume it is to cool off, not to take a bath. The bathtub could not be filled up like a tub, we had to run the shower to fill the tub for our 3yr old. The TV was not working and when we called the front desk (from our cell phone, because the room phone was not working either! ) we were told to come to the front desk and get new batteries. The TV did not work after replacing the batteries. We only stayed one night, and didn't bother trying to get the TV working any more.

My husband and I stayed for our 28th anniversary just to get away for a night and it was a very pleasent stay. The woman at the front desk was very nice and even helped us personally when we had a little trouble with our door. The room was very clean. I am not a breakfast person so I did not partake in the continental breakfast but the small coffee maker in the room was perfect.

Love this hotel just the best.

Clean, comfortable, no regrets.

I found this hotel through HotelsTonight. They require a credit card to check in, which is fine, but they also require a $75 incidental hold (which is more than I've paid at Hyatts and Marriotts) which does not drop off for "4 days to 4 weeks" — totally absurd in my opinion considering that there are no incidentals to be had. The first room we were given, the door wouldn't open. I walked back to the lobby (note, this is a large property, and it was hot as only Phoenix can be at night). After ascertaining that I wasn't a complete moron and actually knew how to open a hotel door, the front desk clerk had the security guard escort me back to the room. He used brute force to open the door. I went back to the car to bring more stuff to the room and once again the door was stuck. It could not be opened from the outside or the inside (fire hazard anyone? ). Long story short, we were moved to another room — which had its own quirks. The door could not be closed unless you turned the handle from the inside or inserted your key from the outside. In short, this La Quinta has seen better days. On the upside, the staff was very pleasant and tried to be helpful and they offer a free and totally adequate breakfast. However, after driving for 12 hours, all you really want is a hotel room that serves its most basic function and in this regard, the La Quinta Inn was a total fail.

This is my "go-to" hotel when I'm in Phoenix. It's easy to get to, nice rooms, clean, has a pool, continental breakfast, all that good stuff. I've actually stayed here several times a year for many years with no problems. However, if you want to sleep past 9 am, be sure to put out the "Do Not Disturb" sign or the housekeeper will pound on your door nonstop till you stumble, bleary-eyed, out of bed to find out what's wrong, and you'll get zero sympathy from the front desk. Even if you thought they'd be there later because every other day you've been there they haven't showed up till late afternoon. Which is why I've lowered my rating this morning by two stars. Bit I just had coffee so it's back up by one.

Page a 50 dollars per stay, very comfortable beds and staff of first care, is conveniently located near the I-17. If you go to flagstaff is an excellent choice. Pool very clean and safe. There is a mall about 5 kms to the South where you can eat and go shopping.

Nice and clean, but breakfast is limited and not as good as other LaQunita's we have stayed at.

Based on the low price, I didn't expect much, but the beds were super comfortable, and the pillows were awesome! Clean, clean room! We'll stay here again. The Continental Breakfast included hard boiled eggs, yogurt, and bake 'em yourself Belgian Waffles, fruit, juice, baked goods, cereals, etc. Nice.
