This place has really gone downhill since my last visit two years ago. I'll try to make this quick. The pool is freezing cold and the hot tub is packed with unsupervised children. I counted 20 at one time. And good luck getting a lounge chair. I think there were 10 or 15 total. And the staff could really care less about this… or anything for that matter. Housekeeping came at 4:00, so after we froze ourselves in the pool we all shared two day old towels. The "renovated" rooms are nothing to write home about. Same old furniture, which is frumpy and falling apart. The couch reminded me of the one I had in college and got from the second hand store. Every bathtub in the place is now an old person's shower, which we found out after the person on the phone assured us that we would get a room with a tub. So my one year old daughter took a bath in the sink every night. Awesome. Maybe if this were a Motel 6, I'd be okay with The conditions… but we're spending $200 a night, and I expect more. Next time I'll be looking for a different place to stay.

Breakfast is great and the lobby is nice. Hot tub was just warm, room was big but dated. Old uncomfortable furniture, broken lamps and ceiling fixtures, cheap beds, pillows and linens. The beds are full size not queen as was advertised. Appalling rooms but the pool is nice and so is the bar. Breakfast was really nice though. Walk in shower with an ugly rubber shower curtain, no tub. No wall art, just sterile and antiquatmed and this room was "renovated". I can feel the springs in the mattress… They are planning to turn this place into a retirement home so that explains the "renovations". Still, shouldn't call it an Embassy Suites with this low standard.

Free breakfast, happy hour drinks, big pool great atmosphere. Child and family friendly. The place is in need of some cosmetic repairs. Rooms were nice and clean. Front desk was prompt with any request. The location worked well for spring training baseball parks.

I've stayed at the embassy suites once with my boyfriend, the staff was friendly, our room was very nice, and located close to the pool. I've also had family stay there and thier room was not as nice as ours, it was located on the side closest to the I17. Even with traffic coming from the freeway the room still remained fairly quiet. The tables and chairs were a little wobbly and they had some problems with the key and the door locks. But overall very clean and nice. I would stay again.

The fact that it took over 10 swipes of the room key to get the door to open should have been the first sign I was in for a rough stay. Room is dated, rundown, stinks of cigarettes, and is dirty. Despite being exhausted from a 20+ hour work day, I cannot sleep due to the LOUD freeway noise. If I could rate it a — 2, I would. Do not stay here.

Despite other reviews, this place is nice. It's very spacious, rooms are big for the price, very clean and one amazing complimentary happy hour! Front desk was accommodating for me and gave me a ground floor room that I asked for at the last minute.

Okay well it started out That my friend and I drove all the way from Tucson Arizona to Phoenix to go see the Joyce Meyers conference and we got up and got ready to go went. Pay my bill they couldn't figure out what was wrong with it and it took them over a half an hour and after I was just sitting there waiting for them to get done not even 10 feet away from the front desk and finally my friend went up there and she said yes she has Been waiting for us to come up here. You know that's just not very nice she saw me sitting there for over a half an hour waiting for my receipt and she knew that we were in a hurry because we were trying to get to the Joyce Meyers conference it started at 10 o'clock well unfortunately we drove to Phoenix for no reason because we didn't get to go see Joyce Meyers because It took over a half an hour waiting for her to give me my receipt and I called the front desk the night before to ask them for a 6 o'clock wake up call in the morning and we never got that I asked them for a extra coffee cup because they only gave us one we didn't get that either I was very dissatisfied.

Alisha/Alicia, however you spell her name… Worst manager ever. I'm not 100% convinced she's even the real manager, Bc being in the hotel business, she surely knows both ing about customer service and/or friendliness. The rudeness was insane. Her unwillingness to listen to me when clearly there was a misunderstanding with the reservation was unacceptable. I had booked a room for 2 nights. Even had confirmation numbers for both nights. She refused to even look at the confirmation numbers, and stated "those numbers mean nothing". Excuse me? They were made by YOUR company. She also said she was going to call the cops on me if I didn't sign the credit slip when she recharged my room. Let me state the fact that I was completely calm during this entire exchange. Call the cops? I never did sign that slip. After a million phone calls, she still wouldn't listen to the person who booked the room (I was here for a business trip), and wouldn't let me get My things from my room THAT I ALREADY PAID FOR AND HAD THE PROOF, unless I paid again. She said "well, you're not getting your stuff, so don't think that you are". What? When I called the person who the rooms were booked through (business trip), Alicia was just as rude to him on the phone while she talked to him right in front of me. Alicia is more than difficult to deal with. And she made it clear that I wasn't strong refunded my money that she recharged my card with. Let me assure you, I will be getting refunded.

Had an item disappear from my room while I was at work with my coworker. The hotel's response was to fist try to blow it off then tell me to wait until the next morning and then last, tell me that the only person that had been in my room had been with the hotel for 27 years and they believed her when she claimed that nothing was removed from my room. Both my roommate and I agree that the item was on the table when we left that morning for work. I am in the process of filling a police report. I am glad that I didn't leave anything of great value in the room.

It was a nice hotel. Definitely not the nicest Embassy Suites property I've ever stayed at, but they did a good enough job to make it feel as comfortable as possible. The rooms were a little bit older but that is understandable as they are trying to remodel a good portion of the hotel. I also had breakfast and complimentary appetizers and drinks in the evening offered to me which is definitely a nice touch.

It has recently been redone. The rooms are nice. The floor felt and looked like it still needed cleaning. The lighting switches and lights are located in weird locations, odd locations of electronic outlets — (like next to the toilet? Behind doors? ), no outlets or charging stations near desk or night stands, use of Extention cords behind the bed instead of dedicated outlets. It felt like no thought was put into the redesign. That was a waste of money. Staff was very nice and helpful. Very nice breakfast. A New Orleans theam is a little odd in the dinning area. I was surrounded by people visiting from the South. They are here to enjoy what the west offers not what they can get at home.

Be warned this is an imposter Embassy Suites! The lobby set up is basically the same — fairly nice and had the typical breakfast and happy hour. However, the rooms are set up like a motel and are all outside. Half of them face the interstate. The best part is constantly listening to housekeeping carts roll over expansion joints in the sidewalk. We did have a solid meal made by the on site restaurant's chef though! Just told him to surprise us with anything, and he delivered!

Friendly and thoughtful staff. Comfortable room with great breakfast options.

Very disappointing! Room looks nothing like the pictures. My room was quite old, dusty, with extremely worn furniture. Visible water damage and black spots. I know they are under construction. I expected some noise and dust, not old and dirty. When I ask the front desk about changing rooms. I was told this was the only room available. The room was quit hot, even on the coolest setting. I found it quit annoying when maintain man informed me it was set to half power. The saff is not visible. To purchase a coffee in the lobby you have to wait for someone to arrive from another position. The front desk told me to check out by 12:30 so they could have the room ready for another guest and if I did not like it I should have just left and stayed somewhere else. The purpose of this trip was a soccer tournament and I stayed to be close to the team.

This hotel has major construction underway and the crews have trash spread around all their work areas. It's a mess. The hotel should close while the renovations are underway.

Our hotel experience was fair, but it did feel over priced. I guess maybe we expected a better experience, considering it looks like it would be much nicer than the La Quinta hotel across the street. I'm sure the experience would have been similar for almost half the price. The hotel is under construction, but we didn't expect noise so early in morning or random construction workers loitering by our car like if it was a lounging table. The beds are tiny for queen size beds, which I'm 99.9% sure they are full size beds, and this was very upsetting. They did have a very UNCOMFORTABLE sofa bed with a sheet and a flimsy blanket. We asked for blankets that nobody ever delivered and we were way too tired to keep bothering that we just all fell asleep… Uncomfortably. But the pillows were nice, just wish we would have had enough of them. The room was small for a suite, but the bathroom made up for it, it was moderately spacious, and when extra towels didn't arrive, we just walked all the way down to the pool for extra towels. We did enjoy the swimming pool, there was plenty of towels available to keep dry on our way back to the room. The option to have omelettes made to order for breakfast was nice, the rest of the breakfast food was bland average hotel buffet breakfast. The staff at breakfast were very friendly and accommodating.

Stayed for one night room was great the staff was great and the restaurant was great had the best steak in years great job to all the staff and wonderful breakfast before leaving the best hotel in Phoenix.

First of all I would like to start to say I know they are under construction, But there is a thing called cleaning up after words there was a broken mirror where myself and my children walked when getting out of our car to walk to our room! and there was stuff everywhere! and we were in the already renovated part! The front of the hotel was amazing! pool area and rooms were horrible. I asked if we could get drinks near the pool and they told me that bar hasn't been open in years. The hot tub had yellow caution tape around it like it was a crime scene! We were there for a national race so I was just mostly sleep there anyway, so I just blew it off, Until Friday night when I woke up to water running out of my shower light socket and vent fan, so I called the front desk mind you this was 1:am and they sent someone down to look at it and it kind of stopped for the time being. I said we will just switch rooms in the morning not a big deal. Then it started again even worse! I called again and they sent a security person down to look and moved My two kids, wife and myself to another room now was in the old parts with 20 year old nasty carpet smelled very bad then I figured out why! The toilet was full of u no what and plugged! I shut the bathroom door and tried to sleep because I had to take my wife and daughter to the airport at 5:00 am. I dropped them off at the air port and packed up my son and belongings and went to the front desk and checked out 2 days early.

The general manager is a slave driver to his employees and has no patience. Managers should never say their employees are stupid. Embassy needs a new General manager.

First off, Sandra was fantastic, she went up and beyond to make our stay the best it could be. Madison, the hostess, thumbs up all the way around. This hotel is beautiful, the staff was great to work with. The breakfast buffet, I can't begin to explain, as well as Happy Hour. Love, Love, Love. Can't wait til our next visit. Thanks Embassey Suites, you are AWESOME.

First room was so filthy it looked like a fraternity party had just ended. Second room they provided I was bitten up all over my legs by fleas. Third room they provided was a smoking room and I had an asthma attack. I do not mind old rooms, as a Road Warrior, but they must be clean, and this place needs to rip out their carpeting and clean the place inside and out. The dressers were broken, the carpets were filthy dirty and the smoking room smelled like a 100 year old bar.

We did a short weekend and were satisfied with our visit. The rooms are smaller than other Embassy Suites and our room was far away from the pool area. The round pool view is relaxing and worth the walk. This wasn't my favorite layout but their managers reception was fantastic. Their bartender was engaging and efficient and clearly is talented. The breakfast area is cute as it's set up in different stations.

Was excited when I heard about the made to order breakfast! turns out it's just a buffet with an omelet/french toast bar. Meh. I am kind of a breakfast snob though. was not expecting the free happy hour, great surprise! nice pool, decent rooms, friendly staff. Will be considering embassy in my future stays.

Reserved a room for the weekend a few months back for some friends and I. Upon arrival I was told I was not able to stay in the room because the hotel has an open bar in the lobby (I was 20 at the time). It didn't mention this to me anywhere in the reservation process, even though I entered my birthdate, which stated that I was 20-years-old. So because the hotel was too lazy to check ID's at the bar, my reservation was thrown out the window and I was told I was going to have to find somewhere else to stay. When I became upset with this news, I asked what I should do and they said "There's the door, or we'll call security" Absolutely horrendous customer service and rule policy on behalf of Embassy Suites.

The "cooked-to-order" complimentary breakfast is the best part (especially if you go early and are one of the first few there! Really good omelets and pancakes), but the rooms and service are really great too. A very nice stay in Phoenix, one of the better hotels in the area.
