Awesome place called New freedom now.

It is a place called New Freedom. Unless your are in a addiction recovery program. Or just released from prison you can not stay hear. This place is removing the stigma that those who are felons have carried by treating us like humans.

New Freedom Arizona is 100% the most wonderful program ever.

I loved this hotel the first night. The staff was so friendly and the bartender was FANTASTIC! Tonight was a different story. We are with a soccer team this weekend like many people staying here for a tournament. To save money we ordered pizza for our girls after our last evening game (which as delayed due to a storm). Our children were eating pizza In the lobby and the parents were enjoying beverages from the bar. Suddenly the hotel staff came along and kicked everyone out of the large lobby and TV space where people were watching football. They said 9pm was quiet time and everyone had to leave and go to their rooms. What? 9pm on a Saturday night? The kids can’t even finish dinner after a night game? They kicked every single person out and said we could go to our rooms. We were in shock. Never again! Rude staff and rude manager.

The front desk lady Mellisa was very nice n helpful. When I checked in I was told I would get breakfast for a buck. I had also called ahead n confirmed this. When we went to the breakfast nook they had never heard of this and asked for a coupon. We went to the front desk n Mellisa straightened everything out.
We also had NO HOT WATER for showers!
That is not an enjoyable stay.

Great location, especially if you like to ride bicycles. Very pet-friendly staff, comfortable rooms. Would go back.

Stayed here for a marriage retreat and loved it. The rooms are lovely, and the indoor pool is so beautiful. Great staff, good onsite resteraunt…

The hotel is old/dated. The staff seems to be bothered by guests. 4 separate requests for extra towels and pillows has gone ignored. When the reservation was made, these requests were made. Guess that makes 5 requests.

You over charged me, hotel was full of high school kids and was not able to use any of the hotels services, pool, restaurant, and because we were part of a, wedding you would not let us use coupons for your hotel. Shame on you and how you treated my elderly parents. Shame shame.

We come here all the time to swim and hang out and have never had a bad experience! It’s so clean and the staff is all very friendly. There’s no better hotel in the Phoenix area for the price!

It was nice and very welcoming… but my shower was cold. Would not get warm. Tried everything both nights. Room was very cold felt nice at first, but I tried to turn the air off and after 73 the heater turns on and it smells like burning electrical. It was clean and smelled nice. And even with that, I did enjoy my stay.

This is a prime lodging facility — once you get there! The only negative thing I would dare mention is navigating the Frontage road of I-17 & a very busy east-west major road. It is not well lit & not posted very well. Other than that, I would certainly have given this clean, spacious, safety conscious, friendly, informative lodging facility 5 stars.

The staff are quite rude. I believe the place needs an update. It seems like we stepped out of a time machine and landed smack in the middle of 1994. For a Sheraton, I really thought we'd have much better customer service. For the rewards programs they make up the rules as they go. We didn't have the door hanger for the. "Make a Green Choice" program and when we finally did receive it from the security guard it was because we had asked him what he was doing with the cards and why the door hanger was different. They wouldn't backdate our rewards and we had been there for 10 days. Then the second day we had the door hanger, the 11th day we were there, they told us that we had to have reservations for 2 consecutive days to get the program rewards. Breakfast is $11 or you can pay more for the same room and get 2 breakfast tickets. At $80 a night plus tax, it's definitely Not worth the.

Booked this room over the phone, and paid fully for it in advance. After a gruelling 5 hour drive in 110• heat, we were refused the room because I had used a debit card, and not a credit card. My money was returned 4 days later, but I'll NEVER do business with these people again. Some of us prefer not to use a credit cards for hotels, and restaurants, especially here in Phoenix the ID theft capital of the world. The smarter people like to limit the amount exposure to their credit, and prevent careless access to their credit card information. This was a true moment in business, and you failed miserably! You lost a 30 year customer, and 2 other potential long term customers that day. Sad…

Let me start off with I do not usually write reviews, but I had to express the service I received Father's day weekend 2018. From the time of check in to check out every single employee I encountered was more than above and beyond. Front desk clerk, security, bar tenters, restaurant clerks, house keeping. ALL constantly went totally out of their to help our group with our request. Two thumbs up guys keep up the great work. I would definitely recommend this location to anybody asking for a perfect stay. I really hope these employees are getting some frequent recognition from their employee. Signing off sincerely Dave.

Great clean and inexpensive rooms with beautiful views! Also the bartender Ana B. Was awesome! Very attentive to making sure my drinks were always coming. Great conversationalist and very likeable. I would recommend the bar even if you happen to not stay there! Left happy and will be coming back.

Stayed here for three days on business travel. This was a great hotel with a big swimming pool right in the center of the hotel. Vending machines are there on each floor. Onsite Starbucks, restaurant and a bar. The room I stayed did not have a microwave or a fridge. Good for families and business travellers.

A very nice place to visit. From the spa to the pool to the dining to the rooms, it is nice-nice-nice. The staff is very accommodating, the food excellent, the place is not loud or obnoxious, it is great for anyone looking to get away even for a staycation. I found everything on par for price. I was very satisfied.

Wonderful place! The indoor pool is awesome! I had a room that looked right onto the indoor pool area& it was just awesome! Comfy beds! They have a restaurant and a Starbucks in the hotel! And the price was very reasonable… I was surprised how nice it was for the cost. I will definitely stay again!

Wonderful hotel, exceptional service and great price point. Hotel is going through a few renovations at the time, but the quality of the room/linens and service far outweighed the price. We relaxed at the indoor pool and hot tubs and enjoyed their coffee bar.

They gave us a group rate with an email confirmation, however at the time of check in they nearly doubled our rates… held us for 3 hours in the lobby until we finally had to call corporate managers for them to do something. Finally after checking in, with the new rate they gave us. Not honoring the first confirmed rate. We had horrible rooms. We found a roach in the curtains. Air conditioner didn't work, carpets we sticky. If we wanted to be in a roach motel we wouldn't have had to pay over $200 per night. The rooms didn't even have a refrigerator or microwave as mentioned in the amenities of the hotel description. Needless to say. They stole money from us and the look and feel of the hotel was not to Sheraton expectations. Very disappointed and upset.

My sons wedding was held here. It was sprinkling outside so there was a delay for the ceremony. The food was pretty good. They did a good job hosting the reception and ceremony.

Clean property. Staff reasonably friendly and helpful. Prices maybe a little high, unless you take advantage of prepaid rates. On site dining options are lean. Menu selections were good, but nothing special. The bar was reasonably generous with filling a wine glass, which is refreshing to see. I was surprised that this property really did not offer benefits to SPG Gold members. Usually, you will get a breakfast voucher or club access, but not at this property. Not really any special treatment or perks for loyalty, other than a thank you.

Nice facility but it is dated a little bit older. The banquet staff and bar staff were very good and very accommodating. Tammy my bartender made me a really good margarita. I would recommend that if you stay here you did not get a hotel room that faces towards the freeway it is very loud. Their pools look very clean although I did not have the time to take advantage of it this time.

Nice hotel, very clean. Seems close to a lot with a Starbucks right down the road, castles and coasters almost walkable. It has an indoor "heated" pool, but when we went the water was freezing so we ended up spending more time in the jacuzzi than the pool. The only things I didn't like about our stay there, was one, the traffic in the area. That's not their fault, obviously, but it's right next to the highway so it gets pretty busy on the main road in the morning and evening commute times. The second was, the week we were there, there also happened to be several meets with young girls both soccer and gymnastics. We ended up with a room in the same hall as them and the girls spent a lot of time stampeding up and down the hall all time of day and night. Other than those small inconveniences, it was a standard stay.

Good family hotel. Awesome indoor pool. The only down side to that is the entire inside of the hotel is so much fun for people with curly thick hair like mine lol. Staff was friendly enough. Some seemed a bit stuck up but most were nice. I would stay again.

Excellent service, cleanliness and comfort in the room, wonderful breakfast, great pools my kids didn't want to get out of them, very reasonable price.

This hotel is very dated and does not deserve to be a Four Points. The room was clean but unremarkable. Common areas look ancient aside from the front desk area. The TV in my room didn’t work at all. The front desk staff also did not ask me how my stay was upon checkout… I am always blown away if they don’t ask this. It sounds minor, but it truly shows that you don’t care about what kind of business you’re running.

It's a nice hotel. Indoor and outdoor pool, indoor Jacuzzi. The food here is standard restaurant quality, nothing to sing about, but it will fill your stomach. Good location, with close proximity to just about everything you could want. Where they really shine is when they are hosting your conference. Very accommodating.

Beautiful hotel. Big room. Nice walk in shower. Indoor pool. Free breakfast. Super comfy bed. I highly recommend staying for a weekend if you're just visiting Phoenix or a local just trying to get away from the mundane.

Great price. Some remodeling going on, but we didn't seem to notice much noise from that. Road noise from freeway was present, but not too bad. No snacks anywhere. Desk said there was snack machines on certain levels, but I checked them all and only found soda machines. They need a pantry or gift shop. And housekeeping didn't seem to understand that the be green hang tag means no room servicing necessary.

Well I thought for sure Sheraton Four Points was rated a 5-star hotel I was wrong. Grandad when I got there they had an indoor pool pretty awesome but the hotel smelled funny. When I checked in it was cold out it was late in the person at the night desk had both front doors wide open. Even my room smelled funny. So I will make the suggestion to you take some air freshener.

Fantastic amenities, and an overall fantastic staff and experience. Then indoor pool was great, and the rooms were clean and we'll taken care of. Ample parking (even for large or oversized vehicles), free laundry detergent and dryer sheets, and great food. Will no doubt make Four Points here and elsewhere a top choice when it comes to hotels.

The hotel is clean and the workers very friendly.

A wonderful Sheraton. Old but with great pools, cool cubbyholes with various objets d'art all around the lobby, easy parking/short walk from car to room, a giant awning over your car when you unload your stuff, plenty of hot water, lots of USB charging, good wireless Internet that doesn't require a code, super Chihuahua-friendly, and the nicest people at the front desk. Also, coffee shop, restaurant, and bar. One of my favorite little Sheratons for everyday stays.

Company party at the Phoenix Ball room. Apps, dinner dessert were all great. Friendly staff and good drinks to boot. Immediate freeway access was very convenient.

Older hotel but had the most comfortable beds ever for a hotel. Reasonably clean. Fabulous breakfast… but it's not included in hotel price. Small Starbucks in hotel. Found a great deal on the internet. Good location.

Great hotel! The ambiance is top-notch, the rooms are comfortable and up to date, and the staff are very friendly. The indoor swimming pool and gym were both highlights! We would definitely come back!

Liked the room liked the bartender who served us. The hot tub felt great and enjoyed that no one else was in the pool when we went down. Thought it odd that the indoor pool which is by main lobby is open longer then the outside pool is. And only real complaint is that there's not any trash bags. Call me weird but when it's that time of the month I don't want to put that in a trash can that someone's going to have to pick up with their hands gloves or not. Because now that trash can needs to be COMPLETELY sterilized. Not just wiped out. Come on that's another person's blood people. I will go back most definitely, I'll just remember to bring my own trash can liners with me.

Although am older building, the Hotels interiors and facades have all been updated nicely. The rooms are well appointed and they have indoor AND outdoor pools. Front desk staff was very easy to work with. This location is perfect for someone whose looking for easy access to the freeways and main roads, but also wishes to have the comfort and relative safety of having it's entrance and sign overtly noticeable. Seemed to mostly be guests who were in town on business, rather than vacationers or drive-thru stop off types.

My wife and I had intended to spend one night here while dropping our son at college, but ended up needing a new transmission so one night became three nights. The front desk was incredible by letting us continue to keep them on hold with how long we might need a room, and were always stretching a potential late checkout for us. They were always smiling and more than accommodating for us. In fact, every single employee I ran into always smiled at me and said hello, even the maintenance people. The room was spotless and made up every day. Room service was prompt and the food was not only very good, but extremely reasonable for a hotel. The Chicken Taco salad was far and away the best I have ever had. Happy hour was also great with drinks very reasonable. I ended up using both pools and the workout area as well. The pools were very very clean, and the workout room had plenty of equipment. If I could give it 6 stars I would. Thanks again to everyone!

Indoor pool & atrium is very nice. Especially since it's 108 outside, 104 at 8 pm. The whole hotel smells nice, fresh & clean. Restaurant & bar in the hotel. I gave it only 4 stars because the snack concession area was closed. Should have longer hrs at least until 8 or 9 pm but it's really nice. The front desk reps are very nice, friendly and accommodating. I asked about a mini fridge and they brought one to me mins later at no charge. That's just great service.

Alma was the absolute best server I have ever had. She was able to recommend items from the menu that she thought I'd like. She was fast, efficient, but also very sociable. If I still had my own restaurant, which I did at one point in time, I would've offered her a job right on the spot. I hope that her management knows what a complete gem of an employee she is and goes above and beyond to take care of her the exact same way she does for her customers. I also need to give a big shout out to Marcus for being the best barista in the world. His Starbucks drinks are absolutely amazing. Thank you both so much.

It was a short, but sweet visit. I want to thank Pamela, Food & Beverage Director, for being attentive to our every need, answering questions and being just lovely. Thank you Alma, for bending the breakfast rules for my picky grandson, we both appreciated your kindness and patience. Our room was right by the pool, comfy and cozy. Enjoyed the AC! The outdoor pool was nice, but considering the heat, the indoor was pure delight! Thank you for a wonderful and memorable visit!

I celebrated my daughter's second birthday there last week and I must say I am very satisfied with the services the hotel staff provided. Must mention the name of Max and Angelina who were very soft and polite. They were a great host for our guests and we all loved them. They were very helpful with everything. I will surely recommend this hotel to anyone who has plans for parties. The cleanliness, ambience everything is just awesome. A big thumbs up for the hotel.

By far one of the BEST hotels I've ever been at. Rooms beautiful and inside heated swimming pool with a hot tub! Reasonably priced with courteous staff! Excellent! This place is a gem! Highly recommend it!

Ok hotel. Phenomenal staff! I left my ipad there and and they sent it to me.

This hotel is filthy. After staying a week on a business trip and using their outdoor hot tub, a rash appeared on my hand. I had parasites infested in my skin from the disgusting, unkept water in the hot tub. After a month and many skin treatments later, I was able to get rid of the parasites. I would not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. Your health depends on it.

This hotel is an absolute toilet and not worthy of the Crowne Plaza name. We checked into our room to find two fans blowing on the carpet because the carpet was drenched and smelling of mold. Housekeeping showed up to pull the fans, but not to clean the toilet that had the lid up and urine spittle all over the seat. We booked the room three months in advance, and they dinged our credit card for the full amount three months in advance! What hotel does that?! We called ahead the day of arrival, and the front desk apparently "lost" the check-in information. Cassie, the front desk manager, made an attempt to fix the transgression, however the new room was smaller yet and still a moldy-smelling dump room. This hotel needs to be downgraded to a Motel 6. Never stay here. It's a total disappointment and waayy past it's service prime.

Where do I begin? This place is such a disgusting rip off nightmare! It started off with us RESERVING 4 rooms, and we're told check in at 1. We get here early since we are going to the Cardinals game. When 1 pm comes we're told check in is at 3, no rooms are ready even though they knew we were here at 11:30am! We have 6 children from 9 to 14, all starving. So we go get them something they can microwave. No. No way to heat up their food. So finally at 2:30 we get one of our 4 rooms ready. We come in and everything is ok until we see that the toilet is broken and HAD been broken for quite some time. There is a rusty old twisty-tie holding the handle together. So we have to stick our hands into the tank to flush it. Then we get our other 3 rooms. Two were supposed to be single king bed rooms. The other 2 were to be double full sized beds. Nope. Even though we paid for and reserved the rooms, we get all 4 as double twin beds. THEN we go to the pool. Indoor one is dirty and cloudy and out of 5 gates only one is not padlocked shut. Outside pool in trying to plug my phone in and NONE of the others work. It's barely even 4:30 and I'm so pissed I'm seeing red. I know I'm getting money back. This place DISGUSTS ME.

After traveling 1500 miles to move to Phoenix, AZ for a 3 month clinical rotation, I chose to stay my first night at what I thought was a safe and nice hotel. It was upsetting to find that my car was broken into at this location and the staff did NOT seem to care and they plainly informed that they do not have any security cameras and they are not responsible for anything lost or stolen. I lost over $10, 000 worth of personal belongings, and when Crowne Plaza was made aware of this, they did not offer me any help or even something to eat while I waited 4 hours for the police to arrive. Needless to say, I am very disappointed in Crowne Plaza and will never stay here again.

Overall I had a good experience, except for the steak I had in the hotel restaurant. For the sake of convenience I ate in the hotel restaurant instead of going out. The restaurant presented itself as a higher class facility that should have excellent food. However that is not the case. I ordered a $39 Rib Eye that tasted like leather. I had asked for steak sauce because the steak had literally no flavour and was tough, even though I should have asked for a new steak. I had enough when I got to about the last ¼ of the steak and asked to see a manager. When the manager arrived I had explained to him my situation and stated my $39 steak tasted more like an $8 steak. He then said the company would give me a $1 discount off the meal, which is nothing more than an insult. Additionally I brought this up to the front desk on checkout and still nothing else was done. Because of the lack of courtesy and appreciation of my business, I will never return to this hotel chain again.

Horrible dishonest people that take hard earned money and cancel on you hours before I recommend the clerenden They do not discriminate against people and their lifestyles.

Great hotel. Great customer service. This is not the Ritz but they did make me feel like I was in one. My daughter who loves swimming enjoyed the indoor pool. I was able to find quiet places to get work done.

I stayed for business. When we arrived the front desk employees were very friendly and the hotel looked nice. I did notice it was not busy at all. I arrived with a fellow employee and my boss. My boss gave the company card to pay for the rooms and then they also wanted a personal card from for incidentals. I stayed the first night and to my surpirse, the next day, I noticed they had put the charge for the room on my personal card and not the business card my boss gave them. I called and ended up talking to a manager and told him I was personally being billed for the room and that it shoudl be going on the company card and there was no apology, no empathy, he even laughed a bit! I was very angry. After a couple phone calls and talking to my boss the issue was resolved, but still no apology for the inconvience, no free drink or free breakfast. My co-worker had trouble buying lunch because the hotel took out 2 nights on her personal card! How about a SORRY! All I can say is that if you stay here for business decline giving a personal credit card! A minifridge and microwave would be a nice addition to the rooms! The fan in bathroom is SOOOO loud! Beds a recomfortable and my room seemed clean enough.
