I stayed over night and I enjoyed my visit completely. It was clean the rooms were average but it definitely was taken care of. No great views but hey there is a pool which is always cool. I'd say 5 stars, id stay again.

This days inn is very clean, spacious and secluded. The staff could of been a little more professional but they were worth it, rooms inexpensive for what you get.

If I could rate this hotel lower I would. This place is a joke. Customer service is terrible and the rooms are disgusting. I would never stay here or at any of these hotels ever again, spend the extra money and get somewhere better, it's worth it.

Good hotel with a free breakfast! Clean rooms and very quiet! The only recommendation is to improve quality and quantity of the breakfast! It’s kind of “ First come first serve “

They Suck! Check out was at 11:00 11:08 someone comes walking in my room after they accuse me of being homeless and sneaking in for breakfast. I walked out to the lot to get my babies stroller and walked in the front door of the hotel and two ladies attack me saying "did you even stay here? " REALLY! Breakfast was horrible water coming out of the apple juice. Hot water for oatmeal is in another room. Then I asked for manager name and the women behind the desk say she don't even work here and wouldn't give me her name, but was apart of the team this morning when they asked me did I even stay here last night? I can't believe the service here… I would never come again and would not recommend no one else.

I don't know what place these 5 star reviewers were staying at, does not sound like this place. This is a cheaper hotel, knew what I was getting as far as quality of room, but this place single handedly ruined our entire stay here! Before we checked in they had taken over $800 dollars out of our account on a hold for a stay that in total was only 300! They said they had no record of the hold and that it would be released when we checked out and that the manager would contact me which she did not. So they took almost all our little vacation money so we had to just stay in our room for days and just do free stuff close to here and nothing we had planned to go do! I have an upcoming trip here for 10 days next month and would have considered comming back, but there is no way I would ever return!

I stay here frequently. Lady at front desk is always friendly and helpful. Rooms have always been clean and quality service. Would recommend to anyone.

If I could give negative stars I would! They don’t even deserve one. My stay at this days inn location was very repulsive and truly a nasty run down hotel. The room was not to any level of standard and I Truly felt dirty in it. The hallway reaks Of ciggerete Smoke and the wall paper is coming apart. Attached are pictures that show my concerns. Upon checking out 4 days early, I am being told that my one night stay is over $170 for checking out early. On a good note when I showed photos to the front desk woman, I asked her if she would spend the night in the room and said she wouldn’t. Question for the person reading this review… would you eat somewhere the cook of the restaurant wouldn’t eat at? Below is a list of the things my room. 1) throw up residue on the chair 2) unknown substance all over heater 3) booger on the wall 4) gum from prior guest on night stand 5) cigarette burns on smelly sheets/blankets in non smoking room.

This wasn't actually the hotel we originally booked with our Wyndham rewards, but ended up here when we received notification that the hotel we had booked was no longer a Wyndham property and our reservation had been cancelled. I had forgotten we had stayed here another time we were in Arizona visiting family and friends and am glad we stayed here again. It is a quiet property with clean rooms, hot showers with great shower head and water pressure (I have fairly long, thick hair which can be an issue with crappy water pressure/shower head), friendly staff and a decent continental breakfast. It is also within walking distance of Waffle House, Denney's and Cracker Barrel if you want more of a breakfast. Very close to freeways I-17 and Loop 101. We will definitely stay here again.

This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed! The room was gross, there was mold around the tub fixtures, peeling ceiling paint in the shower, and a gross chair I wouldn't let my dog sit on. The management didn't bother to return phone calls about changing rooms, and didn't care about our concerns about the awful room. I tried to follow up with the front desk, but they were no help. Dirty groom & the hall smelled like an ashtray!

Don't believe the negative reviews. The rooms of this hotel have recently been updated and are nice. The carpet is clean, the bed is comfy, the bath towels are thick, and the flat panel TV/programming is top notch. The breakfast is nothing to write home about, but what do ya want for $65 a nite! Walk next door to Denny's, show them your room key and they will take 10% off your bill.

So accommodating and Jonathan was so nice and helpful. Room was nice and we were able to request a ground floor room as there is no elevator and we had alot of luggage, so that is the only drawback. Overall, very satisfied and great room, great value, and excellent service from Jonathan.

People are nice my room was clean and breakfast was good to great coffee as well and there fruit was to die for all in I loved my stay nice and quite as well.

Despite this location being a little run down, the online price for the Christmas holiday weekend was a better deal than most similar locations, and we didn't have any other problems besides one with the house keeping. We had our "do not disturb" door hanger on and they came in almost unannounced, and asked if we were checking out that night. We were there for 2 more nights, and you'd think they'd know that or would respect DND door hangers anyway, until confirmation.

Just visited a friend at the location. Room was really nice and convenient location for someone to stay if they dont have transportation. There are several stores around the hotel.

I get that this is a cheap motel, but this was honestly the most disgusting room I have ever stayed in. The carpet and all the furniture is stained and discolored. The sheets were either not washed or just stained beyond reasonable use. Mold in bathroom. My non smoking room reeked of stale smoke. Honestly would have found other accomodations had I gotten into town earlier, bc this motel is just nasty.

Check-in and check-out we're both smooth and easy. The room was clean and the area was quiet. The following morning breakfast was served and it was nice except for the fact that there was no meat served. However there were waffles various fruits and yogurts. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay and would stay again if I needed to.

This is truly a awesome place to stay front dedk is wonderful and they attend to all your needs (they even saved my medicine left in my room until I could get back to phoenix not to mention even had jaccuzzi hot when I arrived to use. They are awrsome with great rates and clean rooms and extra blanket if needed. Love this place!

I used to love this location. Was a very sentimental place until the new management. It is part breaking to say how HORRIBLE this place is now.

Bad beds. Tried to arrest my mother-in-law. They said she looked like someone that was wanted. When the cops got there they realized immediately the mistake. Owner never apologised or anything. We stayed Jerry because of the location, but would not ever stay here again!

This place smells like stale smoke all the time! The manager and owner are VERY rude. The website says they have cribs available, which they do NOT. The bed was extremely hard, very small parking lot, not enough spaces. The air conditioner input suite was very loud, the refrigerator had mold inside. The bathroom floor was dirty upon check in. The manager will tell at you if you want to check out early. The carpets were dirty and dingy, the ice machine smelled bad as well. When they did make breakfast it would smell burnt all the way in the second floor. There are no elevators either. Please do NOT stay here. The owner is a real butt head, please stay elsewhere. The hotel was very quiet, but smelled like cigarettes, and marijuana, and had dead bugs in our room with a baby. They light fixture had not been cleaned, in a long time.

This is a great stopover! We showed up unable to drive any farther for the night and were greeted by a friendly (not overly) person who checked us in quickly. The room was clean and spacious and the beds very comfortable. The shower was incredible! Being from California where low water pressure shower heads are a constant, this was a luxurious warm welcomed gift! In the morning as I checked out, I was again greeted by another very friendly person and the cost was minimal for our 2 bed room. The breakfast, I have to say was a surprise. Waffles, cereal, fresh fruit, coffee, juice and a lot more. If you're traveling down this way, this is a definite yes.

Cleanliness was good and rooms were nice but the microwave in my room didn't work and there was no power cord for the cable.

Nice and quiet compared to bell rd hotels. A little more pricey around $70 per night but it's worth it. Overall a decent hotel for a weekend getaway.

Room 216. When I enter the room, the bathroom door was locked itself. I called the front door and he fix it. Second time locked bathroom door itself early morning, again called the front desk. Indian guy came and he started to blame me, instead of apologize! Fistful, bathroom door should be needed fix fully when I called at the first time, and customer service should not be in this way!

Location is amazing. Just out of the city. Near the beautiful LDS temple and near the awesome water park!

Overall the hotel is comfortable and clean as well as a complimentary breakfast in the morning. The hotel is close to restaurants and off the highway. The only complaint I have was the lack of customer service from the front desk employee.

For the price not bad. Old and definitely could use some updates. My room was clean and plenty of hot water, towels and bedding were in good shape, nice TV. Has a microwave, fridge and coffee maker in the room It would be better if they take five dollars off the room price and not even had what they're calling a continental breakfast, I'd skip breakfast. So for under $70 it's an okay place to crash for a night.

For the price, this place deserves 5-stars Let's be real: this hotel is cheap. For the price I paid, I had pretty low expectations. I appreciate the Days Inn brand, and have stayed at several in different states. This one was in the location I needed, with great freeway access, and I was on a budget. The price was right, so I figured I'd give it a go. To be honest, the price was a little low, and I was worried what that would mean. I'm giving this location 5 stars for delivering above and beyond the price. The hotel was well-lit on the outside, and very clean in appearance. The entrance was clean and updated. Checkin was very quick and easy. The room I was given was one with very easy access. The room was clean and relatively updated. It wasn't new, but it wasn't falling apart either. The beds were brand new (there was still a delivery-date tag on one set, it was only a few months old, both looked brand new, and felt new. ) Bedding was in good condition. Everything was clean. My kids swam in the pool, which was clean and in good repair. The bathroom was clean and everything worked properly. Overall, the property could use a little going over, but again, for the price paid, this location deserves 5 stars. Breakfast was pleasant, clean, and stocked. Checkout was simple and fast. I'd stay here again if it fit my need for location and budget in the future.

Have stayed here a couple times due to other hotels selling out during the Cactus League in Phoenix, will never stay here again. Dirty, old, transients in the lot and the night staff was very rude each time I was there.

Horrifying experience we entered into lobby where there were several people yelling about the fact they steal peoples money and how disgusting the rooms are "we want our deposit back. The gentalman then said we charge everyone a 40 dollar deposit and lifted up several receipts. We than entered to a disgusting smelly doorway to ask for directions when an old ride lady have is a dirty look and she said "how many people. Us and a 10 & 2year old. She started yelling in another language I asked if thete was a problem. You cant stay I a one bed room with 4 people. We said ok we need 1big bed and a small. They then informed us they only have two small bed which my husnand and I don't fit in. We left immediately. Were waiting for our refund!

Very outdated. Not for anyone looking for a modern room. Beds are hard, no king beds, bathrooms are small, lots of small imperfections that you find in a hotel not well kept. If you stay on the 2nd floor you must carry everything upstairs as there is no elevator.

The only issue I had was that they put me in a smoking room, but that's because they were almost totally booked. The Wi-Fi was better than most hotels I've ever visited, and overall the amenities in the hotel were good. The staff were also very friendly and welcoming.

Yo, we had to wait 15 minutes before we actually got our room, more than the average wait time. The woman at the front desk had the lobby locked and would not open it. You can not go into there past a certain time (I was there around 11:45). Smh the hotel smelled like musty ass. God damn it, I'may never staying here again because of everything that'song happened.

This place is disgusting noticed all the beds in the dumpster due to being infested with bed bugs, when I asked the manager about the bed bug issue she got upset right away and told me to leave so as you seen on the other reviews please don't pick this nasty place!

Duty walls all over, wall paper coming off and duty sticky hand rails old doors dont shut properly duty windows I never get told about free breakfast I see wen I was checking out, I guess that's the price I pay for a cheap room, next time I will pay litle more for better room. Not recommend at all.

If you want cheap this is it. From the bed where you can feel every spring to the cigarette burns everywhere this screams cheap. I will not make this mistake again trying to save a few bucks.

Rooms hot, smells of curry all day long, microwave didn't work, got a phone call on the room phone scam at midnight asking for my credit card info "saying they were the shift manager of the days inn, " I went down to the front desk at midnight, and they told me "oh that happens all the time, dont give them your credit card number over the phone. All workers not friendly actually fairly rude. Side security door is always open, no cardkey needed.

Price was right. The room was very nice. Fridge, microwave and coffee maker all included. Staff was nice and I will gladly use their services in the future.

So dirty. No fitted sheets and the bed was torn exposing the inside of the box springs. The bed spread had cigarette holes. The pillows were the worst.

A very tired hotel. Our room smelled. My sheets was stained. 3 of the 4 drawers were nailed shut. The old T. V. Was held together with duct tape. The breakfast included stale bread and danishes. I'm sure if you check around you could get a lot more for $79.

I used to send a lot of business there way because family and friends in truck driving its one of the few spots to park an 18 wheeler but just had a very rude Indian come out yelling at my father before he could get over to the office to pay. We were in such shock we even told him we were going to pay the normal amout even though it was only gonna be for 2 hours and he told us they never do that its only for guests. Wow after using them for a year and this happens I will have to find a new place forfriends and famliy to park/rent a room.

I don't know how people can do good reviews to this place. Smelly and dirty that's two words I can use to describe this hotel. If you like Indian spices that's the place to be because they are cooking in the hotel! And if actually end up getting this hotel my advice bring your own towels because one they offer are dirty.

Strong smell of the spices everywhere. Mattress was fine, comforter — ugly. Pillows bad, towels worn. Breakfast poor (and I actually compare to other Days Inn locations only). And the staff! Staff is the reason of writing this review. They welcome you like unpleasant guest, and upon checkout they tried to refuse me in normal printed receipt! (all different staff people). And finally guy gave me receipt like he supposed to do, but he did it like he is doing me some kind of favor :) He said something like ok ok. It's ok. I give you one. The only good thing in this place is price and location which is next to restaurant and gas station. Would never stay there. Place stinks.
