Smoke smell through the halls, no masks on guests it's definitely not enforced at all even though they have signs all around that says it is. Our view was a concrete slab. Literally. Would never come back. Although the front desk and manager were super nice.

Great place to stay, we would stay here again. The pool was nice and so was the hot tub. Breakfast was delicious the bar and restaurant are a big plus.

Only negative was I had to ask to have my room serviced because I was only staying 3 days. The front desk attendant took down my room number and scheduled them to service the room the next day which we were very grateful for. I understand they want to limit the guest exposure but I still need coffee restocked, new trash bags, and fresh towels. Employees were very nice and helpful, the pool was super warm and comfortable, we had lots of clean towels, and the shampoos and soaps were an upgrade over what Is usually available in other hotels. For the price and service, we would stay here again. Thank you.

The hairdryer was dirty and they still had dirty towels hanging in the bathroom. Complaint to the front and they said I can give you a new towel nothings else.

The pool open and doing so while social distancing was awesome. Only hotel I know that is doing This.

First off. Wow! with the times that we're going through right now, the staff over at Hilton were amazing. All super respectful. Matt was absolutely awesome. Couldn't have asked for anything else. The night Audit was good too. Didn't see him very much, but when I did, he was doing his job. Then there is Mimi, the best of the best. For only having 1 staff member on site, the did what they could. All of these 3 showed the best in customer service. I appreciated all the qualities each had. We will be going back. Highly recommended from this guy.

The room and staff were awesome. Loved the king junior suite. 2 TVs so my hubby and I could watch our different shows!

What a wonderful hotel experience!
The room was clean, spacious, well appointed, and the bed was clean & comfy with plenty of pillow options. Hotel staff was welcoming & helpful and the Free breakfast was superior.
On arrival there was hospitality service before the check-in. Coffee, tea, infused waters, citrus fruits, & wine choices; help yourself.
We arrived too late to take advantage of the other amenities (fully stocked lounge, restaurant, gym, & etc) the layout was well designed with great sight-lines and excellent presentation. The location is a little bit out of the way, (for us, but not by much) but this is a travelers gem at a truly reasonable cost.

I love the hotel. Its clean and nice. Brakefast was so good.

Just checked in and am extremely impressed. Priceline picked here as a Name Your Own Price deal and I’m glad it did. Front desk was able to get me checked in quickly before the rush and the room is immaculate. Usually online pictures do too much justice to hotels but this is an exception. This room seems even nicer than what they display on their websites. I’ve usually stayed at the Drury next door but I’ll be back here from now on instead.

First time I’ve ever stayed in the Hilton and I have to say the experience was excellent and the price was actually quite reasonable. I happen to live on 19th Ave. Within 12 minutes drive of this particular hotel. Thanks for providing excellent hospitality. Your customer Gary Van Derveer.

They have a lot of construction going on right now and they booked us in a room on the floor they had construction men running around and a bunch of things being renovated. Normally this would not bother me but they didn't even warn me while checking in and the construction started at 6:45 in the morning very very loud with hammering and Drilling. They handled the situation well by comping us one night and switching our room to a better floor.

Close to I-17 and the 101 near deer Valley area. Great made to order breakfast. Comfy beds, nice rooms. Great price during the summer months.

Not the nicest hotel. The rooms are not very clean. The rooms are run down and need better care. The location is nice and there swimming pool is nice.

The atmosphere was great, the food was delicious, and the drinks were filling. The staff were warm, friendly, and very kind. But the service was very slow. It took 27 mins to get a lemonade. I would just like the speed of Service to be a little better.

Make sure you add the breakfast option otherwise its pricey. The food is very good. Room was clean and well stocked. The shower doors were hard to open and close. There was some construction noise during the day from upstairs but it wasn't unbearable. Overall this was an enjoyable visit.

Went to this hotel for the very first time and I liked it. The beds are comfortable and it was clean which I like stuff to be clean. I did like their pool area and the front desk person was really nice. The pool does need to be updated a little bit but over all nice hotel.

I was double charged, if I would of have not checked my bank account I would of not noticed. This inconvenience me, I told the hotel supervisor, that I scheduled to go to another hotel after my stay at the Hilton. Part of that money that they took out of my account was for the reservation at the other hotel. We are not going to have any where to sleep. All she could say was we can try to expedite the funds back, but I do not know when they will be on there. I figure since it was there error, I should of received a night free. This is a inconvenience for me and my children and their error. A night mare!

Terrible experience. Had the following issues: problems with my bill/receipt, bug in my drink at the bar, charged two different prices for a soda, plumbing issues, and construction in the parking lot which made parking very limited. All of these things happen, OCCASIONALLY, but for all of them to happen during one stay is deplorable and a representation of the poor management this place is under. If you're in the Phoenix Happy Valley area, go to the Drury. They have great staff, offer free cocktails daily, and have a limited breakfast and dinner option every day.

Great place to stay. Staff were super friendly and the lobby bar has some great local beer on tap. Highly recommend this location as it has easy on/off access to the interstate.

Excellent location closer to the freeway. The staff was pleasant, helpful, and very quick to assist guests. My room was clean, the bathroom was nice, and it was an overall positive stay.

Always stay there during the Arizona fish and game show. Great staff working with all the gun guys and the youth baseball teams. Small snafus during breakfast, but the girls worked thru it and displayed a great attitude!

I've staycationed here twice at the Hilton. It's one of the nicest hotels I've been to. It's more on the edge of northern Phoenix way from all the hustle and bustle of Phoenix. Just a few minutes from here you have happyvalley town center that has great places to shop and eat. A few miles west and north of the Hilton there are awesome hiking trails where you can enjoy all the beauty and wild life that Arizona has to offer. The hotel rooms them selves are very clean and modern. In the lobby there is a spot by check in where you can by some snakes water bottles toothbrush etc. Thay have a lounge, a bar, and an area where you can eat breakfast. A beautiful pool area.

Upon check in there is hair in my tub Gross. I wanted to take a bath. What else is dirty here? I called immediately, and the clerk giggled. I didn’t find it funny. They offered to bring up some Clorox wipes. How about putting me in a clean room? Having a mad housekeeper in my room because I complained sounds horrible after a long day of traveling. I’m so bummed. Also they tissue box had ONE tissue in it that had been folded in a fancy triangle, but if was an empty box. This place sucks at the details, and the details are what matter and set you apart. I have pics but can’t figure out how to attach them.

Clean, comfortable, nice ambiance and good location. They have an above average continental breakfast, a clean pool and jacuzzi, small but decent gym and friendly service. They offered to have their van drive me to the shopping mall and back. Very hospitable.

Outstanding staff and a clean hotel. Looking for a place to stay in Phoenix, stay at the Hilton Garden Inn at Happy Valley. Good for business, pleasure and close to attractions.

The hotel was clean and the food was good. I don't have any complaints from the conference.

I’ve got nothing but great things to say about this hotel. I stayed 5 nights there and the staff is freaking awesome. James the maintenance guy is truly a great guy to interact with. All the front desk people were kind prompt and gave great ideas for things to do in Phoenix. To all the staff I say thank you for making my stay there fantastic!

Most rooms here have showers without tubs. I seriously had to wear my flip flops in the shower to not feel so grossed out. No DVD players in rooms. Staff is actually really helpful and breakfast was great. Lots of options and the breakfast buffet and the chef are available til 10am on weekdays and 11am on weekends! Nothing great about the rooms. Aside from being big with lots of open space. Rooms have a Refrigerator and a microwave.

The rooms were quiet and clean and the staff was friendly. During my stay, a necklace I had tucked away in my makeup bag went missing. There are no safes in the rooms. I had put it there in the morning and when I got back from work it was gone. It was "found in the laundry" 2 days later… after a police officer came to file a report. I'm glad it was returned but did not appreciate being told that the head of housekeeping didn't know anything about it. I'm sure they could have figured out which housekeeper cleaned my room that day and given them the opportunity to return the necklace without forcing me to call the police.

Breakfast was amazing at this location. The wait staff who you order breakfast from were always happy to see you and definitely made my morning better with their perky attitude and great service. Rooms were clean and location is perfect with quick access to the interstate. Would stay here again.

Decent hotel. The breakfast is pretty good. Good location. It is weird that there is no door between the bedroom and living area.

We came for an outpatient surgery. Pleasant stay. The only reason why not 5 stars was the noise first an extended period of time in the hallways.

Location was perfect, only a few minutes away from the Arizona Exotic Animal Hospital where they have fabulous avian veterinarians. Room was clean, though right by the elevator so we could hear everyone when they walked to the elevator. No continental breakfast unless you are a Hilton Honors member. Little place out front called Salad & Go was amazing food!

The location, though far from the Phoenix area's most popular attractions, is close to the freeway and to several restaurants and some shopping. The rooms are on par with any other Garden Inn location and include a microwave, fridge, and Keurig coffee maker. The breakfast menu includes made to order pancakes and omelets. The pool is saltwater.

Was there for two nights. Nice clear hotel. Bar in the lobby is nice and staff is friendly. They do have hot made to order breakfast but is not complimentary. Parking was a little tight.

Hotel needs updates, there was a giant cricket in my room that was terrifying. Service at breakfast was average. Bed is comfortable. Price is completely reasonable. Walls are thin. Breakfast was good. Air conditioning works well.

Checked in randomly after hiking all day, and driving straight thru from Zion, totally exausted. The whole staff was extremely friendly and professional. The room was very quiet, clean, and cozy. We haven't enjoyed a much needed hotel stay this much in ages. Delightful waitress at complementary delicious breakfast was added bonus! Trip to airport the next day was a breeze. Wish this hotel chain had been on our radar before. I do know it will be the only one we stay at from now on. Thank You.

Stayed at this Hotel for Two Weeks for Business, and I loved every minute of it. The staff was awesome and attended to whatever I needed, including Driving me to my Office when needed. The Rooms were clean, The Breakfasts were delicious and the service was impeccable. My only complaint is that the 24 Hour mini-market they have at the front desk is a bit expensive, but that's the price of convenience, I suppose. In the (Modified) Words of Joe Bob, "Five Stars, Check it out! ".

This was a great place and it allowed me to have a great experience in the area. I will definitely stay here again. I especially appreciated Kesha's help and great customer service (front desk). I stayed for 6 nights and enjoyed every day. I highly recommend this place to anyone.

We had a good experience with his hotel. A few days after we left we noticed a $50 fee charged on the day we checked in. We called and we were informed that it was an incidental fee that was automatically charged to us in case we bought anything from the room. The hotel informed us that it was automatically charged because we made reservations online and would be returned to us in 72 hours if we didn't buy anything. Dear fellow customer, please be aware of this so you can make room in your budget and watch your account to ensure it is returned.
