I'm loving staying here. Dog friendly they come and clean once a week you just have to leave your room.
2 burner stove, full fridge, dishwasher,, pull out couch and king size bed. Separate bedroom. 2 tvs. Staff is always very nice. Pool and hot tub is open just have to sign up everyday which isn't a problem. Perfect for a family of 4. With a medium sized dog.

Super great staff and pet friendly for my best friend. On the top of my list and I travel a lot for work. Plus felt super safe going on night walks with my buddy.

I loved staying at the Homewood Suites. It was everything that a person could have away from home. Very clean, staff is friendly, pool is fantastic, breakfast is delicious and social is wonderful. Highly recommend. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Very short stay. However… I found one small suspicious spot on the wallpaper in the bathroom. Seriously, my wife is absolutely anxious about hotel rooms being clean. I have never, in the 28 years we have been together, seen her walk around with bare feet in a hotel room. Until last night. Cleanest room I think I have ever been in. Ever. Room 320.
Ashley was at the desk during check in and Anjelica prior to check out. Both were absolutely awesome. Helped with issues and took care of them quickly. Did not hear the breakfast room chefs name, but he did nothing but move the entire time I was down there. Cleaning eating/serving areas and he continuously restocked anything that was almost out. Area seemed safe as we checked in around 11:30 p. M.

Very clean hotel; great free breakfast. Right off the highway. Nice pool, pool table on the second level. The price is right.

I liked this hotel alot. Layout of the room was nice. Room had a bit of a musty smell to it which is the only reason why I give 4 stars. Otherwise bed was very comfortable. Would definitely stay again when we are back in area.

Great place to stay in North Phoenix. This hotel is relatively new, the rooms are large and comfortable. The staff was all very pleasant and friendly. Overall, a great place to stay. Highly recommended.

Just stayed there for a week while on work assignment and really enjoyed my stay. It's so nice to stay at a hotel that doesn't nickel and dime you for every little thing (I'm talking to you Vegas or any other place with "resort" fees) and offers up a killer breakfast spread and great happy hour Monday thru Thursday! Major props to the hosts — Mikey for the breakfast spread and the friendly good mornings and Blanca for the happy hour evenings. Her "off menu" chocolate chip cookies and cinnamon buns were the bomb! They should be on the evening menu too. The pool with the friendly waving saguaro cactus was a good place to unwind in the evening after work. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

The finest motel I've stayed in in many years of road travels, bar none! I have to report the staff, every member of the staff, whether desk personnel or housekeeping, asked if we had everything to our satisfaction, or if we would like assistance. The food offered at breakfast and in the early evening, was excellent and varied, with plenty of choice. The room was clean, expansive, well equipped, and the bed was comfortable. Mind you, I was on crutches at the time we stayed, and every amenity I could ask for was offered before I needed it. Use of the pool was open to my extended family as they visited. You could not ask for a finer residence in the Phoenix area. May I note these staff members, Maya, at the desk, Mikey and Blanca, from the kitchen. Clean, quiet, and accommodating. The best.

I was going to give a lower review, but the staff made this a 5 star review. I checked in early afternoon and the family above me checked in later in the evening. They clearly had kids bouncing off the walls. To avoid a big fight with the family above me I just asked if they could move me to another room. Even though they were pretty much booked up they were able to shift things around to get me some peace and quiet after a long day of traveling and working. They apologized multiple times even though it was not their fault the family above me was the issue. Other than that, the rooms were clean and the pillows were great. I tend to have neck soreness if the pillows aren't good and I woke up feeling well rested. I will stay here again if I'm in the area just because of the great staff.

Went here for an overnight stay in the two bedroom suite. The front desk person was very nice. I was not too impressed with the free breakfast, but not complaining since it was free.

Great place for happy hour. The pool could have been better since it looks pretty small but great for kids. Been there only once but when I entered the room lobby got confused for directions to pool since the signs are pretty confusing inside.

Due to the fact that if you are on the 3rd floor! You can hear people walking, running, jumping etc. It’s not very sound proof! Room is half cleaned. They don’t replenish what is originally stocked in the room. I had to ask for toilet tissue. Only positive things is the front desk would attempt to address my complaint of the floor above me. But it’s an everyday call. Ugh! Please be considerate of other guests!

The rooms were very nice and the staff extremely friendly and helpful. Myra at the front to desk was super. Gave us suggestions for things to do and see and treated us like long lost friends.

The room was VERY SPACIOUS! The staff made me feel like I was staying in a 5 star hotel. The price was very affordable for our weekend stay! I will stay here every time I come to Phoenix!

Was named guest of the day at check in and was able to choose my room. Very clean and extremely comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and a good variety of food. Very pleased with my stay.

I spoke to Ryan the manager of this location he is so professional an understanding thank you for reaching out to me and rectifying the situation even though it was not your location and you were not one of the people I talked to. Thank you for going above and beyond that is five star customer service. I really appreciate it.

Absolutely loved this place. Spacious room, comfortable bed, kitchenette furnished with everything one would need. They even provide a keurig and coffee pods. The complimentary morning/evening food and drinks made for a great start and end to the day. I highly recommend this place.

We just want all to know what a great experience we had at the hotel. We are from Oklahoma City and were there to see our grandsons high school team play in a tournament. We want to compliment everyone at the hotel for their fine service and friendly staff. In the dining area Amerique, Danielle, Mikey and Carmen. At the front desk Ed and Amy and Chris in maintenance. He even asked us if everything was ok and that we needed anything. I see why this hotel property was voted Very well managed and all the folks were there to help with your needs. And lets noT forget the cleaning crew as they were remarkable. Pool was fantastic and well maintained. By the way we are Hilton Honor Members and this is no doubt the best property we have stayed at. Congrats to all, job well done and will see you again in 2 years, if not before. mike peller and family.
