WONDERFUL place to stay with my family. My parents came down for a visit and we all got rooms. The hotel staff was WONDERFUL enough to put us in rooms that were not only on the same floor but actually right in nextdoor to each other. The breakfast they have is great. The pool even though it was packed sometimes it was still cool & fun.

Incredible experience! They welcome you with bottels of water, rooms are really big. Incredible bathroom. Amazing breakfast, and staff is always there to help you. I personally paid ±80$ for a Saturday night, really cheap for this kind of hotel!

Have a good stay of there, you won't be disappointed.

Chelsea is absolutely amazing! I have been here twice this year for work and had the pleasure of interacting with her. She is friendly and quick to find a solution to any minor issue as if it was a huge issue. She truly makes you feel at home away from home. I look forward to coming again in the near future!

Room and service clean and quick. Only concern was noise from the refrigerator or AC unit. Sometimes loud enough to wake me up.

Awesome week long stay for business. Rooms are large and relatively quiet. Everything works well though I wish they had more channels on TV. Housekeeping was terrific. Breakfast was decent. All in all I would recommend this hotel especially for the price and location.

This was such a nice place to stay. Everything was new & stylish, plus comfortable & designed in a very aesthetically pleasing manner. My friend with disabilities needed a shower seat & they had one installed by the time we got back from going out to eat. It was spacious & incredibly clean. Definitely my best hotel stay of the year. I look forward to visiting again.

Stayed at Hampton Inn Happy Valley for the week. Clean rooms and convenient location to shopping. Some maintenance lights were left in my room but nothing glaringly bad. Breakfast was good, fresh fruit would be better than canned fruit but otherwise a nice hotel.

A very nice clean Hotel. The beds are extremely comfortable. They're air conditioner works for phenomenal. The breakfast was pretty good but they do not serve any meat, I would have liked the eggs better if whatever was in the middle of my omelette wasn't in there. They have a nice Gym, Pool, Spa, and a great business area. Lovely Hotel I highly recommended.

For a Middle-class Hotel highly recommended, the Rooms are Quite large, only the Air Conditioning under the Window was very noisy.
As there is no Restaurant, breakfast is again framed with Cardboard plates and Plastic Cutlery. Well…

Overall pleasant stay. Staff was nice, and hot breakfast was ok. Water pressure for the showers were great.

Had a great stay at this location and the staff was super friendly. Several restaurants nearby and quick access to the interstate makes this the ideal location for travelers.

Overall pleasant experience. Love the whirlpool, the continental breakfast, and the staff were great. My father noted that the floors were slightly dirty but I didn't notice it.

This is a huge hotel with plenty of free parking. The staff here is very nice. Bedroom and bathroom were extremely clean. Bed was comfortable but nothing fancy. Great Wi-Fi also. Breakfast was definitely ABOVE average. Price is moderate! Probably the only con I would have is that the hotel is close to a major hyway that is busy all through the night. So there is a little bit of hyway noise. Overall this is a great place to just kick back, relax, and get refreshed!

The room was clean and quiet for the most part. You can hear the people above you walking. I would recommend a room on the top floor if you stay here.

Room was fine. Refrigerator was very noisy. Beds are comfortable. Peeling paint in the barhroom ceiling in the shower area.

Being displaced due to a plumbing emergency and being disabled, I’m unprepared for things like this. However, I could not of asked for a better outcome. This hotel, it’s accessibility, and staff has made this THE BEST hotel experience I have ever had. I just really needed a win, and this was DEFINITELY it! Thank you especially to John, Candace, and Nayeli! You all made a challenging time a million times easier. Please know that all the extra details and care do not go unnoticed!

Best hotel I've ever seen for the price. The room was comfortable, well appointed and huge. I mean, three times the size of most hotel rooms. In north Phoenix, there is nowhere else I would stay.

Gorgeous hotel, rooms are huge and the beds are soft. Great location and the entire staff was AMAZING! This is the only place I'll ever stay when I go to Phoenix each year. I love this place.

Great place to stay. My friends and I stayed here for four nights in early February 2018 and it was very nice. The continental breakfast was the BEST part. We had a different meal every morning!

This Hampton inn is located in a convenient shared parking lot with a Homewood suites; you can almost always find a reasonable deal at one of the two. Quiet and we'll kept, this hotel meets my needs without wowing me. The staff is friendly and helpful, and there is easy access to the freeway, shopping and restaurants. A solid choice for a few days stay in northern Phoenix.

My only complaint is the shower design. One little shelf will definitely be enough for a man, but not for a woman. Not in the slightest. As far as the service, I was more than satisfied! The housekeeping staff was so phenomenal! I would visit there again just for the housekeeping! They were so kind and personable and very on the ball. Even if I was up late in the morning and left by mid afternoon, my room was ALWAYS clean when I came back! The front desk service was great as well. They were very helpful with directions and anything else we needed. I would definitely stay here again.

Rooms are expansive (large). Nice lounge area, just wish I had known about the soccer tournament. Place is packed with kids (mainly young girls) running around. Plenty of restaurants and stores right next door too. Pictures of the room included.

Pretty solid place, way better free breakfast than most places and you can text the front desk! Staff was super nice. Beds kind of hard Trying to appeal to millennials with ten year old slang tho. Guys we'd rather have USB charges in the rooms.

Similarly good to other Hampton Inns but the staff here are exceptionally helpful. Quiet night even though near I-17. We'd definitely stay here when in North Phoenix. It's our second visit.

Hampton Inn has become my go-to hotel when traveling for work and this location is one of the reasons why. The rooms are super clean the fitness center is more than sufficient and the staff is fantastic. The area around this location is very safe, great for jogging outside at nights and has tons of great food options.

We stay here once a year now, Everytime we come into town to visit family and friends, it just feels right. The staff feels like family, breakfast staff runs it like a real restaurant, the buffet is outstanding, variety and real food. Kinda miss the staff they're so sweet.

We are currently staying at this Hampton Inn. Our experience has been amazing so far. We were crazy and decided to drive 20 hours to get here instead of taking a plane. We arrived in Arizona early, tired and looking a mess. I called and they were extremely kind and allowed us to check in early. We walked into a nice clean room. After a nice shower we crashed in the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in. So far it has been the perfect experience! Thanks y'all.

Wow! The manager Candace really knows how to make you feel special! She went above and beyond to accommodate my family when an unexpected circumstance forced us to reschedule our stay. When we arrived the following week, she chose me as the guest of the day and even had balloons in our room for my sons birthday! The staff was amazing! We will definitely be staying here in the future! Thanks Hampton Inn!

Pillows were too soft. Gave no head support and the digital key feature didnt work. Other than that it was a good stay. Would do it again.

Stayed there for three nights In April. Truly enjoyable experience. Came for our grandsons wedding, graduation from Grand Canyon University and his 21st birthday. Very nice room and great morning continental breakfast. Loved our stay and will stay when we come back to Arizona.

Location was near other hotels, so a short drive is necessary to get to a variety of restaurants. The rooms were comfortable, very large bathrooms. Beds were comfortable, clean sheets and all. Breakfast was very good, I recommend making yourself a waffle. Wifi is a little difficult to get connected to, but it worked itself out.

We are doing a tour for our honeymoon and we stayed one night in Phoenix, what can we say? The room was cleaned, comfortable. The breakfast and Wi-Fi were free. Nice stay and I enjoyed the swimming pool. Thanks to the staff!

A bit out of the city, however attached to a small center with restaurants, shops and a Walmart 24/24. The rooms are spacious and clean, very nice staff, outdoor pool with Jacuzzi.

A bit below average for this loyal Hilton girl. Had issues and my co-worker did too, I'd choose the home wood next door over this property any day. Customer service here was lacking. Had issues and there was no management interaction. My coworker stayed and had issues that were similar to mine and he was treated differently than I was. A bit disappointed.

Nice and modern Hotel with swimming pool and whirlpool. Of negative I can say that in the room there was no safe and the air conditioning made a lot of noise. From Italian breakfast was not the best but still good for American standards.

Free breakfast is more than decent. Rooms are very clean and well appointed. Internet speed suck unless you purchase a higher speed connection, so that is a knock against. I got a double Queen room and it was a good size room. This may seem petty but the maid did not put the pillows back on the bed in a neat fashion. This was on the second bed I used to eat a snack on while watching Game of Thrones (side note — season 6 finale was epic, I hope the director wins an Emmy for either Battle of the Bastards or the finale. Incredible, incredible television that IMO beats the crap out of most feature films nowadays) just so I wouldn't get crumbs in the bed in which I chose to sleep. The pillows were in the same stack I left them in the night before. C'mon, it would have taken 10 seconds to put them back. Bad form.

Nice rooms but the pool was small and the juice machine was broken. Talked to the worker and the just kindo of brushed me off.

This hotel location is located in a nice area. The rooms are nice, but the down side was the small pool area, bad service and broken juice machin at breakfast.

Very unorganized interview event that went on here, waited 3 hours before anything finally happened, employee's just stared at the group of people like we were idiots. Could see the judgmental remarks being made by the front counter staff.

The staff here are all friendly, which is something I don't normally find while travelling. The location is near Walmart and best buy and a ton of dining options.

Awesome thank you John took care of me daughter and grandbaby during storm power outage and on a separate occasion took care of daughter for a mommy all to herself night.

We stay there all the time for our yearly vacation and just for a weekend getaways. We live in Flagstaff so it's not that far. Lots of things to do in that little area lots of shopping, Restaurants and Harkins theater. Plus it's very close to the new Mormon Temple.

They were awesome! It's north of town, but a good location near food and shopping. Staff and rooms were great. Easy access. Good rates.
