فندق سيء موظفينه حراميه طبعاً التعميم مش على الكل حجزت ودفعت الفلوس ورجعت بعدها بيومين حصلت موظف جديد يقول الموظف الي تعاملت معاه اعطيته الفلوس شرد واخذ الفلوس واعطاك ورقة غير صحيحة بعدين قال مافي مشكله نحن حنسكنك بس مرمطوني

The only good thing about this hotel is the location. The pictures don’t show the actual size and quality of this hotel. The rooms are so small and old and the bathroom is horribly small and crowded. The shower in our bathroom was broken. We smelled cigarette smoke all night long from the vent. Room service was not even offered during our stay. The walls of the hotel are paper thin. The TV in the room was as smaller than a computer monitor. The free Wi-Fi is extremely slow. Just an awful experience. Horrible service.

Good hotel, the staff were not bad, but the breakfast wasn't that much good and the breakfast waiter was a sad and nervous guy. Rooms were clean and showers were good. The hotel is in a good and cosy area.
